I've been coming here since I was in middle school back in the early 2000s and I'm happy to see its still here standing strong. Its very nostalgic. I enjoy coming here for their hot drinks. My favorite esp when I'm feeling under the weather is HOT GINGER MILK TEA WITH EGG PUDDING, But the last time I've been coming here for it I guess they discontinued it. Sad because it was my go to. It always made me feel a bit better after. I asked why they discontinued it and said it was one of the less popular one BUT I feel as if they should have it in the background for people that know the TEA😉 Also, don't bother calling the number on google , turns out they havent had a phone for years. Idk who I was calling ALL morning to get an answer to make sure they still had the ginger drink to save me the drive 😒 but yeah, kind of disappointed they took out that flavor, probably wont have a reason to go back now since there's a million tea places already in Chinatown.. no shade though. Ill never forget the core memories of hitting up Oasis when I was younger 💜

This is more than just a bubble tea place. This is a lounge for the visitors and this is a community for the locals. They have a lot of board games, and they have pinball machines. The owner and staff were very friendly and nice and recommended very good milk teas based on what we were craving for. The tea is on the sweet side (for me), so if you prefer not too sweet, make sure to ask reduced sugar. We were just in time for the special: $3 selected milk tea between 2 and 4pm on work days.

This is truly the OG Boba spot! Been here since my highschool days when Boba just didn't exist much in Seattle! Their Slushy drinks have tasted the same since forever! Same with the popcorn chicken. However, hot sauce is no longer as Heated as before, too sweet nowadays. But the popcorn shrimp is the bomb! Such a huge portion for a fair price! Love this place!

This is a great place to get smoothies. The smoothie tasted fresh and came out quickly. They also have a relaxing environment where you can play arcade and board games. They encourage people to come and relax and provide adequate seating.

Cool place to hang out, good variety of flavors, and food is great here but sometimes have to wait 10-15min for it to come out. Popcorn chicken and waffle fries are the OG menu item and they have discounts on chicken/fry buckets once a week (might be doordash exclusive). Super cheap happy hour $2 drinks in the afternoon if you like the basic flavors!

For bubble tea, it’s solid. Taro for $3.31 in the middle of the day. I could give it a 5 star, probably. Spacious for a place in Chinatown. I’ve been a couple of times but writing my thoughts before pedaling back to Bellevue.

Fantastic spot for food and drinks at a reasonable price. Although it’s located in Chinatown, it definitely has a full spectrum menu offering! Try the grilled cheese and wash it down with a gourmet durian smoothie!! You WON’T regret it! The highlight and dessert is if you have the chance to get Thao to take your order: She is such a true professional and so upbeat, it’ll MAKE your day complete!!!

I love Oasis Tea Zone in U District! The vibe was super chill -- not loud at all -- so it was easy to relax and hang out. I went with my husband and his two friends for our friend's birthday, and the booth we chose was perfect for four people and playing board games. The prices are good and everything we ordered was great. I found my new favorite drink: the peach milk tea with mango popping pearls. SO good. I also love their mango smoothie -- it's milk-based, not sugary, really light. I literally drank two peach milk teas myself. We also got the mix-all sticks and fries. The fries were a bit saltier than usual but still tasty, and they gave us good to-go bags, ketchup, and napkins. Overall, such a great experience with amazing drinks and a cozy place to chill. Definitely a full 5 stars!

Oasis will always have a special place in my heart because a friend first introduced me to it when I visited Seattle long ago. After an informative visit at the Wing Luke Museum, we came here to grab a bite (popcorn chicken FTW) and boba and catch up. This was one of the largest boba places I've ever been to, and that night it was hopping with activity with lots of patrons having fun and enjoying boba. Located at the heart of Chinatown (very close to a Link station), there are plenty of great restaurants and community orgs nearby, giving it a warm, welcoming feel. There are also lots of drink options, and sometimes they have seasonal drinks you can try too. You're able to customize the sweetness level and select from a large menu of cold and hot drinks alike. I can't visit Seattle without visiting Oasis!

Overall, Oasis is a decent boba shop. It's been the OG spot for years but with so much more competition now theirs much better options. I got the Fruity Pebbles Blended drink. Sometimes I'll get the Pineapple Blended. It taste great but at times there's some inconsistency. Such as having ice chunks. I would still give it a try for yourself. They have many options & you'll be bound to find something of your liking.

This has been my favorite shop for more than 10 years. I've been a regular customer since I was a student and have always visited the Udistrict branch. My favorite drink is the strawberry slushy with rainbow jelly. Every time I come here, it brings back wonderful childhood memories.

I just rewatched the 90's ninja turtles movie. The scene with the teens in the warehouse and dancing reminds me of Oasis tea zone. The difference is you see couples, friends with k pop hair style, and racers from another era. I've been coming here for years and really like their snow offerings and bubble tea. It's more of the vibe and atmosphere that stands out to me. I've never had high hopes for service but it's been hit or miss. Staff are either nice or a little cold. I don't pay too much attention. It's a place to be on a Saturday night if you're in Chinatown.

The drinks were very good and although it was very busy we got our drinks out very quickly. Like in about 5-10 minutes. They sometimes run out of certain flavors near the end of the night. I got a strawberry fruit tea with lychee jelly which was very good and what I expected. Would definitely come back and recommend to other friends. Pretty popular hangout place at night.

Boba is subpar. It is not chewy. Popcorn chicken is crunchy but not crispy like you expect of Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Definitely need the curry because that is all the flavor in those bowls. Service is friendly and timely. Space is good for groups. Not well kept. Trash is consistently overflowing. Lots of big tables for groups. Arcade games and board games for you to sit and hang out. No parking lot. Street parking only. It's open late and that's about all of the appeal.

Near to prepaid public parking. Casual, spacious and inviting ambience. Seating options. Employees were very cool and helpful. Eager to answer questions about beverages options and choices. Large Matcha Snow with Tapioca: Snow consists of ice, flavor and creamer. Blended ice was very smooth. Matcha was on point. Every tapioca that went through the straw passed the test. I enjoyed chewing on every fresh tapioca. This beverage lasted a few hours. This location offers an extensive menu of milk teas, flavored teas, snow, slush, some crafted milkshakes, fruit smoothies, real fruit juices, plethora of add ins, lunch, snack, and dinner. Best in the PNW based on The Seattle Times Winner 2023 The People's Choice.

For a boba place, I'm wowed!! I feel like Vegas doesn't have a lot of cool boba shops haha. This place was super cute, had a large menu that included food items, was huge and had plentyyyy of seating, had a wall full of board games, the arcade games against the back of the store, TV's showing gameplays -- cool stuff! Service was great :) everyone was super nice! We ordered the Mango Milk Tea, the Mango Green Tea with 75% sweet, and the Spicy Popcorn Chicken with ranch. I feel like it's hard to come by a mango milk tea nowadays, so it was a bonus that the drink was also really good!! The Popcorn Chicken was also good, but I don't think I detected any of the spiciness that we thought would be there. Overall, such a cool place!!

Grilled cheese sandwich was made to order. Oasis is having a deal for $3 through the end of August. The taste is delicious with multiple layers of cheese.It pairs well with the royal milk tea. I love the sweet and savory combo. Staff are friendly. Plenty of space to sit in the store with games to play as well. Overall, store is well kept but floor cleaniness can be improved.

So busy and lots of places to sit. Lots of good vibes. Refreshing drinks and quick service.

The employees get a big thumbs up from me!! I was about to board the link when I realized I had left my phone with my id, cash and cards in their restroom. I rushed back in a panic and an employee approached me with my phone. I thanked him but neglected to get his name. I believe he found it and assured me everything was still there. It was and I am so thankful for their care and concern. Earlier, my pup and I did enjoy the pineapple slush with boba and chunks of pineapple and an a huge order of tasty popcorn chicken. Thank you for making my dining experience enjoyable and my negligence a massive relief.

Haven't been back here since probably middle school - and there have been many better quality boba shops to pop up since then. Although probably one of the least popular options now, they still stand out for their spacious layout and late hours, which maintains it a solid community spot where friends can mingle and play games (board games, as well as arcade games) - where alternatively most coffeeshops and restaurants would already be closed, leaving only expensive night bars to go to. They have also kept the space looking nice over the years, upped their decor. Service was also great, employee (girl) was friendly. Drink quality as mentioned earlier mostly stayed the same though (not good). There are a few fresh fruit options but generally just powders and syrups - and most drinks seem to be overly sweet at that. Surprisingly the HK tea was perfectly spot on with flavor and sweetness, but taro was definitely too sweet. Popcorn chicken used to be a solid go-to snack, but over the years it's basically doubled in price and quality's gone down - I feel like it's not as well battered/crispy as it used to be, lacked salt, as well as flavors (could really use some 5 spice and fried basil like how other shops do it taiwainese style). Usually asian popcorn chicken flavors should hold on their own without dip, but these were served with packs of sauce (honey mustard, ranch, ketchup, or superrr sweet gochujang) - and it needed it honestly. It was weak american style popcorn chicken. Sad, since I used to love it here. Overall, would return but just if I needed a late night spot, and just for the HK milk tea.

Probably one of the few boba places that are opened up very late. There are many options for drinks with a brief explanation of what the difference is in terms of category. There are also small bites too. The interior is spacious and a good amount of seating is available. There are board games you and your friends can play as well as some pinball machines too. The drinks were alright, it isn't anything too high end or fancy.

Came here after dinner and realized it was the only boba place open in the area. I was surprised to see that they had several flavors and different types of drinks to choose from. Sometimes it can be hard to get boba if you're looking for something that has non-caffeinated options. They also had some arcade games and board games to play. I decided to try the almond milk tea with boba and liked it a lot. I would definitely come back here.

This place is a staple of the International District in Seattle. Although it may not be the absolute best boba in Seattle, I somehow return to it time and time again. Possibly because it's in such a convenient location, near delicious restaurants or because it's super casual and has a large menu. Walking into Oasis, it is fairly big, with lots of seating and games (pin ball machines, pool, and board games). They have three/four screens of menus showing all kinds of drinks and foods. Service is alright, but they are very fast with your drinks which is a plus! The only downside I can think of is that there isn't wifi, so it isn't really a place where you can go and do work. However, it's great if you have a boba craving or are in the area!

My family and I stopped by here yesterday and we loved it!! We loved how they used real fruit. My aunt ordered the durian fruit smoothie and you could most definitely smell the durian when they cut it open. We also ordered mango snow & slush and a strawberry slush and enjoyed them all. Will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again!

This place had over a thousand 4.5 star reviews on google, so I had high hopes-- but we were very disappointed. The service was fast, but the drinks were not good. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. The drink was overly sweet and the boba quality was sub-par. They either forgot to put the lychee jelly or it was lychee syrup-- but we were already too disappointed in the drinks to even ask for a replacement. They have a selection of board games to play, but many were missing pieces or very worn out. There's also a good amount of tables/seats, but can get very busy.

I have been to this Oasis location before, but this time the drinks were not good. I came with a group that had never tried Oasis before, but all of the drinks didn't taste good. I got a strawberry slush and it was watery. Another person got a slush and it was also watery. I couldn't believe none of the five drinks we ordered tasted good. I'm not sure if this was just a off day, but it makes me question wheter I should even try this location again.

The drinks are good, vibes are cool. But if you want toppings, just assume they're always out. I've come in the middle of the day, I've come in the late evening a week later, it seems like they are always out of the same toppings. Or...they ran out one time and never put in the effort to refill again ‍ or I'm just unlucky.

There were so kind and prompt regarding the missing drink and I was quite surprised myself because I know they're very busy and they still have good customer service !!

Very chill hangout spot for friends and family! I like that they have a mini arcade area and board games (which you have to exchange your ID to borrow). They also have lots of drink and snack options. I ordered the taro milk tea with boba. Tasted great, wasn't too sweet and boba was nicely cooked. They're pretty fast in making drinks too. The only con was their bathrooms are super dirty and reeks urine. The men's bathroom was broken so everyone was using the one women's bathroom. Parking is difficult to find in International District too.

A must if I am in the International District. Solid service, great food, awesome drinks and a nice place to sit and eat with friends.

Sadly, Oasis has plummeted in quality, managed by staff who seem careless. The fresh fruit smoothies used to be rich with flavor. What we received was tasteless water with a splash of mango. Misleading because this isn't what a fresh fruit smoothy should taste like or tasted like for the past 10 years we have been here. Sad

Had been coming to china town since I was a kid love this spot and I come by relatively when I'm nearby the classics here are the best and also love the new look of the spot :))

The person who helped me was so rude. I ordered food ahead and it wasn't ready. He told me that he couldn't make it any sooner, which is understandable, but the way he told me was demeaning. He said, "well we can't make food without a ticket!" I said I'm not asking you to I understand. I was only asking if it was possible and a simply I'm sorry, no would have been sufficient.

I love the popcorn chicken before, but now it was so bad,it too dry and small . i hope they will bring the popcorn chicken before back

Oasis is a nostalgic place to visit. There's plenty of seating and plenty of games to select from and keep you occupied. Drinks are always standard, never really disappoints because you know what you'll get.

The boba teas are very typical and tasted cheap made. The place is nice and big but also grossly dirty everywhere. The tables and floors are very sticky and the bathroom is even worse. The popcorn chicken is good. But the boba tea is definitely overpriced and cheaply made.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. My dad used to take us to Oasis all the time when we were younger to get bubble teas. It's one of those places that's been around forever for as long as I can remember in Chinatown. My siblings and I are older now, out of college, and working jobs and my dad, well he's aged. He can't drive anymore but still insists on taking our bubble tea order (it'll rotate but usually it's a green apple slush for my brother and a jasmine milk tea for my sister and I) and he'll bus down there and pick up these drinks for us. Mind you, he's old and hard of hearing and maybe not seeing so well, but he really enjoys the nostalgia of going to Oasis and getting bubble tea for his kids. My dad is a long time customer of Oasis and I know the staff treat him nice there, despite his limited English and (sometimes) disheveled appearance, with his flimsy paper and his kid's drink orders written down. So thank you so much to Oasis and all the staffing there for helping him take the order. As for the quality of Oasis drinks and food items. They've all been very consistent to my knowledge. Throughout the years, more and more new bubble tea shops have popped up. Oasis menu has grown and there is a huge selection. Drinks can be a hit or miss depending on preference but I have a few favorites I truly enjoy there. I really like their Thai milk tea, jasmine milk tea (at 50% sugar) because it can be a tad sweet, fruity pebbles shake is bomb, and recently I've tried a strawberry real fruit juice, that taste absolutely amazing! I expected it to be super sweet, but surprisingly, it was light and refreshing, not too sweet, and there were little bits of strawberry seeds like real bits of strawberry was blended in. Also, you can never go wrong with their popcorn chicken. It's totally a staple. Anyways, I highly recommend Oasis to everyone, it's a great place, awesome staff, and usually open later hours than most bubble tea places. If you're in the area, give them a try. There's a stereotype that they cater to teenagers and while that might be true, they've also got a very committed, loving dad as a customer, who loves going there to buy drinks for his now (adult) kids.

The boba was pretty on par with Seattle pricing, which was overpriced. The tea and boba was nothing notable, but it wasn't bad. I would probably would not return, but the place is nice and spacious with a working bathroom.

No complaints about the drinks, but I'm here to complain about the service from the Asian girl at the register, possibly named Ashley B from what was on the receipt... My friends and I decided on some boba after our stroll (we're not from the area) and decided on this place. We were waiting in line and deciding what to order, just this girls "NEXT!!" alone was already irritating, I can feel her energy from across the counter. I let it go, gave her a chance to actually speak to me before judging. Nope - she was just not friendly while taking my order and when I came back to ask her a question. No smile whatsoever, I can still tell behind your mask. If you don't want to work, then don't work here - it obviously shows thru your body language that you don't want to be there. At first I thought I was overreacting, but my friends said they felt that from her as well before I said anything. It sucks how much customer service can really change your opinion about the place because the boba tasted just fine. This place was quite busy and had a long line, so it's a popular place. Really big and spacious too, it looks great for groups. Sucks that all these people have to receive below par service from here.

Typical bubble tea spots. LOTS of options and lots of seating. Could be a cool place for younger kids. I got a lavender milk tea with boba and it was perfectly sweet and the boba was really soft! Nothing too special though compared to more authentic options in the surrounding area.

Popcorn chicken is so good here! Great selection of tea's. Definitely a sub culture vibe.

Stopped in to grab a couple of drinks. I got a red bean purée drink and a mango fruit smoothie w boba. When I got the drink the purée drink was mostly milk and the mango smoothie was just ok. Not sure I'd come back again.

Was craving bubble tea and this location was closest to us after lunch in Chinatown. There was a good variety of flavors. Kind of overwhelming. The toppings were handwritten at the register which wasn't appealing to the eye. Which is odd because they have fancy screens for flavor menu. I ordered a thai milk tea with grass jelly. Grass jelly wasn't too soft and didn't taste fresh. I've had better from other boba places. It had a good thai tea flavor but nothing special about it.

Came by after a Seahawks game so that we could cheer up. Cheered our spirits up, but what bothers me the most when drinking bubble tea is having stale boba and this place sadly has it. The drink i ordered was a Milk Tea with a regular boba topping. They give you a ton of boba, more than any other place i have had,, so they are a plus on that. Tastes like regular milk tea. Nothing too terrible or too special about it. Some added notes: on a Thursday night after a Seahawks game, it was packed. Parking was easy though since most people were just walking from the game. Decent amount of tables in store. It takes about 15 minutes for your drink to be done, so not too long of a wait. On hot days and nights, they provide you free refillable cups of water only if you purchase a drink. There are also board games available for if you want to stay, chat, and hang out. Overall, i will still come back. Just will stay away from ordering a boba topping with my drink.

We ALMOST did not get to enjoy this place because of the 25 minute roundabout parking situation. We went up and down streets, trying to find any type of parking and it was impossible! We were just about to give it a rest when we finally found someone leaving. Please, for the love of God, SEATTLE, FIX THE PARKING SITUATION!!!! The drinks were great because you got a choice of dairy free options! The food was good too! The sweet potato fries needed more salt, but was good. Definitely would love to come back but the parking situation will deter us away. Sad, we have to pass up small businesses because searching for parking for almost 30 minutes is unbearable....

I ordered mango slush but thought it was way too sweet and unfortunately the drink melted super fast. Long lines at night since they're one of the few places that open late but service was fast and we were able to grab tables for our big group.

Please don't go here. I ordered a snow oolong milk tea and it tasted like ice and milk. No tea flavor whatsoever. It was very bland. If you could go somewhere else please do.

I got the HK tea latte and it was sooo good! The perfect amount of coffee and sugar. We also got the popcorn chicken and it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Also loved the bass playlist they had on!

Oasis isn't my favorriteeee bubble tea spot but it's decent! They have so many options but I find that most of the milk teas are too sweet and too artificially flavored. I didn't know there are options to lessen the sweetness levels but I'll have to give that a try next time. I used to come here so much in my teenage years lol just hanging out in the city getting bubble tea. So I'll always have a little soft spot in my heart for oasis hehe. Got the winter melon milk tea this time and it was great! But i could only have like 1/4 of the drink cause it was way toooo sweet haha. Still, love the vibes and love the music they play

I've been to oasis numerous times and it seems like the quality has gone down in general. Unsanitary + broken equipment with unsafe working conditions. You can get better boba elsewhere.

If you need your boba fix at night, this is your place! Came with friends last night at 11pm, bought boba and popcorn chicken. Oasis is filled with people always, as its in the heart of China town. We got Taro, Brown sugar and Mango boba. They have games lying around so we hung around to play Jenga and Uno.

I feel it's fairly silly to review an Iconic Seattle business... So let me just review the chicken. Popcorn Chicken: 1 order should feed 2 moderately hungry people, so satiate one hungry person. The breading is corn meal like and the spicy variant is more "mild" than "hot". If you're looking for popcorn chicken - this is a good place to be. The boba... well; it's iconic!

Lavender milk tea with boba was wonderful! This place just takes forever - don't come here if you're in a rush!

The place itself is cool, but nothing is cleaned throughout the whole day, everything is high-key filthy. It's understandable when it's busy, but when tables and floors are sticky, with food and trash everywhere through the whole day, it becomes a spot where you can't even sit. Out of the 5 drinks me and my friends got, only 1 was good (coconut milk tea). Everything else was not good. Smoothies taste like straight powder. Puree tastes like water nectar drinks are just straight sourness. There's no flavor in anything except the milk tea. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're just getting a milk tea. Waits are 20-30 minutes (small rush).

The location was well maintained with social distance stickers/signs and most of the seating moved away. All the staff I saw wore masks and there were a few standing tables available. I ordered a mango milk tea boba tea with black tapioca pearls and the consistency was ultimately poor. It separated after sitting for 10 minutes before I was ready to drink it and does not look appetizing. Their staff must not have prepared the milk tea base correctly. When shaken up it looks ok, and tastes decent mango with a few mango shreds with the tapioca pearl. The pearls themselves were too chewy and a little goopy. Wouldn't go back since tea shouldn't separate like this and the pearls are too soft.
