Best Views from Austin, Texas Restaurants | Eater Austin

"Locals know to go to this brewery/restaurant out on far northwest Austin for nachos, burgers, and beers, plus a spot-on view of Lake Travis. This laid-back spot is popular for its stunning sunset views and live music. The restaurant features a large patio space and an indoor area, but it closes for inclement weather." - Erin Russell

16 Austin-Area Bars and Restaurants to Frequent This Summer | Eater

"Perched atop Lake Travis, this rustic bar with garage-door-style windows, is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a sunset view. While the menu’s focus is on the brewery’s beers, they also offer wines and select spirits, including Milagro’s 100% blue agave tequila. Settle in for drinks while you take in the scene, along with a round of apps or meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients (such as a burger or a harvest bowl filled with quinoa, chickpeas, roasted vegetables, kale, and lightly tossed in a sesame dressing). Happy hour doesn’t get any happier than in this gorgeous setting." - Cynthia Drake

Such a cool place! The food was great, service was friendly and didn’t take long. They have so many things to look at places to walk around and seating for days!!! I imagine this place gets very lively on the weekends in the summer as there are some bars and nightlife spaces as well. If you’re looking for a drink, bite to eat and enjoy an absolutely incredible view definitely check this place out. They have a cute lock and key theme throughout and it’s amazing to think how someone could have placed their locks in such peculiar places!

Great brews, great views, and great times. Love this spot, it’s less crowded than the Oasis on lake Travis (the Tex Mex restaurant) and it’s got a great view of the lake as well. You can see the restaurant from the brewery’s outdoor patio/terrace areas. Great spot to enjoy some local craft brews. The bartenders will see you up just right here. Sit back, have a drink, and enjoy the view. Soak in some of that Texas sun here while sipping craft beer, what more could you ask for?

I visited Oasis Texas Brewing Company recently and absolutely loved their beautiful atmosphere, and views from the restaurant! I did not enjoy their food all that much though to be quite honest. I ordered their Chips and Salsa and Guacamole for an appetizer and their Chicken Stuffed Avocado for lunch. The chips were okay, I'm not sure if they were freshly made at the restaurant or if they were bought. The salsa was not good in my opinion however the guacamole was freshly made and quite tasty. The Chicken Stuffed Avocado was not something I enjoyed at all. I'm not sure if I chose something off and unpopular on the menu, or if the food just isn't that great. I think the view and atmosphere of Oasis is their main point of interest for visitors. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Thank you

Beautiful ambiance and scenic views! The food was decent—drinks were definitely a highlight. I’d rate the quesadillas a 5/10, while the chocolate tres leches cake stood out with a solid 8/10. Service was attentive and friendly. Overall, a nice spot if you’re looking for great views and good drinks.

I love the Oasis Texas Brewing Company! We hosted our annual firm parties there (two parties in one, taking up the second floor with a family block party on the patios and arcade, and a more formal dinner reception upstairs to honor our SOAR scholarship recipients). Thank you to Bryce and his team for helping make a special night feel seamless. The food was fantastic, everyone on your team was polished, professional and friendly, and as always Bryce was on top of every detail big and small!

We went to the brewery because the cantina was packed, and I am so glad we went to the brewery. Self seat and no wait.Ate delicious food (burger, hummus plate, wings, and a side salad) plus we got a great view of the lake. Nice open air and many families there. Highly recommend

As a preface, this is a tourist destination tucked away in the hills and about an hour away from a major population center. With this in mind, the food was pretty good. The wings were super juicy and large, fries were fresh and tasty. The beers were also very good. Our waiter was super friendly. We ordered by scanning the QR on the table and food was brought to us. Is it pricey? Yes. But you are paying for the view and the experience. We visited during non peak season and we were never rushed and it was very relaxing. The weather was fantastic so we chilled and chatted in the patio. I also noticed that about 30% of people going there to take pictures, didn’t ordered anything. Which could also contribute to the higher cost of food.
