I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for Kaleigh, our server. Her positive demeanor and patient explanations of each menu item were truly impressive. Her salesmanship and marketing skills were on point. The food was absolutely delicious. I extend my gratitude to the event manager and the manager on duty for their remarkable energy and for making our wedding anniversary truly special. Despite a minor kitchen incident involving a small fire, the environment and employees maintained a positive attitude. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

All around amazing. For our Appetizers we ordered the popovers but they weren’t baked yet because we went at 4:00 the Friday after Christmas, so they gave us the Parker House Rolls free, which were melt in your mouth amazing. We split the Mixed lettuces salad, our waiter who was amazing, hands down the best server we’ve had said it was enough for two and he was definitely right. The kitchen split it for us which I love because ya know I’d hate to stab my husband to get the last wine soaked pear slice with a chunk of blue cheese. For our entrees I ordered the crab cakes app and a side of fries. Husband had the short rib. The crab cakes are out of this world. So much crab. Hardly any filler. With our fries our waiter brought out ketchup and creamy horseradish sauce. He said it was his favorite with their fries so he wanted us to try it. I may never be able to eat fries without horseradish ever again, perfect combo! The short rib was divine. Fall apart tender, not fatty. And those Gorgonzola grits…Y’all. Don’t miss out on those. We took food home and had no dessert because we were so full but they did have a lot of desserts that tempted us for sure. 100% will return for our next special occasion.

This place is fantastic! I was immediately impressed with their fine dining atmosphere and friendly staff. The weather wasn't the best the evening of our visit so we didn't get to fully take advantage of the beautiful view but I have had a glimpse of it from others' experiences and it looks great. The staff seemed genuinely excited to help us celebrate our occasion and we experienced great service throughout. You MUST start with the Parker House Rolls, though there are several other appetizing starters on the menu as well. The rolls were as good as it gets. For my entree, I had the Oak Burger. As far as burgers go, I was impressed that it tasted pretty light, which I can attribute to the quality of the bun and patty. It was definitely high quality. My only critique is that the burger could use a sauce or an adjustment to the cook to make it a little juicier. I still enjoyed it, however. My wife had the half chicken and we both agreed that it was amazing. This is definitely a great place to go if you're looking for a fine dining experience. Apologies as I do not recall our server's name but we definitely appreciate her taking good care of us!

I cannot recommend this place enough before even getting into the food and how tasty it was. I want to start off by complementing the staff from the moment that we walked in to the moment that we left everyone was beyond friendly and accommodating. It was our anniversary and the first thing we walked up to on our table with a card with signatures from all the staff wishing us a happy anniversary, which was a very personal touch. I’ve never seen any fine dining restaurant to get our evening started. The food itself was spectacular every single dish and knocked it out a park. Our favorites were the Prime NY Strip steak, Brussels Sprouts, Parker House Rolls, and Shells and Cheese! Can’t recommend this place enough! And also a special shout out to our server Andrew! He was fantastic!

We had an incredible dining experience at Oak Steakhouse in Rogers. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The appetizers were outstanding—the baked oysters rockefeller were rich and flavorful, the crab cakes were perfectly crisp, and the pork belly bites were a delicious surprise. The fresh bread was warm, soft, and a great start to the meal. For entrées, the steak and lobster tail combo was flawless—the steak cooked to perfection with a beautiful crust, and the lobster tender and seasoned just right. The sides, especially the savory mushrooms and Jalapeño cornbread were the perfect complement. Drinks were refreshing, and the staff made sure our glasses never went empty. We ended the night with dessert, and the crème brûlée was smooth, creamy, and easily one of the best we’ve had. Service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. This is without a doubt the best steakhouse we’ve found in the area. Highly recommend for date nights, celebrations, or just a fantastic meal. We will definitely be making Oak Steakhouse one of our regular dining spots!

Oak Steakhouse – Exceptional Dinner, Exceptional Service Our experience at Oak steakhouse was truly outstanding. Oak Steakhouse delivered a dinner that genuinely stood out, not just for the food, but for the people who made the night feel effortless. From the moment we sat down, our server Olivia set the tone. She was warm, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable about the menu. The kind of team that anticipates what you need before you even think to ask. Timing was impeccable present without hovering, confident without being pushy, and genuinely invested in making sure everything landed just right. We sat at table 82. The food matched the service in quality. Pork chop and CAB short ribs came out perfectly cooked with that deep, flavorful crust that only comes from a kitchen that knows exactly what it’s doing. Sides ( mashed potatoes and mac and cheese) were thoughtfully prepared and portioned to share, each one balanced and memorable. The cornbread is a must try!!!! The atmosphere ties it all together, upscale but warm, polished without feeling stiff. It’s the kind of place where you can relax into the evening and trust that you’re in good hands. Oak Steakhouse isn’t just a great meal, it’s a full experience, elevated by a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Already looking forward to the next visit.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how amazing our recent visit was. The service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making my wife and me feel truly welcomed. We had an absolute blast. And the food—wow! Everything was absolutely amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the crab cake and steak tartare were simply exceptional. We were celebrating a special milestone, and my husband picked this restaurant based on coworker recommendations. I usually check reviews, but I trusted him and was genuinely excited. As a chef with fine dining experience, my expectations are high—especially since dining out is a treat for us. We arrived at 6:15pm. The pork belly appetizer was too fatty to eat, and the garnish was just plain cuties. After placing our order, we waited over an hour and a half. With kids in tow and my husband coming straight from work, it was frustrating. When the food finally arrived, the steak was cold, the bone marrow bread pudding was just okay and the seafood tower was not so exciting. The mac and cheese was the only highlight. Dessert was also delayed — close to 10:00pm Andrew said they were just making the ice-cream. Ice cream wasn’t ready, and when it came, it was warm and mushy. Suri was kind and offered it on the house, which we appreciated, but we weren’t there for freebies—we wanted a great experience. Sadly, this was the second steakhouse in town that missed the mark. The view was of construction site, the service was super slow, and the ambiance underwhelming. We’ve been loyal to a national steakhouse chain for 19 years and rarely had issues. This just didn’t compare. We may return for the mac and cheese, but we’ll eat beforehand.

Service /atmosphere - 5 stars Great experience/ environment. I've never been offered table side water accompaniments. Platter of pre-sliced cucumbers, limes, or lemons to choose from. I appreciated the gesture! Mixed lettuce salad - 3 stars Really good flavor but had too much dressing. Some of the lettuce we had was slimy and questionable. Coq au vin: 5 stars Really good flavor. Loved the rich sauce. Chicken was well done. Great presentation. Halibut: 5 stars Well cooked with brown butter sauce. Well plated. Carrots: 1 stars Cold, mushy texture and too bitter (from the charring maybe?). It seems like they are batched and then left out. Flavor combinations were off. Overall average: 3.9 stars

We had a 7:45 reservation. I checked in at 6:45 and told the hostess we were early to visit the bar. At 7:43 I received a call from the hostess that our table was ready, and I literally looked to my right and 20ft away she saw who she called. Oak, take note of your customers, were there spending money, arriving early to buy drinks. Drop the technology, focus on personal service, and don't treat humans as numbers. We ordered still water, and two glasses of a red blend wine. We decided to order the shrimp cocktail ($19) for appetizer and it was worth the price. Chilled, not cold but I *think* there were 7 fairly decent sized shrimps. No complaints. We then ordered: 2 small steakhouse chopped salads ($8) and asked for the Gruyère Popovers ($7) to be brought at the same time. The salads were very good....not exceptional but certainly acceptable. We were served standard rolls, despite ordering the Gruyère Popovers. The server checked on our table, didn't notice the error so I had to remind her. Of course she apologized and offered to bring us the popovers... but that's simply too awkward to wait for the kitchen to prepare them while our salads were already served. For entrees we each ordered the 16oz Prime Ribeye ($83) and shared the Shells and Cheese ($13). It's a steakhouse, expect only your entree and everything else is a la carte. The Shells and Cheese were delicious, the cheese sauce wasn't overly cheese, nicely balanced. They did top the dish with additional cheese which hardened upon cooling so when I plated some shells I also plated a somewhat 3"x3" cheese, what I can only call is, shingle. Unappealing, nonsensical to try to cut, and deserving to be tossed to the side. Again, besides that the Shells and Cheese were wonderful. The ribeye was reminiscent of steak half its price. Probably 16oz, I won't argue but I did question its precook weight. I should say we did inquire as to their dry aged steaks but were told they were 86'd. The steak cooked to the correct doneness but lacked any crusting, and really was grey, some browning but more monotone in color. Again, no crusting. The ribeye fell very short of a good steakhouse standard and honestly it would be forgivable, to some degree, if it wasn't $83. We regularly spend $200-$500 on a night out, Oak was no exception. Other non-steak items on their menu look appealing, and I may consider Oak for those items. But in the future we'll refer to it as Oak Restaurant, not Oak Steakhouse. $83 for a ribeye I'd be happy to pay...and have and more; but please leave the insults for patrons who you treat as numbers, lack of attention to details, and the attempts to serve stakes worthy of half the price. It doesn't fly here. A good note is that our server was genuinely concerned to provide good service, and we appreciated that. The bar is nicely stocked and service was acceptable. - Bar spend: 4 drinks, $100 incl. tip - Dinner spend: $324.12 incl $80 (if my memory serves me correctly) tip. - Car Valet: $20 tip in, I think the fee was $14, $20 tip out. They kept my Mercedes out in front.

Fantastic. We had dinner celebrating my wife's birthday. When I made the reservation they asked if it was a special occasion so I told them. When we got there they had a gift bag on the table with a mug with her initial AND a card signed by the whole staff. The food was perfect. Service was very attentive without being annoying. We could not have had a better experience. We will definitely go back.

Amazing meal! We got the filet Oscar scallop and it was 2 scallops with Oscar sauce on top and so delicious!!! The sides we ordered were very good also. Brussels and mac and cheese. Then for dessert we ordered the pumpkin creme brûlée and chocolate cake with caramel ice cream. The pumpkin creme brûlée was so festive and oh so good! The chocolate cake was good also but very rich. It came with a scoop of ice cream which complemented the cake very well. It was a very light Carmel flavor. The slice is really big and easily sharable! The restaurant is on the top floor of a very nice hotel and has a nice ambiance. The service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and professional! We will definitely go back!

We had such a great night at the new Oak Steakhouse at the top of the Hilton in Rogers. From the moment we sat down, everything was on point from the great service to the delicious food. We started with the Alaskan crab legs. They were sweet, meaty, and fresh. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well--definitely one of the better steaks we've had around here. We also loved the Caesar salad--it was super fresh and crisp. The whipped potatoes were chunky and buttery. The brussels sprouts were roasted perfectly and paired well with the whipped potatoes and steak. For dessert, we split the key lime cheesecake with raspberry sauce, and it was AMAZING--it was tangy, sweet, and super refreshing. Big thanks to our server, Aaron K. He was super friendly, attentive, easy to converse with, and just made the whole experience better. Shoutout to Aaron W. too for helping keep everything running smoothly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very modern, and comfortable. The bar area is a beautiful spot, and a great spot for drinks even if you don't stay for dinner. The food, the people, and the space were all amazing. This will definitely be a new go-to spot for us.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Service at the bar was a 6 from Mark and Emily. I had the cosmo also a 6. The tuna tartare was maybe a 2 the rice crackers were sweet and store bought. Too much pepper and honestly fishy. Crab cakes a solid 5 although not enough grabiche on the plate. Ordered the key lime cheesecake to go 3.5-4. Not key limey enough but crust was excellent.

What a fantastic birthday dinner. From receiving a birthday card signed by everyone in the restaurant to the phenomenal service from our rockstar server Brandi, it was the perfect meal. The atmosphere is so classy and the view is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

For a classic style steakhouse, it doesn't get much better. Nothing trendy here. This is where you take business clientele and your spouse for a special occasion. Food was traditional in the best way. In an age where orthodoxy is under appreciated, this place stands as a beacon. I could talk and be heard without raising my voice. I didn't have to ask the waiter, "what's that?" The atmosphere is quiet and old school upscale.

I'm giving two stars because of the food. The atmosphere sitting on the balcony was very nice and nice so enjoy that. And the service was OK but could be better. We had to wait on everything that we asked for. I think she just kept forgetting. The food Was mediocre at best. Had the 16 ounce ribeye, it was not the best steak I've had. Let's just say that. Texas roadhouse was better. Definitely not worth the money. Had brussels sprouts which were flash fried, needed some flavor, could use some kind of sauce and would've been much better. Had mushrooms and again could've been better. It was just OK. I think the best thing we had were the Parker rolls. and that's a shame , being that your meal was about $175 and we should shared . They definitely need to tweak their food. If you're going to charge that much at a fancy steakhouse it better be superb!! And it was not .

The food was overall disappointing. Both our meals were lukewarm. The risotto that accompanied my duck was stiff and the butternut squash in it was undercooked. The stars of the food that evening were the Brussels sprouts and cornbread. Service was great. We had a very nice waitress. Tables were arranged in such a way that the loud lady across the aisle dominated not only her table but ours. Booths face outwards to the intimate two tops. It was very awkward. Alcohol prices are too high as well.

So where to begin it took me three phone calls to make a reservation bc our party of 10 requires an event coordinator and finally returned call after a week. A few days after establishing the reservation on phone, I receive an email with a contract and minimum due. This was not disclosed on the phone call reservation. So we called to inquire about the contract that included a 24% service charge with a 9% tax on top along with a fixed menu on a main dining table, not even semi private. None of this was mentioned in the initial reservation. We approved the minimum and service charge reluctantly but they did have impeccable service a month earlier when we were there with a few friends. The event coordinator said "you must sign the contract to reserve even though the contract is incorrect" and "... it really doesn't work in this market". I told him we were good for the minimum and charges. We ended up not signing the contract and relied on the verbal reservation commitment only to find an email the next morning that they cancelled our reservation on the day of our office Christmas party leaving us stranded and when my husband called as soon as he received the email they just said sorry it's cancelled. Who does this especially when they had been communicating back and forth for days. My husband would have paid the $1200 deposit that morning had the coordinator corrected their contract but they left us hanging with no where to go with 10 people on the day of. Very disappointing and rude! Unfortunately when getting a reservation both times was made to be very difficult and what's unfortunate is it is a really nice place with good food and the service previously was great. If you're trying to make reservations for over 8 people they need to better their system!

Depending on your vibe. I wanted a cute rooftop spot - this didn't really pass the ambiance check. The crab cakes were decent !

We had a great anniversary meal at Oak Steakhouse. Our waiter Earl took great care of us. The Butcher Old Fashioned was good. Loved the burata salad and the Parker rolls were delicious. They helped us celebrate with a delicious crème brûlée. Will definitely go again.

Food came out late and cold. We were also charge for an item that was complementary that we did not order. I hope this place works out the kinks, but for the price not worth going to now.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. The rooftop concept is awesome. The sides lacked flavor, but other than that all the food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our entrees took about an hour and a half to come out, but the manager came by to apologize and explained they have a new executive chef and are still working out the kinks. Our waiter also brought us an extra dessert for free because we couldn't decide. Overall, good people and good food.

We were here for dinner last night and it was such a treat! The atmosphere was top notch and the service was great! The food was really good too! I would recommend serving the steak on hot plates to elevate it even more. We are from out of town but will tell family and friend to come and try out.

We are 0 for 2 as far as service. Food was decent the first time. Wouldn't know on the second occasion. Requested a check after 1 hour and 15 minutes of not having our food. Waitress was ok. Manager was terrible. 2 cooks with no line. Not staffed. Managerbdoesnt understand the resteraunt business. No wonder there are tons of reviews about the service. Probably not going back. Rally cool spot unfortunately.

Do not waste your time, money or taste buds. I was excited that Rogers was getting a new high end restaurant, but the Oak Steakhouse is a complete disappointment on so many levels. The bar area is very nice and appears to be well stocked with premium brands, but the restaurant, food and service are beyond awful. I ordered a number of items to try so I could provide a thorough review. One "starter" I ordered was not the one I received. I mentioned it to our server and was told that I was given an old menu, but she said she knew what I meant to order. Why did she not mention that when I ordered? The service was completed "amateur hour" It was as if the servers watch a YouTube video on how to be servers at a high end restaurant. Our server could not answer basic questions pertaining to the menu, and she kept bowing. It was so ridiculous, I thought I was on a hidden camera show. Believe it or not, the food was even worse than the service. One of our dishes came out with some type of overpowering yogurt/cream sauce that was heavily drizzled all over it. It was all downhill from there; flavorless food. I understand Oak Steakhouse is a chain. Very surprised a high end chain could perform so poorly. I understand they are trying to be the new hip vibe restaurant, but they should focus on the basic fundamentals. If it wasn't for the WM vendors and their expense accounts, this place would be a distance memory by Christmas. I was going to give them another try, but I figured that I have already been there twice; my first time and last time. On a more positive note; the hotel is wonderful; great rooms and high quality service.
