I ordered a variety of dishes today, and perhaps because there were so many items, I realized that two of the same drinks were missing pearls. I contacted the store to report the issue, and they responded quickly, immediately refunding the cost of one of the drinks. Although they only refunded one drink, I could still feel the store's sincerity and attentiveness. Additionally, they informed me that I could get a free drink on my next visit. The food was also very delicious. Despite the small mistake, the store's swift handling left a great impression, and I look forward to coming back again!

Google
deliciously authentic taiwanese food in american portions. i was able to split my 排骨便當 into two separate meals. still tasted great as leftovers! very impressed with how well the 滷 process was carried out with the 排骨. the curry on the side was also a highlight. japanese style curry — just how us taiwanese people like it.

We got the food from company group order. The package is nice! Small three side dishes and one entree. The tomatoes eggs are pretty sweet. The eels are very soft and heavily marinated.

Love this place! It was my gateway to Taiwanese food. Both food and value is amazing for what you get. I always order takeout or delivery, and they never fail to pack the boxes to the brim. I get food here 3x / month, at least, and quality and service is consistently good. In your bento box, there are always two rotating side dishes with your main entree, as well as the staple rice with minced pork and a marinated boiled egg. The portions are great and tastes like a homemade meal. Sometimes I make a special request to have no rice and add more vegetables instead, and they are super friendly and accommodating about it. Parking lot can get quite packed because it is in a lot with other busy restaurants.

Really enjoyed this place! No mandatory tipping, which made things feel more relaxed. The self-serve setup for utensils and sauces made everything super convenient. Food came out quickly, and the flavors are very well-suited for Asian tastes—familiar and delicious. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys fast, flavorful meals with no fuss.

Google
Got the R4 with a passion fruit lemon soda and enjoyed both! Everything on the plate was flavorful and I thought it was a good portion for the price. Looking forward to coming back and try other items off their menu.

Google
“I come every week” The Thai inspired Taiwanese style ( I know it’s confusing as hell) is awesome. Their popcorn chicken and fried tofu + kimchi are also pretty good. But if you are looking for non fried stuff, go for 滷味拼盤(grill combos?).

Google
Great place for takeout. Would recommend ordering ahead for pickup. They get both food and boba orders (and deal with them as efficiently as they can), but expect a wait if you order at the restaurant. Excellent portion sizes for the price you pay. Got the popcorn chicken bento and was surprised to find a quarter of the bento be popcorn chicken. They didn't skimp out on the meat! Really complete meal as well, with veggies, protein and rice. Of course, the meal still has to taste good, and that it did! Really crunchy and well-seasoned chicken. Tasty glass noodles and nice sauteed veggies. Their tea was fine too, nothing particularly special, goes well with the meal.

Yelp
O2 Valley is one of mine and some of my friends' favorite spots. The bento boxes come with so much food and it's such great value! I order the Fried Chicken Cutlet Bento Box every time I come. The bento box comes with your protein of choice, 2 side vegetables, a braised egg, and rice. Some of the sides rotate seasonally but they're always great. The food is also amazing as leftovers! My friend said the fried chicken cutlet is the best leftover microwave reheated fried food he's ever had! They also have a drinks menu with tea and boba. The drinks are nothing outstanding but it gets the job done. The restaurant is pretty casual. You order at the counter and seating is self-serve. Staff are very friendly and are always moving quickly to get all their orders out!

Yelp
My go-to spot for something quick, nourishing, and very filling. A delicious Taiwanese style bento box that has rice, protein, veggies, side, and a stewed egg. I always go for the three cup tofu bento for the protein and they usually switch up the sides. All the components are seasoned well and complement each other. There's also a self-serving station with their house made chili oil. Price is up there at $15-17. Hope to see more vegetarian options on their menu bc it's too tasty.

Christopher L.

Yelp
A nice bento place where the food comes out quickly and has all the fixings for your taiwanese cravings. I like how their do their sausage here and their crispy popcorn chicken has generous portions. I think I actually like the chicken cutlet more than the popcorn chicken just based on the flavor but you really can't go wrong. I'm also just impressed with their packaging because its so easy for me to take away and picnic at a nearby park.

Yelp
**Overview** Visited for the first time as a group of two. O2 Valley offers a great selection of Taiwanese dishes and drinks with generous portions and reasonable prices. **The Food** - Basil Popcorn Chicken: Served piping hot and perfectly crispy. The basil added a fragrant, flavorful touch to the tender chicken. Generous portions--enough to have leftovers! A must-try appetizer. - #R9 Taiwanese Braised Bento: A hearty and flavorful dish featuring braised tofu, bean curd, mushrooms, and other components. The bento came with a side dish of egg/corn/shrimp, a marinated egg, cabbage, and rice topped with chopped braised pork belly. Every element was well-cooked and seasoned, offering a variety of textures and flavors. **The Experience** The portions here are very generous, making it a fantastic value. Seating inside seemed a bit limited, but we didn't have trouble finding a spot. The menu also includes an extensive drink selection, which we'd love to explore on a future visit. O2 Valley is an excellent spot for flavorful and Taiwanese street food. With its reasonable prices, large portions, and satisfying dishes, it's definitely worth coming back to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended!

Yelp
This place is a Garlic-Lovers dream and my go-to for Garlic Popcorn Chicken. They have large portions and yummy food and drinks. My usual order is: - Matcha Milk Tea 50% Sweet No Ice: Nice matcha flavor and there is no gap at the top of the cup. - Garlic Popcorn Chicken: Love this! They do not skimp on the Garlic and there is also a little bit of fried basil. Today we also tried the Crispy King Oyster Mushroom: Nice and crispy on the outside with seasoning and soft and juicy on the inside. My husband usually gets the Pork with Curry that comes with rice and a crispy pork cutlet. Tips: - You can just come in and sit down at a table and order off the QR Code. The food will come to you - You clean up after yourself and there is a trash can by the door. - You also can accumulate points towards free food or drinks (but points do expire after about 7 months). Overall, we love coming here and it is a nice place to grab a snack or lunch.

Yelp
Stopped by O2 Valley for a taste of their Taiwanese bento and tried the Three Cup Tofu and Taiwanese Tempura. The Three Cup Tofu was delicious - well-marinated with the right balance of garlic, basil, and ginger, creating that signature savory and fragrant taste. The tofu had a satisfying texture, firm but not too chewy, and soaked up the flavors nicely. The Taiwanese Tempura was a great add-on with its light crunch and a bit of chewiness, bringing a nostalgic street food vibe. It's more savory and softer than your usual tempura, which made it feel homier. If you're after a taste of Taiwanese comfort food, O2 Valley is a solid choice. The portions are generous, prices fair, and the flavors are pretty authentic. Will definitely return to explore more on their menu!

Jerry Y.

Yelp
Such delicious food and these Taiwanese bento boxes are an easy meal. Price is right for their generous amount of food. Even taking this home, the basil popcorn chicken and Taiwanese pork chop were so crunchy!

Kim l.

Yelp
We picked up food to go: Grilled chicken cutlet: 3/5 super sweet. Couldn't eat more than a bit of this so I traded with hubby. Fried pork cutlet: 4/5 good and crispy. Alt eh sides were tasty. Chick n tea makes this a tad better and thicker. Taiwanese tempura: 5/5 so yummy! Best item that we ordered.

Jessica C.

Yelp
You really can't complain!! Fast, affordable bento with carbs, veggies and crispy and succulent fried pork! Awesome Taiwanese food. Mostly self service, but the food comes out fast!

Christine P.

Yelp
If I'm ever in the area and craving some Taiwanese bentos, here's the place I head over to. I usually order the Chicken Cutlet Bento and their Popcorn Chicken. For the price, you get a good variety in each bento and it's quite filling (I can split them into two meals.) The service is also pretty fast as well. For those who want to order their milk tea, the drinks aren't too sweet but do hit the spot. I ordered the Rose Earl Grey Milk tea with 100% sweetness, however, the drink was a bit watered down. Hopefully next time I stop by, I can try another drink!

Yelp
This place has my heart! There's something so comforting about Taiwanese bento. The shop is in an unassuming plaza with a small parking lot that gets quite full during the rush. When you walk inside, there's an option to order at the counter or order via QR code at the table; the food comes out equally as quickly either way. I always order the fried chicken bento, and it's delicious every single time. The crunch from the chicken is amazing, it is so flavorful and, in my opinion, it is far superior to American fried chicken. In addition, they always have unique sides to go with the chicken and rice, and they include a tea egg. The appetizers/snacks are also pretty good, but the bentos are definitely the stars. What's even better is that the portion is so large, it's enough for 2 meals so that covers lunch and dinner! Overall, I always have a positive experience. The service is quick, the food is hot and delicious, and the portions are enough for 2. Please check it out if you're thinking about it!

Yelp
O2 Valley is a great Taiwanese restaurant with a cozy ambiance. My favorites are the popcorn chicken, spicy sausage, and chicken cutlet bento. The food is comforting, flavorful, and the portion sizes are generous. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. The online ordering system is really convenient for takeout. Overall, it's a solid place to grab a quick bite.

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Have been there twice and ordered the grilled chicken cutlet bento with medium spice (I think officially classified as mild spicy) both times. The bento is $17.xx + tax. The actual bento matches the menu photo for the most part (just a bit less meat on the rice), but otherwise, the meal is quite large. Both times, I only ate half in one sitting. The service is quick and packaged in to-go containers (so takeout seems like their default), but they have some seating inside. The first time I went, there were a few tables available, but the second time I went, the place was full (though people were on their way out right when our order arrived, so we didn't have to wait). Heard the popcorn chicken there is good as well. They have a rewards program -- didn't look into how that works, but the receipt has a QR code so you're able to create an account and add the points retroactively (not sure if there's an option to provide your number upfront).

Yelp
O2 valley is definitely my go to location when we are out of ideas of where we should go eat. We ordered my fav basil chicken and popcorn chicken plus turnip cake for the two of us to share. I like the basil chicken because usually it has a nice spicy kick to it. I also really enjoy the turnip cake because usually it comes nice and toasty. There's a slight crisp on the outside and it is soft on the inside. It is not like the ones you might have @ dim sum restaurants that might have been left out for hours. I also like the popcorn chicken because usually they give a lot of it so that it is hard to finish. So, we always have extra food left over to take home. Plus they will give you a cool lid, rubber band and bag to take your fav stuff home. Also if the food isn't spicy enough for you they have additional spicy powder @ the table to increase the level for yourself. Although I think we went a little too crazy with this that we were both coughing and sneezing from accidental inhaling of the powder. Actually, to make matters even worse, I suddenly laughed about something and I got some this spiced up rice up my nose. And man that was a lot of coughing and blowing of my nose with watery eyes. Luckily for me and anyone else that might have this problem, they have a large supply of napkins @ the table for me to sneeze and try to blow it out! :) Anyway I'm glad I survived this situation and would happily come back and risk getting spice up my nose. :) And they certainly have all the tools @ the table to help with my recovery if it happens again.

Yelp
tried the crispy tofu and fried fish with curry. the curry was a little underwhelming but still decent. the tofu was delish, crispy and piping hot with your standard incredible garlicky vinegary fried tofu sauce. ive had their boba a few times and it's always been decent, but not my first choice. overall, this is a great study spot for a drink and snack, but no crazy culinary feat.

David C.

Yelp
I am a regular here for good reason. The bentos are priced fairly but always give a large portion of food. Compared to other bentos that skimp out on the main entree, I have never felt that these bentos didn't give enough food. Having such a reliable spot for Taiwanese food is a boon to living in the area. In addition to this, the menu of snacks is expansive enough to the point that there is always something I can order to fit my cravings. Unfortunately, the bento side dishes are not customizable, as it really depends on what they have the day of order, but I have never been disappointed by the quality of what was included. This restaurant is well designed for takeout, yet the interior and service allows still for a nice experience. Basically, out of two years coming here monthly for food, I have never had a bad experience, which speaks a lot to the quality and expectations this business sets.

Joseph Y.

Yelp
I have been coming here or ordering from DoorDash at least 10 times. Went here a couple days ago with my friend's kids and they love it. The grilled and fried chicken options, grilled eel, side dishes, vegetables, fried mushrooms, fresh teas (multiple sugar options), etc are all great, moist and flavorful chicken, eel without too many bones, tasty vegetables, huge portions, etc. The reason for the 5 stars is because with my DoorDash order today, they even give me a QR code to also get my reward points. This is one of the few stores where you can still rack up reward points when you order from DoorDash.

Yelp
O2 valley If you're craving popcorn chicken or yummy bento boxes you've come to the right place! O2 Valley is located in a little strip mall with other restaurants in it's vicinity. Parking can be pretty tight sometimes but I always find a spot easily. The interior has a homey feel to it and ample seating. O2 Valley is a good place to go to if you're looking for a place to munch and study or get some work done as they also have wifi. Service for ordering is always quick and the wait for food usually takes 15-20 minutes, but it's always worth the wait! My usual order consists of basil popcorn chicken ($10.98) and fried chicken cutlet bento ($16.48). The fried chicken cutlet bento is super filling and honestly lasts me two meals. The bento usually consists of a marinated egg, rice with seasoning, whatever veggies are in season (sometimes tomatoes with scrambled eggs or broccoli or cabbage), and a big serving of the chicken cutlet. The rice is always fluffy and the veggies are always fresh. The chicken cutlet has the perfect amount of breading and tender chicken meat. The basil popcorn chicken is a perfect serving size for 2 and they don't skimp on basil here! Similar to the cutlet, the popcorn chicken is very crispy and seasoned nicely. I recently tried the crispy tofu ($6.48) and I really wanted to try it but it wasn't that good to me. They barely put any seasoning on it and it wasn't that crispy. Overall, definitely try out the popcorn chicken and fried chicken cutlet bento if you're in the area!

Jovian L.

Yelp
Love this place. Always love a grab and go bento from here. Online order and they're typically fast and ready within 15 minutes. Get the grilled chicken over their chicken cutlet bento - they are both good but the sauce on the grilled chicken makes it better!

Alan L.

Yelp
Very delicious Taiwanese bento that taste really authentic! We got the Chicken Cutlets Bento and Braised Pork Bento. Both were really good and flavourful, and the side dishes were surprisingly good in their own right! Portion sizes were generous too! Would highly recommend!

Emery N.

Yelp
I came in on a Thursday afternoon. I ordered the Garlic Popcorn Chicken. It had so much garlic in it which was perfect! The meal tasted great. The chicken was not too salty. The service was quick. There's a sweet and sour sauce and spicy sauce on the side. The portion was good for its price! The atmosphere was well-lit and busy. It is not too noisy and a good place to meet up with people. There are a lot of places to sit as well! There is a lot of parking outside as well!

Teresa N.

Yelp
The chicken is on the sweeter side, probably a little too sweet for my taste buds. I believe it says the chicken is grilled on the menu, certainly didn't feel that way. The rest of the stuff in the bento, especially the veggies is delicious.

Eric H.

Yelp
O2 Valley is my favorite bento place of all time. Huge portions for a very fair price. You can also make an account to get points when you make purchases, and redeem them for free food. If you order at the store, they'll give you a receipt with a QR code to scan for your points. When I come I always get the Grilled Chicken Cutlet Bento, No Spicy. You get sooo much grilled chicken. The way they grill it is amazing, very crunchy and complimented by their sauce. The bento also comes with pork bits over rice, a tea egg, and 2 random sides. The sides are also very good and a large variety of what kind of side they're serving for that day. The bento comes with so much food I have enough leftover for another full meal. I also love their Basil Popcorn Chicken. Very crunchy and crispy chicken, and seasoned very well. The fried Basil leaves also taste good, and are more seasoned than other popcorn chicken places I've been to. I've tried some of their milk tea, specifically the Oolong and Jasmine. I just think it's alright, nothing mind blowing. The flavor of the tea could be stronger.

Tina H.

Yelp
Got the fried chicken cutlet bento box and OMG this was delicious! Super juicy, tons of food, and love the variety! Service was quick! Will come back to try other things! Highly recommend!

Ivonnie S.

Yelp
Delicious Taiwanese bento boxes and great value - I wish I lived closer to O2 Valley so I could get it more often! We stopped by O2 Valley for a weekend lunch after running a half marathon, so we were all quite hungry. I ordered: + Q1) PaoChung Fresh Milk Tea + K1) Grilled Chicken Cutlet Bento Box My bento box was stacked with the fried chicken cutlet, as well as all of the sides (minced meat on top of the rice, braised tea egg, cooked cabbage and wood ear fungus, braised tofu and peppers). The tea egg was a little dry (clearly braised for a while, from the dark color). Overall, everything was really tasty though. The bento box portion size is also a great deal. I ended up having plenty of leftovers to take home. Everyone else managed to finish their bento boxes and said theirs were good too. The milk tea was refreshing as well.

Kevin T.

Yelp
O2 Valley is a solid Taiwanese bento spot with pretty good value for the money. The in-person dining experience is definitely closer to a fast-food joint with free-for-all seating and by default an exclusively QR code experience (service staff are very brusque, food gets sat down in takeout containers no matter what, etc.). So long as you know that going in, you'll be fine; I was not so prepared so it took me a bit to figure out what was happening. You'll have rotating specials and veggies depending on what's cooking, so what I've gotten in the past will likely vary a bit going forward. Between my brother and I, we had two bentos with the fried chicken cutlet and Taiwanese sauage. Generally fresh and popping, with everything done simple but clean (in terms of flavor). The thing I wasn't too fond of was the chicken texture as it was rather powdery and middle of the road dry. However, otherwise this seems like a great place to be dropping by when I'm in need of a quick and dirty meal that's not too obscenely pricey/unhealthy.

Ed L.

Yelp
O2 Valley is doing everything right. Great tasting food with reasonable prices and fast services, there really isn't more to ask for from a local eatery. The patrons can enjoy the inside space as the decor is simple yet promotes a calm space. I really like it here and frequently pay visits when I'm in the South Bay. Pictures showed what we recently ordered bentos, the flavors were very delicious and portions are plenty even for a big guy like myself. The menu are full of delightful choices as well as drinks. Again, it's highly recommended!

Wesley T.

Yelp
O2 Valley is one of those places where I HAVE to give it a 5-star rating. Located across Main Street Cupertino, parking at the restaurant can be tight during peak hours. Inside, you first order at the cashier and then sit at one of the few tables available. Getting to go is also a popular option, and I recommend doing that. For appetizers, I recommend the grilled tofu, as it has a nice peppery flavor and comes with a garlic soy sauce. I also recommend the grilled chicken bites if you want to eat the chicken without the breading. The number one item I get at O2 Valley is the Grilled Chicken Cutlet Bento ($18 after tax), which is a 10/10. You get rice, veggies, an egg, a side dish, and a TON of chicken. I'm always unable to finish the entire bento in one sitting due to the amount of food. The bento also tastes great as the grilled chicken cutlet has a strong grilled flavor, a nice crunchy texture, and a juicy interior. The side dishes and veggies that come with the bento change every week, making every visit different. O2 Valley has other bentos that feature different types of Taiwanese meat dishes, and they are also excellent choices. O2 Valley is a fantastic place to get your fix of Taiwanese food, and I recommend it to anyone who comes to Cupertino!

Jocelyn S.

Yelp
I did an online order for a thai fried chicken bento and a braised pork belly bento. The total was about $36. The online order was ready really quickly, within 10-15 minutes. I really appreciated that the bentos came with various veggie sides. and the portions were huge! Unfortunately the pork belly was too dry for me, but the chicken was great. I'm hoping to try the other bentos, perhaps one of the fried pork cutlet ones or the basil chicken one. The inside had a good amount of seating for dine-in.

Gabe Y.

Yelp
I got their #H1 Popcorn Chicken Curry Rice (Mild Spicy) and their #H2 Chicken Cutlet Curry Rice (Mild Spicy). Popcorn chicken was fine but at least in the last two times I've been there, their chicken cutlets are still raw inside. While it may be golden crispy exterior, I have an aversion to eating their larger cuts of meats because of that. The curry is good, service was fine, and ambiance okay.

Melissa L.

Yelp
Super affordable spot for a taste of Taiwanese street food! I always order the Chicken Cutlet Bento which is generously portioned and usually lasts me at least two meals. The popcorn chicken is also a fan favorite, and I've heard it's especially good with the curry. There's also a self-serve station where customers can season their food with salt-based powders and other spices. The food comes out pretty quickly although it can be hard to secure a table indoors during peek lunch/dinner times. I would recommend ordering online beforehand and picking up the food to bring home if you have the time! Parking near the restaurant is limited, but there is usually street parking available

Crystal X.

Yelp
O2 Valley was our go-to spot for Taiwanese bento boxes when we lived in SJ, and I'm happy to report that it still holds up. During a recent visit, we ordered our usual Taiwanese sausage rice plate and the food was just as great as we remembered. I don't recommend their milk teas but their bentos are tasty!

Shania W.

Yelp
O2 Valley is a fantastic spot for yummy and affordable Taiwanese bento boxes! They're located in a small plaza of restaurants with plenty of parking. Their menu features a wide variety of bento options that are each served with rice, an egg, and 2 side dishes. They also have some fried food options and drinks. I ordered the Minced Pork Rice Bento, which cost $12.98. It came with a good amount of food, and I had leftovers. I thought the taste of everything was pretty good; it wasn't the best Taiwanese food in the world, but it gets the job done. I also liked that they added sauce on the rice so that it also had some flavor to it. My friends have tried some of their options, which they all liked. It's nice that they have several different protein options so that there's always something new to try. I think they also vary the side dishes each day. I'll need to come back in the future to try some of their drinks. The service was extremely quick, and we got our food within a few minutes. They have a lot of indoor seating, so this could be a great spot to visit with some friends. Otherwise, I could definitely see myself stopping by to grab a quick, tasty meal on the go!

Tiffany Y.

Yelp
Found this spot while passing through the area and this might be one of my new favorite spots to grab Taiwanese bentos! There is so much variety in the menu for both the meals and drinks, it definitely made me really try them all! But with good control and willpower, I got the chicken cutlet bento and mango oolong tea for pickup. Love the online ordering process! Super simple to order and gives you text updates on your order. From the moment you step in, you could feel the authenticity of it being a Taiwanese cafe stop with the OG Jay Chou music playing. Who doesn't love a good throwback? Now the food and drink - YUM! Chicken had great flavors, crispy and juicy at the same time. Plus the tasty sides that included a beef & broccoli and cabbage stir-fry. The tea was also super refreshing, plus the fun chewiness of crystal boba. I also love how the default settings for online order is already less ice - they clearly know their audience well!

Jo W.

Yelp
O2 Valley is one of my favorite go-to comfort food spots when I'm in the area in Cupertino! As a Taiwanese-American, I've GOT to support this place. There's space in here to sit and chill and enjoy your order. A few of my favorite things I get there include: Pigs blood: Not every Taiwanese place in the United States serves pig's blood, so to see it served here makes me SO happy since it's one of my all-time favorite street snacks! Popcorn chicken: Mmmmm, Taiwan is known for their popcorn chicken, so this tastes authentic. Rose Earl Grey Tea: Gotta refresh with a yummy drink, preferably with tapioca pearls too.

Denise Z.

Yelp
clean and pleasant casual spot for taiwanese bentos/snacks and boba!! i'm actually obsessed with this spot. service was always polite. i came here twice, once for takeout and once for dine-in, and i think i had the grilled chicken cutlet bento both times. i love their bentos so much - always fresh and savory! the grilled chicken cutlet is fried and then also grilled with sauce, so it's super crispy, hot, and saucy. the veggie sides are perfectly cooked and seasoned. they also give you white rice with some minced pork belly and a marinated egg on the side! my only criticism is that the chicken cutlet was a tiny bit too salty, so halfway through the meal i started taking off the breading from the chicken to reduce the saltiness. overall though, the food was delicious! my friends also tried the teas and said they were really good. lastly, the portions are absolutely huge and the prices are reasonable. if you have a small appetite you can definitely split it with a friend! in terms of the actual food, along with the cleanliness and value, i think this is one of my current favorite spots for casual lunch or dinner!

Danielle C.

Yelp
So glad I finally stopped by here! Had the popcorn chicken bento to split with the boyfriend and it was insanely good! Also grabbed one of their passion fruit green teas, which had the best passion fruit flavor I've had in any tea drink! The chicken had such a delicious crunch while still being juicy. All the sides in the bento were super fresh and tasted so good. To quote my boyfriend 'I will be eating my way through this entire menu'. The service was lovely and they were super sweet with giving us bowls to make it easier to split the bento. Inside was nicely cool despite it being so hot outside. Can't wait to come back and try more things!

Kristi T.

Yelp
O2 Valley is pricier than other Taiwanese fried chicken cutlet bento spots, but quality is always consistent. My favorite is the Thai Spicy Fried Chicken Bento. I always ask for extra sauce because it's so addicting (if you enjoy sour and spicy!). I am also a fan of their rotating sides. Order online for slightly cheaper pricing. The interior is small but I have always found seating. The tiny shared parking lot might be a problem during peak dining hours, but typically doesn't deter us from visiting. If you love Taiwanese fried chicken cutlet, this is definitely the spot for those large juicy pieces!

Jack M.

Yelp
Bento boxes were great and portions generous... simply put, you get your value and price worth! Definitely recommend.

Constance L.

Yelp
Amazing bento boxes with huge portions. Detailed breakdown below: **Service, 5/5** Super quick service; order using the QR code at your table. There's also way more seating inside than I expected. **Price & portion, 5/5** Huge portions that could probably last some of us 2 meals. Everything is cooked so well and they don't skimp out! **Taste of the food, 5/5** Delicious -- crispy breaded chicken, a variety of tasty and well-seasoned veggies, fluffy rice... what more could you ask for? Makes for a quick, satisfying, and filling meal. The boba is also super solid!

Izzy T.

Yelp
One of our absolute favorite places for popcorn chicken and bento boxes! The chicken & pork chops always come out crispy and perfectly seasoned! The prices look a bit more expensive but the amount of food more than makes up for it! A bento box usually lasts two meals for me (or good for two to share). Pick up is super easy and fast, and they do provide utensils if you mark it on the ordering form. This location doesn't have much seating and the parking lot can be a bit difficult (one way only) but there's some parking behind the building as well. Right off of stevens creek makes it easy to see too!

Yelp
3.5 stars, rounded down to 3 (it's closer to 3... maybe 3.25?) Tried the fried oyster mushrooms, chicken cutlet bento, and minced pork bento. The mushrooms were the best dish. I think the chicken is better at shihlin and minced pork is a little below average. The tea in my passion fruit green tea boba tasted oddly herbal. A familiar herbal tea taste but definitely not a green tea flavor. My friend noted the same thing - though she thought it tasted more gingery than herbal. Either way not what we expected for green tea. The boba was kinda overcooked. The staff were nice and replaced my tea but it tasted the same so it's just their tea, not an error. Service is minimal - you order and sit down - but they were still good about checking in here and there. Interior is clean and newish. Feels like a boba spot that serves bentos rather than a bento spot that has boba.

Yelp
O2 Valley does great Taiwanese style bentos. If you are looking for traditional and classic dishes like stinky tofu or Taiwanese meat ball, this is not the place. What you will find here are tasty bentos that have popular foods such as the different styles(deep fried, braised, grilled, 3 cup, etc) of pork and chicken cutlets, Taiwanese sausages, grilled eel, and rou-lou(minched pork) for the protein, and usually there is a stewed egg, steamed cabbage, and sweet tomotato and egg to accompany the rice. The portions are generous, so unless you are really hungry, you probably will have left-overs to go. They also have a lots of boba tea drinks, as well as specialty tea and smoothies. As this is a bento place, ambience is fun and casual. Parking is off the street.

Yelp
Came here on a Monday after the lunch crowd. The parking lot was full though. No wait. Wanted something filling and quick. Ordered take out. Ordered: Basil chicken bento Fried chicken bento Both very good even by the time we got it home. Saw the other Yelp reviews, coming back to try the fried taro balls and oyster mushrooms.

Yelp
Well well well.....looks like I have stumbled upon a gold mine of basil popcorn chicken. Some of the best basil popcorn chicken that I've had! Tender-bouncy chicken meat with the perfect airy-crispy coating. Huge portion too even when considering the price. Could easily be a hefty snack for 3 people. Taiwanese sausage was snappy-succulent but a little pricy for what it was (didn't expect just one sausage per order). Flavor of the passion fruit green tea was pretty standard but for requesting less sugar it was still a bit tart to me. Boba pearls had a nice chew to them. Overall as a huge fan of basil popcorn chicken in general this spot definitely would've been one of the go-to spots for me if I lived in the area!

Yelp
The bento boxes here are HUGE !!! Honestly, shocked at how much food you get for the price here. You could share 1 box with 2 people tbh (depending on how much you eat - I tend to eat huge portions but even I couldn't finish a box in one sitting). The boba drinks are solid too - nothing too special or memorable. Service is quick and this is a great casual spot!

Yelp
O2 Valley has affordable and filling Taiwanese bento boxes. The bento boxes have everything you want with a soy sauce egg, your choice of meat (I got the braised pork chop), veggies, and rice all for about $16. The portions are so big that I think for some it can be two meals or maybe a meal and a snack. Quick and efficient service and a perfect place for a popcorn chicken snack and boba or a whole meal. Nothing fancy, just good food for a decent price in my opinion.

Yelp
Quick service and yummy drinks! Self-seating with a variety of table sizes for small party and 6-8 people. Not a big space but lots of to-go orders. One bento is plenty for one person. We had lots of leftovers for the next day! Popcorn chicken all day! Crunchy tofu all night!
