O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Disappointing. The place was understaffed. The "patio" (indoor seating by the window beyond the bar) was freezing 🥶 , it was in the 30's outside and not much warmer inside. Server was nice but overwhelmed. Food took a long time to come out and we never got drink refills. We had 2 orders of loaded potato soup. We only got one but that was good because it tasted sour like it was bad. You can see from the picture we didn't eat much of it. Spinach artichoke dip also tasted off, salsa was good though. Shrimp & Grits had good flavor but seemed to have sat under the warmer too long. Parts of it at the bottom was dry and crunchy and parts of the outside was cold. Overall, really disappointing experience. We used to really like it here but doubt we'll be coming back.

Salad was fresh. Ribs tasted good, but a little dry and not really fall off the bone as to some I have tried. Chicken strips were most and flavorful. A large group came in, so it was a loud atmosphere after that. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Would recommend.

We went to O'Charley's for our anniversary because they have prime rib which is my husband's favorite. they were out of the medium rare prime rib but didn't tell us until after the hors d'oeuvres were delivered, so he had to accept medium. The prime rib was served COLD! He ordered fries which they messed up and served fried okra. The replacement order of fries was ridiculously tiny. We told them to take the food back as they had ruined our dinner, my chicken was also a ridiculously small serving and tasteless. We will NEVER go to this restaurant again. They offered no incentive or apology for the food or service.

This review is a 5 mainly due to the service I received from my server, a young man named Caleb! The food was definitely tasteful, hot, and served promptly. But the reason for the review is because this young man was very respectful and attentive. His customer service skills, and attention to details was very impressive

This was my first time back to an O'Charley's since moving back to TN and first time ever for my girlfriend. The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean and they had a special table set up for skiers that couldn't be there with us. One strangebthing was that our booth vibrated the entire time - I believe the walk in cooler must have been on the other side of the wall. So strange. The food was a mixed bag. The chicken tortilla soup was bad, nothing but an onion broth with one tiny piece of chicken in the whole bowl. The server didn't even charge us since we hardly ate any of it. Our salmon tasted good, but UT wasn't blackened as we had ordered it. The chicken tenders were fine, and the cobbler was quite good. Service was friendly and good.

The food was ready in a five minute span of the estimated pick up time; which is extremely good considering the restaurant is very busy in it's dining and pick up arena. The food is absolutely wonderful. Everything was seasoned well and my family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you O'Charleys staff for making our experience amazing! (Side Tip: When a Steak is ordered to go, it is best to wrap the steak in foil to keep the warm temperature until reached the destination. The steak was well flavored and delicious.)

Ordered from DoorDash and again they leave items off two dinners and the one dessert I ordered. I haven’t ordered anything from here for over a year now cause of this same issue. 60.00 bucks and I get 8 shrimp and 2ozs of coleslaw on one dinner and 2 pcs of cod and again 2ozs of Coleslaw. This why you will go out of business!

Haven't been disappointed with this place. My husband loves the honey drizzled chicken! Broccoli is pretty good. I usually get the ribs or steak. My daughter likes their chicken parmesan. Of course they're famous for their chicken tenders and loaded potato soup!
