The pulled pork sandwiches are fantastic! The bun is lightly toasted and they pile on the meat. The beer brined pickles are crisp and flavorful. Our favorite was the baked beans!

Anytime I'm in town it's a MUST that I stop by! This place has the best pork belly I've ever had. Their menu is unique and everything I've had was 10/10! Service is always speedy without jeopardizing the quality of the food! Love it!

James

Google
The food was delicious, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and boy was it a sandwich! Piled high with pork and creamy coleslaw on top and crisp pickles. I should have taken better pictures of the sandwich, but I couldn’t resist taking a bite. The spicy pineapple sauce was nice and sweet with a perfect amount of heat, even if you’re not having drinks at Ono, get lunch from this spot.

Patrick M.

Google
The Ono Chopped Pork Plate was satisfactory but did not particularly stand out. The seasoned rice accompanying the dish and the Ginger Sesame Slaw were enjoyable, both of which offered a nice Asian-inspired flavor. The pulled pork shoulder was decent, though it may benefit from additional flavor enhancements. The service was competent, and the interior provided a spacious atmosphere, featuring numerous tables by the windows. It's worth noting that the space is shared with a brewery, allowing for a selection of beverages from them.

Google
This is outstanding BBQ. The meats are clearly done right with tons of flavor and perfectly, fall off the bone tenderness. I'm a big fan of the chicken thighs and pulled pork. The biscuits are delicious, too. The real stars are the unique sauces, which are Korean inspired flavors. They elevate the whole thing. Love going here!

Google
The chopped pork sandwich was tender and had delicious juciosity. I really didn’t need any of their sauces, although they had excellent heat and fruit notes. The green salad came undressed. I sent it back and they dressed it with a factory packet of Italian dressing. I don’t think I would order that next time. The mac and cheese was decent, although I wish it was more of a baked mac and cheese, with a crust. I would definitely return here in the future. This place is a worth if you like good barbecue / BBQ. Maybe they’ll serve brisket one day?

James S.

Google
The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. After placing your order at the window, they give you a buzzer. Our order taker was incredibly kind and helpful, and she had some great suggestions. The food was delicious. The pork belly, chicken, and ribs we had were all fantastic. The mac and cheese was really good, too. The sweet mustard potato salad was amazing! The beans were tasty as well. And definitely don’t sleep on their cheesy biscuits—they’re even better than Red Lobster’s! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Google
Try the boneless chicken thigh and the ginger sesame slaw. Same building has shops for fine chocolate, pastry, and pickles

Yelp
Wonderful place to grab some good bbq. Pretty large menu and a big sauce selection, also many hot and cold sides to choose from. We had the ribs, chicken and pork belly and all were tender. I always look forward to burnt ends but they did not have that on the menu. The cheese biscuit was delicious! The service was friendly and helpful. The interior was cute and had typical bbq decor.

Yelp
TLDR: Great BBQ and brews in a chill setting. Be prepared for a bit of a wait during lunch rush, but the food comes out quicker than expected. Awesome Friday lunch spot with a unique pour- your own beer tap system. Odd BBQ and Ono Brewing in Chantilly make for a killer combo. They share the same space, and the partnership works perfectly vs the typical brewery and rotating food trucks in my opinion. Our group of 7 rolled in for a Friday lunch and were surprised to see the place already packed by 11am. Ono uses a self-serve tap system where you pay by the ounce, which is a fun and flexible way to sample multiple beers without the commitment of a full pint. As for the BBQ, it was solid across the board. We were told upfront that it could take up to an hour to get our food due to the rush, but thankfully it only took about 20 minutes, under promise over deliver! I went with the smoked pork belly platter, which came with furikake rice and two sides, house-made kimchi and sesame slaw. Everything slapped taste wise, plus with generous portions for $20 I was beyond satisfied. By the end of the meal, it was clear why this place is a local favorite right when the doors open. Odd BBQ + Ono Brewing is the perfect TGIF lunch destination ie. casual, tasty, and just the right kind of buzz to start the weekend off right.

Yelp
This is my favorite BBQ place in the area. The biscuits and all the grilled meats and sides are delicious. I love the way they mix traditional bbq techniques with some Asian flavors (e.g., the spicy Korean pork belly and sesame call slaw). Today, I tried the beef on weck, and it wa also fantastic - what tasted like a tender and delicious prime rib with horseradish sauce and a delicious consumee for dipping.

Yelp
Tried this spot out after finding it on Instagram, and I'm glad I followed the hype! Located inside Ono Brewery, towards the back of the establishment. I took the following items to go and ate at home: Korean Hot Chicken Sandwich (an item listed at their ordering window), Smoked Pork Belly Sandwich, side of coleslaw, side of baked beans, and side of Kimchi. The two sandwiches were so so tasty! The Korean Hot Chicken Sandwich was flavorful & juicy with the right portion of slaw- not too heavy on the slaw that you can't taste the main part of the dish. The Smoked Pork Belly Sandwich is a sandwich I highly recommend. The pork belly pieces (2) were nice thick cuts and buttery soft. They didn't get tough or dry even though it was a take out order. I would suggest getting a sauce with it, maybe a vinegar sauce to add a bit of spice. The side dishes were also really tasty. If you order baked beans, make sure you don't share it because it is THAT good! The slaw is a red cabbage slaw and the Kimchi was nice, light and crunchy. If you like spice, it was not spicy, but still tasty! I can't wait to go back and dine at Ono Brewery because this place is worth the hype. The Brewery itself is an open space with seating for small and medium sized groups. If you go as a large group, there is seating outside and in a covered tent area. Highly recommend trying this spot out if you love BBQ and want to try something a bit untraditional!

Yelp
While visiting Ono Brewery - had to have some vittles. I ordered a Pork BBQ sammich, with an asian cabbage ginger slaw and a side of Mac & Cheese. You are given a puck upon placing your order. It took about 15 minutes for my order to come up - they were very busy. I snagged a side of the spicy Korean BBQ sauce to go with everything. I added some black pepper packets to the Mac & Cheese. Everything was tasty and filling. Paid with Apple Pay.

Yelp
Just wanted to come back and say the food is still good! I look back at my old reviews sometimes and am disappointed in how food once was... But not Odd Bbq. Still love their biscuits, pork belly, and potato salad. Also love their BBQ sauce selections
google avatar

Yelp
Not my favorite BBQ spot, especially for the price and what you get. However, it is solid there wasn't anything bad about it. I was surprised there weren't a ton of the standard bbq options. I got the pulled pork platter with baked beans, Mac and Cheese, and a cheddar biscuit. I wouldn't recommend the cheddar biscuit, it was hard like a rock and flavor was weird. The inside had plenty of seats and is good for large groups. There's beer available and games to play. The staff were alright. They weren't super friendly or informative they're just there to do their work lol. I also went on a Monday or Friday so maybe that is why. Overall, I'd probably pick one of the many other bbq options in the area. Again, not a bad choice but not the best choice.
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
Its a great fusion bbq spot! It's american bbq with a hawaiian and korean twist which makes it even better! Their pork belly is always so juicy and tender. But the star of the show is their ginger sesame slaw. Its perfectly crunchy, tangy, and fresh which pairs so well with the meat. I also got to try their cheddar biscuit and it is one of the BEST cheddar biscuits I've ever tried! I will definitely go back.
google avatar

Valerie Y.

Yelp
My friends and I came and got a 2 lb platter, which was plenty for four people! We got the Spicy Pork Belly (my fav), the Smoked Boneless Chicken Thighs, the Pork Spare Ribs, and Pulled Pork. Our sides were the Mac n Cheese and the Baked Beans. Our platter also came with four biscuits which were delightful! I love how they have a variety of sauces (some Asian inspired) so each bite will taste different. Unfortunately when we went, they didn't have two sauces that we were interested in trying. We also weren't impressed by the Mac n Cheese, but everything else was great. I really liked the vibes of Odd BBQ - you can seat yourself at any table, they have beer/water on tap, and they have board games that you can borrow. I'd definitely come back and get more of the spicy pork belly!
google avatar

Sean K.

Yelp
Odd BBQ is pretty darn good. At least for the area, the barbecue options are limited. There isn't any table service but the cashier and line chefs behind the counter were pretty nice and were attentive to my order and such. The food is definitely the highlight. A lot of the menu is really flavorful and tender. With the ono brewery selection right there too, it's a great place to get your barbecue fix. The sauce selection is also pretty good and all of them have good unique flavors.
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this bbq a lot and finally got the chance! It was as delicious as it looks. I tried the spicy pork belly and it was SO tender and deliciously seasoned. There's so many bbq sauces to try, but honestly it didn't even need it. I got the macaroni salad side, baked beans and Hawaiian rolls. Everything was so good, I'll definitely return. It's located inside Ono brewery - which has a lot of great beers on self pour taps. Fun spot and great for when the weather is nice.
google avatar

Manny M.

Yelp
Great environment, great food, and very friendly staff. The portions are plentiful and the spicy pork belly plate is highly recommended. Though next time I will likely go for the Spicy Pork Belly sandwich. Each plate meal comes with an option of Hawaiian rolls (2x) or seasoned rice and still have the selection of two sides. Decided to go with the rolls, and since the seasoned rice was a side item, selected that with the traditional Mac and cheese . All this food went perfectly with Ono's lager, HellYes. Environment is very inviting, they have outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor seating is covered, dogs are allowed (on leash), and they have tvs indoor and also board games for kids to entertain. Looking forward to the next time I'm here. If you're in the area, highly recommend you stop by and enjoy with family, friends and or co-workers.

Yelp
First time visit to this restaurant and it was fantastic! The signs say that this place was Established 2017. Maybe it is the location, but this was the first time we had even heard about it. Located back behind a restaurant row with a cloth sign for the brewery and BBQ on the building. The process works this way: 1. Order food at counter 2. then get the drink. At the drink cashier, they will give you a beer credit card. Pour as much or as little as you like and then checkout with the cashier when you are ready to leave. Happy hour 11:30 to 5:00pm. It was crowded at lunch time on a Thursday. The wait for the food was around 20 minutes. We ordered a "chicken and cheese biscuit" and a "beef with a cheese biscuit" and baked beans. Cheese biscuit has a Christy outer and is crunchy. Pickles see M to be sweet dill. (My wife usually will not eat pickles, but she ate these pickles!). The baked beans had pieces of meat in them and were sweet. We both agreed that this is probably our new favorite BBQ place.

Yelp
I don't like a lot of bbq places in Northern VA but I will ALWAYS come back to Odd BBQ. I normally only get the pork belly platter (phenomenal!!) But I finally ventured out and got the ribs and I was NOT disappointed. Both meats are so tender, juicy, and flavorful it's hard not to fall in love Besides the food, the vibes outside are so fun - they have outdoor tables with beach/tiki umbrellas that make you feel a lil like you're in Cancun P.S. The mac and cheese and biscuits are also great sides

Yelp
BBQ anyone !? I was in the mood to have some bbq so I went on @yelp and look up some places and saw Odd Bbq was in the area . So I took a drive over was a good amount of ppl in the place . Looking at the menu it was a lot to choose from . I decided on a pulled pork sandwich and side of baked beans . Overall the sandwich was about 1/2. The baked beans were about 10/10. I definitely will Be ordering the beans again . I will be back to try what else they have on the menu .

Yelp
Amazing BBQ. Kind of has a Hawaiian BBQ twist with unique sauces to pair with the food, so not your traditional BBQ. Either way, plenty of meats to choose from (pulled pork, pork belly, chicken thighs, sausage, ribs, etc.). Service was efficient, you just order at the window and then wait for your buzzer to go off. About a 10-15 minute wait. Very relaxed and cozy ambiance as you can grab a few beers while you wait or eat. The food itself is worth the price and has great portions. The sides were delicious, especially the seasoned rice. Mac n cheese was simple, so its pairs really well with the meat or sauce of your choice. Again, mix and match the sauces because they are awesome. Overall, I was extremely surprised how good this place was. Saw it on a reddit thread and was nearby so I tried it. Gonna be one of my favorite places to go back to whenever I'm in the area.

Yelp
Tasty and unique. Great environment. Nice place to hang out. Also, the people working there are very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Deliciousness - 3.5/5 I feel a little bad landing on a 3 but I feel like that's simply where things average out too. Roughly half the meal was excellent, and the other half was not too good. Same with the abundant sauces - some were really tasty and others... seemed off? So, a 3 it is. The good! There is an EXPANSIVE menu, and something available for everyone including quite a number of vegetarian and vegan options. The mac and cheese was a huge hit for adult and child alike - with a super creamy, clearly scratch-made cheese sauce smothering the noodles. We also thought the ginger coleslaw was a fun spin on traditional coleslaw and devoured it. I also personally loved the gigantic cheddar biscuit, which was nicely crusty and packed a punch in each bite. Of the sauces, the Sweet BBQ (which I typically don't go for) was utterly fantastic - bold and sweet nicely balanced. The spicy BBQ sauce really brought the heat. We also ordered a chicken thigh platter and it was a very ample serving of chicken that was juicy (though I wish had more crunchy outer layer to provide texture). The OK/bad. They name their chili "just chili" on the menu and that serves as a perfect descriptor, nothing much to write about here or remember. The VA white sauce was ignored by everyone at the table and the thai chili-based sauce had an off-putting more solid than liquid consistency. The beer-brined pickles were just... not good. I don't really know how else to describe it other than the flavors were unpleasant and none of the people at my table (at least 2 of which LOVE pickles) ate it. They also provided a big serving of rice that had spices on top and a way too salty soy-based sauce underneath. Again, I can't help but say it was bad. The sauce and spice didn't seem to go together and I found the sauce particularly inedible. I wished the rice hadn't been drenched in it, creating a bunch of overly-wet grains at the bottom. So again, some stuff to really love and others to really dislike.

Yelp
All my reviews are based on my expectation going in. Walking out of a gas station with 5-star sushi, may not be more than 2-star at Nobu. That said: Odd BBQ was a surprise in a lot of ways. When we picked it we did not realize it was hidden in an industrial park that is pretty much a ghost town after dark. It shares space with a very interesting brewery which I will not review here. I had the brisket platter with 2 sides and my wife had pulled pork sandwich and ordered 2 sides separate from that. The food was all delicious and the service was excellent. Our one negative was the portion of the sides. The sides my wife ordered were large enough for 3-4 to share while the sides with my platter were only a couple ounces, half the size appropriate for the meal. Again, all delicious. We'll be back.
google avatar

Danny S.

Yelp
BBQ here is amazing! Cool thing is that the restaurant is inside a beer brewery. I got the pork ribs and pit beef sandwich. In my opinion, this place is highly underrated and their bbq is way better than most I've had in the area and out of state (tastier than Mission bbq for sure, very comparable to Federalist Pig ribs). Might be the best pit beef I've had. The seasoning was on point for both items and super tender/juicy. The sauces are on the spicy side; some of which are REALLY spicy, which I like. I'd definitely come back to try their other food options. Most importantly, price point was pretty good!
google avatar

Mark S.

Yelp
Really good food and the prices weren't bad at all. I didn't get a lot so I can't say much but I can say the bbq sandwich I had was amazing, as were the different sauces they had available. It's kind of a different space, I wasn't sure where to order at first, but you get your beer from the first spot and your bbq from the second window. Great food, would recommend if you're in the area and craving some good food.
google avatar

Jacob C.

Yelp
Best barbecue in Northern Virginia, and I'm afraid it's not close. A legit hole in the wall, this place has got everything but a sign on the highway, and I love the place for it. The food is so smoky and nicely cooked, and all the sides complement the mains so well. The biggest gripe I have is that they got rid of my beloved chopped pork grilled cheese sandwich, but a chopped pork sandwich with mac and cheese is a great compromise. If you don't have a car, this place is worth walking to
google avatar

Erika T.

Yelp
Was craving BBQ one day and our search took us to Odd BBQ. They were celebrating their anniversary and had a fun outdoor event with plenty of Hawaiian entertainment and vendors. My partner and I got pork BBQ sandwiches. The meat was stacked and portion size was huge. There were a wide array of sauces- I can't remember the names of any but we loved the spicy sauce and the yellow vinegary/mustardy sauce. A small serving of coleslaw comes with the sandwich. We also ordered the Mac & cheese which I think I'll pass on next time as the consistency and flavor was a bit off. Overall, delicious bbq and I'd return to try more meats.
google avatar

Patrick M.

Yelp
The Ono Chopped Pork Plate was just okay; nothing stood out. The seasoned rice that came with the order was good, as was the Ginger Sesame Slaw, both of which had an Asian-inspired taste. The pulled pork shoulder was also okay--nothing special. The service was adequate, and the interior was spacious, featuring many tables by the windows. The space appears to be shared with a brewery, and you can get beverages from them.
google avatar

Alexandra L.

Yelp
The most moist bbq! The staff was friendly, the selection of sauces was great, and the menu is extensive and interesting too. The pretzel was warm and soft, and the cheese sauce was real cheese. The chopped pork was seriously the most moist bbq we've ever tasted - we can't go back to mission bbq after this! We sat outside under a tiki umbrella on a picnic table. They give you a buzzer so you help yourself to water and get the food at the pick up window when it's ready. The cheddar biscuit that the bbq sandwich was served on was so chewy, flakey and flavorful. Only $7 and there was a ton of meat on it! Can't wait to return to try more of the menu.
google avatar

Caroline S.

Yelp
If only there were a 10 stars. This place has been on my list to check out. It is next door to the famous TOiMoi bakery. It is in an industrial complex. OMG, ODD BBQ is so good. I find it hard to find good BBQ place to my liking in VA MD area. Willard's is another one I found recently. This Odd bbq is so tender, falls off the bone, flavorful!!! Love the ribs. the pork belly is too die for. I was afraid if it was too fatty type or has certain flavor. TOO DIE FOR. The corned beef on week is AWESOME too. SERIOUSLY, I don't give rave reviews easily, you must try this place. I would drive close to an hour to come here. This is so good that I would rave, like how much I love Ekiben as well.
google avatar

Jason K.

Yelp
Great spot for something that reminded me of Hawaiian bbq. Even more fun that it shares space with a brewery. There isn't table service as it is a window that you order from, but the workers were friendly and helpful. The pricing is good. Less than $20 for a full plate of a whole bunch of food. The pork was very good, and the myriad of sauces were tasty as well. The rice had a very Hawaiian flavor. I enjoyed the beans more than the Mac, but was happy with both. After you order, sit wherever you like and eat, drink, and be merry.
google avatar

Yelp
I have had the Smoked Beef Chuck sandwich a few times. So I guess that answers the question: did I like it? Yes, yes, I did! An interesting selection for the menu at a smoked meats place since most push the more expensive brisket. However, I really liked the chuck. It has all the flavor from the smoke-rendered fat and connective tissue you find in a brisket but is more moist and a better taste for my money. The sandwich has a good size helping of meat. So much so that my companion could not complete their sandwich and had to take some home. The website has recently improved to give more information about who they are and what they serve. But because they are a small operation, they have lots of different rules about online ordering and ordering for carryout. So, take a look at what those are before you start to do anything online. They do not take phone orders. The menu is pretty simple and easy to read standing at the counter to make your order. I have done the counter order every time I've been there, which seems a little bit easier than figuring out the rules. Orders are produced upon ordering and served up fairly quickly by friendly staff. (It has never been too busy when I have been there, even at lunchtime.) A pager lets you know when your order is ready to pick up at the window. Odd BBQ offers several sauces on the side so you can mix and match them to come up with your favorite sauce flavor, but try it with no sauce first to get the good smoke flavor and the true flavor of the beef. I think you'll appreciate it before adding a bunch of extra flavor to it. The BBQ baked beans are excellent. An order of fries was pretty large and the fries were good. They are co-located with a (self-service brewery so you can purchase beer or sodas from the counter next to the Odd BBQ window. They have indoor and covered outdoor seating available. The decor is fitting for a brewery/BBQ place - nothing fancy. If you are up for a unique smoked meat experience, Odd BBQ is worth a try. Google Maps will take you there, but pay attention, they are in the back corner of an office park. There is ample parking in their lot.
google avatar

Hammed A.

Yelp
An overall OK experience at Odd BBQ. I was in Northern VA looking for barbecue when I came across this restaurant. Parking is ample and so is indoor and outdoor seating. This kitchen also shares space with a brewery on site. As far as food is concerned the barbecue was OK. They do profess to having a small kitchen so their menu is limited when it comes to having a wide variety of traditional barbecue including brisket. I ordered ribs and a pulled pork sandwich, neither of which left me wanting more. The food was OK and not bad, however not good enough for me to want more. The sides were a disappointment. I ordered mac & cheese and potato salad which were both non-traditional recipes. This place has a variety of sauces which I encourage you to try including Spicy Pineapple, Spicy Korean, Vinegar BBQ, Sweet Red BBQ, Hoisin Curry, White BBQ and Mustard BBQ. Give them a try.
google avatar

Sharon L.

Yelp
Spicy pork belly is my absolute comfort meal. One of my top eats in the area. And then I must get it with the korean sesame sauce and the virginia white sauce on the side. I'm not a huge barbecue person, but Odd BBQ is the one place I will make an exception for because they offer pork belly and they offer fantastic, Asian influenced flavors! I love the platter options and I would absolutely love to come back to try their biscuit sandwiches.
google avatar

Vivian Z.

Yelp
After looking at the reviews, I had to come here and try out the food! This place was very unique BBQ with some Korean cuisine twist which i thought was really interesting and cool. This location is combined with Ono Brewery and had plenty of seatings indoors and outdoors. you can order online or in person and the menu had different variety of things to select from. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket plate with the mac n cheese, rice, and kimchi. - The pulled Pork sandwich came with pickles and coleslaw. The bun that came was toasted and good! The coleslaw and pickles that came with it was paired perfectly. The pulled pork was good but nothing special from other bbq places ive had. The portion of the pulled pork was good (i made a second sandwich a day after with the leftovers. - the brisket plate: the brisket was super tender and seasons really well! The rice that was paired with it was delicious and had this sweet taste to it which i really enjoyed. The kimchi was not my favorite and i felt that it was lacking some flavour. Mac and cheese was standard. I really enjoyed tasting the different sauce they had available. they all had some unique asian flavor to it such as hoisin curry, kimichi hot, and sweet red. Service was fast and you get a pager when the food is available.
google avatar

Jonathan S.

Yelp
The barbecue is on point and the Asian spin is executed to perfection. Ribs and chopped pork are delicious and the sides are excellent, especially the seasoned rice, Mac salad, honey mustard potatoes, and purple ginger slaw. The red spicy Korean sauce and white sauce are to die for!
google avatar

Lydia N.

Yelp
My family and I came here in the summer, which was the perfect time for some BBQ. Although they don't really drink much, it seemed like a good place to one day come back with friends, seeing that they had an extensive self-serve beer selection. The menu itself had a nice variety and everything sounded delicious, but I ultimately went with the pork belly biscuit sandwich. It didn't look very big but it was surprisingly quite filling! The pork belly practically melted in my mouth and the biscuit was so buttery with the perfect texture. The restaurant is mostly self serve, and has a very casual atmosphere. Not exactly a "quiet" place but still a decent place to take the family for a quick bite (except when they're busy on weekends). I recommend going just to try the pork belly!
google avatar

Justine T.

Yelp
This place is awesome!! I love their bbq - the chopped pork was super tender and flavorful when paired with their delicious sauces. The baked beans were amazing, as well. The honey mustard potato salad was good, but I wouldn't get it again. It just wasn't exciting or special. The ambiance was like a food hall, as it shares the space with Ono Brewing Company. The service was standard, and the food did take a bit of time to come out. Not slow, but not quick. Regardless, I loved their food and will be back!
google avatar

Carol L.

Yelp
Really unique concept of fusing Korean flavors with American BBQ, and right next to a brewery! The food here is so good but because they make everything to order, be prepared to wait at least 30 min after you order. Worth the wait, but also keep in mind they tend to run out of menu items as the day goes on. Decent amount of seating both inside and outside. Lots of parking.
google avatar

Babak O.

Yelp
I was really disappointed with my experience here. The food was cold, and the environment felt chilly as well, which made it uncomfortable. It wasn't at all what I was expecting. Definitely not worth the visit.
google avatar

Jeremy P.

Yelp
Oh this was sooooo good. Wish I could give it more stars. The Pork Belly was delightfully flavorful. The rice with it was so good and had a sushi flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was excellent as was the beans. All of it went together so well. I had the Alabama white sauce and it was very tasty as well. A great atmosphere as well w friendly and fast service. I'll definitely come back if I come back to the area. If you are around definitely stop in.
google avatar

Trisha P.

Yelp
This is hands down the best bbq I've had in the area so far! Located inside Ono Brewery; we ordered the pork ribs, Mac & cheese, cheddar biscuit and chili, and VA pit beef sandwich. The portions are huge for the price, and the meat literally fell off the rib bones. The service was quick & friendly, and the vibe was very chill. Definitely recommend using their pineapple bbq sauce, it compliments the meat so well! Will be coming back for sure.
google avatar

Germanie J.

Yelp
This place was soooooo deliciously good!!! The flavors were out of this world!! Service was amazing and speedy! Portion size was humongous, I could not eat this in one sitting. Pork belly melted in my mouth!! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
The beef on weck is out of this world! The window counter takes your order quickly and you get that thing that flashes when your order is ready! There is a nice outside patio. Picnic tables. A few inside too. This is INSIDE Ono brewery. The brewery has many beers on tap! You get a card and take as much as you want. You can try a taste of different ones. Prosecco now offered as well. Can't go wrong. You can bring dogs! Keep them leashed tho....

Yelp
This place is nestled in an unassuming industrial complex tucked inside Ono brewery. But don't let that fool you - this place is absolutely INCREDIBLEEEE! I always get the smoked pork belly platter for $18 with furikake rice, macaroni with carrot, & cole slaw. The portions are extremely generous. The pork belly just melts in your mouth & is smoked to perfection. Sauces & sides compliment it sooo well. My hubby's go-to is the porked belly sandwich for $15. Comes with 2 THICK slabs of smoked pork belly. It's great but the platter is definitely where it's at though in terms of value & what you get. After gorging yourself here, definitely take a small walk around the corner to ToiMoi bakery. Yum!

Yelp
Good Asian fusion bbq! The smoked pork belly was tender and flavorful, the sausage reminds me of a Chinese sausage but juicier! It's located inside a brewery so it's a pretty nice place to hang with friends and just grab a beer

Yelp
This place is such a hidden gem! I love the casual atmosphere and amount of seating for big or small groups. You order your bbq at the counter and pairing it with Ono's beers is the perfect combo. Took about 15mins with a few people ordering in front of me. I had the pork belly plate with rice, pickles and mac and cheese. Tender meat, flavorful and fresh. Also, that rice is actually such an awesome surprise, whatever they put in it is awesome. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Inside of Ono Brewery located in a business park is odd bbq. Both ono and odd are great. Island inspired brews and good bbq. I had the ribs which were tasty, fatty and moist. My husband had the beef bacon and cheddar. I had a bite and it was a meat paradise. They have serve your own bbq sauces all were tasty. The beer at Ono is also self serve which is nice! There was actually live Hawaiian music being performed by all the local uncles. It was nice. Felt like home. We came here to waste time before a flight at Dulles. If you are around it's worth the visit.

Yelp
I have been there many years and I do miss some items like brisket but the main pork belly is always good. Their slaw is also very good. Idk if they are short staffed but I used to like how you can order online but thats no more- and you can't do phone orders either....it almost feel like they want to inconvenience the customer as much as possible there to just order something. The interior is shared with the brewery company next to it and there are board games too. But I always do take out.

Yelp
Met a group of friends at Odd BBQ for lunch. I had a little trouble finding this place because I didn't realize this BBQ joint is inside the Ono Brewery. The ambiance is causal and relaxing. There are several tables and you help yourself to them. Outdoor seating is also available. You order your food at the counter and get a pager to let you know when your food is ready. I ordered the spicy pork belly plate with honey mustard potato salad and classic coleslaw as my two sides. My food was ready about 15 minutes later. The spicy pork belly was tender and flavorful. It was not too spicy. The sides were good too. My friends ordered pork belly sandwich, chopped beef plate, and pork belly plate. They liked the plates but one of them didn't like the sandwich. She said that the pork belly on her sandwich was extra fatty. There also have lots of sauces for you to add on to your meats. All of us enjoyed the food except the sandwich.

Yelp
I was stuck between the kimchi pork grilled cheese and the spicy pork belly plate. Both were very unique dishes for a VA bbq restaurant. I ended up ordering the spicy pork belly plate. I wasn't expecting too much out of this but DAMN it was amazing! Each piece of pork was tender and had the perfect ratio of fat to meat. I didn't need any sauce because the pork had plenty! I'm so glad it came with steamed rice and Furikake. It really helped to absorb some of that powerful sauce. The kimchi was mild in that it wasn't as fermented as many I've had before but it was super crunchy and delicious. It helped cut the fattiness of the pork. The mac and cheese was THICK. It was a good mac and cheese. I couldn't finish it because I was stuffed. My fiancé was happy to help. He got the beef, bacon, and cheddar sandwich. He said with the "Smokers on Fire" sauce on it, it was one of the best beef sandwiches he's had. I tried a bite with the Spicy Pineapple sauce. It had me making plans to return. Although I loved the spicy pork belly plate, I think I want to be able to try their sauces next time. I got a little bit of each sauce and each was so unique! Our favorite was the "Smokers on Fire". I also liked the "Spicy Pineapple", "Hoisin Curry", and "Mustard bbq". The mustard one had whole mustard seeds which reminded me of Indian lentil stew. Everything tasted like it was crafted in house and carefully curated. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to try some "odd bbq"

Yelp
This little shop is located inside an unsuspecting business park. The smoked pork shoulder was super tender and had a great smoke flavor. The mac and cheese and coleslaw were good, but the chopped pork was definitely the star. Lots of different sauces that helped to elevate the pork.

Yelp
Got a full slab of the BBQ Ribs - they were pretty good but pretty expensive. Could get better ribs and better value elsewhere in area.
