"It was beautiful, so we walked over to OddFellows on the river. I ordered a passion-fruit-pistachio cone, and my son got cookies and cream. He tried a lick of mine, just looked at me, and we switched. I tossed the Oreo after a few bites because I knew I’d get my cone back. I did."

New City Microcreamery Lands Whole Foods Distribution Deal - Eater Boston

"New York-based chain OddFellows Ice Cream Co., which expanded to Chestnut Hill in 2019, is now selling — and shipping — a collection called “the Boozy Capsule,” featuring six booze-infused ice creams based on cocktails from top bars. There’s Death & Co.’s Buko Gimlet, for example: coconut water sorbet infused with gin, cachaça, coconut liqueur, lime, and pandan. Flavors are available at $13.50 per tub at the Chestnut Hill location (and New York locations), and the collection also ships nationwide for $90 (discounted to $79 at press time). The company is donating 10% of proceeds from this collection to Another Round Another Rally, which provides aid to hospitality workers." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

OddFellows Ice Cream Co. Opens First Boston-Area Location August 2019 - Eater Boston

"OddFellows Ice Cream Co., a popular New York City ice cream shop known for its creative flavors and boozy floats, is opening its first location outside of New York in Chestnut Hill, Boston. The shop, located in the Street Chestnut Hill complex below Legal Sea Foods, will feature rotating flavors of ice cream and sorbet, along with frappes, sodas, banana splits, and sundaes. Although initially the boozy ice cream combos and alcohol won't be available, they are expected to be introduced in the fall. The venue aims to evoke a 1950s ice cream parlor atmosphere, complete with cherry-red banquette seating, a bar, custom art, and an outdoor patio. It will join other dining options at the Street, such as Comella’s, Tender Greens, Chilacates, and Chef Ronsky’s Trattoria." - Dana Hatic

I would give them five stars I mean the other ice cream that I had was great but the strawberry greenish one even though he told me that’s the best selling one and it tastes super great etc. it wasn’t the case It was horrible and then me asking to have half-and-half they wanted to charge me double Just in case that the other one didn’t taste good and I was correct. I should’ve followed my mind and went with the other flavor. But over all it was alright the service could have been alittle better…..

I went in the evening so a lot of flavors were sold out, but they had great and unique flavors! Got the mango sticky rice and it was awesome—had some specks of sticky rice inside!

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had (had the dark chocolate chunk) and incredibly nice staff! A fun view of the pier and places to sit. It was a pleasure to meet the staff Raul and Emily and get their recommendation :)

You don't give samples before buying? We don't buy then. We go instead to any of the hundreds of other places around that all have no problem giving samples of their overpriced ice cream before we choose what to get.

I love this place and the different varieties of ice cream. Posted my top three favorites. If you are a coffee lover, I definitely recommend the Coffee Crunch and the Coffee Sticky Bun. Angelo and Johnathan are very knowledgeable of the flavors, welcoming, friendly and generous. Staff keeps the location clean and well maintained. Family friendly and surprisingly new flavors. Highly recommend if you are spending the day at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

The best ever ice cream I had was a unique combination of flavors: passion fruit, apricot, pistachio. Their scoops are big! Also a very nice location right next to the water and multi-level park area. One star off for storing the spoons on the street side in one box. Not only the dust gets on them but also one can't avoid touching several spoons when trying to get one. There should be a more sanitary way.
