One of the best and most authentic experiences we had. We were lucky enough to take a ride on a special weekend where they had an Oktoberfest theme inside of a train. we cannot state enough how well was organised. Drinks, food and a small bend going from a wagon to a wagon. We took a route from Biberach to Ochenhausen and back.

Tolles Erlebnis nicht nur für Kinder. Wunderbar restauriert, innen gemütlich mit Tischen und kleinem Kiosk. Sehr schöne Strecken. Kleines Museum am Startort, total liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine tolle Reise in die Vergangenheit!

Historischer Dampfbetrieb mit Zügen, die teilweise aus historischen Fahrzeugen der ehemaligen württembergischen Staatseisenbahn gebildet werden. Ein Blick in den Fahrplan lohnt sich, zusätzlich zum regulären Museumsbetrieb werden verschiedene Fahrten zu besonderen Anlässen angeboten. Bei jedem Besuch gibt es Neues zu entdecken, da sich die Betreiber bemühen, auch das Umfeld möglichst authentisch zu gestalten.

Wir haben gestern beim Schussenrieder Hopfenexpress teilgenommen und sind begeistert. Eine tolle Veranstaltung, super organisiert. Die Museumsbahn ist sehr schön und liebevoll restauriert. Alle Leute waren sehr nett, inkl. dem Email-Kontakt für die Buchung. Es ist super, das man nach dem Event mit dem Wohnmobil auf dem Parkplatz übernachten darf, auch wenn die Nacht nur kurz war, wegen dem vielen Durchgangsverkehr. Aber das ist am Bahnhof auch normal. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Das Öchsle, bekannt aus dem TV, muss man besucht haben und auch damit gefahren sein.... Fahrzeuge Top in Ordnung, da habe ich bei manch anderem Schienennagelverein schon anderes gesehen. Die Fahrt über 1h je Richtung, besonders für Familien empfehlenswert. Preis für Hin und Retour 18 Euro je Person, Kinder weiß ich jetzt nicht....

Eindrucksvoll, ein echtes Erlebnis und Dampfeisenbahnromantik pur. Wie waren von Warthausen nach Ochsenhausen zum Weihnachtsmarkt unterwegs. Im Zug begegnet man dem Fahrtenkartenkontrolleur, in authentischer Kleidung und kann die Fahrkarten bei ihm kaufen. Im Restaurationswagen gibt es kleine Speisen und Getränke zu normalen Preisen. Es gibt auch einen Wagen für Rollstuhlfahrer, Fahrräder und Kinderwagen. Die einzelnen Wagen sind nostalgisch und mit tollen Werbebilder versehen, die aktuell sind, aber so gestaltet wurden als stammen sie aus einer anderen Zeit. Die alten Fenster zu öffnen ist ebenfalls ein Erlebnis. Besonders toll ist der viele Dampf, den die Dampfeisenbahn abgibt. Die Fahrt ist gemütlich, nicht zu schnell und man kann am auch zwischen den Wagons die Luft und die Umgebung während der Fahrt genießen. Toll das ein Verein, eine solche Technik erhält und allen zugänglich macht.
