O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

When my daughter and I walked in, we were almost seated immediately. Ordered grilled chicken breast and sliced Mandarin oranges for my her and the Sonoma salad for myself. When we got our meals, there were bits of food floating in her oranges and her chicken breast was dry. My salad was missing half of it toppings, as if someone had already started eating it. My daughter was ready to eat, so she ate her oranges and a few bites of her chicken before I could stop her, and mention the find to our waitress. The waitress brought the manager over and she took a look at my salad and had them to remake it. Completely Night and Day! The picture on the right is what they brought the first time, the salad on the left is the remake. Later on in the night, my daughter woke up feeling sick and threw up everything she had eaten from the restaurant. I went to bed with an upset stomach but managed to keep my food down. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this restaurant and other O'Charley's locations, but I chose to give them another try. My daughter getting sick is the final straw for me. I will never patronize any O'Charley's restaurants again!

best place to get tender ribs and I love the prime rib and the waiter's and waitresses are super nice

Feeling when walking into the door 2/5 Appetizer flavor 1/5 Waiter 4/5 Food flavor overall 3/5 Experience upon excited 5/5 Overall not very impressed. When entering the location stood there for a good 30sec to a minute for someone to greet us.. The appetizer was a nice offer and was on promotion but tasted like garage. There was no flavor at all. The waiter was nice overall could of paid attention to physical cues better. When ordering food or needing a refill. Otherwise he was good. Overall the food was not very impressive and didn't leave me with the I can't wait to come back and try this again feeling. When leaving the manager and other employees were very nice and played with my kids. Not sure if I could recommend this location to anyone until a few changes are made.

Our server was courteous and kind. Broccoli was amazing, chicken tenders had perfect balance of crisp outside with juicy soft middle. Restaurant could be cleaner as there were dirty tables and food on the floor Even though they were not very busy.

We were greeted nicely and seated quickly. We had the same sever as we did the time before, he sucked then and this time as well. Food was great, but they had to re-cook the steak from medium rare to medium they were out of bud lite (really) and baked potatoes. Seriously rethinking going to this location next time.

So much better than before! My family has always enjoyed the food and sweet tea at O'Charley's but the mildew odor was unbearable. We have only been there to pick up orders for the last two years and we very surprised to see that the carpet and odor were gone. The service was very good in the bar area even though it was fairly busy. Well done!

My family and I visited here two weeks ago.. It was a really bad experience. First, I open the front door and black oil was all over my hand. I didn't see the oil dripping down from the top of the door. Then, once we get to our table there were no plates or silverware for us to eat with. The rolls tasted really dry (even the store manager knew this but still had them sent out to customers). After that my husband received his salmon and it was under cooked. My husband also gave my child some before realizing it was under cooked. I asked for the store manager and she only took off the salmon off my ticket. This restaurant should be closed down.

Absolutely horrible. No manager in sight. Rolls took 15min and we were never asked if we wanted more at a table of four people. Drinks took an ungodly amount of time and the glasses had dirty lip prints on them. When one of us got up to get silverware we were never given even after the food arrived, the bartender saw us coming her way and turned around and walked off to the back. Management obviously doesnt care about business. The server was super nice but I think needs to learn how to become a better server and could in time but definitely not in that establishment. I can without a doubt say none of us will ever go there again due to the bartender and manager.
