I went here last night with my boyfriends and his friends after watching the super bowl they wanted to get more drinks and while waiting for the drinks a friend offered food that was on the table( my mistake) grabbing a slice of pizza a plate of fries fell and mind you I’m a little passed being buzzed so I wasn’t aware they fell, a guy that claimed to be security( wasn’t dressed like it) started yelling and cussing at me to pick the plate up so I asked him why he was giving so much attitude and if he had told me nicely I would’ve picked it up but another lady popped up out of nowhere also yelling. We got kicked out for that. So unprofessional we are customers that are drinking because it’s a bar! I feel like they could’ve handled the situation differently. Knowing the environment that we’re in it’s their job to talk to drunk people in the right way to not escalate situations. First and last time I go here.

I been coming here for years and the crowd has definitely changed. It’s less rowdy. The prices are little high but so is everything. It’s the times we’re living in. The bartenders are amazing! The only thing I wish they would make changes to is update the jukebox. When I say it’s limited… it’s LIMITED. I still love this bar & would recommend it to anybody.

Fun environment to relax and have a drink… Gives me Oak Cliffs “Cheers” kind of vibe. Definitely recommend for a girls night out or any social outing… Ana is super sweet and friendly, very attentive to detail on your drinks. Even got my Oaxaca old fashion on point.. Will always recommend

This bar allows their patrons to sit outside on their back patio that faces an apartment building until 2am and sometimes 3am. It’s unbelievably loud. The back patio should close at a reasonable hour each night so the residents who live across the street can enjoy some quiet time throughout the night without being woken up by loud drunk people. It’s a nightmare living across from this establishment. There are also fights every single weekend that spill out into the street. It’s just atrocious. I hope their ownership has some common sense and chooses to respect noise ordinance and close the back patio down at a reasonable hour each night. Myself and others have already made several calls to the police and have filed a complaint with the city. One way or the other this bar will respect noise ordinance. I just hope they do it on their own before it gets messy with the law. Additionally, they never answer their phone and their mailbox is full so they cannot accept voicemails. So far all I can say is that this is a poorly run establishment. Please have respect for your neighbors. That’s all we ask.

Wow. I'll never be back. No itemized receipts and when I asked why my tax was $18 for 2 Deep Ellum IPA's, I was told the beers were $9 a piece. What?!?!?! For a Deep Ellum IPA??? I go to local bars in East Dallas and a Deep Ellum IPA is $4 tops. Really shady that you don't get an itemized receipt. Plus pool is $1.25 per game. Crazy. Won't be returning

They ALL steal here and will refuse to give out itemized receipts claiming they “don’t have those”. I had about 6 drinks and tab was nearly 300. This place is a joke and not a staple in oak cliff. You should be embarrassed for stealing from your own people. Waackkkkkk! And it stinks in here.

The owners are so loving and sweet. They always want people to feel included and wanted. Great bar! Fun ambience

Terrible, full of degenerate idiots who scream and get drunk at 1-2am on Weekdays, constantly having bar fights, parking lot fights, people smoking obnoxiously, cars blasting music up until 3am, revving engine contest, it comes as a shock that this place hasn’t been reported or shut down due to noise complaints and restrictions yet. Inconsiderate the clientele that comes in and out of this shack, would recommend going somewhere else unless you want to be harassed or punched by an unemployed drunk doing donuts in the parking lot at 2am

Menu Full bar no food-food is next door for tacos We had hard seltzer and beer. We are pretty picky about flavors-they brought out a whole new case of High Noon Pineapple! Yeah! Beer choices are awesome! We were lucky to be there for DJ Friday!! I was ready to dance!! Summary AMAZING local bar-friendly, immediate service, chill atmosphere. Love this place! Very low key bar, they have a jukebox and pool tables. The bartender was friendly and recommended the taco place two doors down.

It's a dive bar. It's awesome, because dive bars are awesome. Good prices, a juke box, no frills, a little outside patio and a pool table.

I'm new to the area but my friends are locals. They don't want to burn bridges but I can be honest. The management is non existant. This isnt a dive bar. Drinks are super expensive. If you ask for an itemized receipt. It will just say drink, drink, drink. Worst bar in Dallas. Bar owner is non responsive. Owner says refer to manager, who is the main bartender.

First time going to a bar and it was good vibe n everybody was nice to us, I recommend it to anyone new trying to find a good place to drink n talk n enjoy the good music.

Chloe is a super bar tender here at social doesn't get any better than this! Super friendly down to earth an beautiful best customer service I've had at the bars here in oak cliff!

MIran and Anna are the very most welcoming of hosts at Oak Cliff Social Club. I highly recommend this place for any night of the week. Mondays, in particular, are great! Made me forget it was Monday.

Honestly, at one point this was my favorite bar to go to. The staffing has changed over the years and I'm only familiar with the one of the bartenders last night. I went in and ordered two beers from Leny. When he found out, I didn't have a tab open but had been drinking there he took the beers that he handed me back. I had to tell another employee about the situation so I can get served. After last night I will not go back. If you want better service go to PHD or Cannons Conner. They're way more nicer and attentive.

This place 10/10 cannot go wrong here, THE BEST bar and bartenders ask for Chloe! Next place in DALLAS!!!

A cool little bar in Bishop Arts with a parking lot and street parking. Good place to meet up with friends or new ones. TV's to watch sports, check Pool Table, check Spots for conversation, check Fun bartenders and staff, double check. So if you haven't been here it's a definite must go.

All I have to say is that social club is my favorite bar in all of bishop, the energy is contagious... the bartenders are super friendly, especially Chloe... I've been here witb a party of 10 and I always got taken care of, never had to wait more than 5 minutes on drinks even when it was the busiest... drink prices are great... music is on point, the dj's that play here are always playing hits... the people that drink here are all super friendly, this is my favorite bar in all of bishop!!

This place is cool, it is your basic neighborhood bar. The bartender was great and attentive. It wasn't busy at all, so maybe that helped. I had been here once before for a couple of beers, but this time I had quite a few more and the bill racked up. I like this place a lot, it has pool tables and a little area in the back to lounge and even a back patio for you smokers. The only thing is that the beers aren't cheap at all. The bill was a bit pricey. I will be back, I just won't drink as much. :)

Love this place! The staff here is Amazing and super friendly! Especially David! They will make you feel comfortable by giving suggestions on drinks and keeping the environment nice and clean! Such a fun ambiance can't go wrong with pool tables and video games! 10/10 recommend!

Visited here during my first visit in Dallas. We were greeted by Mike and Jon. Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever received. Drinks were great, team was awesome, bar was dope. Would highly recommend.

This bar is very inconsistent with their service. My friends and I ordered the same drink and we got different sized and shaped cups. When we brought it up, the bartender said it depends on who the bartender is. No apologies whatsoever from the manager. On another instance, the bartender gave us back our checks and cards except for mine. I asked and he claimed he gave it to me. No one could find it and someone ended up with access to it and used it to buy things online. It was found under a chair near the bar area/POS system. I was yelled at by the male bartender and never received an apology from him or the managers. The female bartenders apologized for him and said he was known for being a jerk. The one plus about this place is that they do allow outside food since they don't offer any foods. There is a game area but it's almost always occupied. The women's restroom is at least decent but there is almost always a line. Some of the customers are rude and pushy. Some sketchy people will hang out here so do make sure to keep your belongings on you at all times. Make sure to see that you get the best bartender by watching because apparently how and what they serve your drinks on varies by bartender.

I love this place!! Mike is the best! Always friendly and whips up the best drinks when I'm not sure what to drink. It's nice to walk in and be treated like family. Great drinks for a reasonable price. Mike is one of the best bartenders I know. Love that we have the option to play games or pool when we want to chill or put some jams on when we want to dance. You guys, ask for Mike when y'all come. He makes the best drinks in town!

Just wow, just left the bar, first time there. The bartenders made me feel comfortable and made a special cocktail for me which was impeccable. I think his name was Mike. He was bald and essentric. Atmosphere is great. Parking is a little tight but I managed. Great place to grab a quick drink. Very afford able drinks

This place is always a hit or miss, depending on the bartender that are working. He bartender, Jonathan is rude as fuck. We ordered songs for the juke box and this jerk turned the juke box off even tho the bar was almost empty. We paid for it and it should be played. This isn't the only time bartenders were rude. They need to clean up with the staff and get better people working if they expect people to come back.

Visiting dallas and staying in the area so we googled "sports clubs in the area" search returned this place! I am so glad ! First let us talk about Stephanie the bartender! She was amazing! She was on point getting us out drinks! I asked if I could have the tv changed to the Astros she was like "of course" her drinks were amazing and man her service was top notch! Our friends made a huge mess and while most people would have been dicks she was like "hey it happens" and cleaned it and joked while she did it! The music keeps rolling I haven't had to add a credit yet ! She let us bring food from another location !! Man Stephanie you are the best !! Great location ! Great everything !!

The wife and I had a terrible experience here. We ordered drinks off of a specialty drink menu, the bartender asked for the menu because he said the menu was new and was unsure how to make a Moscow Mule. Terrible service, drinks were nasty and made with no thought. Much better places to go in the area.

If I can give this crappy place a zero I would!! Before my bestie and I walked in this guy automatically turned us around! What is this and why? He told us we couldn't come in because we got kicked out of 303. I explained we just got done swimming at the Adolfus and was enjoying Dallas night life. He gave us this funky attitude and told us to take our ids back and we were like OkkAayY?! o.O we just left because like, how rude?

Popped in for a drink on the way back to the car from wandering Bishop Arts and ended up staying for two! A few customers, likely regulars, were hanging out. The bartender Mike greeted us very warmly and asked what we'd like to drink. We looked at the cocktails menu and ordered a couple of their specialty drinks. Both were really good!! We sipped on those, then ordered a couple more, visiting off and on with the bartender and playing songs on the jukebox. The place is comfortable, clean and worth a stop anytime you're in that area. We'll be back for sure!!

Drinks were HORRIBLE but the service was amazing. There's pool tables, couches. It was very cute place to relax.

Good drinks. Cool dive bar. No food so if you're hungry there are different spots around the corner. Lady at the bar is nice and chatty!

Chill. Comfy. Has a bar. I went on a Thursday night, so I'm not sure if weekends are slammed. But this is a great place to just sit back, have a drink and make a regular hangout spot.

Drinking Club Going to Bishop Arts, one of the complains is that it's fine for restaurants, but there are really no bars. OCSC is one of the exceptions, it's a full on bar and social hall. You can enjoy pool, darts, and/or the game on their big screen flat screens. The patrons I encountered were pretty friendly, each time I've been here on my own I have been able to strike up a conversation with no problem. The bartenders were super fun and chatty. No complaints, except the lack of food, but you can order in from next door. One of the things that I have been taken aback by, on some of the reviews, was that some referenced "thug" or "sketchy" crowds. I think this has a lot more to do with the fact that this isn't a super hipster place. Most people who come here actually live in the OC and don't come complete with fedora and over sized scarfs. People are people, come cheer on your team. You will probably find a new friend. Be Sociable
