Worst service ever. The girl had a pixie haircut and was wearing a red tie. I’ve been to this store multiple times and generally the staff were very nice and helpful. This time, I came in to return a couple of hoodies that I bought online. I wasn’t sure what size/color I liked so I bought three different ones. I originally decided to keep the navy but when I tried to return the black ones she said the hoodie was not in a condition to be accepted. She said there was hair on the hoodie and there was dust. It was a couple of strands of my hair which were on the hoodie because I tried it on. I shook the sweater and the dust came off and removed my two strands of hair and she still would not accept. It was absolutely ridiculous and as I talked to her she was so rude, staring at me without saying anything. I’ve never been treated this way at any store. Such a shame because it made me want to return everything I’ve ever bought at this brand and I never plan on returning or purchasing again. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Not sure if she was a manager but this store has serious customer service issue given the other 1 star reviews that all complain of the same thing.

There have been numerous complaints regarding this company’s return policy, refund practices, and lack of customer service responsiveness, many of which are documented with the BBB, where the company is notably not accredited. They heavily mark down their clothing yet refuse to offer any form of price adjustment within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, there is no customer service phone number, forcing customers to wait weeks for resolution through email. I personally sent two emails and did not receive a response for nearly two weeks, and when I finally did, the reply did not even address the issue I raised. Based on this experience, I will never shop with this company again, in-store or online.

Always have a great experience at this store! The associates, especially Anaya, Sarah, and Moni were awesome. Moni was so knowledgeable and had great style tips, they all always make sure to help me with everything I need.

Visited the store for the first time and will definitely return. I give credit to Larry though because as soon as we entered the store, he was so welcoming and made sure we were taken care of throughout the visit. The store was noticeably organized and clean, with a cute dressing room area. I purchased two pairs of jeans (same style, different color) and as I was on the way to get the second pair, he already had my size and color at the register waiting. It’s attention to detail and the initiative like this, that makes customers want to return. Thank you again, Larry!

The cashier who wearing white and navy shirt on 6/21 name Sara Taber was very rude and not attentive , the shirt was last one and no tag. I asked if she has another one she said no unless ordered and I wanted it today. I asked if she can write on receipt she said she but after she charged me she can not print receipt because the printer is not working till I said I want to make sure I can return if its not fit and so she said she wrote down on there system. But the thing is she had bad attitude toward me. I came here before all staffs was good and nice except her. I asked if everything is okay she said she has another customer after me lol come on girl dont be lazy doing your job. Look at your peer as example. They are way better serving customers.

Discovered this Canadian brand while at Tysons Corner Center. Love the fashions, but what really took my shopping experience to the next level was sales associate Samantha. She is a stylist extraordinaire and encouraged me to try styles outside my norm. Ultimately, she put me in a new 'fit I love. ❤️

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The manager has zero respect for customers and no clue how to run a business. They sold me a mispriced item without even giving me a receipt. When I came back to fix the issue, she admitted it was their mistake but still refused to give me the difference back. Instead, she started yelling at me and humiliating me in front of everyone in the store. To make things worse, she even left the theft tag on the item. This place is a joke—completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I will never shop here again.
