This review is based on our second visit in just three weeks. The first time, a quick Google search for the best pizza brought us to O'Cheese. I saw the high ratings and said to my family, "This place must be good—let’s try it." We’re so glad we did! We walked past several other pizza spots and ended up here, and it did not disappoint. We found a table right away for our party of five. The menu has so many great options. On our first visit, we ordered the Margherita Pizza and the Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Pizza. Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe it. This is hands-down the best pizza I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly. The customer service alone is a 10/10. They checked in on us, treated us with genuine warmth, and made us feel valued. That amazing first experience brought us back again—from New Hampshire—and let me tell you, it was worth the trip. I believe it was the owner who recognized us right away, especially my daughter. He treated her with such kindness that she felt like the most special customer in the place. During our second visit, we tried The Patriots Pizza (we swapped the mushrooms for bacon) and the How Dare You pizza. Oh. My. Word. Just incredible. I’m a foodie, and I’ve had pizza in Little Italy, NYC—this was better. We also ordered wings with garlic butter sauce on the side. These wings were fried to perfection—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I got the 14-piece, and we devoured every last one. I highly recommend this place. The service, the food, the menu options—everything is a 10/10. It's absolutely a must-try. Yes, the hype is real—because the food is just that good.

Little small pizza joint off the busy trail in north end. Local business owner who is super friendly and attentive. Pizza was amazing and the wings were delicious as well. Pizza had a crunchy crust on bottom which is good. No flop! Definitely swing by for a lunch.

If I could rate this place even more than a five I would! The gentleman who I assume is the owner is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and funny. The best Alfredo I have ever had! I took out the broccoli and added mushrooms. It was wonderful! He lets you customize things how you want. The food came out quickly. Such a cozy nice place! If we are in the area again we will make sure to put this on the must visit again list. Thank you all for the wonderful food!

Was in Boston for the afternoon. Looked some reviews over beforehand to get lunch ideas and glad I stumbled onto this place. It’s a very small restaurant but everything else about it was BIG. The pizza was fantastic, the service was great, and the owner was funny and pleasant. If you’re close by and hungry do yourself a favor and stop in.

For a place to have 5 stars with this many reviews, it is very telling how good the food is. Their pizza has amazing flavor, cooked perfectly crispy, and came out fairly fast!! This is truly a hidden gem for Massachusetts pizza 🙌🏻🤩

This closely reminds me of my favorite pizza place in California, Frantone's. I never thought I'd find another place serving a similar pizza crust recipe and texture. 10/10!

Price: About $16-$24 for a pizza, depending on sizes and toppings. Getting there: You will need to walk/take a train. Nearest station: Aquarium (Blue Line) This is a very low-key place. The dining room isn't very big, only having 4 tables with 14 chairs. Decorations are minimal but intentional, giving it a cozy hole-in-the-wall feel. The storefront is simple and has quaint charm. The smell of fresh pizza permeates the air, heightening the anticipation of what's cooking in the back. And when that pizza arrives, it is a treat. The owner is not just a chef, but an artist. Toppings are placed generously but not sloppily. The pizza is baked perfectly with no under or over cooked portions and a satisfying ratio of softness and crunch. The ingredients were sourced with care and attention to quality. Truthfully, I don't know if anyone could have done it any better. O'Cheese is the sum of every great aspect of family-run restaurants and the Google Maps reviews reflect this; this is the only restaurant I have ever seen in a major city that maintains a 5.0 star rating on Google Maps while actively accumulating reviews. As of my first visit on July 18, 2025, O'Cheese rightfully has a 5 star average across its 371, and now, 372, reviews. Excellent!

Excellent food, great options, and the owner was really personable. We got the chicken parm pasta, cheesy garlic bread, and drinks. The portions were quite large and the food was delicious!! This is a newer restaurant, and I truly hope it enjoys continued success and is around for decades to come. Stop by, get some amazing food, and chat with Will, the owner.
