Nice rooms, large bathroom, nice views of the ocean and jetty. A variety of dining options. Beautiful outdoor spaces. 2 adult only pool clubs for hotel guests only. The Boardwalk Pool club was fun. There was alot of seating, music and drink service. The Cabanas are worth the money for a more sedate upscale experience. There is easy access to the boardwalk and beach. We would return.

1st Class Casino Resort with tons of options. Excellent dining options, sleek atmosphere right on a newly renovated and restored beach. The spa is the best in NJ and the main pool overlooks the Atlantic. The King Beds are cozy and huge double vanity bathrooms. The casino floor has the best ventilation system money can buy. You’ll never feel clammy or boxed in at this venue. The staff all go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and are a pleasure to become acquainted with. Ocean is definitely an experience not just a destination.

Disappointed and Treated Poorly — Would Not Recommend We rented two poolside cabanas for what was supposed to be a special day, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The weather was rainy, cold, and windy (high gusts of winds ) — clearly not ideal for outdoor lounging — yet the hotel insisted they "don’t close for much worse." Instead of showing any flexibility or empathy, the front desk staff were dismissive and rude. When we expressed our frustration and asked for a refund, they offered to let us rebook the cabana for another day or get a discount. Unfortunately, this was a one-time gathering that we couldn’t easily recreate, and we explained that another day simply wasn’t feasible. Their only response was that the pool was heated, so we “shouldn’t be upset” — completely missing the point that the weather was miserable and our group was cold and uncomfortable. One of the larger cabanas was completely unused, they refused to let us use it so we had to have two separate cabanas . (See pics) There was also no music playing, which we were told was due to a broken system. Later in the day, we were even asked to turn off our small personal speaker — the only thing providing any kind of atmosphere — because it wasn’t allowed. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a little understanding. Sadly, we got none. Poor communication, lack of accommodation, and a total disregard for guest experience made this a huge letdown. We won’t be coming back

Google
Nice rooms, great outdoor spaces, easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The Boardwalk Pool Club is fun, lots of different types of seating, music, drink service, for hotel guests only, and 21 and older. The Cabanas are real nice and worth the money for a more reserved upscale pool vibe, also 21 and older. A variety of dining options. Ocean Steak was worth the money. We will return.

Google
rooms are very nice and clean, beautiful view of the city and beach depending where your room is. bathroom shower had a bit of mold but overall room wise everything was really nice! the rest of the hotel is very nice, and easy to navigate. in the lobby youre provided a 24 hour cafe which is really nice. the pool is my favorite part overall but the outdoor seating is a mess, people put towels on chairs ahead of time and literally left to come back later in the day. leaving no other room for others to sit, another woman was walking around moving people’s things and touching other’s belongings for some odd reason. not really the hotels fault more the guests. there is very nice rooftop sitting both below and above the pool and you can sit along the ledge and look out at the ocean! they have rocking chairs, or just simple poolside chairs with umbrellas. not too crowded up there either.

Always have a great time. They take good care of me being a rewards member. Patty at the front desk, I recommend you see her. She got me checked into my room without hassle even though I screwed up the online booking so I could check in early. Food was outstanding, although they took out District Taco. We had a great time!

Google
Ocean was great! The staff everywhere from the hotel to the casino were friendly and helpful. Everyone was super nice. The resort is kid friendly and many people also had dogs with them. The casino is huge and busy! The pool area was a bit crowded but there are plenty of places to go and sit to enjoy the beach/weather. This place has it all! I’ll definitely be returning!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Oceans! The views from our bedroom were absolutely breathtaking, and valet parking made everything seamless. We especially loved the privacy and relaxation at the oceanfront cabana—such a peaceful escape. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway to unwind and recharge, I definitely recommend Oceans!

Yelp
I have stayed at Ocean Casino several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed it. First off, the hotel has a good number of pools, bars, and restaurants. In fact, one of their pools is adults-only and has amazing summer DJ parties, while the other is an indoor/outdoor type that can be used year round. Both main pools have bars also. There is an Exhale Spa and also a massive fitness center that is more equipped than any other hotel I have ever been to. The soundtrack playing throughout the resort is an excellent mix that is mainly modern, with a few older tunes thrown in for good measure. The staff in most of the facilities are also great. In terms of the rooms, each one offers at least a partial view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. They are also massive with giant bathrooms (2 sinks, huge shower with bench, etc.) and sitting areas. The beds are comfortable, and there is a good deal of storage space. Lastly, the rooms are spotlessly clean! On my recent visit, I was a bit bummed to see that the steakhouse was no longer American Cut, the Hawaiian restaurant no longer existed, and some stores have disappeared. I am hoping that they can fill the vacant spaces, because I truly love staying at Ocean and hope that they are doing well financially. Aside from that, it was another excellent visit.

Yelp
This place has everything all in one resort. #1 Spa in Atlantic City. Asian food was amazing I went twice. This place was wonderful. Room overlooking the ocean was amazing. The Bad. I only play craps. You guys are going overboard with reserving spots for High Rollers. The problem is a craps table only has six slots for customers each side of the stick man and the dealers will hold 3 spots per one person reserving 1 spot. Now is you have three people reserving spaces that 9 spaces and they are off in a restaurant or somewhere. It's no telling when they are coming back. This left me to only be able to play the $25 table because the one $15.00 table is full of reserved slots. Secondly, It slows the dice from coming to the shooter because now everyone has to wait for the dealer to count out 50k. (Who plays craps with 50k, really) You have a high rollers table why can't they go there and they can play who have the biggest marker between them.

Yelp
Was staying at the borgata and came over to check things out as well as have dinner at Amada - I left a review over on their page - have had previous experiences but this one wasn't as good this time around. Place seemed ok. Not very busy compared to hard rock - this can be good in that it wasn't crowded but it did seem a little on the sparse side. My chief complaint. Borgata gave me an e-receipt with a barcode which is supposed to allow me to park at any of the other casinos. Apparently, you need a paper receipt in order to do this - no where does it say that on the receipt nor is it posted. This is perhaps because the casinos are pissed that the city forced them to do this. Nevertheless, the first strike against this place is that they didn't accept it so an additional $15 bucks. Second, the attitude of the parking taker was very disappointing, we'll say. Yeah, I'm that petty over $15 - mostly because of the added attitude - I'll just keep my business to the hard rock, borgata, and the other casinos.

Yelp
I had some comp rooms to use and booked a 2 night stay with my sister. We had arrived around 9 and unfortunately the parking deck level 11 was closed. We ended up parking on the 12th floor and still plenty of parking spots. Check in process as quick as we had checked in early and selected our rooms. We just needed to pick up our keys. Elevator system is great as it is separated by floor blocks-- so getting to our room on the 32nd floor was pretty quick. The room was clean when we arrived. I love staying at Oceans- great variety of slots and gaming and food places! I love going to caffecino late night for a sweet treat! For a weeknight, the casino floor was always packed. And of course the house always wins! I also like going to Oceans- it's a quieter part of the boardwalk. Also the Starbucks just opened recently and that was a win for me!

Yelp
Ocean Casino Resort is my favorite Boardwalk hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is huge, clean, has plenty of security, lots of restaurant choices, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, and large rooms. The hotel is only 40 minutes from Cape May and I enjoyed how the hotel had fires throughout the terrace, which kept hotel guests warm and able to enjoy a clear view of the drones flying around. If you're ever contemplating a Boardwalk stay, look no further than the Ocean Casino Resort.

Brad M.

Yelp
The casino itself is impressive, though outside of the Jingle Bell Bar, holiday decorations were sparse. The sheer size of the space likely makes it challenging to create a fully decorated look throughout. That said, Ocean has other strong points. We've attended a show here before, and their entertainment venue stands out as one of the better options compared to other casinos in Atlantic City. The layout, sound quality, and overall atmosphere make for a great experience. We're planning to return at the end of December to explore the areas we didn't get a chance to see and take in the festive Christmas decorations throughout the property. Looking forward to experiencing more of what Ocean has to offer!

Mei C.

Yelp
This resort and casino is located along the end of Atlantic City Beach boardwalk; Came here to enjoy the holiday Winter village located on the 6th floor. This beach-front casino has grandeur windows that overlook the Atlantic ocean and has an updated casino tables and slots. Because of this holiday event- 6th floor was opened to kids as well; though taking a picture with Santa costs about $75. Eateries and restaurants are located around the casino floor and was packed with patrons; take the elevator up to the 11th floor for more cafes and registration check-in. Overall, a really nice resort and casino

Yelp
My favorite casino/hotel in AC by far. Came for the first time in the off season in February. Hotel rooms are cheaper compared to the summer/event weekends (which, I'm sure it's a totally different vibe during those times). Only stayed for one night but had time to enjoy: indoor/outdoor pool, restaurants and bars, casino, spa, and gym. I love how clean and lively everything is. Room was beautiful and we got an ocean view room at the cheapest option (not sure if all rooms are ocean view?). Bed was very comfortable. We had a great dining experience at Amada and Harper's. Beautiful to walk around the hotel and look out the window and see the Ocean. I loved my body scrub at Exhale and Mussels gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've been in. Lots of good quality pieces of equipment (I also like that it's called "Mussels" instead of "Muscles". Very on theme, ha ha). Definitely feels like an elevated experience. Next time I'd like to check out the club (only open on Friday and Saturdays).

Yelp
I went for a two day mid week get away with a special someone. My review is based strictly on the room, room service, and front desk staff. We did not explore the amenities or casino. We went simply as a break/ reset. The resort itself is very modern and appears to maybe be the newest on the strip. Upon entrance you feel like you are high scale establishment. He feels like a real "resort". Check is was smooth and took all of 3 minutes. The front desk staff was pleasant and greeted us with a smile and provide a map that shared all the amenities. Our room was very nice and clean. Compared to other rooms at other casinos this was top tier. With the floor to ceiling wall windows with the perfect view of both the Atlantic and boardwalk for a brief second I thought I was on holiday abroad. The majority of our meals were room services. To be Atlantic City prices were reasonable and a decent portion size. While we sampled different options hands down breakfast was the best. Loved the omelets. I enjoyed my stay. It was the reset I needed. I hope to return and explore more of the resort.

Yelp
Situated on the Atlantic City waterfront, this esteemed hotel offers an array of activities, including casino gaming, lounge visits, and fine dining. Guests can enjoy spa treatments, boardwalk strolls, and entertainment shows, ensuring a fulfilling experience. During my previous visit, I received $100 in matchplay, which unfortunately I lost along with my initial $200 investment, yet still had a memorable time. The expansive casino boasts stunning ocean views, is easily navigable, and provides complimentary parking for cardholders. Also free drinks on the casino floor. Additionally, the casino features various shopping options and is within walking distance to the Atlantic City outlets via the boardwalk, which is a safer alternative to the main street. This casino is among my top choices for gaming, entertainment, and dining, offering a lovely outdoor area with fire pits to unwind under the stars.

Ilene S.

Yelp
Had a great night at ocean casino. The room was large with a great view. The bathroom had an amazing shower. Would have been happier had we won in the casino.

Melinda J.

Yelp
At Ocean slit machine took my money . And the ocean won't even give me a credit I will be spreading the word not happy

Kristen L.

Yelp
I had a great time at the ocean casino resort this weekend. The room was beautiful and I had a wonderful view! With a perfect sunset view and Ferris wheel shot! This was my first stay in a US resort. And I had a great time! My only issues where some of the staff was kinda short with us but I will say they were pretty busy. Also a lot of the food places close pretty early but there was a place that sold donuts, sweets and some other food 24 hours which was nice. I would definitely go again. Also the heat in our room didn't work well so we were a little chilly when we weren't under the blankets. Also the pool is huge!

Michael M.

Yelp
We booked at this resort for our anniversary and everything was great up until the second night. We woke up to a $250 charge and they told us the smoke alarm detected smoke at 3 a.m. We don't smoke so it seems unfair to get charged for something we didn't do. They removed the charge for the first time as a courtesy but warned us if it happens again, we will be charged. As if they did us a favor. They clearly didn't believe us. We asked to be moved rooms since their alarm is defective.

Minaz M.

Yelp
Wow what a hotel! Loved it! The pool was amazing with the indoor water connected to the outdoors.. the hot pool is only outdoors which sucks during the winter since it can't be used. And on my current trip Dec 5-6th 2024, the pool area was closed. The lobby area is huge and has a "Cafeccino" with coffee, sandwiches etc. and a nice outdoor area with a fire pit! Beautifully lit up for Christmas!

Denzel D.

Yelp
Great room! Stunning hallways! I liked my stay and experience! I also really loved my view!

Evan T.

Yelp
Well to start we were in Atlantic City for a convention, and they hosted the dinner and show afterwards. We decided to stay the night last minute and here's the experience! Great overall just to start off... We wanted to book a room last minute as I mentioned earlier and I waited in line at the front desk upon my turn I spoke with a very nice guy who explained they don't really do reservations at the hotel at the hotel which I will say was inconvenient he directed me to the website to book online..I booked us a room online while standing at the front desk and then got back in line. The check in was smooth but unfortunately the only room available was a smoking room which was not ideal for the person I was staying with breathing. I felt horrible and unknown to me she had called down to the desk and the same woman who checked me in was kind enough to check further availability bc she showed real customer service and felt bad. She had found an available room which was an upgrade and non smoking...I really couldn't believe it at first but she was so kind to say we don't want you staying in a smoking room if any way possible ..I wish I noticed her name ! We ended up certainly being very fortunate as upgrades are rare these days even as a titanium member with Marriot and all its brands lately that doesn't happen anymore but the ocean went out of there way to do what they could. We ended up in a beautiful suite which had floor to ceiling windows on the left viewing the lighthouse and inlet and straight ahead to the ocean. I realize, hope you realize and they at the resort I'm sure know this isn't common place but availability and being kind goes along way! Inside the room was the great views with powered shades as very comfortable couch bed a mini fridge..I've been lucky enough to have stayed in some great rooms in many places over the years and have to say this as far as Atlantic City is the nicest most modern hotel...we had excellent food at the ovation hall with a show as part of the convention and having never stayed there before I'd definitely suggest staying here l...only wish I had would be a better breakfast option or buffet and that the place is extremely complicated to navigate. The food provided from the resort for the convention dinner was very very good...

Yelp
I'm sure my experience was unique, but it was so disturbing that I couldn't rate it above 1-star. I came during a week day and during the off-season; therefore, the prices were great. I thought this was a steal! 5-star hotel for $100!! Remember folks, you get what you pay for. Firstly, the city was like Zombie land. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the glass windows, doors etc. were cloudy and dirty. How could you neglect this delicate detail? Ok... off season maybe? Well... I went up to he hotel room and sat on the chair. I noticed dried boogers on the arm. This freaked me out... so, I apprehensively started looking around the room. Im trying to keep calm bc I'm a germophobe. So, I calm myself down and go to the restroom. I look at the toilet, and it's pubic hairs all over the seat (see pictures)! So much so that I thought this had to be a sick joke. I started to clean it off, but I thought "how do I know the last guest didn't have something that could transfer from the toilet and why is that my job?!" I rushed to call the front desk. Guess what, the in-room phone doesn't work! What?! I call the hotel's phone number from my cell. An offsite person rudely tells me to just go down to the front desk. She begrudgingly "transfers" my call and hangs up on me in the process. Completely disturbed by these events, I go downstairs to request a room change, but what I saw (a few zombie looking people who seemed to be on some type of substances) and smelled in line caused me to say forget about it, and request our room to just be cancelled. The desk attendant who had previously attempted to upcharge $200 for a view in a hotel that only had about 10-15% occupancy, suddenly wanted to upgrade us for free. We said "it's not about that... we simply cannot stay here considering this horrible experience!" I will not be going to this hotel, nor to Atlantic City again if I have a say about it !

Ana S.

Yelp
My favorite hotel in Atlantic City, it has a nice pool and a variety of restaurants to choose from. When it comes to cleanliness, I found stains on my sheets but only noticed them the morning I was about to check out. I didn't even bother to complain. You can get reasonable rates during weekdays. However, I wish they had a game area for children. There's really nothing to do for kids inside the hotel unless you go next door to the water park and arcade.

Rare R.

Yelp
New casino in AC very huge! We arrived after 12 and the valet was attentive. The entire hotel is something to get lost in. You have to take the long escalators upstairs to guest check in. There are various dining cafes and bars available right by check in. There is also a outside area with a lit fire pit where you can smoke. Check in was easy.

Sumi K.

Yelp
Hotel in Atlantic City I requested a quiet room when booked thru the ocean casino App and also when checked in but the walls are so thin woke up 2am when this couple was making loud noise outside. Our room was facing the park and could hear the music coming the park. The room was clean and modern. The casino was somehow laid out strange so it was hard to navigate. The casino was very close to Hard Rock and Showboat hotel & casinos. The beach in front was less crowded and with a high tides, there were some surfers riding waves. We enjoyed the show which was complementary.

John G.

Yelp
We stayed here for a couple of days and there is a lot to see and do. There was the casino, restaurants, and shopping stores. The theme of the hotel was nice. We had a standard room which was big enough and had a great view of the ocean. Everybody that I interacted with at the hotel was friendly.

Miss B.

Yelp
Everything! I love this hotel. It's clean, spacious, great oceanfront views, big casino floor, plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Kim P.

Yelp
What delight getaway. Took my mother to Atlantic City for a quick reset. We were delightfully surprised by the accommodations and the staff of Oceans Resort. We arrived early and lucky enough to be checked into our room early. The staff member that checked us in was very helpful and professional. The weather was perfect and the outside grounds of the resort were breathtaking. It was late October but the weather was warm. We were able to view the ocean from our room and the various settings outside. The restaurants and cafes were convenient and amazing. Amada was my favorite restaurant. The entrees and cocktails were to die for. Honestly I can't wait to return.

M F.

Yelp
Would post zero stars if it was possible. Arrogant and Rude staff. They don't care about the customer at all. Notice how the one star reviews here have the greatest percentage of their ratings on Yelp. This is not an accident, customers are being honest. What could improve ? Stop pretending on Yelp that you actually care about customer issues and want to reach out. Actually engage staff members to solve problems instead of creating them and clean up the messes made by bad employees. HR department could use a complete makeover.

Jessie S.

Yelp
This Resort is so nice and it has stores like Starbucks and other stores. The hotel rooms are so nice and clean and lovely.

Tsz-Cheong C.

Yelp
If you love the views of the ocean, then you're in for a real treat! Ocean as the name implies, offers stunning views of the ocean and the city in every room. They have great restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to your simpler run of the mill sandwich. In any regard there is something for your palette to enjoy. In forms of entertainment, they have a huge concert hall that seats 5500 people offering top notch entertainers and for gamblers a casino with the latest slot machines and table games. PROS: 1. Beautiful views in any room 2. Renovated rooms start on the 26th floor and up. 3. Indoor/outdoor pool 4. Decent size gym and equipment 5. Security key check in before entering elevators to room 6. Players' card offer great discounts with free parking, reserve spots and valet services for higher reward player's. 7. Use comp dollars to pay at participating restaurants and food kiosks. 8. Comp rooms for Ocean rewards players. 9. Use of Avila players lounge for Preferred rewards players and above 10. Use of Luna player's lounge for "Reserve player's" invitation only. 11. Giveaways to reward members. 12. Night Clubs CONS: 1. Rooms located below the 26th floor are not renovated 2. No arcades or gaming rooms for kids 3. Parking is $5 for non members and for low tier players. 4. No late check outs without paying extra. Fees waived for higher level players. 5. No bottled water in rooms 6. Comp rooms are free, but lower rewards players pay the resort fee, the fee is waived for higher tier players. 7. Use of Avilas players lounge for Preferred players and above, must use comp dollars to pay, no cash or credit card permitted. I may be a little biased in my review being a rewards player here. Like I mentioned earlier, the views are spectacular, the food is great, fun casino games and live entertainment, couple that with a world-class service team and you have a receipe for a winning formula.

Yelp
Located on the waterfront of Atlantic City, Ocean is perhaps one of, if not the nicest, hotel in the area. As someone looking for a better gambling experience, I took my status here to get matched to Ocean Prime. Located next to the casino floor close to the entrance, it was fairly easy to find. I provided my ID and players card at the desk, and after some processing I was given my Ocean Prime card, parking tag, brochure, complimentary pass to Avila Lounge and a free shirt. The casino floor was pleasant and well laid out. Avila Lounge is located a decent walk away, and is otherwise accessible for $10 in comp dollars for Prime members outside the first visit. I would say for $10 in comps it is well worthwhile It's not quite a full buffet but enough to fill your stomach. There is a prime rib carving station, fish, shrimp cocktail and some other miscellaneous items. It was fine but the prime rib was on the overcooked side. Drinks are included and the waitress was quick to provide refills. One of the annoyances about Ocean is that unless your room is comped, you have to pay the resort fee. You get two free weekday nights, but if you were to pay the much higher weekend rate to extend your stay you have to pay the resort fee unless you get comped. Which seems like nickel and diming to me considering that many of their competitors do not have that requirement. Will see the next time I come back to Atlantic City about staying there.

Tyneisha M.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to do a staycation here and we had a wonderful time! Our room was modern, clean and had a great view. The shopping area was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed our dining experience at Zheng Bang. We also loved the heated pool.It was a perfect escape.

Vanessa C.

Yelp
This place has great potential. The space is huge, beautiful and they offer an array of amenities. Front desk: there were maybe 3 people checking guests in and all 3 of them had to disappear 1 by 1 to go to the back office to find rooms for guests, not a great first impression Drinks: drinks are over priced at the bars- as expected but if that's the case they need to retrain the bartenders..a simple gin and tonic was made into gin and coke Floor drinks: on the casino floors they offer drinks, almost unwillingly. Barely any alcohol and definitely not top shelf Example: I ordered barcardi & coke and basically received rubbing alcohol. Location: like the name suggests, this resort is located right on the boardwalk in front of the ocean. Very convenient. The pool areas are gorgeous with a stunning view of the boardwalk. There is an aquarium in the lobby, super cool to look at the different fish. Room- my room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Very cool how they let you request or decline room service but pressing a button on the door Entertainment : they offer a burlesque show- be sure to ask for directions because it is tucked away nicely on the casino floor. Most nights they have live band that play music- I enjoyed t Would I return? No, I prefer staying at the borgata very happy I stayed here on a comped trip

Rachel R.

Yelp
We love coming down to AC and Ocean Casino resort but getting housekeeping to clean our room is always like a spin on the roulette wheel. We're now in our $400plus per night studio suite waiting for someone to clean our room and it's 4:30 pm. The clean the room light has been on since noon. This has happened before on another trip down here. The calls you housekeeping have gone to voicemail and the hotel operator says someone should be here soon yo clean our room....totally unacceptable for this level of hotel!!

Nick A.

Yelp
Ocean has an odd layout and if you're looking to gamble this might not be the best place for you. If you're staying at the hotel you need to take two separate elevators in order to get to the casino floor. Rooms are outdated and rooms are rarely rests at 4p..hotel seems to always be understaffed.

Renee B.

Yelp
Here's the Scoop: This is a lovely Resort that is well kept with many restaurants, shopping, casino, lots of relaxing seating throughout the Resort. It sits on the other end of the boardwalk at the very end. My honey and I stayed here for our Anniversary on the 47th floor. Our King room was beautiful and the views fabulous! One of the walls in our room was a window with awesome ocean views and views of the boardwalk and beach. Sunrises and sunsets ooohwee!! The views are just breathtaking! Our room had plenty of storage space, 55" TV, desk, lounge chair by the window and an arm chair, bench the length of the King bed at the foot. The bathroom had double sinks, built in bench in the shower, separate bathroom-water room, large wall mirror, closet with safe, iron and ironing board. Maid service was on point and quick. Everyone in the hotel was friendly, helpful and made our stay special. I didn't get an opportunity to make an appointment for the spa but I plan on returning and that's on the top of my list. The indoor/outdoor pool with waterfall is lovely and the hot tub. The Park and outdoor area with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean is soothing. There's so much that we enjoyed here and can't wait to return. If you want to experience beautiful rooms with views this is the place! Just luxurious!!!!

Lisa P.

Yelp
First time staying here 10/13/24. Wahlburgers was great! We bought a couple large cookies from the food court. 1 was expired. The other was good. The casino was great! Not the friendliest of servers except the male at around 2am. Very nice guy. Now for room 1137. We did not notice until the next morning because the room was so dimly lit. No USB plugs. Lights that were out. Not enough plugs anywhere. Very dusty, dingy, and dirty. If you want a new customer as a returning customer wouldn't you place them in a decent room?

C S.

Yelp
Always a great time with wonderful staff, rooms have an all water view angle, impossible to not have a beautiful view. Amenities have decreased a bit, But it's so beautiful you may not even notice. Great Restaurant selection you really don't have to leave the resort. Only complaint is rooms need to be inspected after cleaning very dusty and some dirty. I requested additional cleaning before I unpacked......it was taken care of promptly. I hate to have something like this ruin a beautiful location, hopefully someone will read the reviews and upgrade their cleaning policy, others have noted similar experiences.

Yelp
Stayed at Ocean for the first time since it was Revel. Revel was a disaster experience so I'm happy to say Ocean wasn't. The hotel is so big so be prepared for a lot of walking. The rooms are nice. Showers are really nice. Beautiful views. We had a partial view of the boardwalk/ferris wheel. The only reason I knocked off a star was because of the Christmas pop up bar at the hotel. They don't have their own page so I figured I'd write it here. We went to get a drink and the drink alone was $16 and then they added resort fees and luxury tax fees. On a drink?! Ended up being $20 a piece and also it was served in a plastic cup. Was very disappointed about that experience. But overall the actual hotel and our stay was very nice.

Yelp
Stayed a night @ Ocean on a spontaneous, last minute getaway. Ocean is beautiful, clean, service is amazing. The room was spacious, clean, comfy.

Yelp
I have been going to Atlantic City for years and have stayed at a number of the city's casinos. However, I had never stayed at the Ocean Casino Report (which opened as the Revel in 2012) until this weekend. Ocean is the most similar to a Las Vegas casino of all the casinos on the Atlantic City boardwalk. The casino floor is very large - with a sport book and bar in the middle - and is surrounded with a number of restaurants and shops. It's not as large as the Wynn, Bellagio or mega-casinos in Las Vegas, but Ocean is very nice and new. The rooms here are overwhelmingly the newest in Atlantic City (with the exception of some hotels renovating some rooms) and a number of the newest floors had their rooms completed as recent as 2018. My room had comfortable beds, a modern bathroom and a nice TV with a lot of channels. They have good security here, which makes you scan your room key to access the elevators, and the guards, particularly one gentleman, are very nice! This casino is not only new, but they are great comping. They comp a ton (50-70% of their floor earnings go to comping, which is really nice). The casino is 50% owned by a hedge fund and 50% owned by the Little Caesar's family. They know what they're doing when it comes to treating their customers well. I've heard good things about Ocean Steak, but it was closed when I visited. I visited my favorite local restaurants (not located in the casino), but I enjoyed having breakfast Harper's. Altogether, Ocean Casino Resort is one of the nicest in all of Atlantic City and I will likely be back this summer!

Yelp
What a gorgeous, gorgeous casino! The glitz, the glam, and it even smells out of this world! Go to the 11th floor for stunning views and photo opps! There are plenty of chairs and even fire pits. Beautiful breeze! We chilled out watching the huge fish tank before we hit the road. I really hated to leave!

Yelp
Overall, very disappointed When we arrived, checkin was a breeze, the room was great, and view was great - we did ocean view. The only thing we didn't like about the room was we felt like they was a trash can missing, not enough towels, no extra pillows in the closet, odd that they don't offer laundry/dry cleaning, and odd that they don't have a coffee machine in the room After that, everything goes downhill. I'll try to list as many of the issues that I can recall The building has a lot to offer which they don't advertise on the website and the front desk never mentions when you checkin We wanted to stay an extra night so were told to do it online then let the front desk know before 11am to avoid having to make a room change and new keys Ended up dealing with a headache which was only the beginning when they told me that there's a hotel policy that you can't extend a stay and that you have to check out and check back in but can't check back in within 48 hours of checking out Ended up getting overcharged with no explanation Was told the problem was fixed regarding the extended stay but then was told we were checked out and the room was mark as unoccupied Housekeeping at one point never showed up. We ended up calling around 4:08pm to complain so they sent someone to handle it while we were out to dinner The cabana by the pool never mentioned that you can reserve lounge chairs by the pool No one tells you how to reserve lounge chairs The pool supervisor bashed everyone and said that no one does their job and then proceeded to give us wrong information about reserving lounge chairs The pool supervisor walks around yelling at everyone. We saw him getting into a lot of confrontations with guests when they tried to adjust their lounge chairs Servers from the pool bar went around soliciting orders from people while ignoring others Some ways to access the pool were closed until 11am so you had to go through other ways which was inconvenient and also didn't offer any kind of security People would show up early, throw things on lounge chairs all morning then show up at noon then get into confrontations with other guests and hen they took their spot Overall the location is great and rooms are great but the service was probably one of the worst I've seen

Yelp
This place is huge. It's like a small city. So to get anywhere takes a lot of walking. Beautiful views of the water and ocean. Rooms were really nice. The shower was exceptional. Beautiful tile or marble, very large and luxurious. I would seriously stay there again just for the amazing shower in the room. Beds very comfortable. I wish they had a coffee machine in the room or free coffee in the lobby but they don't. Had to pay for coffee at the cafe shop they had. The indoor heated pool is awesome and a great place for kids and adults. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Yelp
Comfortable room awesome shower. Unfortunately i'm not a smoker nor do I Celebrate and smoke as much as some of my friends.... The hallway smelled like skunk xxxx. I do know from experience that designers smoke a lot. They must have been when they laid out this building. On a side note, I will definitely come again just with a cooler and snacks and champagne. And OJ for momo's is in the mornin...

Yelp
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL resort. Definitely my favorite place to stay in AC. When we first arrived, we checked in at the front desk with Jalissa. She was SO sweet and welcoming, and patiently answered all of our questions! From there, we went to the room and were blown away by the cleanliness, modern features, and the large size of the space (king sized room). Overall, the food was very good! Get the fish tacos from the taco truck (The District) and treat yourself to a nice sunset dinner at Linguine By The Sea. Also, Cafecinno which is in the lobby, is 24/7. The casino and pool were also fun to explore. We would have gone to the spa, but it was undergoing renovations. The only reason why I don't give it a 5-star, is because of the amount of children. Obviously, it is a family-friendly resort, so I understand. They were mainly concentrated by the pool anyway. Thankfully, the main pool is adults-only from 8-10am. I just wish the jacuzzi was bigger or that they at least had more than 1. Overall, we had a WONDERFUL time and will definitely be back!!

Yelp
I came here for my husband's birthday trip. The staff was nice upon arrival and check in. The room was less to be desired. We were by the concert area so for 3 hours that's all we heard. The ceiling was damaged. There were stains on the carpet and the bedding was ripped. We were so disappointed and wound up leaving the next morning.

Yelp
The servers were spot on! Food was delicious! Something for everyone. Order lots of family size items and shared. Very patient when we were deciding and helpful in giving us choices. We all highly recommend the Ocean Steak!

Yelp
Ocean casino security are terrible always targeting innocent people. I was playing slot machine on numerous occasions have staff watching me. My machine started malfunctioning for no reason. This is unacceptable with the terrible treatment to valued customers. Couch can only be used by certain people

Yelp
Good: - the partial city/ocean venue is stunning and close to a lot of area attractions and enjoyable - great restaurants and lots of things to do inside the space - a 24/7 cafe area with desserts, coffee, and pastries was a plus - lots of area to sit and spend time Bad: - Terrible check in process for key pick up and it's not clear until you're at the front of the line. - Unfair charges on the bill - the resort will add in every fee possible and not be upfront about it. I found it to be unfair and I can see why people are fighting the bill so much at the front desk. I thought I booked a good deal until it was doubled with the resort with all the fees included - We were celebrating a friends acheivement and ordered balloons for the room. When emailing the concierge they never confirmed the total amount when I asked them to the confirm what a calculated, they never responded and then I was surprised to see a significantly higher charge on the bill. They would not budge even though I showed email proof of the conversation. They offered a partial refund when I checked out and complained which was nice but the confusion was unnecessary. -The wifi does not work

Yelp
Beautiful place but my complaint is the concert by the black crows was only a hour . Sixty minutes 904 to 1007 pm. Not cool
