Houston Restaurateur Tilman Fertitta’s Culinary Empire Is Feeding NBA Players in Quarantine | Eater Houston

"Listed among six Fertitta-owned restaurants tapped to deliver meals to personnel living and working inside the NBA’s isolation bubble; reporting noted viral photos of basic snack packs for players in temporary quarantine, a situation the league said was not representative of the full meal program." - Brittanie Shey

Which Minneapolis and St. Paul Patios Are Open Right Now, Summer 2020 | Eater Twin Cities

"I found their patio is currently open with tables sometimes placed on existing patios, in parking lots, or on sidewalks; guests are asked to wear masks and all staff will be masked, with precautions in place—check with the restaurant for individual days and hours. Studies suggest lower exposure risk when dining outdoors, but that benefit depends on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines." - Joy Summers

I had such a great experience with Oceanaire Apartments! From start to finish, the leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Reyauna, who works in the leasing office, was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Long Beach. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the community well-maintained. I’m truly excited to move in and start this new chapter in such a stunning place. If you’re looking for a new home in Long Beach, I highly recommend Oceanaire Apartments — great service, amazing staff, and a beautiful place to call home!

Google
Went to tour a unit that I’m interested in and let’s start by saying the property and building it’s self is extremely nice. I had the pleasure of having Reyauna as my leasing professional And no words can describe how incredible she was she was really kind and friendly, excited to hopefully call Ocean Aire Home.

Google
I visited Oceanaire with my parents, and Reyauna was the tour guide. Reyauna made the experience one to remember! The property is Amazing, we are now all interested in relocating to Oceanaire Luxurious Apartments. Sincerely, Roeshunna Sallee

My initial contact with the leasing agent, Reyauna, was a very pleasant experience. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful while patiently answering all my questions. The apartment has modern features, convenient amenities, a great view, and a vibrant downtown Long Beach location. The staff, janitors, and tenants are warm and friendly. I strongly recommend living here!

In the realms of sun and salty air, Stands Oceanaire, beyond compare. And Reyauna, she was so nice, Led the way, a guide to this paradise. To floating islands, we first did stray, Where daydreams drift and worries stray. The best place to read and lay, And allow the day to pass and fade. Next, for when there was work to be done, We saw the offices they have for free, What a deal in this economy! To the outdoor spaces, we then roamed, Plenty of seating, tables, and spaces, Easy to see being surrounded by familiar faces, Spending our time, dining and drinking our wine. Then to the unit, more than just walls and a base, A home of comfort, rest, and space. All of what a man needs, all within reach and ease, A place for my car and my bike to park, Always being watched for safety, even after dark. Finally my favorite part, A glorious gym, what a place to play, With weights that begged to be lifted that day. The doors opened up to the pool and spa, And beyond, the ocean, beckoning, A sight so grand, how lucky we could be, To call Oceanaire a place that is home.

Google
It is a great luxury apartment to live in. The staff and janitors are friendly and it is within walking distance of the ocean. Shoreline Village is just a few blocks away, and the apartment complex is very close to the boardwalk. I strongly recommend living here.

I had a great experience moving into this community! The move-in process was smooth and quick, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The team was personable, responsive, and made me feel welcomed right away. It’s clear they care about their residents. I’m happy to call this place home! Reyauna, Ryan, and Edwin are an amazing team!

Google
Thanks to the former management team we were able to get new pool furnishings. Shout out to Reyauna and Jennifer for their professionalism and I wish Emily and Desiree the best of luck with their future endeavors! Emily and Desiree have made major changes within the 6 months they have taken over the Oceanaire I will say that they have brought some light to our community.Richie is the best he will get the job done! THE PRO: The architectural design of the building is beautiful and bedroom sizes are large (Depending on what floorplan you get) The location is AMAZING! (+3 Stars) THE CON: The building is not what you see on the internet (-1 Star). We have no TV's the lights at the pool does not work. The pool is not heated NOT EVEN FOR THE WINTERTIME. Thanks to Emily the jacuzzi was restored. Residents think the hallways and elevators are our dog park and that just trifling. The firepit does not work there’s a lot that needs to be done. But don’t believe what you see online come see it for yourself. I hope new management will be more assertive to our residents with the cleanliness our community and continue to perfect it. It has potential to be a great building but we need consistency with management.

Yelp
David and Francisco are AMAZING and ATTENTIVE at Oceanaire Apartments. Both have exceeded all of my customer service expectations. They are FUN and somehow can make anything possible!!! With that said... BEWARE. All that glitters is not GOLD. It's kind of like having a great coach and a great quarterback with a GM who doesn't care about winning. Beautiful New Building CHECK Stellar & Timely Service CHECK Resident Portal CHECK Awesome Team Of People CHECK Modern Luxury FAIL I do not recommmend Oceanaire apartments. The modern luxury on the outside masks poor design of daily living space and comforts. For example ... everyday water flooding out of the shower is an ongoing and unresolved issue. I guarantee that not one Lennar executive would put up with what I deal with on the daily.

Yelp
Oceanaire - a brand new complex in DTLB - is a beautiful building in a great location. But I would not recommend Oceanaire for many of the same reasons mentioned below. - The building is poorly managed. The leasing office is hard to reach and is generally unresponsive and unhelpful. - The layout of the complex makes security breaches common and package delivery unnecessarily difficult. - Although David and his crew are amazing, Oceanaire has had way too many maintenance issues for a brand new building. - LMC and Oceanaire have handled and are handling the COVID situation very poorly. While the company was quick to shut down the building's amenities, the aggressive cleaning regime they promised has been obviously lacking. - To date, all of the amenities that we're paying for are still unavailable, and no discount or refund has been offered to tenants. My advice to anyone looking to rent in this area is to shop around! There are several other great complexes close to Oceanaire that offer competitive pricing and are much more established and better managed.

Yelp
During the coronavirus issue my company was closed down and I was left unemployed. I reached out to Management in the middle of March to try to work out a arrangement so that I could terminate my lease early due to my compromised immune system, the lack of income and employment due to a worldwide pandemic, And inability to trust that our building is being maintained with the proper sanitary conditions makes my compromised immune system due to cancer recovery quite worrisome. Management reached out to me 21 days later to let me know that I will be responsible for half of the rental break fee. Half of the residents already claim that they will be staying without paying, and I think it is very unfortunate that the ocean air would choose to punish tenants who are trying to maintain up-to-date bills and current terms of the lease. I would not recommend this building Yesterday there was a dog poop on the ground in front of the elevator for 4 hours. There is NO way the building is cleaned every two hours like they say.

Yelp
Hands down still one of the worst apartments available in Long Beach. My lease is finally up, and I am free of what has been a stressful, year long, living experience. Throughout my time here, I have had packages stolen regularly, break-ins at the apartment, my apartment raking spit has been given away by the office six times, my car windows have been smashed in, there is urine in the hallways and stairwells, and the staff takes no responsibility for anything. Do not live in the place. It is barely better than a polished turd.

Yelp
I was illegally towed in the parking area at the entrance. There is no sign that says no parking or tow-away zone area. So I was legally allowed to park there. I was helping my friend move in some of his furniture, and there was no parking left in the leasing area. I demand a full refund/reimbursement for making me go through this inconvenience. The total was $347. I have all documentation and proof that I was legally allowed to park there and it was illegal to tow my car for no reason. On the document it said "Reason For Towing: Firelane". Which is a lie and falsified documentation for a reason. The leasing agent "Cameron Jones" notified me that he can call to see if they can reduce the fee's. This was at 3:36pm. I waited around 30 minutes and still no call, so I went to go get my car myself because towing companies charge you more the longer they keep it. I got back at 4:56pm and received a call from Cameron letting me know that the fee's are reduced to $150. That's about 1 hour and 30 minutes of a wait for me to find out what's going on. This doesn't include me paying for a $20.58 Uber and Gas to drive back to Oceanaire. I also missed my shift at the hospital. I'm a Medical Professional and that puts me at risk financially to lose my job. I have all documentation of proof that this was wrong whoever authorized the towing of my vehicle. If you'd like I can provide you with the video of the area of where I parked showing there is no sign and it is indeed clearly NOT a "Firelane". You can contact me to move forward with my reimbursement. Let me know if you have any questions. The funny part is, this is the exact email I sent and got NO RESPONSE. Went to visit my friend today and they TAPED up temporary signs in the area I parked. Don't think you guys will get away with this. I'll never change this review until you reimburse me you scammers. And Cameron Jones you're the biggest scammer of all. You didn't help me one bit and you're the one who told them to tow my car. I'm suing you guys for making me go through all of this. I have all proof and evidence documented that you screwed me over. This includes all logged times of media including conversations. Visitors & Clients BEWARE!

Yelp
I agree with the previous post in that this building is handling the COVID-19 situation on behalf of the residents very poorly. There is absolutely no way the building is cleaned every two hours. I've noticed the same issues mentioned that even common upkeep would take care of. There is regularly dog poop, cigarette butts, dirty elevators and package messes daily that nobody is addressing or cares about. I reached out to management with concerns and was told they'd meet about it and never heard anything else, all while cleanliness problems persisted. Understanding social distancing requirements the staff barely turns on the main office lights most days and you never see a staff member. Ever. Even with recent security concerns. I would not recommend this building. For a brand new building it is very poorly managed and there are so many other great buildings that are seemingly well run to choose from. Don't live here; avoid yourself the hassle and try one of them instead.

Yelp
Words can't describe how amazing it is to live here. If the amenities aren't enough, the friendly staff sets it over the top! David goes above and beyond for the tenants, him and his team aim to please. If you enjoy great weather, Downtown vibes and "Jefferson" high rise like living then this is the place for you

Yelp
The Oceanaire has a distinctive upscale feel. A clean modern look with a friendly homestyle tenant flare!! Everything about the Apartment, the amenities and the "look," make it convenient to work from home. Beyond the great living, the staff is 5 Stars PLUS. David in maintenance always has a smile and goes above and beyond to assist me. Even when the office staff is booked he is known to find out quick questions to assist them. In my eyes, you don't find that kind of work ethic anymore. The office staff makes you feel at home. I love stopping by the office just to say hi! Questions are answered promptly and they greet you anytime they are on the property. The lifestyle I've had in the last months here at Oceanaire has been like no other. You almost feel as its personalized! Hands down..they set the bar high!!

Yelp
Moved in about a month ago and couldn't be happier with both my apartment and the staff here. Adehrra, Kabara, and Cameron are always incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. Unlike most buildings I've lived in, they're there 7 days a week. The maintenance team is also attentive, professional, and efficient. The amenities are modern, new, and always clean. There's a beautiful pool/jacuzzi area, a gym, several outdoor areas for residents, and a workspace on the ground floor. I work from home and utilize the workspace every day, it makes my job a lot easier and also creates a feeling of distance from home, which is only a couple floors up. Definitely somewhere I'd recommend to a friend.

Yelp
Wow. Terrible customer service AT FIRST. Couldn't even make an appt or get let in the door. Girl on the phone couldn't give any information. And the leasing office wouldn't even open the door for an appt is made 24 hours in advance as requested. Things are understandable these days considering the pandemic. I get it. The space and building is beautiful, Bali style pond is really interesting and unique, the complex itself is on the large size and well thought out considering access to facilities and aesthetically interesting . Customer service turned out to be thoroughly informational, polite, courteous and organized. Professional. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the spaces shown based on the priorities we voiced. Thanks !

Yelp
This afternoon I was looking for apartments with my partner. We found a brand new community called Oceanaire on apartments.com. Upon arrival at the building were happily greeted by leasing agent Keon Davis. Keon was happy to show us every apartment available (about 20 apartments) within our price point, never making a face, always keeping a smile and answered all questions with great knowledge Of the property. I considered various other properties in the area but the amenities and Keon's customer service helped me make my final decision and that was to sign a 13 Month lease with Oceanaire apartments.

Matt W.

Yelp
It's unfortunate to leave a low review considering our experience with starting a lease was excellent up until this week. It wasn't until I stumbled on another person's review here that we discovered this complex would be transitioning into an affordable housing project as soon as next month when a new property manager takes over. This is great for the community and the people who need it but not so great for us when we were told we would not be able to sign a new lease after a year since we would not be eligible for affordable housing. It was never our intention to move again after a year, so this was really inconvenient news. There had been ample time for the current leasing team to disclose this information to us in advance, considering our lease was meant to begin in less than two weeks and we had been regularly communicating in the months leading up - now we are scrambling to find a "plan B." Had I not found out about the transition from checking a review here, we would've never known.

Yelp
So I moved back to the Oceanaire from Arizona after living there for 2 years and Reyauna is the best!! 2 Months living back at the Oceanaire there was this weird leak that was happening in my master bathroom and when I first called her about it she was on it as soon as possible! Unfortunately the leak came back and she was quickly able to identify the issue with management and maintenance. Even though I decided move to another unit the issue was still rectified. SHOUT OUT TO REYAUNA AND RICHIE AND MANAGEMENT.. Now the issues I have is the pool and Jacuzzi.. The lights are not working and the jacuzzi needs to be emptied. The pool guy explained that the water has not been changed since it was set up and that was 4 years ago so that was a bit alarming. The garage doors are being repaired so anyone can just access the property while they are opened because the doors down stairs leads up to the apartment. If they were to make the doors Fob accessible. That would bring a solution to the weirdos entering the property. They only need the fob to enter not exit so that shouldn't be an issue. .If we only have Courtesy Patrol which honestly does bare minimum then all the residence should be not assessible. The property has 5-9 cameras if I remember. I was explained by a rep from Waterford that it is extremely expensive to equip the building with more security cameras. So the solution to that is to make the accessible parts un assessible. That way this will narrow down and point law enforcement in the right direction of the car break ins. The 2 ONLY ISSUE IS THE CLEANINESS AND SECURITY.. FIX THAT AND LMC WOULD PROBABLY HATE THEY SOLD THE BUILDING.

Yelp
After visiting most of the downtown Long Beach apartments, Oceanaire was the one that felt like the best fit for me. It's a really gorgeous property with lots of amenities and Cameron and Kabara (front office staff) were always willing to help and go the extra mile. In trying to get settled in and needing some minor assistance with things around the unit, David (Facilities Manager) was extremely helpful with getting all of my concerns squared away promptly!

Yelp
If I could give Noelle a million stars.... I would she is the most kind, helpful, and responsive person I have met in my Long Beach apartment search. Each time she has given me her patience and her help is unparalleled. I am so excited that I decided to live at Oceanaire. This is by far one of the nicest and most beautiful complex in Long Beach..... every amenity is top of the line from the swimming pool, Fitness center, Community room etc. if you are looking in the Long Beach area I can't recommend this place enough, also the location is SUPERB. Thank you to everyone including Noelle, Cameron and David... The most amazing and helpful staff. I am so happy I decided to call Oceanaire my home.

Yelp
Here's the reality of life at Oceanaire. I'm a current tenant and have been here since last year. Early on, things were pretty good. We were some of the earliest tenants so we got to experience all the amenities before covid. Now everything is shut down and we are still paying a ridiculous amount for our rent. And we get the added luxury of packages getting stolen regularly and our very expensive bikes in the bike rack stolen. Between December 1st, 2020 and now, December 26th, I'm missing 14 packages. 14 packages!!!! Many of these were Christmas gifts and work supplies for my home business. Bikes have been regularly stolen since March and you'd think the apartment would do something about it. Not all of us have the space to keep them in our apartment. We ended up using industrial locks on our bikes and the thieves ended up sawing off the actual bike rack. So that wasn't negligence on our part. As the thieves walked off with the bikes, both bikes were still locked together (keep reading to see how we know). This place absolutely 10000% NEEDS cameras. I know cameras are not a silver bullet but they can hold people accountable and deter some crimes. We've had several packages go missing from the lockers, people are constantly vandalizing the elevators and random people sneak in and try opening tenant doors!!!! Leasing has had such a high turnover the last few months that you never get any of your issues resolved because nobody is there long enough to follow through. The community wall in our portal is censored so tenants are unable to warn other tenants about issues in the apartments, especially security issues. Noelle and Kevin are nice but they're spread thin between multiple properties and it takes a long time to hear back sometimes, even on pressing issues. Here's the kicker. We reported our bikes had been stolen to leasing and they didn't respond, knowing the issue had been going on for months no (still no attempt at any real security until very recently where they employed security guards and they're probably only doing that for optics). I followed up about the bikes and we said we are filing a police report. Eventually leasing asked to see a copy of it but we are still waiting on it from the cops. In process of taking photos of the "crime scene" my boyfriend ended up talking to a tenant that RANDOMLY happened to get the burglary on camera. What are the odds?? We were so grateful. It was 4 people that felt emboldened enough to come into our building at 6 am and straight up grind apart bike racks to steal our bikes. Imagine if you were a woman going to work in the parking garage at 6 am walking by yourself and you come across these desperate 4 criminals? Who knows what they're capable of? I don't have proof but I am certain somebody from inside the building is tipping these people off. They are too careful to not get caught and know when to do it. AND GET THIS. The tenant with the film said that he sent the video to maintenance meaning the building had it. You'd think they would have mentioned that to us and offered to help file our police report. What if my boyfriend didn't run into that tenant? It could very well have turned into a dead end. Building management is aggressive at avoiding responsibility or any liability whatsoever. You're on your own if you decide to move here. The silver lining are the maintenance crew that I have utmost love and respect for but their management operations unfortunately need a lot of work. I get that it's covid and I'm pretty sure the building was just sold recently so that might have something to do with it but now you know. I don't foresee any of this being sorted any time soon. Also, when we first moved in, we had the entire front lawn available to us for our dogs. We also had access to other rooftop areas and now all those are off limits. It's annoying because we moved in here because of all these details and amenities and one by one we are having access revoked. Definitely a bait and switch situation. There is a dog park downstairs but it's not always populated with good dogs. Some of the owners will just ignore their dogs aggressive behavior and hang out on their phones, leaving us dog owners to feel like we have nowhere safe to take our pets. PS- there was a drive by shooting last week right in our driveway. Between gang activity and unwell homeless people in downtown and the riots and looting, this building still doesn't see a need for cameras. I don't get it. Also, the elevators go out every other month so sometimes you're just out of luck and have to go across the building to another elevator. They stopped posting out of service notices because they go out so often. It's really sad to see the state of things evolve into this. I hope they get it together but like I said, it probably won't be happening any time soon.

Carley R.

Yelp
I have been living here since the building opened in 2019 and was one of the first renters in the building. One thing is for sure, Oceanaire will not live up to your expectations. For the price paid to live in this "luxury" complex, everything is lacking. I love my personal unit but HATE everything else. Staff is generally unresponsive to emails. Oceanaire has tons of "rules" that are not implemented or enforced. For instance, residents are not supposed to wash their cars inside of the parking structure. Nonetheless, the resident who parks next to me sprays my car with hard water and grime, on a weekly basis. Staff refuses to address this. Due to COVID, only residents are supposed to be using the community spaces, however, after hours residents have LARGE parties in the community spaces. This is because there is no security or monitoring after hours. Homeless have gotten inside and upstairs on more than one occasion. We have been told that this is a no-smoking facility. But it always smells like marijuana. Buttons are constantly stolen out of the elevator. Trash is all over the parking areas. Oceanaire had so much potential but no one is helping it to live up to expectations. If you are going to pay the price, go somewhere that has some sense of pride in their property.

Vlasis A.

Yelp
Kristen and Jess have turned this place completely around. They have quick turn around times and go above and beyond to help with any request we tenants might have. Greystar is now the new management property. Also, the rumors of this turning into a low income housing community were FALSE, some select units qualify for moderate income meaning you still need to be employed and make a large enough salary just like another place. Thank you Kristen and Jess for making this place feel like home again.

Yelp
I've been living here for about 4-5 months. I came from the Camden's next door where my rent was 1k cheaper and was a 3br. I'm currently in a 2bd and I love the space and views. The amenities are great But since I moved in it's problems after problems. Second day living here I had a RAT. The next couple of weeks I have a homeless person break into my unit! Yes! He got all the way up to the 7th floor which is the top floor and was breaking into units. Day before the break in the neighbors keys were stolen off her door. How people were getting into our luxury apartments that are supposed to secure beats me. Following week my daughter's bike was stole from the bike cage. Hot water was finally fixed after 4 months. People didn't have hot water for the longest periods of time. I personally didn't have it as bad as others but still paying for a Premium on living and not having hot water is BS. Btw it took the office 2 weeks to get back to me about the homeless incident. I too have water leaking out of my shower pan but I gave up on asking for help. The two Maintenance guys David and Francisco are the best. They should work in the office. They are really great on communication and getting things done.
google avatar

Lorenso E.

Yelp
The low reviews are correct. Rotating door for management staff. Maintenance team is the only bright spot. Had so much potential, but just terribly managed. Homeless in upper floors. Breakins, thefts, vandalism, pointless and minimally enforced rules. Elevators out for months because ownership too cheap to pay for it outside of warranty. Still had no problem charging full rent despite no amenities, broken elevators, absent security. They also censor community posts expressing very valid concerns.

Yelp
So I recently went to OceanAire because I wanted to inquire about the apartments they had available. I live in the area and witnessed the construction of these beautiful apartments, and decided that I possibly wanted to live there when they were completed. Upon arriving they had a sign posted saying units were shown by appointment only. So while standing outside of the building I tried to call any staff member on the intercom to see if I could make an appointment in person, and of course no one answered. So I called on my personal phone and left a message explaining that I wanted to schedule an appointment and was interested in possibly renting an apartment. I also explained that I was standing outside and if it was possible to schedule an appointment that day then perfect and if not thats fine too and I would be more than happy to schedule an appointment for another day and come back. After leaving that message a week goes by and I hear nothing. For me that was a little off putting but I decided to call back and see if I could schedule an appointment again. So I leave another message and wait again. Days go by and as of today January 18th I have not heard anything back. To me, this is extremely unprofessional and distasteful and I am no longer interested in renting an apartment from Oceanaire. They have lost a potential tenant. The fact that I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages just to to receive no answer in return is very disappointing. I was told and also see from previous reviews left here on yelp that staff are available 7 days a week which is why I don't understand why I never received a call back. From going through this I started to imagine if I were a tenant and had some sort of maintenance emergency and needed help from the staff, would they respond in time or if at all. Ultimately this lead to my decision of not wanting to become a resident at OceanAire and I am extremely disappointed.

Yelp
David is the greatest Maintance man!!!! He goes above and beyond... He is always on time when he is needed. I've been staying here for a year now and he has made anything Maintence wise a breeze...

Yelp
I've lived here for a little over a month now and so far its great. The staff seem friendly and David the maintenance manager has been very understanding on my maintenance needs even though I've been pickier than normal, heck he even fixed an issue I didn't know I had. Water was splashing out of my bathtub and I just thought I had a subpar curtain but after some investigating David found out I had a leak on my bath faucet. Great job.

Yelp
Beautiful property and David the guy that is in charge of the building/facilities is amazing. Always very helpful and responds to anything I need almost right away. This building and his services definitely meet our expectations.

Yelp
Oceanaire is a modern, luxury oasis in the heart of downtown Long Beach. Living in the West Coast, on Ocean Blvd, with a view of the Pacific Ocean (and Queen Mary), in downtown Long Beach doesn't get any better than this. The amenities are amazing (come see for yourself). Cameron (leasing) is awesome and has always been helpful, even after move-in. David (maintenance) is also awesome. He responds promptly and follows thru to resolution. I've checked many other properties but, when I toured Oceanaire, I decided this will be my home. LOVE IT with NO REGRETS!

Yelp
Gorgeous property with amazing views. The leasing staff are so professional. Cameron assisted me with a tour and answered all of my questions! Great experience.

Yelp
Oceanaire is a great place to live. Amazing views, clean property, professional staff, and cool neighbors. Nothing but good things to say about the leasing staff Cameron, Adehrra, and Kabara, and the maintenance guys David and Francisco are excellent at what they do.

Yelp
I love how beautiful Oceanaire apartments are. The amenities are great! Especially the gym! The maintenance team is amazing! Both David and Francisco are very attentive and quick to resolve issues. I've had a few minor hiccups that come along with moving into a new apartment, however, the leasing staff (Cameron, Adehrra, Nicole, and Noelle) has been very attentive and accommodating to support my issues. If you're looking to live in a prime location in downtown Long Beach, I highly suggest checking out the Oceanaire Apartments!

Yelp
Since moving here at the beginning of the year, it has been a roller coaster. I wish I had the chance to read these reviews before moving in. The apartment is nice but they have a serious security issue. It seems like such a easy fix too, cameras and maybe not giving full access to the entire building through the garage door. If that main garage door on seaside way would only open with a key code I'm sure it would make it a lot harder for criminals to enter the building. So far I have been woken up at 3 in the morning to a random person ringing my door bell. I'm a nurse too so waking up at 3 am before starting a 12 hour shift is irritating and to be honest a concern for my safety. Contacted the front office and they assured me they were working on the security issues but that was a lie. Then I contacted corporate but I guess those emails they have are all for show because I never received a reply. Anyways just recently my $600 bike was stolen from the enclosed gated bike cage which I put 2 locks on the bike but I guess that wasn't enough. This place is nice from the outside but has a lot of issues based on how much we pay as tenants. If I could cancel my lease right now without taking a hit I would do it. I definitely will not be renewing my contract. They have not fixed the main issue with the building, which is security. I am scared that I might show up to my apartment one of theses days and find the place ram-shacked and all my belongings stolen.

Yelp
The leasing staff is unhelpful completely and more involved in their personal lives rather than their work they can careless about the renters and go day by day without addressing any issues but still making them selves seem like their helpful when in reality they are not also the complex seems to be racist to my Salvadoran Husband who's in fact an American citizen they have been giving him such a hard time so if you're not from this county or different ethnicity than usual be aware they might even say you got to pay first and last rent even when we had good credit pay and everything else I think it's because they give this false month and half off that in reality you're paying but the racial issues is why I'm here my boyfriend is devastated that we still go through these problems in a newer America it's a shame

Yelp
This review is solely based on our first maintenance repair experience. A special shout out to David! He was able to resolve both work orders for our unit. He was extremely professional and we appreciate everything he has done for us thus far!

Yelp
New luxury apartments, built last year and in a great location. Unfortunately that's all I have to say positive about this apartment complex. Security is a joke and you can reach any floor in the building by walking in unlocked and broken doors. Bikes and packages getting stolen are a nearly daily occurrence. Management will tell you sorry and to handle it with your rental insurance. It's been happening for months and not one extra security measure has been attempted. Like having guest parking? That's too bad because all of the guest spots are taken by residents who don't want to pay extra to have a reserved spot. This is also not enforced so good luck to your guests (good if you don't want to pay for an extra spot though). No discount for all amenities being closed for months now either. For the cost of living here you shouldn't have to check your email every 10mins to see if you need to go run and get your package before it gets stolen. Nor should you have to keep your bike in your apartment because you don't want it stolen. Lastly when I moved in we were told there would be community events, food trucks outside, exercise classes, none of which has ever happened. Understandably during covid, but it was the same before this started. Beautiful apartments though, good luck!

Yelp
Oceanaire is fantastic. This is a great place to live- pet friendly, respectful community, and tons of included amenities. The manager Noelle and the rest of the staff are also extremely helpful and are there to make your experience as fluid and enjoyable as possible. Pretty central location downtown, sitting at the foot of the Pine stretch and just above the outlets. Gorgeous views looking out from the property, as well as a very modern and nice design within. Thanks so much to the team at Oceanaire for all the help and for being so on top of it!

Yelp
This complex is absolutely beautiful and the front office is nice and helpful. Also, the staff here is great, in particular the head of maintenance, David. He literally is the most helpful and is always there when needed! Any issue you have and he's there to take care of it. Definitely is great at what he does!

Yelp
I just love living here. There are problems like there are with any other apartment complex, but they are always addressed and usually dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. It is difficult to do any job during COVID with all of the craziness, but the staff here is very helpful and the place is always looking spotless. Only giving 4 stars because our amenities have been closed the majority of the time I've lived here. I understand it's how things have to be, just really missing my favorite parts about the complex.

Yelp
The complex as a whole is great! The service/maintenance department, especially David, is really excellent at handling all of your concerns and is always extremely friendly.

Yelp
The 5/5 stars is for the Daniel the Service maintenance manager! Super attentive, gets all your needs addressed and he's super easy to reach. If he has any questions he'll actually call you and not just do random stuff!! Gives you options so you don't feel stuck with making a blind decision. Awesome person to have answer my maintenance issues!
