The lady that was the greeter was rude! Not welcoming, my grandson and stood their 5-7 minutes, waiting to be seated. She sat us at a booth right up front. She never said who our waiter or waitress gonna be. She only grabbed one silverware instead of two. I had ordered virgin strawberry margarita. It was not thick, and you could not taste the strawberries. It was very running, It was so watered down . The food quality if they had a button for negative 0, I would have selected that for sure. The food was "NASTY", the rolls was not fluffy seems as they gave us old bread . I ordered the catfish plate very disappointing. They need to call it catfish nuggets. Got my grandson the kids meals chicken nuggets and fries. Thr fries was hot nuggets luke warm. Now our Waitress Ms. Kendra she was simple amazing 👏 . She is "GOOD AT WHAT SHE DO" SHE NEEDS A PAY RAISE, not 2.00 give her a $10.00 raise. I want my money back!!!!

I got a to go order of the "FAMOUS" chicken tenders meal they were cold to the touch as soon as I got them and they turned to dust in my mouth they were so dry. My order was at 5:30 right at dinner u can't understand why they would be so cold and old tasting very sad. Also what's up with the sides the container is 1/3 of the way full for 2.99 they should be full. This will be my last time wasting money at o'charleys.

Disappointing. The place was understaffed. The "patio" (indoor seating by the window beyond the bar) was freezing 🥶 , it was in the 30's outside and not much warmer inside. Server was nice but overwhelmed. Food took a long time to come out and we never got drink refills. We had 2 orders of loaded potato soup. We only got one but that was good because it tasted sour like it was bad. You can see from the picture we didn't eat much of it. Spinach artichoke dip also tasted off, salsa was good though. Shrimp & Grits had good flavor but seemed to have sat under the warmer too long. Parts of it at the bottom was dry and crunchy and parts of the outside was cold. Overall, really disappointing experience. We used to really like it here but doubt we'll be coming back.

Salad was fresh. Ribs tasted good, but a little dry and not really fall off the bone as to some I have tried. Chicken strips were most and flavorful. A large group came in, so it was a loud atmosphere after that. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Would recommend.

This was my first time back to an O'Charley's since moving back to TN and first time ever for my girlfriend. The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean and they had a special table set up for skiers that couldn't be there with us. One strangebthing was that our booth vibrated the entire time - I believe the walk in cooler must have been on the other side of the wall. So strange. The food was a mixed bag. The chicken tortilla soup was bad, nothing but an onion broth with one tiny piece of chicken in the whole bowl. The server didn't even charge us since we hardly ate any of it. Our salmon tasted good, but UT wasn't blackened as we had ordered it. The chicken tenders were fine, and the cobbler was quite good. Service was friendly and good.

We had a reservation for 25-40 people after APSU graduation on 12/12/2025. The room and tables were set and no waiting, manager was friendly and very accommodating!! Food was on point hot fresh and very good. I think the most special thing was the server, (Darlean) friendly, patient, took orders correctly and she kept the glasses full. What an amazing experience! Thank You O’Charley’s for a wonderful experience and lunch.

I really enjoyed my visit on 10-11-25. My waiter was Jerry, and he was so nice and I love how he is a people person. He made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed. He even has a bubbly attitude which I liked. He seemed to care about us as a customer, and I just want him to receive a nice reward at work for this. A lot of times, you only hear the negative and it is nice to hear positive as well.

Food was ok, the rolls didn't taste very fresh, maybe it has been a while since I ate there. The pork loin was tasty, the green onions were all over the place. The broccoli was a little tough. The ceaser salad was heavenly dressed, not sure if that was normal. Staff was friendly, bartender was very nice, she kept my coffee cup full. I'll try them again, maybe they were just really busy on Veterans Day.

Absolutely horrible, from the worn out everything inside including floors, lights, bathroom, and seats to trash service! I would not recommend this place to anyone! What is sad is this restaurant used to be amazing. The female bartender was awful, rude, and lazy. The entire experience was a waste of my family's time and money. The food was horrible, I ordered catfish and after almost 40 minutes waiting, I got 3 pieces of small disgusting looking fish! The only thing edible at the table was a salad! I waited 20 Minutes for drinks for my Table and 10 minutes just to be greeted by the rude bartender! Will NEVER return!

It was 8:45pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant was empty of customers. It also seemed empty of employees since instead of greeting me and another customer who stated she had already been there 3-4 minutes and no one acknowledged her either. So I walked around the front of the restaurant where the hostess station should have had an actual hostess until someone saw me, again, and walked up. When someone finally came she was cordial but not friendly. I took my $30.00 order and went back out to my car. Let it be known I had ordered curbside and was parked in the appropriate parking area yet was never helped there either which is the reason for my having to go inside. So I get in my car out of the 20+ degree weather with wind howling and before leaving I checked my order. I had ordered chicken tenders with french fries and a large salad. The entrée was to come with honey mustard sauce, and the salad with oil and vinegar plus blue cheese. Well, I had a salad for about five or six people which was fine although it cost almost $14 for it, and it consisted of iceberg lettuce, nine very gross mealy, gritty and light pink tomatoes, a truckload of croutons and nine cucumbers slices and that's it for $14. I then checked my entrée which was the chicken tenders. They were warm enough, but the french fries were cold and I looked at what was in the white bag and there were two nicely sized and pretty rolls in there but they were ice cold as if they came out of the refrigerator. I had no butter no honey mustard and no utensils or napkins which on my opinion should be standard policy to ensure every take out order has. I did have the salad dressing, but I had no honey mustard. I had a truckload of ketchup which I'm allergic to, so I called and had gotten hold of a very, very polite, pleasant, and very nice young man who said he would remake my order right away as I was still in the parking lot. I got out of my car into that wind and cold and went back inside only for the young lady who wasn't polite in the first place to act like I did something wrong to her personally. I didn't appreciate that at all. She had a sarcastic attitude when she asked me if I wanted to check my order. Which of course I did. I get home and the chicken the two smaller pieces were fine. I guess I didn't look at them, but the two medium sized weren't cooked all the way through. They were still jelly in the middle so I couldn't eat it. The so called salad went in my trash can. Hence to say I'm very disappointed and will never go back to O'Charley's restaurant on Riverside Drive in Clarksville Tennessee again. Beware if you get the chicken tear it apart in the middle and make sure it's cooked all the way through. I'm very fortunate to have seen it, if I hadn't I'm certain I would've gotten very sick. It was an all-around really disappointing experience, especially since the restaurant had one customer in it one and I'm not so sure he was customer. He might've been somebody that got off work and there was nobody else in there. Just the other takeout lady who had ordered takeout as well. I don't know what is going on in there, but I should've had a superb meal and the salad if they charge $14 for a salad then guess what needs to have a little bit more than the truckload of croutons and iceberg lettuce and definitely shouldn't have had mealyand gritty gross slimy tomatoes that were pink not to be confused with orange or red They were pink nine cucumbers and chopped up iceberg lettuce. It was terrible. I've always loved O'Charleys in every state I've been to well not in Clarksville, Tennessee! Nope! Never, ever, never again they should be ashamed of themselves.

I understand that a dinner rush will definitely add stress on the kitchen and staff, but here we go. I ordered some curbside food, 4 entrees and some appetizers. After waiting a full 45 minutes in their parking lot for my food and had it brought out to me, I noticed very quickly that my pasta dinner wasn't in the bag, and with a very tight window time-wise, I immediately called them back. After I was told that she might've just forgot to pack it up in a bag and she'd go check, I had to wait another 30 minutes just to instead be put on the phone with one of the managers trying to offer me dessert instead of a refund. After another 10 minutes after I obviously refused, I had the main manager walk out to speak to me. After some discussion with her we agreed on the bill being taken care of considering my food was cold now and I went on my ways. To sum up what happened next, I was missing fries on all of my entrees, my sandwich was made completely wrong (I'm allergic to what they still had on it) and my appetizers were burnt all the way through. I've been to this one before, mostly because its the only one where I live, and because the Club has always been a favorite, but this is about how every visit goes, bad food, everchanging staff that somehow just get more rude by the day, and a wait time that half-baked rolls just won't fix. It's zero stars by the way, they should really bring that back.

Great atmosphere. They were very generous with the salad dressing on my house salad. The food was ok. The service was nice and fast.

Just sad. I will say my southern fried chicken salad was good. However, my husband's food was not. The medium well steak was medium rare, the biscuit was dry, they were understaffed and it just wasn't the ocharleys it used to be. The wait staff looked like they would rather be anywhere but there. Plus, the vibe just felt off. Don't waste your money.

Got the ribs and chicken. Chicken was a bit small and ribs were not fall off the bone. Really good smashed potatoes and sweet tea. Service was great.

Trivia night on Thursdays is a blast. Excellent host. Awesome prizes. Kai is a great bartender as well.

Hubs and I just had a very pleasant and delicious lunch at O'Chuck's. Our entire experience was excellent, and deserving of 5 stars.. We were seated at a high top in the bar area (always a perfect spot for us), and Becky was our waitress/bartender. Becky made me the best Top shelf Long Island iced tea I've ever had in my life. It was so good that I ordered a second one, at lunchtime. My weekend is starting early! Hubs had the hot chicken sandwich and I had the catfish with fries and Mac and cheese. I would've loved to have some Louisiana hot sauce for my fish, but they only had Tabasco, and my Mac and cheese was delicious but needed a tad bit of salt to make it just right for me. Our table was cleared when we finished anything, and Becky was always quick to ask if we needed anything else. The restaurant looked cleaner than in times past, as did the restrooms, and the kitchen was pumping out a whole lot of to-go orders during lunch. Super place for us for lunch today!

In town for Leanne Morgan show at F&M Bank center. Every restaurant downtown near the venue was swamped. Came down Riverside Dr to O' Charley's, it wasn't busy. I understand why the baked potatoes were just barely warm and baked last night or early this morning. The lettuce in the salad was frozen in places. The chicken tenders were not hot but were kept warm under a heat lamp but tasty. I think if the manager was not running around the restaurant talking to Just employees and helping them bring out food and such they might. Have been a little better and the food might have been hot.

Done & wont order again. I was being way to nice on last review. I had actually ate inside since review & todays order. I'm finished. Used the 'Food of your mood' delivery service. THAT service is amazing. THIS place sucks! My driver was at this restaurant for 30 minutes waiting on it. And one item was partially wrong. Everything was BLAND as a white piece of paper. Ordered bacon burger, French dip and Nashville hot chicken with ribs combo. Well burger was dry & lacked any seasoning. the aujus was TASTELESS. Didn't have ANY flavor at all, was like brown water. My Nashville hot chicken was just fried chicken tenders- ZERO sauce. Ribs were basic. Nothing special. Steamed broccoli had ZERO seasoning. The o'Charley's I've had in S.C. was actually pretty good.im also pissed that I could not order prime rib from the food of your mood app for this location. Why the hell not? I can order if if I'm picking it up myself. My driver was delayed because this place fails at customer service. I've been head waitress at an upscale fine dining restaurant & this place is drive thru standards. I'm beyond pissed. If you have boring tastes, little expectations & are a pushover. This is the place for you.

Use to love going here. But the service has gotten so bad. I sat at my table for 15 mins before anyone even came to ask me what I wanted to drink. I can understand if that's busy. But was hardly anyone there. Less than half full. It's a same cause use to be a great place. I was notified by the manager and she listened and was very understanding of what I was saying. She seems to really care how well her staff does. This is nice to see.

I usually like this chain restaurant but what happened today was not ok. I walked in and sat down at the bar. Not a soul greeted us. After atleast10 minutes of sitting in silence looking around wondering if anyone was going to help, I noticed what seemed to be management standing at a table with a family, just chit-chatting, someone finally asked did we need anything! Uhm, clearly, most people don't go to a restaurant or bar just to sit there and look around. Thanks for nothing.

Visited this restaurant at 8:45pm on the 23rd. It is a hot mess! No person at the front to seat customers. My wife had to go find someone as customers in front of had been waiting for 15 minutes without being seared. Young man cleaning tables came and helped everyone be seated. Drink orders were fine except I never got a tea refill. We ordered the "New garlic steak penne pasta". After the order gentleman came and informed us they were out of penne but could substitute linguini which we accepted. No bread showed up. Took inordinate amount of time to get the meal order, still no bread. Asked the waitress for 2 spoons and bread. No spoons, no bread! After our meal was finished bread showed up. Asked for a small box, no box! Still no tea refill. Could not get waitress to take payment. Had to call another waitress to come and take payment and bring a small takeout box . The young man that seated us was working as hard as he could to clean tables and seat customers . Waitress complained to the table behind us someone should inform them if there are events in town. Terribly understaffed... I would avoid this Riverside Dr location until they get their act together...

"They do military discount" My husband and I went a couple days ago for dinner time. I got the Alaskan Grill blacken 6 oz salmon with a side of Caesar salad and bake potato. It was delicious. I would definitely get it again! It was light but filling. The Resturant was really clean and the staff were super friendly

Once the greeter was done chatting with another worker we were finally seated in in the bar area. We had come to eat, not drink, and there were plenty of empty booths in the dining area. After being seated for maybe 15 minutes the bartender finally brought us menus and took our drink orders. After 20 more minutes I finally got the bartenders attention and told her we were ready to order, her response was " have you ordered yet ?". My wife did get her salad, but after another 30 minutes we still hadn't received our meals. We had been seated for an hour and five minutes with out our meals. I ask the bartender for the bill for what we had been served at which time a lady, which I assumed was management came by to apologize, we paid for our drinks and side salad and left. Another table in the bar that was seated after us was served, eaten and given take home boxes during our wait, so I guess service wasn't bad for everyone. We have been regular O'Charley's customers over the years but the last few times the service has been terrible. I will not spend anymore money at an O'Charleys.

Well been here several time I ordered a a small sirloin Cooke med. Well that was overcooked slaw has no flavor at all not sure if they put any kind of seasoning or just wash it and put it on your plate. Butter for rolls has no taste and rolls are never browned always undercooked. They only thing I had good today was my beer this sucks I dont get to eat out that often. This place to get a big fat ZERO.

We eat there pretty regularly and with rare exceptions, we have great service and great food. One of our favorites!

Been on hold for about 30 minutes trying to place a to go order , no one will answer the phone.

My friends and I were there on Thursday, March 5th. Our Waitress, Chantal, was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the catfish and a bacon cheeseburger which were delicious! I would definitely come back to eat here and recommend to others.

Stopped on a Sunday evening. Ordered a club sandwich and pasta. An hour later we still didn't have our food. We were given one basket of rolls and the waiter never offered anymore. The waiter told us they were short-staffed. We left without our order :( Don't waste your time stopping.

I absolutely love the bourbon and bacon glazed filet with bacon smashed potatoes, I also very highly recommend the Whiskey Chicken Pasta...and my son agrees!!!!..lol

I used to really enjoy Ocharleys food but the last couple of orders have been not so good. Well today I ordered the chicken pecan salad and my husband ordered 1/2 rack ribs. 1st the food was cold, old cold. The rolls were old. My salad tasted awful. Not sure but I think the feta was bad. The chicken was dried up was impossible to chew. I ordered the crab and shrimp appetizers and the shrimp was not edible. The only thing I could eat out of everything was the crab . Oh and I ordered a gallon of tea which came in 4 cups of tea..... Needless to say that was the last time I will be ordering from Ocharleys. It's a shame how down hill they went.

No service. We were told 15 minute wait when we got there. It was an hour. Then once we were seated no one came to take drink order. After sitting for 20 minutes we flagged someone down. She apologized and went to tell hostess and manager that no one had helped us. We waited another 10 minutes and no one came so we walked out.

Whenever I have eaten at O'charley, it has been very tasty but this time my husband, my daughter and I were disappointed for this restaurant, I will not return the attention it was not pleasant and the food was the worst

Another restaurant without enough help! Very long wait for the table and for the food. The food was bland and overcooked. I ordered the seafood combo and it came without the crab cakes. The waiter was good but just didn't have enough support. There were several empty tables, yet you had to wait for a table. Something is definitely wrong.

I'm not sure what to make of all the negative reviews this particular location has received. My partner and I were there today and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was good, as O'Charley's usually is. We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were very good. I had the Carolina Gold BBQ Chicken Sandwich with regular fries, and my partner had the O'Charley's French Dip Sandwich with fries. The chicken on my sandwich was very well cooked as was the bacon, and the fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Chicken breasts are hit or miss at a lot of restaurants, because most people don't know how to cook them without turning them into dry, tasteless shoe leather. This one was tender and juicy, and was superbly cooked. His French dip sandwich was piled high with roast beef... it was enormous! I didn't think he was going to be able to eat it all. But the highlight of the meal was our server, Darlean G. She was polite and attentive, and just super sweet. She checked on us regularly without being intrusive. She kept my water glass filled, as well as my blackberry sweet tea, which, by the way, was delicious. My partner had the strawberry lemonade which was out of this world good. Either we caught them on an exceptionally good day, or the other reviewers caught them on a really, really bad day. I have nothing but good to say about our experience there today. I even spoke to the manager about Darlean, and she didn't even bat an eye. She said that she has heard compliment after compliment on Darlean and the wonderful service she provides. So kudos, O'Charley's on Riverside Drive! Keep up the good work! And give Ms. Darlean some sort of bonus for the excellent job she does of representing your restaurant.

I tried jammin bacon burger, ( not sure that's the right name) I ordered mashed potato and coffee. Coffe was very good, but 2.39 / cup and no refill. I got fries with the burger and the waitress brought the potatoes after I mentioned but the potatoes were barely warm. The burger was very, very tasty, but overcooked.

Normal this place has good food and the service is spot on. We went there on 22 December. They seem to be busier than normal, the waiter and waitress where running around like crazy. We ordered appetizers and salads and dinner. Appetizers never made it to the table. The fish and chips, well the fries where cold and soggy and the fish was over cooked. The waitress brought us new fries but they where a little warmer but not crispy. I don't know if there was not enough runners on or the cooks didn't care. Like I said before they are normally spot on and the food is good. Don't know what happen this night.

Have not been to this restaurant in a long time. I was very disappointed. The rolls had not taste even though they had just come out of the oven. I had the appetizer combo platter. The cheese wedges were not the same at all. The chicken strips were very crisp on the outside of the batter but it was raw next to the chicken. And the price had gone up what used to cost up $25 was now more like $35. Just not worth it

This past weekend, I decided to have lunch at O'Charley's Restaurant on Wilma Rudolph in Clarksville, TN. As I entered the restaurant, I looked down at the floor and saw leaves and debris scattered from the entry way to the host/hostess stand. After we were seated, we tried to order some appetizers and a beer just to find out they were out of stock of the appetizers and the beer I wanted. After ordering different appetizers and a different beer, the server brought us bread and dirty plates. Sitting there in the booth I could see the plexiglass on both sides of our booth were beyond dirty; they were filthy. The silverware was also dirty. This restaurant continues to slide down hill and I have decided I will never eat at that O'Charley's restaurant ever again. I would ask anyone that has a bad experience similar to mine to write a review just like I am doing. My money will be going elsewhere for now on!!

Food is good service is ok the women who greeted us acted like it was a bother to seat us. It took them 25 minutes to get our drink order. Then 16 min to come take our order then 30 minutes to get our food. Would not have thought much if they were busy but they weren't.

Unfortunately this was worst service at this location in over 20 years. We arrived at 8pm no wait to be seated. After being seated no one came to tablet to acknowledge we were there, so after close to 15 minutes a member of are party got up and went to several employees standing around and asked whose tablet we were. They didn't know! Finally a waiter comes and said he was just told to take table it wasn't his. We ordered, water coffee and meal. Another 15 minutes and no drinks yet. Manager was contacted. Drinks came. Coffee cold. Drank coffee asked for another cup warm if possible. Asked three more times....when got check asked what happened to coffee he said we are out. Food took way to long to come out and was not hot but cool. Wife sent soup back to get warmed and with her desert asked if she still wanted. On deserts wife got wrong and they changed I asked for apple pie with ice cream, I said 3 time alamode. Came with no ice cream. I was so done in with service I was ready to go. Bill had soup we didn't get and the coffee ordeal. It was 9:15. Manager was talked several times. Well over an hour just to long for so so food. Employees were cleaning around us as we sat and waited. I normally don't complain but this was worst experience I have ever had. I am sorry O'Charley's you missed the mark. Jeff Turner

We got married a month ago and for the 1st month anniversary decided to go to O'charley's since we went a couple of months ago and had a great experience. Well it started out as a 5 star. We set near the bar so it was a bit more private and not so loud. Our waiter was nice and we started out with my favorite Strawberry Lemonade. Its always great. We ordered the Cheese wedge appetizer. It was fantastic. The cheese had a little kick and the marinara sauce was tasty and had a nice texture. The bread of cause is always great. The first star was lost when we enquired of our waiter what kind Sausage Andouille sausage was. Never had it never heard of it. To my disappointment not only did he have no clue what kind it was nor what it tasted like o.O How can you serve something you have never tasted before? Despite that setback my Husband who is from Louisiana ordered the LOW COUNTRY SHRIMP anyway. Well the so called "bold Creole sauce" was nothing what he expected. The food seemed to be too salty, The sausage he described as Pizza sausage, he ate everything anyway, but he would not get that again.His dish looked great, but the taste left much to be desired. I had ordered the GARLIC SHRIMP PASTA, what a disappointment. The shrimp where not cooked well enough, the pasta and tomatoes was swimming in oil. I could not even taste the garlic everything was bland because the oll was so heavy on everything. I let half the plate go back.. I had ordered some broccoli to go with that dish only to find out after we had ordered that they were out. very disappointed.

Last restaurant I visited before leaving this dump of a city!. Was ok nothing special. Food was cooked good but I never got any refills on my water. Overall this is just a average place to eat at

Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill. The last two times we ate here we had service related problems and the last time, after waiting over 45 minutes for our food, it was cold! We waited over 35 minutes for our rolls, so maybe they were waiting to bring the food until the rolls were done? At least they were hot and tasted great. After two bad experiences in a row I don't think we will be eating here again. If management changes, which I'm sure it probably will, I may give them another try. That is, if the ratings and reviews start to go up. Until then, if you eat at this location and have problems with the service or food be sure to speak with a manager and ask for a discount or partial refund for your meal. After all, you should get what you pay for.....or pay less when you don't. You will notice that nearly all of the most recent reviews give this place 1 star. Hmmm.

We had O'Charley's twice in the past few weeks. Dine in was great, wonderful server and great food. Next was our To Go order. We ordered online and everything was PERFECT! Way to go O'Charley's!!!

I eat lunch here almost every Wednesday afternoon with a group of friends. The hostesses and servers are really great. Not one of us has ever been served a bad meal. Plus, free pie on Wednesday. Did you get that? FREE PIE!!! I get mine to go and give it to my husband in the evening to make up for the fact that I probably won't cook since I'm so full from my delicious lunch. The Riverside Dr. location is definitely my favorite. You can be sure that a large party of cackling ladies really puts the wait staff and kitchen through it's paces! They always accommodate our crazy requests with a pleasant attitude and a friendly smile. I recommend O'Charly's Riverside to anyone wanting a relaxing break from work or a fun time with friends. I'll definitely go back... next Wednesday (FREE PIE!)

Our senior group of 20 met to have lunch there. Only one server was assigned to take care of us. Needless to say what happened. I guess we waited almost an hour for our food to be served. Not to mentioned that we also waited almost an hour to be seated. I'll meet with the group again but I'll suggest that a buffet establishment would be a better choice.

Went to lunch yesterday with my Daughter and the service was terrible. My Daughter and I ordered the same exact thing and the waitress brought mine out first then my Daughters 15 minutes later. The food was cold and we weren't given no honey mustard. To get a to go box we actually had to ask the manager for one. We normally don't have a problem with this location but yesterday was just terrible. Where we were sitting the sun was hitting directly in my eyes and I asked the waitress if she could pull fine the blind. Her did but down at the opposite end from where the sun was shinning. The 3 guys that was sitting at a table directly across from us we just looked at one another as if yo say "REALLY!" Let's just say she wasn't to bright at all

OMG what happened to this place? I haven't been in this place since way before the flood and I remember why now! Quality of food was terrible! If the kitchen staff wouldn't feed their momma this crap why would you send this out to a customer! Save your money dine somewhere else! It's pretty obvious why the place is empty most of the time!!! O'Charlies y'all should be ashamed of the food you serve!!!!

This place is an absolute s*** h**e. Food is disgusting, over priced, service and quality is very poor. Server was kind but had no decent food or bar tender who could make a drink suitable for a homeless alcoholic. Go to the Mexican restaurant for good service and at edible food. I can not believe this place is able to stay in business. There must be more suitable places to go without traveling 50 minutes to eat. This town needs better than this. Do yourself a favor and not even look at this place. It is green not for fresh but for poison. The breaded chicken strips were so hard and dried out you think that you are eating crunchy dog food with a greasy center. And their special honey mustard sauce is quite the surprise to your full stomachs full reversal. McDonalds chicken nuggets sitting 3 hours probably is a safer bet.

This is probably the worst O'Charley's I have been to. They messed up our order 3 times, and brought out half of it undercooked, half burnt, and the wrong sauce. Management came out and argued with me about the sauce, which is fine. Support your restaurant BUT considering I get the same thing every time, I KNOW that my sauce was not right & it shouldn't have been that hard to at least acknowledge a customer. WONT BE BACK!

I have gone to this restaurant numerous times and have never had a problem with the food until tonight. I ordered the Louisiana Sirloin and wanted it cooked medium well. When I received the steak there was a lot of pink showing in the steak. I then sent it back as it wasn't cooked the way I wanted it. When the steak came back the second time, parts of it were cooked the right way but the majority of the steak was still very pink. We spoke with the manager and told her what the problem was and she offered to bring out another steak or something else, by this time I had lost my appetite and just wanted the check so we could leave. Probably won't be going back there anytime soon as I was dissatisfied with what I had ordered.

Had a wonderful Sunday Brunch with short wait and great service. Food came out quickly, hot, and nice presentation. Salad was fresh and of course, dinner rolls melt in your mouth. Steak had good flavor, and huge omelette had fresh veggies and sauce. Too full to have the frozen pink lemonade pie ... maybe next time! Taylore, our waitress, was pleasant, professional, quick, and checked back often. We'll be back.

O'Charleys-Riverside Drive location: I have not had such a poor dining experience in an extremely long time! I have to say the only positive aspects of our experience was the company of our family & friends and our server. The quality of food was beyond embarrassing! It was apparent that the cooking staff was extremely inexperienced and the wait for the food was excessive. I ordered a ribeye steak cooked medium and it was well done, no pink to be seen whatsoever. It was a poor cut of meat and resembled a steak you would expect at the Waffle House, not a $28 steak! In addition to the poor quality of food, the restrooms were disgusting. They had not been cleaned and it was apparent the restaurant is experiencing plumbing issues. The smell of raw sewage was gut-wrenching! Honestly, I am surprised the health inspector has not required them to close the doors to address the issue. The restaurant recently completed a cosmetic face lift to the seating area; however, there is no amount of paint that will resolve these issues...the cosmetic rehab should have been this restaurants last priority! Fix the food and the plumbing!! Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Thanks for a wonderful Veterans Day Dinner. The food was great and all those working could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Owanna was great making sure everything was perfect. I appreciated my meal very much, Thank You. Patricia Taber. Army
