As a delivery person, this "virtual restaurant" is a time sucking nightmare. The issue is they need one position to take the front desk for all the venues. Instead, someone will be there, never think to tell you they are only there for ONE PLACE. A woman kept coming up only asking about certain customers, never told me she only worked for one of the virtual kitchens, and didnt know a damn thing about my kitchen. I'm there for 40 damned minutes only because my status message says it's being prepared - another problem.
I'm banning all of their virtual kitchens until they fix these issues and respect our time. Was a big loss of earnings today from two kitchens that were not open, but acted, through their stupid kiosk and messaging system, as if they were "in preparation".
So, fix your system to reflect the actual status of your restaurants, get a dedicated person to liaison between ALL restaurants and customers, so we arent standing around for nothing.
