Ocean Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Villa! Ailyn, our host, was very kind and welcomed us with a fresh coconut. The accommodation is located right by the beach and close to several takeaways. The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, and very clean. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was simply fantastic! Although we arrived much earlier than expected, we were allowed to check into our room right away, starting our vacation perfectly. The entire property was spotlessly clean, with the pool being cleaned daily and the lawn mowed every other day. We especially loved the regular fruit bowls and homemade treats left at our door. On our last night, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at very reasonable prices. A big thank you to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

We stayed in Villa Adam for a week, it is an extremely spacious villa with beautiful sea views. The whole property, inside and out was immaculate. What really made our stay though was the lovely people who run the place. Aylin, Anoushka and Chiran welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home. They often gave us fruits or little edible treats. They also cooked us dinner 3 nights which consisted of salads, a chicken dish, a whole fish and a desert. All for 25 euros per person. The fish, which Chiran cooked on the BBQ, was some of the best we had in the 3 weeks we were in the Seychelles. It was all served beautifully in the garden of the villa. So relaxing. A great place to stay.

The villa is big and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking needs. The couple from Nepal is kind and helpful. There’s a pristine beach right behind the property and there’s practically nobody there so you have beach to yourself. The supermarkets are nearby and the staff helps with car rental or bus pass so all in all a great stay option. Highly recommended. Would love to come back again, sad to leave so soon.

Ocean Villa is right on the water with beach access directly through the backyard. There are many outdoor seating and lounging options either to eat or tan at. Otherwise, stay cool under the shaded veranda or prop your feet up inside to enjoy the cozy Villa which feels like home away from home. ||||The rooms include large, tropically decorated beds, as well as large bathrooms! There's a huge self-catering kitchen or the friendly staff can whip up an AMAZING meal for you or the family. Just let them know ahead of time and pay the meal fee, and you will not be disappointed. Sakib, the chef and staff, exceeded our expectations with his culinary excellence. Just when we thought he'd brought out all of the food, more kept coming! We were even joined by a lovely father and daughter for dinner next door, and now have some new friends. ||||Ocean Villa is in a quiet, tucked in location behind a gate. However, right outside is the main street which can take you by foot, bus, or taxi to nearby shops/restaurants. Highly recommend this Villa for all types of stays, including honeymoon, family vacation, business, or just to get away! Definitely plan to come back.

We entered to this place as a very tired couple after having traveled from Mahe on a ferry. As we reached the property we were welcomed with tender coconut which recharged us. The homes here are in type of Swiss chalets which are found all over Seychelles. Each room is equipped with a kitchen. There is a Jacuzzi available in the garden area. The beach is directly accessible from the property. To top it off we had the one of the best caretaker cum chef looking after us. Shakib is a very good cook and arranged for our excursions in Praslin. He cooks amazing local and international cuisine. He also arranged for our beach side dinner. ||Overall this is a nice budget place in Praslin and conveniently located from all the major attractions.

We booked Villa Eve. The house was perfect for us. Had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Oven, fridge, microwave, etc. ||The rooms were very clean. Was cleaned every day. We could park our rental car directly in front of the house.||Grocery store is only a few minutes walk away. Everything else is easily accessible with a rental car. ||Our host, Mr. Sakib was very accommodating. He answered all our questions and helped us to book excursions, etc. ||We booked accommodation only. But breakfast and/or dinner can be locally arranged with the host for an additional cost.....Which we by the way definitely recommend. Mr. Sakib is a wonderful cook.||

We stayed 5 nights at this wonderful and amazing place. It was like in paradise. We really enjoyed this fantastic and clean house ( Eve). We missed nothing and were very surprised about the very warm welcome from Sakib and his colleague. We ordered dinner at our first evening, and after this very delicious 3 course dinner we did as well all other following evenings including new years eve. Sakib is the best host and chef you can imagine. The owner can be very proud of him.|The beach in front of the villa was also very amazing and totally calm which made chilling at the beach very comfortable. We definetly will return one day and hopefully Sakib is still there. Thank you very much for making our holiday unforgetable!
