OAK + FORT

The cashier who wearing white and navy shirt on 6/21 name Sara Taber was very rude and not attentive , the shirt was last one and no tag. I asked if she has another one she said no unless ordered and I wanted it today. I asked if she can write on receipt she said she but after she charged me she can not print receipt because the printer is not working till I said I want to make sure I can return if its not fit and so she said she wrote down on there system. But the thing is she had bad attitude toward me. I came here before all staffs was good and nice except her. I asked if everything is okay she said she has another customer after me lol come on girl dont be lazy doing your job. Look at your peer as example. They are way better serving customers.

Always have a great experience at this store! The associates, especially Anaya, Sarah, and Moni were awesome. Moni was so knowledgeable and had great style tips, they all always make sure to help me with everything I need.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The manager has zero respect for customers and no clue how to run a business. They sold me a mispriced item without even giving me a receipt. When I came back to fix the issue, she admitted it was their mistake but still refused to give me the difference back. Instead, she started yelling at me and humiliating me in front of everyone in the store. To make things worse, she even left the theft tag on the item. This place is a joke—completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I will never shop here again.

Sarah was amazing!!! She was so helpful in finding me the perfect outfit! I would shop here again, just because of her!

Visited the store for the first time and will definitely return. I give credit to Larry though because as soon as we entered the store, he was so welcoming and made sure we were taken care of throughout the visit. The store was noticeably organized and clean, with a cute dressing room area. I purchased two pairs of jeans (same style, different color) and as I was on the way to get the second pair, he already had my size and color at the register waiting. It’s attention to detail and the initiative like this, that makes customers want to return. Thank you again, Larry!

10/10 cute clothes. i want to especially give a huge shoutout to Moni ! she is so so kind, she went above and beyond to help my mom find some cute and flattering clothes before vacation.

Update: 5/31/2025 I came to the store and purchased two items. They were final sales that I didn’t know. My husband dint liked the items I purchased and I came to return them. Learned lesson. Always ask at cashier or staff if they are final sales. Just to be sure you are 100% confident you will keep it. OAK + FORT please improve at the store and tag prices to indicate “final sale” or sign at the rack or shelve for customer to be aware. Otherwise I wouldn’t come back again if there’s no friendly heads up signs. Plus, I am Deaf and Hard of Hearing I wouldn’t catch if a staff said it was final sale? First Opening: This is it! My staple store!!!! I love their neutral and minimalist styles!!!! Perfect for those who love neutralist and minimalists like me! I am coming back for Larry and Jamie! Both are phenomenal and helped me with their honest opinion and they know how to make you look so good and sexy!!! Not just that! I love that they talk very vibrant that make you feel so easy to talk with them. :) Go in and check it out! Their prices are very reasonable!!!

Wonderful store with wonderful products, and wonderful staff. Since the store opened in Tysons Corner, I have been going ever since. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The store is always clean and very organized. I like their clothes but check out their accessories too!! I always stop by regardless of who or what I'm shopping for and always leave with something :)
