There have been numerous complaints regarding this company’s return policy, refund practices, and lack of customer service responsiveness, many of which are documented with the BBB, where the company is notably not accredited. They heavily mark down their clothing yet refuse to offer any form of price adjustment within a reasonable timeframe.
Additionally, there is no customer service phone number, forcing customers to wait weeks for resolution through email. I personally sent two emails and did not receive a response for nearly two weeks, and when I finally did, the reply did not even address the issue I raised.
Based on this experience, I will never shop with this company again, in-store or online.
