This concert hall is very pretty and the set up works well to enjoy the concert. Sitting in the rows upstairs I had an amazing view and was able to have a seat in between acts. The security was really nice, but let a few people crack through and come in to the premium seat section.

Great venue, staff friendly and toilets are clean. Good view of stage, feels intimate. Only issue is no back support to seating in upper tiers, had to remain seated during gig so by time performance ended by back was in agony

The whole concert was fun but honesty the fact that they made it in this venue made a big impact, the staff was very active, moving the crowd on the chairs upstairs, ensuring everyone had a sit, I also didn’t queue as I had priority with O2. Either way the whole experience was good. Clean and quick 😊

First time visiting here. Was surprised at the seating on the balcony. Little different then Im used too but still comfy. My only issue was it's an 02 venue yet none of the staff knew about 02 priority.

Love the decor inside, but the queuing system could be better outside as the VIP experience took a while to finish up before everyone else could go in. There was no actual planning for the separate queues waiting to go inside as the staff seemed to have different views of doing things just by watching them directing each other but not exactly knowing for sure. Dogstar played a brilliant set for sure.

This is a cool venue to see a gig. There is an upstairs area and downstairs standing area. I was seated in the accessible area downstairs and it was very comfortable and the view was good for me. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The concert I went to was great, I had a great view on the balcony and was able to sit down. The staff did really well managing the crowd, stopping any mosh pits from happening, and handing out water through the concert. However, the entry into the building was a mess. There were no signs indicating where we needed to go. This led to a lot of confusion between all the guests. The email the day before also didn't mention they didn't want people having multiple tickets on one app. This led to me sending my partner's ticket to him and him downloading the app that drained his battery.

Lovely venue, great staff working there. THERE IS NO ONSITE CLOAKROOM OR BAG CHECK. You have to check in bags, etc at a kebab shop or off-licence nearby, so if you have anything sensitive or valuable that needs to be secure, DO NOT TAKE IT WITH YOU. Also a Brooklyn IPA is £8, which is quite upsetting.
