Ochi Restaurant

Got dinner delivered from here tonight and it was really good. Everything we had from the curry goat to the man n cheese was seasoned properly, really tasty. Looking forward to eating their food again but going to go eat in next time for sure.

First time trying this place since it opened, for the price and the palette it's not worth it at all!!!!! Even though they tried to add outdoor seating it adds nothing. My Mac & cheese looks like pasta with burger cheese on top. The large oxtail and rice came in the smallest container fit for a child with 5 pieces of skinny meat on it majority bone looking like Sebastian from the little mermaid gave scraped it from the ocean for us. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please work on your portion sizes and food quality. Thanks

Came in for an early lunch on sunday and it was just delicious. Incredible service and got to try so many dishes the curry goat roti was amazing. I couldn't stop eating the fritters too. When you come, definitely get the fruit rum punch, felt like I was in Ochi. This will be my new local spot.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the £12.50 large curry goat I ordered from this takeaway. Instead of the tender, flavorful meat I was expecting, I was shocked to find a plate dominated by 7 tiny bones with barely any meat attached, literally NOTHING It was as if they had scraped the bottom of the barrel and hoped I wouldn't notice. The lack of substance was staggering, and the dish felt more like 'curried bones' than a hearty curry goat. It's possible they took advantage of the takeaway format, thinking I wouldn't be able to send it back, but that's no excuse for serving subpar food. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again!!!

Oh my days, let me tell you, this place is such a refreshing take on the whole Caribbean eatery experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, we got to choose our tables, and we opted for one on the upper level. The food was amazing but the presentation and the service are what did it for me, along with the atmosphere. It really did give that rustic Jamaican feel and I would definitely recommend this spot as a place to visit.

I had curried goat, rice and peas, jerk wings and plantain today. Delicious food, generous portions and friendly staff :)

We had a lovely lunch today - fried chicken and chips for the kids, Mac and cheese, the energy bowl and sea moss for me and pepper steak. All really nice and excellent value - the guy looking after us was just lovely, bought out a few extras and we even got to a chance to be testers for a sweet potato pudding which was delicious. Will be back!

As soon as we set foot in the place, the warm welcoming, the atmosphere, the sweet smell of food and the sound of reggae music put a smile on our face straight away! 😁🎶 The prices are reasonable, the food was ready within minutes (we had take away), the portion for me was huuuuge, I couldn't finish it. 🥵 First time trying ackee, after the young lady at the counter offered me (as a vegetarian 🌱). According to my Jamaican boyfriend the jerk seasoning was nice and sweet, the chicken was excellent. 🍗👌🏻 Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back, can't recommend enough! ❤️🇯🇲
