I had the keto ice cream which was very good. My son had the Jasmine milk tea ice cream which was very good. The service was very fast and the gentleman was professional. I have not had the food yet but I would definitely come back for the food and the cookies

Tasty Malaysian restaurant Genghix Next available here. Really enjoyed the fried turmeric chicken rice dish. Ordering on the spot via QR code took about 15min for the food to be ready. Check in via QR code to receive text updates. I'll definitely order ahead the next time.

Good food here this place has so many restaurants and tried a few here and was really good it’s easy as placing a order at a kiosk then picking it up in the lockers . Downside is that you cannot order from multiple restaurants at once and would have to do one restaurant at a time

I love the timing of the text messages. My food was ready, lady at the counter was friendly and she acknowledged me time I walked up, the bag was close securely, food was hot and fresh, and utensils and napkins were inside my bag. I will return in the future!!

Such a fascinating ghost kitchen. Ordered Cozy Wok from here. Experience here was great. Super easy pickup. Just check in on a tablet and pick up your food from a locker. Food was super hot and super fresh! Parking is tricky so be prepared to wait for a spot or double park it. 12th street can be busy. I’ll be back!

Picked up some delicious filipino food from Tipunan! Missing some home cooked sinigang and turon. GENEROUS portions and served HOT. I love that they ask if you want patis (fish sauce) which is not something you always have on deck until you NEED IT. They have mango nectar as well. The Gina brand that we all grew up on. :) I wish they had Sarsi (filipino root beer or something) but the Mango nectar was my first choice anyway. You can order online or at a tablet and then you watch around for the food. Took a while but worth it cause it's hot. I walked in to order so I'll order ahead next time. Ate outside at these cute little tables with umbrellas since the weather was so nice anyway. There is parking! That is a great plus. I didn't get to share any food with my boyfriend....so I will be back! I also didn't get pictures because I was super excited about hot Sinigang and rice so...pictured is just the turon, the mango nectar and the outside seating. Super cute!

Food is great. I ordered the tofu rice bowl from Palmito. Fresh and Flavorful and the cilantro sauce is nice. The service was quick and easy, I came at a quiet time, around 4pm so that could be why. I have never ordered from a touch screen before so it felt a little impersonal. The front space felt a bit like a post office, pretty quiet and empty. But I enjoyed the food and it is a great option for a quick and healthy grab and go meal.

No frills, authentic Filipino food at Tipunan! I've tried almost everything on their menu and I was never disappointed. Their new location at the Oakland Food Hall is a little bit of a drive for me compared to their old location. I recommend ordering ahead as it takes them a while for them to prepare the food. You get an estimate when your food will be ready and it is usually on the dot. The shared kitchen concept is really interesting and I'm glad it's available to small businesses.

A friend sent me an article from KQED, titled "The Best Filipino Restaurant in the Bay Area Isn't a Restaurant at All." I read it and made plans to go there the following week, on Monday. The author wrote about how their family would get together on special occasions for a big Filipino feast and that both sides of their family hail from Pampanga, the culinary capital of the Philippines, so they're not often impressed with Filipino restaurants in the Bay Area. So, I thought, this person must have high expections for good Filipino cuisine! They went on to say: Until one day in 2020 when I really needed a plate of comfort food and found it at Tipunan in Oakland -- in my opinion, the best classic Filipino food in all of the Bay Area. So, of course I wanted to check this place out right away. I love Filipino cuisine! I was excited and looking forward to it! When I arrived, I was skeptical. It doesn't look like a welcoming place at all. The parking lot was full and street parking was full too. I checked the parking lot again and luckily found a space at the very back of the lot, behind the dumpster. I thought, ok, it must be good if there's this many people here on a Monday, just before dinner. I parked and as soon as I walked in, every ounce of excitement was immediately sucked right out of me. This place could use some major hospitality tips and a complete renovation. It was empty. There was 1 teenager inside watching something on his iPad. I'm thinking, who do all the cars in the parking lot belong to?? ...maybe the the employees? And where are the employees? There was no one in sight. Upon entering, you're greeted by a printed "Welcome!" sign with an arrow pointing to the right, to a couple of tablets for check-in, if you're picking up your order. That's the only direction in sight. Tip: You should definitely order 20-30 minutes before arriving. There's no worker in sight. No one directing you on how to order. No other sign. Nothing. I looked around and saw a kiosk in the corner, on the left, with digital menu where I could order. I walked over and selected Tipuan. They're not open yet. It's about 4:28pm. They open at 4:30pm. I waited. A few minutes after 4:30pm, it changed to "Open" and I started placing my order. It's a la carte. What in the world?? I picked Tocino (Sweet Cured Pork), added Garlic Rice, added Spiced Vinegar. The total was $23.50!! And with tax and 15% tip, the final amount came out to $29.44. Eesh! I didn't even order a drink. I thought, "Welp! I hope it's really good!" At 4:38pm, I received a text message, letting me know that the pick-up time for this order is 5:01pm - 5:11pm. The pork should already be marinated. The rice should already be made. The spiced vinegar should already be packed in those little sauce containers. Why in the world would it take about 30 minutes for my order to be ready??? There was no one else here. I waited. At 5:19pm (41 minutes after I placed the order!!), I received another text message, letting me know my order is ready and directing me to go the counter to pick up my order. I walked up to the counter, looked through the fenced-like counter gate and there was 1 person there. I gave him my order number and he handed me my order in a plastic bag, tied up. I asked if there were utensils inside and he sais, "You can check." Um, ok. It took about 2 minutes to open the bag; they tied the handles so tight. There was a fork and a spoon, but no napkins. I was done. I just wanted to get out of there and get home. When I got home, I was still looking forward to a good Filipino dinner. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The Tocino was tough and so salty! This is usually tender pieces of sweetly marinated meat. The garlic rice was tightly packed and dry, but it tasted good. Rice should be fluffy and moist. The spiced vinegar was as expected. Overall, it was NOT WORTH $30!!! I will never go back, not even to give them another chance. The entire experience was awful. -Parking lot full of cars, but no customers -Cold, unwelcoming feel of the place -Confusing ordering process, uninspiring menu options, overpriced -Poor customer service. They couldn't even confirm whether they packed utensils in my package -Awfully prepared food Bottom line - It was all just SO DISAPPOINTING. Sidenote: There was candy vendor on the digital kiosk that had only one item on their menu...Mutated Covid Clusters - 120g for $20. What the hell??

WTF?!? I've heard of this place and happened to be driving by when I saw it. I did a U-turn (probably illegal) to get there, but going in, I was uninspired to want to try anything. Maybe, I'm used to fancy places like EmeryBay public market, Local kitchens or Swan's market. Fancy in comparison, not reality. But this place was something I wasn't prepared for. They should do some research and come up with a better presentation for the public. This place was cold and impersonal and I don't ever want to go again!

There was plenty of parking available on the street right out front, as well as in the small parking lot next to the building, when we arrived around 6pm this past Saturday. We also found a good amount of seating inside the small space (about 8-10 bar height seats for eating counters along the window), and a couple of picnic benches and tables outdoors near the parking lot, the place pretty empty on a Saturday evening so it was more than sufficient for us to have dinner here before attending an event nearby. They also have a fairly clean restroom inside (though not well stocked with paper products). And the interior of the tiny food hall was clean as well. I like the diversity of food and desserts they offer here, including Indian food, ramen, and vegan dishes. But when we visited this past weekend, we noticed they were out of a lot of options (you can see this on the monitor if you order from the self-order kiosk inside). Wait times were reasonable as well, ranging from 5-17 minutes for food to be ready.. you have to place separate orders for each restaurant, and you get quoted different wait times when you pay. We got the chicken and pork lumpia bites from Halo Lumpia Kitchen. The quality and tastes were phenomenal, and the sauces on the side were generous and delicious. We also tried an empanada and chicken leg and thigh from Pollo Campero. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well, but the empanada wasn't my favorite, a sweeter taste for what I thought would be more savory, and the campero signature sauce was not very good, plus the wait for this order was kinda long. For dessert, we ordered several cookies from Stirred, Not Shaken. They gave us the wrong order, we ended up getting 6 cookies instead of 4, but honestly I would have preferred getting our CORRECT order rather than receiving extra stuff we did not want. There was nothing too outstanding about the cookies, ie. a typical chocolate chip cookie comparable to what you could find at a grocery store for cheaper, but we did like seeing a unique flavor like oatmeal butterscotch. These were pretty large cookies too, and there was hardly a wait (probably cuz the cookies are not heated). Halo Lumpia Kitchen was the only ghost kitchen eatery here that was both quick and correct with our order. But overall, our experience here was fine, with standard/minimal service at the pickup counter as the ordering system was automated.

Went there yesterday for 2 $6 cookies. The place is a ghost town. Everything is kiosk driven with no humans covering the cashier. Disruptive technology at its worst. So disruptive, you can count the number of vendors on 2 hands Forced to give a 1 star. I'll never go back

If you don't want to put yourself at risk for covid, prob choose another place. My first experience here for mochill was fabulous. I was in and out in seconds and communication was stellar. Food was ready on time and I was notified when it was ready. It was impressive. Fast forward a few months later. This ghost kitchen is disorganized and is a safety hazard. Perhaps it is because there are so many more restaurants now operating at the same time? Maybe it depends on the time of day? Who knows what is going on in the kitchen back there bc there is no one to communicate to them but the one person managing the front. Poor person. There is also no way to call to check on your order or ask questions. You must go inside to ask. Simply frustrating. I've ordered Dickey's and Panera from here and both on different occasions have been 1 hr past the promised time! All you receive is a text saying it's in progress, then you go inside to inquire if you missed any updates, and meanwhile sit and wait while you are being exposed to everyone else who is waiting for their orders from various places, while not everyone is wearing a mask. It's absolutely insane. It is not in the safest neighborhood and there is little to no parking, probably because everyone is still waiting for their orders. How can u have so many restaurants with such a small parking lot and scant street parking? I've been to the ghost kitchen in Lafayette and never had any issues with timing or pick up. It is made within the promised time which can be anywhere bn 10-20 mins. They keep their kitchens down to no more than 10 restaurants to keep the flow good and parking is never an issue even tho the lot is smaller. Display is seen on screen so you know your status and how much longer. At least until the pandemic dies down or is over or they change their organization or system, I would MUCH rather prefer to order and take my food to go from an actual restaurant.

I have tried and ordered from over 25 cloud kitchens from this place, and only a few have failed to come thru. But why did they fail? Last Saturday, I placed an order with "Smack Fried Chicken." Someone confirmed it, and then when the driver went to get it, they said the restaurant is closed. Why the breakdown in communication? Is there an on-site mgr there? Last month, I ordered from another kitchen, and the same thing happened. But this place has a Facebook page, so I asked if they were open. She said she's away doing a catering job, and Jingletown Eats was supposed to take her off the active list.....in otherwords, she's closed for the day. The system needs to work all the time

They have a good idea - 1 building with a number of different cuisine/restaurant items all placed at one counter. They have a couple chairs in side and a couple picnic tables outside. The bad? You walk inside the building - its dirty. Staff is semi friendly but busy which is understandable considering there are a number of food delivery people waiting to pick up orders. Outside seating - DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Tables are filthy and trashcans are overflowing. Ordered from Kavya Indian and Nepalese Cuisine - food was mediocre.

First time here and the concept is pretty cool Jingletown Eats is a GHOST KITCHEN Home to over 50 different catering businesses/restaurants You order your food online, schedule a pick up time and go pick it up!! That easy!! The venue it self is very clean both inside and outside. Beautiful art work decorates the outside of the building, inside its painted PINK (super cute) there is social distancing markers and employees are wearing masks Only draw back is the parking. I noticed a lot of customers double parking and blocking people in I think there is a parking lot on the side of the business to be honest so not sure why people insist on double parking. Jingletown Eats is a warehouse type "ghost kitchen" where one orders for pickup or delivery. you order, get a pickup time, show up, pick up. parking may be iffy foods are made on site for individual vendors/kitchens -got mochi lately, looking forward to krunchy chicken, onigiri, et. have to order thru individual websites, pick up at central desk.

First time coming here while trying to find Pizza My Heart. I thought it would be a big food hall but when I walked in, there was an ordering station and pick up area. I think the place would be a lot more better if there was some lively music playing in the background because it feels quite depressing when I was sitting there waiting for the food

I ordered donuts through an app called Chownow and arrived a few minutes early before pick up time. There is parking on the street in front of Jingletown, unfortunately they were all filled. I got lucky and found a parking spot in the small parking lot next to the building. Please note that the parking spots are narrow. When you walk in, there's an iPad near the wall to check in. I checked in using my information and received a text advising me to wait in my car until I receive another text to let me know my order was ready. My pick up time was at 2:00pm and my order was ready 10 minutes after the scheduled time. There is also a flatscreen above the counter that will also notify you that your order is ready. The employees were friendly and I was able to grab my donuts and go. In case you were wondering, the employees were wearing masks and gloves. The other customers waiting inside followed social distancing protocols so I felt fairly safe. I also wanted to point out the lovely murals all over the building. When you see the murals, you will know that you're at the right place. Will definitely order food and pick up here again.

Oakland Food Hall is a hard to miss building, on the outside - there are murals and on the inside - it is very bright and pink. There is no parking, so you may have to park far and walk over - I have seen a lot of people double park in the front. This food hall is a more spacious location, they have some seating inside as well. There is a bathroom, which is a plus. There is usually someone at the front to help you out with any questions or concerns as well.

This place is a case study in how NOT to run a food takeout and delivery service. Nobody at the counter for 20+ minutes (except for the unfriendly girl sometimes hiding around the corner pretending to help) , tablet won't accept my order ID as valid ... I'm still not sure whether anyone knows or cares that I'm here or is preparing my food or anything. Please, just shut down if you can't figure out how to run a business. This is a disgrace, even for Oakland.

Went there for Mochill Mochi donuts ordered and it tooled 50min to get my order, so I included a barcode and link so everyone can order ahead to avoid the long wait time. The Mochi donuts were so good and fresh, u didn't like the Mochi cupcake the Mochi was too much for my liking... I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This place looks cool on the outside, but run down and disorganized on the inside. The concept is good, but this place FAILS HORRIBLY in execution. I placed my order over an hour ago and still waiting. There are no instructions on how to order and there's no one at the counter to help- just an ugly sign that says check the tablet before coming to the counter. I will also share this feedback with the establishment that uses this kitchen. It's giving their business a bad rep.

This is a really fun ghost kitchen! You order online and check in on an iPad inside the building on the wall. The process is very easy and you just wait for your name to pop up on the tv screen above the food window! There's an employee constantly coming out with stacks of orders from mochi donuts to pizza and Italian food. The downsides are the parking situation... there is a small lot to the left of the building, but during lunch it's basically a free for all with double parking on the street, in handicap, and in crossed off spots in the lot bc it gets that busy! They do encourage social distancing and provide hand sanitizer (especially for delivery drivers) but even when you wait in line after your food is ready, the drivers don't distance when they go to the front of the line. I would love to try more restaurants in here but try to avoid lunch times!!

It doesn't look like much at first when you pass by the place but when you go inside and look at the menu on the digital screen there is various variety of foods that seem good, I ordered a breakfast burrito from : Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos, and I like that the burrito is a decent size burrito for breakfast it can be cut In half and fill 2 people . It's very homemade like but something about the way it's made is pretty bad ass. I ordered a Bronco Burrito with some Aioli sauce . The burrito was nice warm soft perfectly portioned and overall the best breakfast burrito I have definitely recommend to buy a breakfast burrito from here if you eat a lot of protein or are looking for something to keep you full for half of the day . I ordered a *Bronco Burrito 3 eggs - smoked bacon -crispy tator tots- American cheese - pickled jalapeños -Cotija cheese - fresh slices of avocado (Wrapped in a soft Flour Tortilla). (Comes W/ a side sauce ) I chose Spicy Basil Aioli sauce.

I had the opportunity to find this place through chess. I came to pick up an order of donuts and found that there are 43 restaurants that are using this goes kitchen in the industrial side of Oakland, that is super accessible from the highway or from the Oakland city streets. 15 minutes away from Berkeley five minutes away from downtown Oakland and everything is housed in this building you order ahead and pick it up or you could get Your order from Uber eats or GrubHub to bring it to your home or pick it up at the spot like I did. Totally happy I was able to find this place and will definitely come back. I was able to meet the manager mAX and he told me that there are two others similar sites around the Bay Area

I don't want to ruin the restaurant businesses here. The food is great... but the ordering notification system is crap. We ordered from three businesses and ended up waiting in our car for three hours. The text says "[IN PROGRESS] Please wait in your car until notified that your order is ready. Reply STOP to opt-out." There was no text or emails. When we went up our orders was lost. Folks at the counter are very cordial but they are stuck in the middle and could not help at all. We called the restaurant numbers and two places had to remake our orders. Wonder where our original food went to??!! Outside, the delivery guys have nowhere to park and are super impatient especially during dinner hours. You have a great concept, work w the city to make it flow better. Overall a completely disastrous system, coupled w low sugar level, turned out date night into a piss-fest.

There is no eating at Jingletown Eats. This is a delivery hub. There's not even any food present at Jingletown Eats. It's all cooked in the back, packaged, and set out for drivers to pick up for DoorDash or UberEats. They should make it clearer for patrons who come and order at restaurants that allow pickup. The ipad check-in signage says "drivers", and the staff behind the counter are not very helpful or friendly. When patrons (for non UberEats or DoorDash orders) come in, they must also check in at the ipad and await their order. That being said, if you KNEW to check in, the process is quite simple: You wait around until you get a text that your order is ready, your name also pops up on the TV above the counter, and you're able to grab your to-go food. Parking is nearly impossible as it's on the busy E 12th Street in East Oakland and it's in a very precarious part of town. The redeeming factor is the availability of a (clean) bathroom for people coming to pick up food. There is GREAT potential in this place - apparently 40 kitchens in the back whipping up delicious eats, however, the establishment needs to get their act together on streamlining the pickup process.

We have been ordering Pollo Campero at the SF location, and recently discovered the food hall Oakland, we had a great and easy experience. We ordered online and as soon as we got there the lady at the front asked us for the name of the order, she said it was ready and indeed. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes, our order was perfect and the service was great! Definitely will come back again!

I ended up not ordering anything. If there's one thing that I despise is rude, disrespectful workers. I have never been there before, so I didn't know how everything worked. I had seen the line, so I was curious. I went there to eat after a small job fair down the street, and I was glad to see that it wasn't busy. So I went to the kiosk to order food. I was confused about ordering because my phone doesn't scan. I asked a young man how it worked, and he rudely said "Like a computer" and he yelled at a bored young lady playing with her cellphone. She gave a fast crash course on it. I was just confused because I was trying to select a dipping sauce for my chicken tenders, and it skipped so fast, I didn't notice that it now wanted me to select how I wanted them cooked. She went away as if she was glad that she didn't have to deal with me. Even worse, you can't use any card, it has to be with a chip on it. Very, very stupid. What kind of an establishment is this, where you only offer one way to pay? Every card doesn't have a chip! Fix it, please! And hire actual adults, not overgrown teenagers with a smart mouth! I canceled the order and just went elsewhere!

Pasta was served without utensils or napkins. Took 10 minutes to get the cashiers attention and receive them. Food was mediocre at best.

Wait times are long! Maybe ok if you order ahead but Went in to order a milk tea which took 15 minutes (also did not taste great- got the rose milk tea which tasted like watery sweet , then also ordered fried chicken and 30 minutes in, I'm still waiting... there should be a warning that orders take this long. Did not plan on waiting here for this long and it wasn't even busy. Pretty annoying and will not be back.

Understaffed for the number of orders that come in. Inaccurate wait time estimates and randomly goes to either a locker (good) or pickup at front desk (bad with 1 overwhelmed employee fielding 3-5 ready orders). A bit disorganized. Also saw someone get really frustrated at being confused about how to order. No instructions posted and not enough employee bandwidth to explain to everyone.

Ugh. Never again. Ordered one item from Dog Haus that was fine and came out in about 20 minutes. The item I ordered from Quick Vegan, however, was a disaster. I paid $22 with tax & tip for an Impossible burger, and after waiting for almost an hour, I received a spoiled Beyond burger. It smelled funny and after one bite, I felt sick. I've been in GI distress for 8 days since, no joke. I emailed Quick Vegan to tell them that I ordered an Impossible burger but received a smelly Beyond burger and they didn't respond. Non-existent customer service. They could & should have signs explaining how to order, as I had to look around and figure it out. When I went up to the counter to get my order, I waited for several minutes while listening to the guys talking a few feet away (but out of sight) on the other side of the lockers. When the guy finally peeked around at the counter, he was eating. He put the food down, put on his mask, and came to help me. He should have disinfected his hands first.

Tried this place for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I paid $30 for a 3 protein plate from the Bussdown. I received 3 shrimp and one skinny chicken wings for $30. The plantains were hard and cold. Don't waste your money.

This place is a joke. Plenty of obstacle to get your food. I feel bad for the talented chefs coz the pick up site is managed by imbeciles. No follow through or communication with issues that delay your food pick ups. I preordered at 10 am for a 1120 pick up. I show up at noon and was told the rice is not ready coz of power outage and that I have to wait another 20 minutes. Ugh. Broken glass everywhere on the streets if you're lucky to find parking. This is my second time here. Likely my last. The guy running the place is nice but the whole platform this system is running on is horrible talked to the Uber drivers here and on average the wait is 30 minutes to pick food up. 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

Learned about this place through a friend. Too bad there's no info as to what restaurants are delivering there. Parking is such a hassle as it shares half the parking lot with the Oakland Sheriff Department. Be careful of the door. It swings both ways. I didn't know and was hit hard on my back because of the line inside. :(

A fun spot to order food from various restaurants. There are tablets where you get to choose from over 10 different types of foods and desserts, then pay, and wait for your name or order # to be displayed on a monitor. Simple! The food took a while but quite an effective and creative ghost kitchen method. All hands off, self service.

It should matter if I say hey fucker give me my meal, but since I didn't I kindly asked after nobody was at the counter, is anyone back there & I was greeted with a ugly ass unfriendly stair & I understand if I sounded sarcastic but I was happy to get my food cause I never ordered from there, this place has all the best foodie spots oh well I'd rather be treated kindly it doesn't hurt to be nice even if u think ima idiot, my order was wrong as well , sorry for you but thanks for the grub

Went in person and ordered from gluten culture. Waited for 45 minutes, and then they came and told us that that kitchen had all left! They claimed they refunded the purchase price, but it is still on my credit card. No phone number to call to make right. Should be 0 stars.

Great idea when family members want different things. We ordered directly from the oaklandfoodhall web site and it worked perfectly. Got the confirmation that both orders were ready while we were driving over about 15 minutes later. Pickup was easy, and parking (at lunch time) was available in the side lot. Food was great (pizza from Amici's and chicken and waffles from Little Skillet). Will definitely do this again.

I came in to pick up my food from keto bake and bowl. I came in the day before and my food was in a locker so I assumed it would be the same. I was looking for my food when the rude lady asked "sir what are you doing?" First of all I am not a sir.The correct response would've been " Hi can I help you?" Instead I was being accused of trying to steal food. Sucks because I really liked the food but I won't patronize a disrespectful unorganized business.

This is an amazing concept!!! Over 50 restaurants, caterers, bakeries all in one location. I ordered my food online and came and picked it up. It was a huge screen that showed my name and that my order was ready. Customer service was amazing!!!

We were very excited to try this place as we saw there were multiple types of foods my family and I could order! We also thought it would be great to grab food and go as I had an appointment 30 min after arriving here! My dad and I placed our orders on our phones but my mom wasn't able to get her order to go through so about 5-7 min later we went into the building to order at the kiosk. As we were ordering they called my dad's name and informed him that the kitchen he ordered was closed so they couldn't serve him what he ordered (although he submitted his order AND paid already!) so we are still waiting for his refund. Had we not gone inside to order for my mom we never would've known their kitchen was closed because he didn't receive any texts or updates regarding his order. I ordered my mom's juice under my name and we continued to wait for our orders. I finally got my food that I originally ordered and we continued waiting for her juice. We waited about 20-30 min and we still hadn't received her order so we went to the counter to ask if it had gone through. We were met by a young boy with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. He had his hood on and was so out of it and not making eye contact, not listening or understanding anything we were trying to say. We informed him we placed an order for a bottle of juice (not even a fresh juice it was a bottle of juice you could buy at a grocery store) and he was looking at their computer saying they didn't get an order under my name besides the one I had already picked up. We showed him the receipt to confirm that we ordered and paid and he just kept saying he could give us a refund and that he couldn't just go in the back and make it even though we ordered it. Thankfully another young competent worker came in and asked what was going on. We said we placed an order and they looked at the screen and said the exact name of the juice we ordered from the vendor we ordered from so it had definitely gone through to their system, the other worker was just so out of it and incompetent that he didn't notice. The second worker told us the juice was ready, they just had to bag it and bring it to us. Then the first employee we spoke to started to act like he knew everything saying that they couldn't make the juice and that my mom and I were asking for a refund (which we weren't we were just asking for a status update on our order). He was acting like he knew everything and his demeanor and attitude towards this other employee was very unprofessional and I felt so bad the employee had to deal with him. Thankfully that second person just gave us our juice and we were able to leave that awful establishment. Not sure how that boy got hired but as long as he's working there nobody should be wasting their time. Major props to that second employee who came to help us and for keeping a calm and professional composure especially in a busy place like that.

Took over an hour to get our food. Service wasn't great, part of the food was burnt. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. It was a lobby full of angry customers.

I'm down for supporting folks with the ghost kitchen concept, but the logistics in the lobby need to be improved, especially while we are in a pandemic. I think went with my unvaccinated child (a minor) to pick up an order and was frustrated with the lack of physical spacing and mask enforcement. I appreciate the front house staff responding to my request for folks to respect personal space. I think the check in tablets should be placed on the left side, away from the line to order food. Also, a poster to direct traffic flow would be helpful for folks who have not been there before.

Ordered my food, paid, showed up, checked in, and waited 40 minutes. After going to find out why it was taking so long I was told the restaurant I ordered from wasn't even open. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to to contact the restaurant directly even though I ordered through the business. Probably won't be going back

This is the worse experience I have ever had when it comes to eating out, I ordered two pieces of chicken and an order of jambalaya at 11:30 A.M. online it said the ETA time for pick up was at 2P.M. at 2:15P.M. my order was still not ready, and the attendant said they would text me when my order was ready I waited until 3:10P.M. and ask what was going on with my order the attendant said she would check, and when she came back she said my order had been cancelled, I was shocked and asked for a refund and was told I had to talk to the restaurant who I ordered from and when I call no one answer's the phone they have not refunded my money. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Thumbs Down!
