I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I stopped by to order a smoothie and a water, but the employee was nowhere to be found for several minutes. After waiting, I left to look for other options, then returned again, only to find her finally back at the booth.
When I placed my order and paid, my American Express card was immediately charged. However, the employee insisted that I “did not pay,” even though I showed her the approved transaction on my bank statement. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was dismissive and extremely rude throughout the entire interaction.
The whole situation was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be spoken to that way or told their payment “doesn’t exist” when there is clear evidence on my bank statement.
