Incroyable! Went for dinner with my wife and we enjoyed some of the best food we've ever tasted. Staff was very polite and the restaurant itself has a charming vibe. Highly recommend.

We move to France a few months ago and have visited a good few restaurants but this was by far the best! The food was amazing and deserves its Michelin status. Service was brilliant by the owner Cecilia who was friendly , and helpful and it’s her husband who is the chef ( what a dynamic couple ) . And must say the setting is beautiful.. check out the bar floor . We will definitely be back. Thank you x

A wonderful restaurant. A very relaxing atmosphere. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming, and love to banter in a super fun way. The food is creative and always on point. A wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening.

The chef is incredibly clever with inventive dishes that truly taste amazing and are artfully presented. Well worthy of a Michelin star. Service is delightful and the environment sublime. Thank you to the hard working couple who are the heart and soul of this gastronomic experience. Not to be missed!

I had to spent a week in Carsac, I visited for lunch and dinner, the menu and wines were excellent! Cécile made me feel right at home, thanks and will be back soon!

A meal not to be missed!!!! The staff were wonderful but the food was amazing!!! The timing perfect! Our only sadness comes from our wine - which we thought was fantastic!! We took a picture of the bottle but it is too blurry for us to make out the writing... Can anyone help identify the bottle?

My boyfriend and I were really lucky that we found this place. We were able to score a reservation for Easter dinner and we were pleasantly surprised at how well executed all of our dishes were. The presentation and flavors were flawless. We had a set menu for 45 euros that would cost three times as much at home in the Bay Area. The modern yet intimate dining room presents a romantic and elegant setting. Staff was very attentive and we were glad they spoke English so we could inquire about all the wonderful dishes that came to the table. Not normally a fan of lamb, I found it exquisite here. The meat was wrapped in fat making each for a rich and tender morsel every bite. If you see lamb on the menu, be sure to order it! This is a great getaway from the touristy restaurants in Sarlat and worth the short drive. Don't leave without checking out the reception area where you there is a glass floor so you can see the water running under the building. It's really cool!

This was our very first meal in the Perigord Noir, and it was a great one! We have been eating out for lunch recently when traveling, and then having bread and cheese and for dinner. This is a Michelin Bib restaurant, which is what we largely sought out this trip, and the fixed price lunch was 35 euros. Amazing food, well prepared, beautiful setting and we would definitely come back to eat here!
