Ocean Basket, Ikeja GRA

Nice ambiance Really spacious place, you don’t have to worry about not getting a table. I also love that fact that it’s not crowded. I love the outside view better overlooking the street 😀 The attendance were on point, no unnecessary delay and I got to enjoy a side dish on the house while I wait for my order. Downside: Food is not cheap here so, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly restaurant, this isn’t your option (Although this depends on your budget) Not to forget, the music was great!!

I absolutely love Ocean basket. They have great food, courteous staff and a very neat environment. I had the famous fish, chips, and an extra portion of fried yam. It was of great quality and very budget friendly. I highly recommend.

I have always wanted a cozy cottage for me and my friends to unwind, catch up and have fun. I checked several restaurants, called some, called Ocean Basket and got an impressive response. Others weren't so sure but I was able to convince them we use the place for the hangout. The memories we had there will forever be cherished and I am happy Ocean Basket is part of the story. By the way, the food was delicious and affordable. The customer service experience was the highlight of the place. Well done to everyone there. I have begun referring people there and would definitely visit there again.

I Wanted to See the New Dr strange movie but the queue was insane . So decided to grab brunch here instead and I don’t know how it got out of control I couldn’t stop ordering for Mocaktails and then the Dessert 🍮 was next level . Oh let’s not forget how sweet and polite the waiters were. They were so genuinely interested in how the meal was and even explained how they looked and tasted before I ordered because I wanted to see pictures of what the meal looked like. 10/10

Ocean Basket Ikeja GRA is an amazing experience for anyone who wants to try something different. The environment is beautiful with ambient lighting pouring in from the ceiling. The waiters are mild-mannered and happy to serve you. The food is amazing. I was wary of the Jollof Rice at first as most fancy restaurants serve curry rice as Jollof Rice but OB didn't disappoint at all. The meals were delicious. I used the rooftop and the outdoor scene was cool. That feeling of watching the sunset when slicing into your grilled Salmon is epic. There is ample parking space for up to 10+ cars. The security is tight too. This is the perfect place for a romantic date, period!

I loved the look and the ambience of the place. The notes on the wall were really interesting too. Especially the one on how to eat seafood properly😂 The waiter was really courteous, and I didn't even notice the wait time. I wish I got more complimentary bread though😩 The food was nice. It was my first time trying a seafood dish, and I discovered what I'd like to try again (and what I'd like to switch out next time -prawns!), but I don't regret it! I also liked the part of getting a sweet after the meal. Little things like that matter, and I'm pleased that they know.

The ocean basket has a great ambience. Apart from being able to dine in upstairs you can also dine outdoor. The food options are not that much and you get a complimentary snack while waiting for your order. The customer service was on point. The food ordered was okay.

I gave a 4 star review as the staff in the restaurant were having a meeting downstairs when we arrived and the noise was so much that we could hear them upstairs. The experience was so unpleasant that I had to request the waiter for my table informs them to keep it down. Overall, the meal was pleasant, staff were courteous and the environment was decent. Did I mention they make great cocktails too?
