"This is a true trattoria in the middle of Paris, with great platters of antipasti, thin-crust pizzas, and surprisingly big bowls of house-made pasta (definitely not the skimpy starter size—these are mains). The interior immediately suggests a good time with long electric-blue leather benches running the length of the walls, offset by yellow table mats on quintessentially Parisian round tables. Expect a tight squeeze: This place is perpetually packed with locals downing glasses of sparkling Lambrusco and rounding off with a few bites of the sublime tiramisu. "

This is a bit of a late review, but I had to share how much I enjoyed my visit to Ober Mama! I tried the truffle pizza for the first time and it was absolutely amazing — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The crust was just right, and the truffle really took it to another level. The atmosphere was lovely and cozy, though there was a bit of a wait. Totally worth it in the end! Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu.

Really enjoyed the food here. Everything tasted fresh. So lucky we had made reservations weeks prior as so many people tried to walk in and had to be turned away as they were all booked in. If you want to eat here, highly recommend making a reservation as they are very popular!

Google
Delicious meal from start to finish. Service was friendly and efficient. Started with stracciatella and focaccia which were both great. Had two pastas as the main dish and again both were amazing, carbonara was definitely the favourite. Very authentic and similar to the dishes we’ve had in Rome. Highly recommended! Make a reservation and sit inside, it’s a great vibe!

Google
This review may sound a little critical but coming from a city with a big Italian immigrant population with world class Napolitan pizza I thought the pizza was good but not spectular. Atmosphere, wine and dessert were also good although our first choices were unfortunately sold out. The toilets could need a bit of work as the lights were not working and one was overflowing. A last negative was that it was super hot inside. We were seated next to the kitchen and at first it almost felt like having a fever. Reservations are recommended as the line for walk-ins was quite long.

Google
Those were the best truffle pasta I ever had. Truly amazing. Our server, Alexandre, was extremely attentive. We were able to taste test some wine before choosing and received parmesan without asking. Next time I visit Paris, I will come here again!

Google
Always a pleasure dining here! I ordered the truffle pasta as my main dish, paired it with a refreshing peach bellini, and finished with a classic tiramisu. The flavors were delightful overall. However, the main course arrived less than warm rather than hot enough to be savored, which was a bit of a letdown. It’s a small issue that could easily be improved. Aside from that, I genuinely enjoy coming to this restaurant. The decor is stunning, and the staff are always soft-spoken and welcoming. It can get quite crowded, making it a bit challenging to move around, but that’s only because it’s such a popular spot. Despite the minor hiccup, I’ll definitely be back!

Great quality ingredients. Both the pizzas and the bresaola starter were amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Reservation is recommended on weekends

Google
The restaurant is cool, however food is average and the staff were really rude. They sat me and my friends in a very small table where we had to stand up every time for people to be able to pass by. It was really annoying and when we asked to be moved to an empty table in a better place, they refused and the table ended being empty for the whole time I was in the restaurant.

Yelp
First night in Paris and I had to check out one of Big Mamma's restaurants for dinner. Since my reservation was just for me, I was sat at the counter which was perfect. I definitely recommend a reservation even on week nights, the restaurant filled up quickly. Restaurant is beautiful inside. After seeing all of the photos of LA FAMEUSE PÂTE À LA TRUFFE with cheese on the top, I knew I had to order it and it did not disappoint. My favorite part was the IL TIGRAMISÙ which i ordered for dessert.

Yelp
Ober Mamma is such a great restaurant with lively vibes, superb service, fun drinks, and delicious Italian food. My friend's daughter recommended this place and I'm so glad we made reservations. Personal space is non-existent when dining in Paris and we quickly got over it after our first meal in the city. The drink menu was fun and we had a couple rounds. I had the HolyPop which was a vodka passionfruit drink that came with a sparkling wine on the side. Two of those left me very happy. The hubby's latte ordered the Huile Smith which is their version of a Negroni and very tasty. To eat, we shared the burrata with a tomato and bread mixture that was nice. The burrata was creamy and a substantial portion. The endive and Gorgonzola came next. The bitterness of the endive paired nicely with the creamy cheese. Last came the carbonara which was fantastic. Everything was perfect, cooked al dente, the guancale was crisp. Such a fun evening of eating, drinking, people watching, and spending time with the hubby. I'd highly recommend Ober Mama and making reservations when you're in Paris.

Yelp
Our first meal after landing in Paris. Trekked here after reading the reviews. It was packed at 8:30 (always forget that people tend to eat late here). It was difficult to determine who to speak to about getting a table, since there wasn't a marked host stand or anything. Eventually was offered a seat at the bar, and a nice English speaking server came to take our order. He gave us some good recommendations. We ordered the beef tartare (meh), burrata appetizer (yum), truffle pasta (the star of the show!), and one of the pizzas with spicy sausage (yum). Everything was pretty slow to come out, which is to be expected but I think maybe the server forgot to send one of our entrees because the other parties around us got their food quite a bit before we did. It was about a 2 hour dining experience. Overall- kind of chaotic. Make a reservation and expect to be there a while!

Yelp
3.5- I love the interior decor and the warm lighting that creates a rustic industrial farmhouse vibe! The menu is accessible via QR code, which is also used for payment. I ordered the peach juice (a favorite while in France) and the cacio e pepe. The pasta was clearly house-made, but it had a tendency to stick to my teeth, making it somewhat difficult to eat. I found myself licking my teeth between bites. Additionally, the dish was overly peppery for my taste, often overwhelming the other flavors. On a positive note, the service was lovely! :)

Yelp
The service was horrendous. No complementary bread that other tables had. They took away out eating plates. The truffle pasta that was their staple was unimpressive. The pizza was subpar. Honestly, why was this recommended on "this is paris" korean guidebook?? Dont go here. Waste of money and time.

Yelp
A PARIS ITALIAN GEM: Ober Mamma offers a fantastic selection of authentic Italian pastas and pizzas. Every table was filled in this place with a line extending onto the sidewalk... but it's worth the wait. For the main course, I opted for the truffle pasta - it was heavenly with extra grated Parmesan cheese! The rich, aromatic flavors were perfectly balanced, and the fresh pasta was cooked to perfection. The pizzas are also a must-try, with a perfect crust and a variety of high quality toppings that will satisfy anyone. Their tiramisu is a special treat. I recommend you end your meal with it and an Italian digestif! The cocktails at Ober Mamma are outstanding. Each drink is crafted with precision by skilled bartenders. The service was friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. In a city filled with great restaurants, Ober Mamma stands out as a place I would definitely come back to on future visits to Paris.

Yelp
Must must must make a reservation... and even then we waited 30 minutes. Amazing pizza. Fun, exciting, and lots of energy at this place. Very engaged server who steered us in the right direction for our dining options. If in the area it is worth checking out.

Yelp
Every single dish is amazing, I love the beef carpaccio, truffles pasta and the truffle pizza

Yelp
The truffle pasta was the best thing there. It was a hit for our table. Pizza is uncut which is a European thing. Pistachio tiramisu was okay could've been better. Would've ordered the original instead. Would go back.

Yelp
Enjoying Pink Mama, we thought we'd enjoy this spot. And we did, but most dishes needed a bit more salt. The space is stunning and we got a table right away for lunch around noon on a Tuesday. To drink, we enjoyed the Bellini Spritz, which is 10 Euros and a healthy pour. To eat, we shared the burrata, the zucchini, the melon, and the prosciutto. Everything was good, but again, needed salt to bring out the flavors.

Yelp
This review might only be pertinent to you if you are Black. Firstly before we get into this review, we had a fantastic time in Paris. Transversing the city with our 70 year old mother, and our broken French, we have met nothing but grace and favour in the eyes of the Parisians we have met. So begins the review. We had heard phenomenal things about Obermama's food prior to booking and turning up at the restaurant. We arrived at a very busy Obermama and were seated, whilst we waited for a menu, we specifically had to ask for as there was absolutely no network to enable us to use the QR code menu. We waited patiently for our server who appeared within 10 minutes and was initially very friendly, sat with us and proceeded to take our order in English. However, in the process of taking the order, we noted that only 2 out of the 4 in our party were going to eat because of a large lunch. However everyone was having drinks. We then noticed a very visible change in the server's attitude. To start with, they tried to pressure one of the party to order, when we insisted that only 2 were eating, they not only visibly rolled their eyes, they also became abrupt and dismissive and suddenly seemed to be in a rush to leave, despite our still being in the process of confirming our meals and ordering the equivalent of a 3 person meal (the 2 people were very hungry!). Once they left, this was the last time we saw them for the rest of the evening. Our drinks took 20mins to appear despite tables that seated at the same time and after us getting served, the hot water with lemon my mother asked for was not delivered and we had to ask another server for this - this second server brought this within 1 minute which was very much appreciated. After being ignored for 45mins, we noticed several tables, which were seated at the same time and after us getting their drinks, starters, and their mains. This prompted one of the people in our party to enquire about our food. The other party tried to get the attention of the server that took our orders and initially they pretended to not notice that they were being spoken to, in spite of being the only person in the vicinity of the other party. Once the server then acknowledged the presence of other party, they were asked about our 45 min late orders. The server pointed at the kitchen, muttered something and then sought out the second server (who brought our drinks) and spoke several rapid sentences in French. This was surprising as the server took our orders spoke good English only 45 mins ago. The second server seemed surprised and then politely told the other party in English that there was some issues with the meals in the kitchen and this was affecting all the other diners. They stated that our orders were coming soon. The first server offered a condescending smirk and a dismissive "Merci!" Again, this was surprising as all the other diners were receiving their meals around us. When the other party arrived back at the table, we waited an additional 5 mins (approx 55 mins in total) and then started to leave. as we were leaving we noticed our food was making it way to our table. We declined the meal as we had started leaving with our shopping and bags. We were stopped by the general manager who tried to ask why we were leaving. We responded that whilst the second server had been lovely, we were unhappy with the service of the first server and the lateness of the food and we were leaving to go elsewhere. The most interesting thing was that the manager instantly offered to seat us elsewhere at a different table. We declined the offer and we attempted to pay for our drinks which was graciously refused by the second server. And, we then left. We are writing this review having not being given the opportunity to taste the food, appreciating the fact that even a good meal can be destroyed by discriminatory service. For the record we were the only black customers in the entire restaurant at the time. In trying to post this review we noticed that our reservation was cancelled which negated them sending us the link that would allow us to review them. This shows bad faith.

Yelp
We wert craving pasta and pizza in Paris and I'm so happy that we got this recommendation from a friend. This Italian spot had everything; beautiful interior, mouthwatering food, creative drinks and their staff was friendly and kind. We sat at the bar and got to watch the bartender make drinks and talk to some locals on our right and Americans on our left. I wish we had more time in Paris so that we could go back and enjoy their food again. Grazie!

Yelp
Boyfriend and I had date night here and loved it. Had a reservation and was seated right away. Beautiful interior and tableware. Definitely a good photo spot! Only complaint is that it was very very busy, so we were a bit crammed next to other guests and it was quite loud. Truffle pasta is a must-order, the pasta was cooked perfectly and it wasn't too "mushroomy." Pizza was average, a bit soggy. Mocktail was good, a very large portion.

Yelp
I came to this location because we weren't able to get reservations for Pink Mamma. This was a decent place. The interior is small but cute and packed on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the truffle pasta, mozzarella & tomato, and the bellini spritz. Both the Bellini spritz and mozzarella were quite tasty and refreshing. The truffle pasta in my opinion lacked salt. Once I added that with black pepper, it tasted much better. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and was satisfied I came. Our waiter was really nice and our food came out quickly but I don't feel the need to make this a spot I have to come to the next time I'm in Paris

Amazing staff, friendly service, and great pasta!! If you like truffle, you need to order the truffle pasta or truffle pizza!!!

Yelp
Chaotic, in all the best ways. This place came highly recommended by numerous people, one of whom used to live in the city. My friend in Japan even sent me a video review from IG. I was instantly sold. We came in for dinner after spending the whole day biking around Versailles. We were tired and starving. I decided to take a chance and pull up without a reservation because from what I read online you can usually walk in and wait for a table and we were down to wait for food. There were a couple of guys ahead of us, but they suddenly walked away when the hostess came out to help so all if a sudden we were at the front of the line. Fortunately for us, there was a table available, but it was only available for an hour and 20 minutes as it was needed for a reservation. Being the American eaters that we are, all we really needed was an hour so we got seated instantly. We started off with a drink and the burrata that came with a basket of bread. We cleared that serving real quick. Well, to be honest, it was all me, but no one was keeping track. I got a pizza and my friend got the most popular pasta - the truffle. We both ate everything. I only ate the middle of the pizza and left the outside crust because I'm a savage. My dinner companion is not much of an eater as I am so she was done with no room for dessert. I always make room for dessert so I got the pineapple one. I love passion fruit but I didn't care too much for it mixed with piña. They didn't go together. Despite that, we had an amazing dinner. The service was above and beyond. It truly was chaotic in there. The tables were so close together, but somehow all the servers managed to go from point a to b to c without bumping into anyone. I was so amazed and impressed at the same time. It looked fully booked the whole night as we never saw an empty table. I have it to give a special shout out to the woman who dropped by our table numerous times. Not only did she speak French and Italian, but she said she also spoke Arabic as she was from Morocco. The way she seamlessly transitioned between the languages was so smooth. I could only wish to have the ability to be a polyglot. I totally get the appeal of this place. There's a reason why they stay booked and busy. Tasty drinks, delicious food and prime people watching. It's one of the few places in Paris where you hear English as the language spoken by the majority of the patrons. I'll be back in a few months, but I'm going to holler at the Pink location.

Yelp
This was recommended by family. Showed up at 8:30, we were sat at the bar. Bad part, I had to BEG for people to take our order. Was told pizzas would take 45 mins (I had no problem with waiting). They were going to bring us bread before the food, the pasta came before the bread. First course pasta came out and was a lighter portion but it tasted okay. When the bread finally came it was cold, like they just took out of the fridge. Then 45 mins goes by and no pizza. Had enough time to finish a bottle of wine, margaritas and walk outside to contemplate if I should even come back in. I highly respect all humans but felt very little respect. Ordering made it seem like I was a problem. Wouldn't come again.

Yelp
Food and environment was splendid. Staff was super accommodating and courteous. They did not look down on us being from outside of the country. Magnificent experience. Would come back here probably before we leave next week!

Yelp
Aesthetic: 5/5 Pasta: 4/5 Dessert: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Went here since we couldn't get a reservation for Pink Mamma, and was relieved that they had the truffle pasta here too! Our server was super nice and spoke to us in English. My friend tried to order a pesto pasta dish, but it was no longer present on the menu. The server recommended the truffle pasta I was about to order -- which turned out to be a bit bland, but I still really enjoyed it. I had never had a pasta noodle like that before and it really added to the dish. My friend thought it tasted just like cream of mushroom. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert and we're delightfully surprised at how AMAZING it was! A bit sweet, but still the BEST tiramisu I've ever had.

Yelp
My cousin made reservations for this place which was a great idea because it was really busy. We were seated right away once we arrived. The interior is really cute. My 2 cousins and I were seated along the wall which has really cozy bench seating. The staff were really nice and professional. Despite our very limited knowledge of the French language, the staff were very open to speaking English for us. Despite it being very busy, service was quite fast as well. The food was amazing! I personally ordered the La farmeuse pate à la truffe (truffle pasta) which I have been anticipating through out my whole trip to Paris and I lived up to my expectations! I'm usually used to pasta being quite heavy but their pasta was light and flavorful which I loved! One of my cousins ordered the casoncelli di coda alla vaccinara (ox ravioli) and he also enjoyed it. The only one little downside was that my other cousin ordered a salad (not too sure which one exactly from the menu) but it was literally just a plate of shredded lettuce with a side of bread. I'm not too sure what she ordered and I'm not sure if there's a special way they eat salad here but it was quite surprising. For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu al pistachio which was SO delicious! Light and enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth after a good meal. I would definitely come back if I travel back to Paris in the future!

Yelp
Delicious! I dragged my Mama with me as I'd heard this spot was tasty. (She really didn't want to go!) We ordered the Opera Mozz - buffalo mozzarella with a tomato chutney and basil- as an appetizer. Sooooooo good! The chutney was everything. For our main courses, I ordered a pasta stuffed with oxtail, cacio e pepe sauce and jus. Heaven! I'd never had oxtail before and now I know to order it again. Mama had a margherita pizza and proclaimed it the best she'd ever had. We finished with an order of panna cotta alla pera (for me) and the tiramisu pistacchio for Mama. All in all a really tasty dinner. If you're hard of hearing, you may struggle a bit. It's very noisy.

Yelp
I tried to get a reservation at Pink Mamma, but was unsuccessful, so I decided to try Ober Mamma instead. I'm so glad I did because we had an amazing meal! The cocktails were all super tasty, and I loved the glass mine came in! We shared a pizza and a pasta, and they were both great! The pasta was definitely the star, and the pizza could have been better. We ordered the pizza that had anchovies and different types of pork, but it hardly had any cheese, hardly had any pork, and literally had like three anchovies. Luckily it was still good, but it wasn't really what we were expecting. It also wasn't cut (at all) which was a bit annoying, but nbd. The service was great and the restaurant is beautiful and so unique. Would recommend!

Yelp
I don't know if I'd waste a dinner in Paris here again. It was good - don't get me wrong, but the venue is very small, food takes forever to come out, service was mediocre at best. Quality of food is good just not sure it's worth your time compared to the million other fabulous restaurants in Paris.
google avatar

Emily P.

Yelp
Had a phenomenal meal here. Some of the best Italian food I have ever had. The pizza was good but very floppy. The ravioli with bolognese sauce was to die for! I would definitely come back here!

Gabriella S.

Yelp
My family and I came here for the iconic truffle dishes, and they surely did not disappoint!! We got sat in the main dining area, under the beautiful tree. Our server was wonderful and gave us great recommendations on wine/drinks. We were crazy about the truffle so ordered 2 pasta dishes and 1 pizza. I could eat the pasta forever, it was amazing! Would recommend any of the Big Mamma restaurants!

Yelp
Still thinking about Ober Mamma 5 months later. This was our last meal in Paris and it did not disappoint.

Yelp
Incredible Italian food in Paris )which I didn't expect)! Definitely make a reservation at least 2 weeks out. We started with the red onion and balsamic tart that I couldn't get enough of. I will say you must really like red onions to enjoy it though. We also had the ceviche cod tacos and they were ehh. The cocktails were also great and the gin drink I ordered was HUGE for the price and I definitely left a little tipsy after just one. Our entrees were amazing though. I had the "famous" (I've heard so much about it by word of mouth) truffle pasta and wow it wasn't overhyped at all. I ate it all somehow even though I was so full. My fiancé had the margherita pizza and it was perfect - super thin, bubbly crust - my favorite type of pizza. We had to do dessert too. The pistachio tiramisu was good, not great. Along with the ceviche this was in last place but still by no means bad. I just prefer more espresso forward tiramisu. If I'm back in Paris I'll try another Big Mamma restaurant group spot again for sure.

Roxana Q.

Yelp
SO good! I wish I could have eaten more. This is part of a big group of several restaurants around Paris & beyond. I wasn't able to get a reservation at Pink Mamma so I made one here and it did not disappoint. Drinks were really good as well as the overall vibe & decor. I don't really recommend trying to wing it and not have a reso here. You're more likely to get turned away. Next trip to Paris, I will definitely be making my way to more of their restaurants.
google avatar

Susan Z.

Yelp
Ober Mamma is a super cute restaurant with a great atmosphere, and they have a fun cocktail menu. I ordered the ultra hyped truffle pasta, and unfortunately did not love it - a few bites felt like enough since it was heavy. However, my boyfriend had a tomato based pasta dish and it was really yummy!
google avatar

Haili A.

Yelp
Best place to eat in Paris! Traveled through Europe with my friends and we tried so many good restaurants, yet we all agreed this was the best meal we had. Everything we had was so fresh and flavorful. Prices in Paris are crazy but this place was pretty affordable. Make sure to make a reservation weeks in advance! 10000/10 recommend.

Yelp
Did I think I was going to find the best Neapolitan pizza of my life so far i'm Paris? Not really Will I be dreaming about this pizza for the rest of my life? Oh, definitely. I saw great reviews here and a couple girls on holiday can only eat so much French food, so we thought why not check it out! The restaurant is quite a bit bigger than the standard, and it's very cozy and dim lit. The hostess was very sweet trying to get us seated without a reservation-- and they sat us at a bar in the back in front of the pizza making right away! I wish I would have taken pics of their mastery but I didn't want to make the staff uncomfortable. We loved it! The drinks were awesome-- more creative than the standard drink list you will find in many standard spots. We weren't starving so we only got the one Margherita Pizza-- but we SERIOUSLY considered getting a second one just to experience it all over again. On a normal day I could take one of these down by myself. Instead of waxing poetic about the texture of the dough (perfect char and soft, great chew), or the fresh ingredients, or the perfectly soupy middle you get with a true Neapolitan (phew!), I will instead compliment the staff on how quickly we received our food in a packed restaurant! We expected to wait much longer and have a leisurely drink, but it came out in no time at all. They also had a very simple setup at the bar where you scan a code and order from your phone-- so no waiting for an already busy server! I will absolutely have to return here on my next trip to Paris, and honestly I may have to move that trip up because this place is worth the plane ride from Chicago!
google avatar

Melissa Z.

Yelp
This is a a great place if you're a tourist - the menu can be in English and you can pay online as well. I'm just not the biggest fan of Neapolitan pizza but if you are, this is the place to go!

Noah W.

Yelp
First, despite being 15 minutes early for our reservation, we were seated right away. Our server was fantastic and spoke perfect English even after apologizing for poor skill. The food was wonderful and fast, the drinks were fun and delicious, and the dessert (which was to celebrate our anniversary) was taken off of the bill after being just slightly slow to arrive. 10/10

Yelp
Hands down best Italian restaurant in Paris. I love all the restaurants from this company but the menu at this location is most comprehensive. The pizza was simple but made perfectly--puffy crust but thin base with a cheesy top. The spaghetti Ravi was al dente and super flavor. Absolutely mind blowing. Their tiramisu is also light and sweet, a perfect end. The staff and manager are so nice and make you feel very at home. Very crowded so make reservations in advance!

Yelp
Another great find in the 11th arrondisement. I embarrassingly made a reservation for 10:15pm thinking it was for 8:15pm. I blame the jet lag. My husband and I arrived exactly at 8:15pm to find this out. The really nice young hostess told us it was ok and it would be about a 20 minute wait for a table inside. We waited across the street at a bench. The restaurant was packed and there was a constant flow of people waiting and going inside to eat. At exactly 20 minutes, the nice hostess waved us to come over, scanned our Pass Sanitaire, and sat us inside by the window. We had people eating on either side of us within 1.5 feet, which is standard for Parisian dining. No social distancing here! That's fine with us, as I was used to that while living here. The menu (accessed via QR code) has Burrata, pastas, pizzas and more. We had to connect to the restaurant's WiFi to get it to work. We ordered a Burrata with hazelnut appetizer, the Truffle Pasta and the Truffle Pizza to share. We also ordered our standard Large Pelligrino to share. Everything we ordered was amazing. The truffle wasn't overpowering. The Burrata so soft and delicious. For dessert, we ordered the Tiramisu and Profiterole. Again, both were delicious! The service was great. The waitress was very nice and checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. The food came out quickly. This place is a well oiled machine. For the appetizer to share, the pizza, the pasta, 2 desserts, a large bottle of Pelligrino, and added tip, it was only €74 Euro. Payment: They have touchless pay. By scanning the QR code for the menu, it also gave me access to pay for the meal. We will definitely be coming here on our next trip.

Yelp
Delicious little place in Paris. It was not the best pasta I've ever tried but I would come back and keep trying things in the menu. Their drinks were really good and creative. The service was great and attentive.

Yelp
We came to try this place on our first day in Paris. It definitely didn't disappoint. The burrata was amazing. The pizza was also amazing. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Came by for dinner the other night and it was a world-class experience! The dining room inside was full at the time of arrival and most were ushered to the outside tables. ...managed to snag a shared table inside by speaking French! ;) Ordered a plate of cured meats and they were world-class! They apparently were directly shipped from their supplier in Italy. ...definitely felt that way! The pizza was world class with super light toppings, dough that was fluffly, light, and thin! The slice of tiramisu definitely finished off the meal. Tiramisu was light and a touch sweet. Definitely a must order!

Yelp
Pizza and crust were perfect, starters and pastas were very good as well. My daughter now likes truffle pasta. Good atmosphere and overall fun place to eat.

Yelp
We heard this was a popular place to visit so we made a reservation for our last night in Paris. We ordered a bottle of white wine for the table, ordered two pasta dishes and a pizza to share. I had no idea what to expect from the truffle pasta and it was delicious! It was soo rich and creamy! The pizza was also very good. It was thin with a big puffy crust, it had the right amount of cheese to cause and was cooked to perfection. I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
My weight scale is uber fortunate that we found this spot on our last day in Paris. I legitimately would not have dined anywhere else. The ambiance, the service, the food & drinks... everything was impeccable. The stellar reviews are no joke. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the welcoming modern chic yet rustic interior. Although it was a beautiful day outside, we choose to dine inside for this reason. We ordered the truffle pasta, which is basically the reason why we came here in the first place. Our expectations were HIGH, and the entree did not disappoint! It was flavorful and just the right dash of creamy. Then, the margarita pizza - our expectations were LOW, considering we've tried some superrr bland pizza in Europe...however, the margarita was delectable! We pretty much licked the bowls clean with both entrees. Great food, will highly recommend to anyone craving Italian food while in Paris.

Yelp
Hands down the best meal I had in Paris! Waited approximately 30 mins for a table but it's so worth the wait. Truffle pizza, beef carpaccio, and truffle pasta were def the standouts. Will def be coming back here on my next trip!

Yelp
I was kind of surprised that the food wasn't up to standards of the reviews. The thing I heard the most about, the truffle pasta, was probably the worst meal I had in all of Paris. The pizza was mediocre at best. Very doughy and lukewarm when it came out. The servers were great and the restaurant itself was chic and sort of hipster-ish. Hopefully this place will live up to expectations the next time I visit.

Yelp
Fantastic pizza!! But let me start with the massive 250g absolute monster of a burrata. It was absolutely delicious and it's definitely big enough to share between 3 people. It was SO cheap - I was so amazed; it was probably like 60% of the price you'd find in the US. So. Good. It tasted so fresh and creamy. The truffle pizza is the pizza you should try - it comes with gigantic truffle slices and tastes so rich and good. The crust is doughy perfection and the sauce exudes umami. I haven't had anything like it. Between the complimentary bread, gigantic burrata, and truffle pizza, you could probably feed two people.

Yelp
Ober Mamma is WAAAAAY popular. They don't take reservations so plan on lining up 15-30 minutes before open or plan on waiting a while. We opted to line up and were seated right away. The interior is clean, modern and trendy. Ober Mamma specializes in fresh fired pizzas and fresh made pasta and the prices are pretty reasonable. I had a pizza with fresh ham and it was bigger than I could finish. The crust is superb - crunchy and chewy perfection. The mister had a steak special that he really liked. My favorite part of dinner ended up being dessert - Bananofee tiramisu in fact. Just see my photo because words don't do this amazing cake justice. Super trendy, very tasty - get in line, hipsters.

Yelp
Cute decors! Food was good, nothing special. However, their freezer room is connected to the bathroom. They seemed unsanitary and just bizarre.

Yelp
If you're looking to step away from classic French cuisine but still experience good food in Paris, Ober Mamma is your stop. Located in a young neighborhood in Paris, Ober Mamma was the hot spot. Even though this is a small chain restaurant, you must make reservations because the line was out the door. The restaurant itself had a fun atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. It was pretty chaotic and cramped, but the food and drinks were tasty. We loved the outside crust of the pizzas, but the bottom was so thin and soggy. The pizzas weren't cut, so it was a challenge to eat them. You paid at your table via a QR code. If you're looking for a young, unique atmosphere, Ober Mamma has it.

Yelp
THE HYPE IS REAL! On their website, they recommend you lining up a few minutes before opening -- listen to them! On my first visit, I showed up about 3 minutes after opening with a long line outside but still managed to squeeze into first seating. The second visit, it was 45 minutes in and the only option was outside, while it was raining -- not to worry, it's covered and heated, and it beat waiting an additional 45 min for a table inside. I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar the first time, and their bartenders are the real deal using a mix of ingredients and giving the cocktails a vigorous shake ;). I had the Bellini spritz - best I've had and could not resist ordering more. For that reason, I did not try any other drinks! As for the food, I had the bolognese pasta and pesto burrata pizza - both great choices! With the pizzas, you can really observe the appetite of locals - the treat it as a personal pizza while I would have been more than happy to share - guess it's that delicious! The pizza was certainly one of the best I've had outside of Italy. The server recommend the lemon tiramisu and it was indeed deeeelicious! The cream is so fluffy, and it's got just enough of the citrus flavor. The staff actually speaks more Italian than French, so you can feel how authentic they are. Plus, they speak a bit of English which helped :)
