Ocean View at The Dome

Took my wife to ocean view for her birthday. Very friendly staff lovely view of the sound. And great food and did not feel rushed to leave. Lovely atmosphere, food presented very well and cooked to perfection

I took my mum for breakfast at Ocean View today and cannot say enough good things about the food, service and ambience. Paige greeted us and was so friendly and welcoming. We opted to sit in the bar and had a wonderful view of the Sound. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, and Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs - both delicious - on the fantastic buy one get one free offer. I accidentally spilt my coffee during breakfast. With no fuss or drama whatsoever, Ben came along and mopped it all up and Nina brought me another mug of coffee. What a wonderful place with staff who are a credit to you. We shall certainly be returning.

This place is great. Amazing views, lovely inside and the staff are all excellent! The food was too notch and the buy one get one free on the breakfast is a great deal. Highly recommended.

the experience was amazing couldn't have asked for better. after my delicious meal an amazing waiter which was attending to me met me with his card stating who i was served by. if you may ever visit ask for a gentleman named Michael and he will meet all your needs with a charismatic and enthusiastic energy

After a busy day full of business meetings, we were invited to this lovely place and it was worth it. The food was great and the staff were very friendly.

We have been to Ocean View quite a few times before and recently we hosted some friends for a dinner at this location and I am very much impressed with the quality of service and food. We ordered most of the menu items in the menu and all of them tasted fresh and very flavourful. Sticky Ox cheek was to die for and the Tiramisu is heavenly. Menu could do better with a few more chicken options as the only chicken option we had was the salad. Our go to order before was a Lamb Confetti dish and that’s no longer in the menu which was bit of a bummer. If you are a sea food lover, you need to order their Sea food sharer from the sharing starters. Everything we ordered arrived on time and every dish was aesthetically pleasing. The cocktails were pretty and yum. Staff were very friendly as always and everyone enjoyed the meal. You need to do a preorder with them if you have more than 6pax and do a deposit when booking, it might look like a bit of a hassle, but it reduces a lot of stress when you arrive at the location. We were all stuffed to the brim and super happy when we left. Shoutout to Lihini who was our server for the evening. Keep up the good work and will definitely be back again.

Wow! wow! We had the most amazing experience here for our Ruby Anniversary! The gifts of evening meal Saturday with champagne, as well as Sunday lunch with champagne were from our son and family and our daughter. Our children could not have picked a better place to dine! The views of Plymouth sound were fabulous! The staff Especially were so kind and made our visits extra special, Michael was amazing on both Saturday and Sunday, and the lovely waitresses Shantaya, Sofia and Eve were very attentive making sure we enjoyed our meals and wanted for nothing! As for those behind the scenes who prepare, cook and presented our food …absolutely first class! Presentation was a feast for the eyes, the taste was even better! We will not forget our Ruby anniversary thanks to you all!

We walked in and they found us a table quite quickly. There was a large party celebrating, but we were in a different area so it didn’t affect us. Both steaks were cooked perfectly, you do not often get a properly cooked medium rare stake! We tried a couple of cocktails and they went down well lol.
