Such a cosy cafe! I sat outside in the sun, it was so nice. I tried the mocha and pumpkin cake, loved it. Would come back!!

The best coffee shop in Cobble Hill, if not the whole Brooklyn. Coffee and pastries are highest quality, always fresh and yummy. The greatest atmosphere and vibes provided by Dionne, the barista who works at Octavia during weekdays. You want to meet her! ♥️ Plus the place is super dog friendly, they always have treats for my pup. Couldn’t recommend more! Highlight of my mornings 😌

This is a charming coffee shop in Cobble Hill with a friendly staff. The coffee was really good and the decor is appealing. We came with a large group one morning, and they had enough staff to accommodate us, which was great. A lovely spot overall, though it can get a bit busy at times.

Hot or miss with the coffee. Got a $7 latte and it tasted meh. I’ve been here a few times a while ago but the coffee isn’t gold standard. Pistacho latte is a hard pass.

I am visiting New York from Alaska and I had the best experience getting coffee so far since being here. Max, was so sweet and welcoming and got my drink ready so fast. The prices are extremely reasonable considering this is NY! I will definitely tell everyone to come here if they end up visiting. I love that there is a wall for time cards that customers get to customize and after 10 visits you get a free drink. The pastries were so delicious, and I totally regret not getting those delicious looking cookies. The restroom was so clean as well! Thank you Octavia’s!!!

The vibes here are perfect. The punch cards are my favorite thing! I love them!! The pink theme is also super cute. Iced oat lattes are pretty good, occasionally a little bitter for my personal taste. They have indoor and outdoor seating, dogs often come in and hangout at your feet which is cute. Highly recommend it here, draw on your little punch card its the best!!

Love having a morning coffee at Octavia! The ambiance is sweet and inviting, the barista is super friendly, and it has a very nice neighborhood vibe. The chai is delicious. Love the concept of the notes. Will be coming again!

I got a $30 gift card to Octavia so for a full week my coffee was "free" to me. The expresso at this location is delicious and they make a killer cold and hot cappuccino. They have fantastic baked goods too. Service was 5/5 everyday I got coffee from Octavia. I hope to return to this quaint coffee shop again.

Octavia's is my happy place! Whenever I need a little pick me up I walk down to Octavia's. It's the pink that I love. Everything from the lids to the walls is pink. I love it! It's such a cute vibe. They also have a beautiful little outdoor section and i love hanging out there since I don't have any outdoor space. The service is great. The cookies are also delicious.

- This is one of the cutest cafes I have ever been to in NYC. It's small and quaint, making for a very homey feel. - The staff was incredibly lovely. I've been here quite a few times now, and I will continue to return. - I've tried both their dirty chai's and regular iced oat latte's, and both proved to be the perfect combination of bold and smooth. - The chai is definitely on the spicier side if you're into that, but I found it to be a nice consistency with the espresso. - If you are trying this, I would suggest trying the latte, as it's cheaper and probably the better option. - Haven't tried their pastries, but they definitely look delicious. - If you're ever in Brooklyn, RUN to octavia.

What a cute coffee shop. Decor is minimal, allowing for the coffee to reign! As others have mentioned, there are no prices on the short menu. It is on the pricier side, but it's nearly in line with other similar spots in the area. I got a perfect flat white! There are some pastries available for sale, though there weren't many still available by 11. Check out the message on the wall, one of the only pieces of decor in the shop (see my pic). There are one or two seats inside and a few outside, as well. There's a bathroom in the back, too!

Stopped by while visiting the area and looking for a good latte. The interior is cute and bright with pink and blue colors. They have a punch card for frequent coffee drinkers. There is a cute vintage punching machine and a wall where the card can be kept until your next visit. Nice touch for the aesthetic. Cute seating inside and they have a few tables outside too. Didn't see a restroom. They seem to have a steady flow of locals who come here all day. The barista (didn't get her name but was moving to Australia?) rattled off so many different milks they have for lattes and flavors to add, it was hard to remember. With no menu or price listing you really have no idea how much you'll be charged. I requested for the latte to be in a ceramic mug vs paper cup to avoid wastage for more paper products. I envisioned a hot latte with pretty design in a lovely ceramic cup. Instead it was a warm (not hot) cup with a more milky drink and a hint of lavender (the flavor I chose) and no pretty design. Pretty basic. Since they no menu, you have no idea about what up charges they have for anything. The basic 12 oz latte is $5 and since I was asked if I wanted any flavor and chose lavender, there was an additional 75 cents added. Had I known, I might not have gotten it since I couldn't really taste it anyway. I stuck with regular skim milk because I figured there would probably be an additional charge based on chosen milk. They carry soy, almond, oat, macadamia nut, etc. For almost $7 for a latte, it was mediocre. Didn't get to try the treats, but nice that they had a vegan chocolate chip cookie, another item that was vegan and GF, and then other baked goods. Eventually, another barista took over and she was friendly. I think her name was Rosie. She even made a complimentary espresso for me to try and tried to make a design, which ended up just being a milk circle. She was very friendly and perhaps the highlight compared to the latte itself. Overall cute aesthetic, but the latte was nothing special and in my opinion kinda pricey for what you get. For the price I'm paying, I'd want something pretty, unique, and delicious.

What a great place to grab some coffee, goes down smoothly. The barista was super nice and even took the time to show my husband how to pour out the milk and give him some tips for him to learn. Definitely recommend you make a stop here and make this your go to coffee place. Btw, their point system is neat, you fill out/decorate a sheet, mark it with an old punch time clock and put it up on their wall.

So so adorable! My sister lives in Brooklyn and this was the the first time she brought me to this area. Loved it, will be asking to go back. Great spot to stop on Mother's Day!!

Fancy little coffee place with a small menu along with some pastries. You can find a lot of people drinking coffee from here around lunch time and later. They don't have prices listed and while getting a cappuccino, they asked if I wanted it stronger. After saying yes, this resulted in them adding an extra shot if not two and I paid around 9$ (!!!!) for a coffee. I assume it would have been 6-6.50$ prior (either this or they added 2 shots) but it's hard to tell without price listings. Friendly staff but I can't help but feel I got ripped off so I haven't stopped back again. Please add prices to your menu. It wouldn't effect your nice aesthetics and the coffee was quite tasty.

Super cute coffee shop! I unsure of what I wanted and the barista helped me out. She was really nice and honestly like a ray of sun shine as I walked in! In door but mostly outdoor seating. I will definitely be back here to try some pastries.

Although this is a cute space, the latte was less than average in quality. I ordered a fairly routine iced latte and it was, watery mix. Not sure how folks think this is a 5 star experience. Was expecting much more based on the reviews.

Cute new cafe in cobble hill! They have lots of outdoor seating, and one table inside. If you can't read cursive, just order. They probably have whatever you want, from espresso to matcha and many many non dairy milk options (oat, macadamia, soy, almond, pistachio...). They also sell beans, medium roast, and that's what they use for their espresso. I like that it isn't ridiculous dark. The matcha is pretty good but you'll want to avoid the lumps in the bottom. The menu has no prices, and everything is on the pricier side, but also the drinks are huge. There are many delicious pastries but I don't they do meals here. Friendly service, wear a mask, remember to tip. Closest subway is the F/G at Bergen.

I come here occasionally and I am always impressed with how nice the interior looks! Such a cute coffee shop. Their baristas are very skilled, they make perfect coffee drinks that are also so pretty. For the non-dairy folks like me, they have a very large selection from oat to almond, macadamia and pistachio "milk" (I guess they are also the same price which is cool too). In our last visit, we tried their vegan chocolate/tahini cookie - I love tahini in baked goods and this one did not disappoint! Their regular chocolate chip cookie is also delicious - loaded with high quality chocolate chunks

Beautiful addition to the neighborhood. Silky lattes, perfectly fluffy cappuccinos, and yummy baked goods. Sidewalk seating on the sunny side of Court Street a plus! Not to mention the adorable clock-in/out punch card system. This place is turning my WFH situation into a WFC (work from cafe) situation. Looking forward to many mornings here!

Excellent service. If it's a smile and fast, courteous service you want, this is your place. The coffee and snacks are also excellent, including the peanut butter cookies! Best of all, when a $250 gift card fell out of my pocket and I didn't notice.... when I came back hours later they were holding it for me.

Small little joint but super cute decor, and will let you sit indoors without a mask to enjoy your beverage; there's only one small table indoors but there are a plenty more seating options outdoors. The menu can be a bit confusing to read and order from since there isn't any pricing and some items are on the same line. I paid $5 for an iced vanilla latte that was basically all ice, but the amount of coffee I did get tasted great! Nice if you're looking to support a local shop, but I'd probably ask for less ice next time :)

Tasty well made drinks by friendly baristas. Lots of plant-based milk options, too. I'm so glad there's a small, family-owned cafe that's a delight to visit and a preferred alternative to the many coffee chains nearby. Also the pink to-go lids even make a grump like me smile.

This coffee is LEGIT! The stronger the better so if you like strong coffee and friendly people this is your go to spot! Really nice baristas and a solid cup of iced coffee. Can't wait to go back!
