Google
We had a very pleasant experience at Oasis Grill. We chose this place for the vegetarian and vegan options and we were so excited to find that everything was very delicious. The falafel bowl was very well balanced and filling and the baba ganoush was very flavorful. If you want a healthy, quick, affordable bite, this is definitely the place!

Disappointing Experience with Cold Falafels and Poor Customer Service I recently visited Oasis Grill with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The falafels I ordered were served cold, which is not only unappetizing but also disappointing for a dish that is typically enjoyed warm and crispy. When I politely asked the staff if they could heat the falafels, I was met with an unexpected and unprofessional response. Instead of addressing my simple request, they chose to refund my order without any attempt to rectify the situation. While a refund might seem like a fair solution, it left me without a meal and feeling dismissed rather than valued as a customer. Moreover, the staff's behavior throughout the interaction was less than courteous. There was a clear lack of willingness to accommodate a basic request, and their abrupt handling of the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. A little effort to provide a better customer experience would have gone a long way. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service at [Restaurant Name]. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service and food quality to ensure a better experience for future patrons.

Google
As a researcher at umich, I occasionally get lunch or quick dinner from this place. Their food is not necessarily great or exceptional, but I consider this place the best for my lunch option around the central campus. Not expensive, enough tasty, and good quality. 3.5 stars.

Google
Lunch is great here. Totally fair priced especially for Ann Arbor and the employees are all very nice. Service was quick - Great for a lunch break downtown.

Samantha Sanchez

Google
The portion size was excellent for the chicken shawarma over fattoush salad. Unfortunately the dressing was too much making the salad soggy and the chicken was either shawarma nor cooked the same day. It was dry and in very large chunks nor suitable for a salad. $17 salad (after tip and DoorDash fees) was disappointing

Google
Dude with the beard is a complete jerk. Walked in asking for a restroom and notified my the restroom is only available to customers. Stated id buy something first so I could use the restroom and he proceeded to say I could not. Terrible service. Wonder what else they do to their customers.

Google
The food and portions were great. The manager and the workers were very nice. I liked all the food I ordered (:

Google
I recently visited Oasis Grill and ordered the Shish Tawook Lunch special. According to the menu on their website, this meal is supposed to include two grilled chicken kabobs, along with rice, pickles, homemade garlic sauce, and a side of hummus and pita, all for $11.50. However, when my order arrived, I only received one skewer. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they were quite rude and dismissive, insisting that the lunch special is cheaper and therefore only includes one skewer. This is misleading and disappointing, as it contradicts the information provided on their website. I expect to receive what is advertised, and the unprofessional attitude of the staff only added to the negative experience. I hope the management addresses this discrepancy and trains their staff to handle customer concerns more respectfully

Yelp
Came here looking for a filling lunch with my friend and was delivered exactly that. I had the veggie falafel wrap which was really good and energized me for the rest of the day. The service was also very quick! Great conversational ambiance as well, overall a great experience

Scott S.

Yelp
They have pretty solid food for pretty cheap price. That being said not much more to add about this place (C)

Yelp
I'd say it's more of 3.5 star experience but we're in weird pandemic times so I'm going to round up. My husband and I ordered from here over the weekend and for the most part the meal was good! I got the chicken tawook platter with rice and hummus, he got the falafel sandwich, we also got an order of babaganoush and I also got the mango smoothie. First off, the portions are HUGE. My husband's sandwich was massive and just under $7 which was practically a steal. My meal came with a ton of rice and more sliced pickles than I knew what to do with and two good sized chicken kabobs. Everything was good except, like others have pointed out, the chicken was definitely on the dry side so I'm not 100% sure I'll get it again. I'd probably go for the chicken shawarma or a sandwich that's more integrated into a sandwich and possibly a little juicier? The guava smoothie was also quite good and the babaganoush had a nice texture and smokiness that I really liked. Portions were really good, too, and I've been snacking on both that and the hummus all week. So yes, everything but the main part of my entree was solid. Maybe next time I'll just do a platter of side dishes!

Yelp
Very authentic Levantine food! Incredible customer service closest taste of home in the entire city. 100% recommend to anyone who is interested in tasting authentic Levantine food.

Yelp
Was my first time going into Oasis. It's funny because my husband says he goes here for lunch a lot during the week. I honestly find the Med food in Ann Arbor to be quite bad - don't even get me started on why people like Jerusalem Garden. Blech. The lentil soup at Oasis was fantastic. It's probably the best one in Ann Arbor because it's not watery or bland like everyone else's. It's thicker, and has good spice and salt. The falafel wasn't overly fried like other places so it didn't feel heavy. The hummus was creamy and delicious! The babaghanoush was so smokey and delicious. I recommend this place if you're down by South U and need something healthy, quick and delicious!

Yelp
Pros: it is edible Cons: if someone had never eaten Mediterranean food and only had it vaguely described to them, these are the recipes they might come up with. Truly disappointing.
google avatar

Julie B.

Yelp
I liked this place its quick and the food is good. The falafel has a different texture than I'm used too not as solid as most places but it was good. The fries are AWESOME!!!! And if you like garlic this is the place for you!

Yelp
Well, this used to be my go-to place for lunch and I love their beef shawarmas. The food that I have had from there has always been really good. Unfortunately, I went to eat there today and was accused of stealing in front of all the other customers. I paid for my shawarma while it was being made, and the cook didn't see that. I also didn't ask for a receipt because I didn't want to waste paper. Thankfully, the cashier vouched for me and said I had, if not, I don't know what would have happened. There was no need to embarrass and accuse me in front of everyone like that and I am beyond angry. The guy offered an off-handed half-assed apology and that was it. I will not going back, they won't be getting any more of my money! One of the cashiers there also talks to you like you're an idiot because you don't know the menu items like they do. They need to get their attitude in check, awful customer service.
google avatar

Marwa H.

Yelp
Has gotten better over time! I've eaten at this place probably 10 times over the past couple years. Sometimes it is okay a 3.5/5 but the past few times have been really good. The service is always fast even though there is usually only one or two employees. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a chicken shawarma sandwich on the go.

Yelp
Thank u god for Arabs in Ann Arbor. Great food, good service - I came for a beef shawarma, really enjoyed the flavors.

John R.

Yelp
Ordered delivery. The food was alright, but everything came in styrofoam. I also received plastic utensils even though I requested none. I got the chicken shawarma plate with a side salad and split pea soup. The chicken shawarma was pretty bland and kind of dry, although the garlic sauce it came with was great. The rice was good that it came with, but the pita was dry and tough. The hummus had a nice flavor and texture, but ended up leaking all over the bag because of their poor packaging. The split pea soup was very good, although it would have been nicer if it was thicker. The salad was very good, nicely spiced, and a large portion. Overall, the lack of sustainable packaging was the biggest turn off, but the food was decent.

Vicki S.

Yelp
Super delicious food of all kinds -- fresh, tasty, great value for the price. Customer service is over the top! I asked to pick up an order to take to a work meeting before they were open, and they happily accommodated me and made things really easy! Have patronized for years, and will continue!

Yelp
Great spot for a quick lunch. Huge portions, reasonable prices, delicious food. The staff are friendly and fast.
google avatar

Yelp
Our family was visiting our son on a football Saturday. Stopped in for some shawarma and gyros for lunch. Ordering was quick and easy and staff was friendly. The food came quickly, and my beef shawarma was very good. My daughter realized that she had accidently ordered the lamb gyro instead of the grilled chicken (accidently chose the wrong number). Since I love lamb as well, I swapped with her. Unbeknownst to me, the staff saw the swap, and 2 minutes later brought us another complementary shawarma plate just to make sure we were satisfied. After that act of kindness, I decided on two things. First, I decided that there was no way that I was going to eat dinner after that huge lunch. Second, I've resolved to be a frequent customer for the next 4 years during my visits to see my UMich freshman. Highly recommend this restaurant and the kind staff!
google avatar

Christopher F.

Yelp
Real review is a 2.5 as average as Mediterranean food gets in the Ann Arbor area. Lived here for so many years and on a walk to Dominics we decided to give this place a try. I was shocked to see they did not offer one lamb dish. I ordered the chicken shawarma served on a pita with garlic sauce for $7. My wife ordered the meat pita served with tahini sauce and onions for $7. My shawarma was ok, chicken had decent flavor, garlic sauce was good. My wife meat pita looked more like sliced taco or fajita meat than it did anything grilled that you would normally find at a Mediterranean restaurant. The chicken was a 3 the meat pita was 2, this place should just stick to serving college students.
google avatar

Ethan L.

Yelp
Decent shawarma and for a cheap price! Its even cheaper if you use the hooked app. Also like how they don't try to scam you by putting lots of vegetables. This is a big complaint I have with a lot of shawarma places, but their chicken shawarma here is just filled with chicken. And the location is great for college students like me. Its near the ugli(Sharpiro Library). So if you need some cheap food for you study break, this is a good place to eat.

Brian M.

Yelp
So bad I told them I don't want a refund and pointed out that the fries were greasy and undercooked and the shawarma (chicken) tasted "off" to the point that I threw it all away. The kid shrugged and I said, "cool, you just don't care, eh?" He shrugged again and said he'd "tell him" and pointed to some seemingly uninterested guy. Don't really greet you when you walk in, ask for ketchup they kind of give attitude and say ya right in front of you...then start talking sh*t in Arabic. Oasis? Perhaps if you're in hell, this could be the Oasis.

Yelp
I have given this place so many chances and every time, they disappoint. The only reason I go here is because it is close or I am with someone who wants to go here. This is a sorry excuse for Middle Eastern food (speaking of which, Ann Arbor kind of all around sucks for Middle Eastern food which is too bad). So for one, the spinach pies are always cold in the center. They don't make their spinach pies from scratch. I asked them because I saw them take a pie out and microwave it. They said they buy them from Golden Bakery in Dearborn. I've ordered this a couple times and every time it is very cold In the middle. One time it was so cold I had to ask them to reheat it. I've also tried their vegetarian combo plate. When I got it, my friend and I literally laughed out loud because it looked nothing like the picture. It was missing one or two grape leaves and the grape leaves I did get were DRIED out and shriveled up! Grape leaves are supposed to be drenched in olive oil and lemon. Maybe this is because they microwaved the crap out of the grape leaves? Who knows? Finally, the fattoush salad (or green goddess salad as they call it) was not very good compared to other fattoush salads I've had. Perhaps the dressing was the issue and lacking flavor. They also don't mix the dressing with the lettuce like most places do. I never really tried any of the meat sandwiches which may be better since they're probably drenched with garlic sauce which can make anything taste good.
google avatar

Austin T.

Yelp
The food here is fine. I only came here because there was a Hooked deal for $4 falafel pitas. The falafel was moderately crispy, just barely enough for you to notice it's there. The sauce is pretty flavorless -- I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be hummus or garlic sauce or what. The food came out SUPER quickly, like 3 minutes. That's a plus, but I also don't know what that says about their food preparation. Service was nice but not super friendly -- this is clearly a place for just eating, not conversations. The prices are reasonable, most wraps are under $8. However, I would probably need to eat 2 to be satisfied, 3 to be full. For $4, it acted as a good mid-afternoon snack, but without the Hooked deal, at the full price of a dollar more, I will probably look elsewhere.
google avatar

Chance W.

Yelp
The prices are reasonable, pretty good location for students, and there is seating outside too.
google avatar

Coleton D.

Yelp
This is one of the best places to go on South University. I have been several times and have never been disappointed with the wraps. They are all priced around $6 so definitely not too expensive. They have the real wraps, not the Americanized pita bread like at Ahmos. The menu is a bit confusing because there are many many items on the menu but that also means there's something for everyone. Salads are really good too. As for the speed, food comes out very quick. The same person is always making my wraps, and I've yet to have a bad one. Their garlic sauce is amazing, make sure it comes on your wrap! Only somewhat annoying thing is that there's a 4.5% "service fee" that they tell you about near the register. Seems not needed, could just raises prices a little bit so people know the price the see is actually the price they pay. For lunch it gets kind of busy, but they're always quick about getting people in and out so don't be concerned with the lines. Bit of advice, get the hooked app, and then its $5 any wrap on Friday's!
google avatar

Michelle G.

Yelp
Tried it twice. The first time was ok. Ordered grape leave (sans meat), and cauliflower. Tahini sauce that same with the cauliflower tasted off. So I didn't use it. Grape leaves (sans meat) were decent - I recall getting 5 of them. It's the closest Mediterranean near my work, so I gave it another chance. Second time, order just grade leaves with meat. I think there's one less compared to the non meat grape leaves (not a big deal, same price, so I get it). Side items like hummus, tomatoes, pickles seems less than I remembered from first time ordering as well. The most disappointing part, that will make me go somewhere else on my lunches, even if it's farther, is that the RICE WAS UNCOOKED! NO ONE WANTS TO EAT UNCOOKED OILY RICE, mixed with MEAT! That makes one think whether the meat was fully cooked through or not as well.
google avatar

Yonit R.

Yelp
Food is eh. Wraps are usually not warm, falafel is undercooked, and very salty. However, its not a bad option for students because the food comes out fast and its super cheap!
google avatar

Vijita K.

Yelp
It's great value for money while using the Hooked app deal between classes ($5 for any wrap) and the lunch specials, but having lived in the Middle East, it doesn't taste very authentic at all. The falafels are often overcooked and too salty, and the shawarma can be dry. Even the fries have come unsalted and unseasoned dripping with oil so many times that it felt like it was tossed straight into styrofoam from the hot oil. Even the mjadarra wrap was so soggy that I stopped eating mjaddara for a while - if there is one thing you should totally avoid, it is this item since it stopped tasting like rice and lentils but was like some unidentified beany mush. On the plus side though, their toum is really good, so is the halloumi salad with chicken added. The staff is also really friendly (the same man made my sandwiches from freshman to senior year at the old Oasis) and the new location makes me miss the old, homey, middle eastern feeling you got when you went there between classes.
google avatar

Carolina M.

Yelp
Super good Mediterranean food for reasonable prices. Recommend the chicken schwarma, falafel wrap and the green goddess salad with grilled chicken. The salad is HUGE, so fresh and yummy!

Mona G.

Yelp
this place is BOMB. i had the baba ghanouj and shawarma with salad on the side. so good and huge portion for the price
google avatar

Christina C.

Yelp
It's cheap but pretty icky. They microwave everything and they're not secretive about it either, especially since the microwave is sitting right on the counter in plain sight. I ordered the falafel pita wrap. The falafel was super dry, and the garlic sauce did not taste like garlic, but kind of like ranch. I didn't end up finishing it. What a waste.

Carin M.

Yelp
Great food. Went there after I got out of the hospital and I was craving decent food. It was excellent.

Justin S.

Yelp
Not only was it the worst shawarma I've ever had, it was the worst food i've ever had from a restaurant to the point where I threw it away and am now writing my first yelp review.
google avatar

Beck E.

Yelp
Gave this place two more chances thanks to the Flocktag deal (4 wraps for $13 total, not quite 50% off although it's advertised as so), and this place just didn't make a good impression. - Ordered two chicken shawarmas and got a side of grape leaves - was charged $3.81 for the grape leaves because paid by credit card. I was pretty happy to not be charged the full $4.25 for a side after also getting a wrap, and the grape leaves came with pita and hummus. The shawarma lacked variety (it just felt like too much meat) and the garlic sauce was INTENSE... It was kind of good, I guess, but after a few bites, I was tired of it. - Ordered a falafel wrap and a zahra bi tahini wrap and a side of grape leaves. Was charged $4.51 (paid in cash so no card surcharge) for the grape leaves. What the hell? Just TWO days ago, I was charged 70 cents less. The grape leaves did come with a pita but no hummus this time. I went up to the counter to politely ask if the grape leaves were supposed to come with hummus (since they did two days ago and getting 4 puny stuffed grape leaves that didn't even seem to have any meat in them, just spiced rice, for $4.51 seemed like a huge rip-off), and the guy SNAPPED at me and ended with a grumpy NO. Anyway, the falafel had a kind of gritty texture to it and was way too salty. I will be avoiding this place from now on. The customer service is terrible, and the employees apparently don't know how much they're supposed to charge you.

Diamond N.

Yelp
Just placed my first order and will never be back because the worker was extremely rude and seemed irritated by me coming in...and after opening my food it was horrible! A soggy mess!
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
This place is not great the food was was bland and the chicken was really dry. Also the service was bad. After buying $20 worth of food they didn't want to give us to go containers.
google avatar

Hyunji C.

Yelp
The service is pretty fast but the food is mediocre. The chicken shawarma was a disappointment. Though it was seasoned okay but the meat was relatively dry and tough to chew. The shawarma was very underwhelming for a Mediterranean restaurant. The fries were very standard.

Moe A.

Yelp
If you want to eat some dry, old nasty ass food. This is the place. It's straight awful, I have never experienced such terrible food. The food was so old, the chicken looked like dog treats and the meat looked like they scrapped it from an unknown location. The man working at the register didn't even bother getting up to hand me my food it's almost as though I was begging to get free food. Super unprofessional. Trust me DONT GO HERE you're better off at McDonald's at least their food is edible.
google avatar

Jon M.

Yelp
Love this place. It's casual, not exactly cheap, but the food is delicious and it's right off campus. Around $13 for an entree but plenty of food and it's not a bad spot to get work done. Free WiFi. Note, they just started charging 4% for credit cards so bring cash if you want to save a bit.
google avatar

Lia J.

Yelp
Oasis has solid but pretty mediocre food. The chicken shawarma is fine, as is the rice and pita. I am not a big fan of the hummus, and I disliked the grape leaves. The peach slushy was quite good, as is their $1 two-bite baklava. They serve food very quickly, but the food is just fine. Their falafel wraps are kind of good, as well.
google avatar

Mary Elizabeth M.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place because the people who work here seem so nice but it's the second time I got food here and received something that wasn't quite what I ordered. The first time, to their credit, they offered to fix it (I opened the box before I left) but today I just left without looking and was disappointed later. Worse than that though was that most of the meat was cold (actually cold, not just room-temperature)...that is not what I was expecting for shawarma. I'm afraid I don't plan to go back.
google avatar

Dominic V.

Yelp
the fools on here leaving bad reviews are haters, straight up. look at their other reviews and you'll cease to take them seriously. they should all have "I'd like to speak to your manager" tattooed on their foreheads. now let's get down to business... oasis ROCKS. I go here about everyday and I'm yet to be disappointed. the lentil soup: sick, the falafel: sick, the staff: sick. whats not to love? I'm a falafel connoisseur and this place is up there. all these jokers saying stuff is frozen: where do you buy your frozen food? I'd like to go there if it tastes as good as OASIS. oasis the band is also chill, so bonus points there. make mine OASIS.
google avatar

Rebecca T.

Yelp
There are few times in your life, where the food you are eating causes your eyes to roll back, as 50 shades of Chicken Shawarma dance through your head. I have no idea who left bad reviews, but it's safe to say that they must have The Oasis Mediterranean restaurant confused with Oasis the musical group, who no doubt make sub-par shawarma. This place has been around since I was but a wee little girl, I was always thrilled when the summer came, because they would open up the rooftop dining room and it's just a perfect place for a scenic romantic meal. It's inexpensive, it's fast, it's sinfully delicious (seriously), roasted, juicy white breast meat chicken with no fat, veins, or mealy bits. (I go here all the time) crunchy tart dill pickles, toasted flatbread, and a savory, creamy garlic spread that will leave you licking your fingers. The fries are big enough for 4 women or two college men. Check. This. Place. Out.
google avatar

Jessica T.

Yelp
The staff are sort of nice.... This food is not tasty except for the lentil soup which is 3.5/5 and the plain pita bread which is 5/5 stars. The falafel is salty and icky and I would never recommend the falafel. I've tried this restaurant three times and each time the food was worse than the last. Sorry Oasis, it's a no from me.
google avatar

Nan L.

Yelp
Lunch special only has one skewer of meat. Lmao. Might just add two more dollars to get the entree without any lunch special...next time please let customers know ahead of time. Way worse than what I had back in California. Not recommended...
google avatar

Chuck G.

Yelp
Service was OK. Food (a chicken entree and a filet minon kebabs entree) was cold and tough. "Salad" was a joke. When I told the owner that prior Yelp reviews were accurate, and that he was STILL serving food that was cold and tough, he smiled and thanked me (!?!?!?). Bill was $32. You can do much better elsewhere. I wish we'd looked at Yelp first.
google avatar

Xinhao Y.

Yelp
I have been always curious about this place, so I went there with my friend last night. There are several negative reviews regarding this place, and I'm here to offer a genuine and honest one. First, the portion is generous, I ordered the first item under the category of entree on the menu. 11.99 plus tax includes rice, pickles, meat, a piece of pita bread and hummus. You also get a fountain drink along with your order. However, the meat is not freshly grilled. I saw the man in the kitchen microwaved my beef and put them on the plate. The taste is just ordinary, you may wanna dip the meat into the garlic sauce they provide but the smell will be awful as you walk out of the restaurant. It would be a good choice to go for their lunch special, but dinner, you'd better go to other place for fresh food.
google avatar

Christine E.

Yelp
I've gotta tell you guys...this place is way more authentic than Jerusalem Garden. I'm still very concerned that everyone in A2 seems to think that place makes real Arabic food. I can only comment on Oasis vegetarian sandwiches (zahra bitahineh, falafel, betenjaan mi'li, etc.) but they're really very decent. Falafel is only so-so - I think it's the Palestinian kind. Sorry Palestinians, but your falafel is a bit strange. Tends to be a bit drier than other forms of falafel, a little spicy, less crunchy on the outside and lighter in color. The staff are perfectly friendly in my experience, and I've always gotten my sandwiches very quickly. Honestly, the best Arabic food I've had in Ann Arbor so far. And P.S., to the person who complained about pickles in their sandwich...just be glad you didn't get french fries and catsup (that's the way they're doing it in Syria and Jordan now). Pickles are a standard part of an Arabic meal.
google avatar

Nicholas K.

Yelp
It's cheap, it's fast, it's nauseating. Never before have I been to a restaurant that's butchered Mediterranean food like this place does. If you enjoy paying extra for vacuum-sealed, dehydrated salads along with microwaved dishes, which seems to be every hot item, then you're going to love this place. Grape leaves, Fattoush, Chicken Schwarma, and Kafta are all absolutely abysmal.
google avatar

Alicia C.

Yelp
I don't know how this place stays in business given the many vastly superior Mediterranean places around town. I went back to Oasis for lunch today after having had a bad experience about a couple of years ago. Back then, my companion and I ordered pita sandwiches for lunch and they were terribly greasy and bland. I had the eggplant sandwich and when I bit into it, it tasted like I bit into a roll of grease. Deciding to give it another chance, I got a falafel sandwich today. Unfortunately, after almost 2 years later, the restaurant has not improved. The falafel sandwich was cold and hard and it was lathered in some kind of gross sauce that purported to be tahini sauce. I had tahini sauce before and this creamy gloop was nothing like it. The wrap was brittle, i.e. it probably was not very fresh. While I was there, it was quite busy and various customers were complaining that their orders were fulfilled incorrectly. When I asked for a bit more tomatoes in my sandwich than the 2 dices I got, the sandwich maker gave me a weird semi-flirtatious, semi-creepy, semi-haughty but definitely weird and uncomfortable long look. The cashier is slow and inefficient - and generally seem a bit frazzled. Also note that "due to rising food costs," customers who use their credit cards are subject to a 25 cent surcharge. Really? Rising food costs? But charged against credit card users only? Bad food, bad service, bad attitude. My first 1-star rating.

Yelp
Quick food joint. Decent prices and food isnt bad. Seems fairly clean and plenty of seating. Fries are crisp, and the hummus is good. Business seems a bit slow and I dont really see why. It's not fancy but I'd come back.

Yelp
This is a HORRIBLE place - STAY AWAY. This review specifically pertains to the owner/supervisor/manager person who sometimes chats away on his cell phone and ignores customers - not the student workers who are pretty hardworking. Ignorance isn't the problem, however. Been here twice; first time was meh - the meat was dry and seemed like it was reheated, but I decided to try again. I tried the "lunch special", which is advertised as the dinner entrees but at a lower price. Makes sense: business for mediocre middle eastern food is slow at lunch, so you attract some customers with a discount. But the lunch they give you is actually only half the entree - even though the ad doesn't care to tell you this. When my food was only half of what I was expecting, I asked the owner/manager. He flew into a rage, asking me "What the f--- are you expecting, I will just give away this food?" I told him no, I don't expect it for free, but I was expecting what I paid for and the menu listed the entree. Customer service 101: make your customer happy by either fixing the mistake, and/or offering their money back. Owner/manager offered the money back, so we're halfway there. NOT Customer service 101: following up with "Here, take your money and get the f--- out of my store!" Wild finger pointing ensues from said owner/manager. "I don't want to see your f---ing face here again! You stupid cheapskate! GET OUT." Yes, he shouted all of this verbatim, even with other customers in the store. Suffice it to say, I won't come here again. I suggest you skip it as well.

Listen. The wraps are amazing, nothing less than perfection. 1. The man who rolls up these wraps has a gift. These hands are blessed. Equivalent to the hands of a quality surgeon. The way the wrap is wrapped makes for a well executed and enjoyable wrap. None of that messy or sloppy mess I see out there. 2. Genius layout. I wouldn't be surprised if the person preparing the wrap were some sort of wrap champ. I had a chicken falafel wrap. The wrap is nice and fluffy on the inside and nice and crisp on the outside. The inside is a delight. As you keep working your way down your tastebuds uncover amazing things. At first I'm eating and get a taste of chicken, tomato, and lettuce with the pita. Next thing you know the falafel presents itself. It's the perfect taste and texture. These layers just keep blessing this tongue. Feeling blessed.
