Ô Gourmet Libanais - Review - Battersea - London - The Infatuation

"Ô Gourmet Libanais is located in a soulless part of Battersea (right off the humongous Wandsworth roundabout) that feels far from wholesome, but look past the towering glass new build it’s in and you’ll find a whole lot of neighbourhood charm. Locals pour into the warm room, with its tiled floors and glowing mosaic lamps, ready for smoky moutabal dips, chewy lahem-bil’ajeen, and citrussy fattoush salads. It’s the kind of place you pop into midweek, with no reservation and a big appetite. Order the special (it’s pretty much always a lamb kabseh) and some mezze, and be in and out in under 90 minutes." - Rianne Shlebak

Khalil and the rest of team really welcomed me suggested the best things to try and honestly I have never had a better Lebanese food in London. Bread is made fresh in front of you, hummus is nice and smooth, falafel is better than in Beirut. 10/10 recommend

The food was good, the hot bread was exceptional, the environment was very clean and cozy, the washrooms were very clean, and the waitress Omaima was excellent 👌 Omaima gave us very good service, was very polite and not pushy to get tip 👏 She makes it worth it to go back again 🥳 They offer halal food however, plenty of alcohol is also visible.

Quite a delightful place in peaceful vecinity. Service was bit hasty but managable. Food is fresh , specially the bread is superb paired with hummus it was a delight. Mix meat platter was great just the chicken bits were bit chewy however the shish and touk were delicious. Nice cozy place if you nearby

We had a family meal last night here. The food was delicious and service was spot on. We had a selection of starters to share and a couple of mains with 2 bottles of Lebanese red wine . We are so glad we found this restaurant and will definitely come back and highly recommend giving it a try.

The best restaurant you can dine in and take your wife to. Taking into account that I am arab, the ambiance is spot on. The restaurant owner even gave me a dear gift which is a whole packet of tea sachets. Love that place and will definitely come again.

Absolutely super food. We ordered the take away and it was so good we decided to visit the restaurant. Naturally the hummus was outstanding, but also the lamb was on another level. There was a great dish made from nuts and pomegranate, and a pizza type thing without cheese or tomato which was delicious. Really friendly service. Also the best recommendation is that it was full of native Lebanese people. I liked the arak and Beirut beer as it reminded me of my visits to Beirut and Byblos. Thanks to the chefs and waiter.
