Absolutely blown away by Oddfellows in Portsmouth! From the moment we walked in, the design and atmosphere felt intentional, stylish, and welcoming. You can tell this place is locally owned and genuinely supported by the community, and it radiates that small-town charm with big-city quality. The food was incredible…fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. And the bar is massive with a fantastic selection of cocktails, local beers, and everything in between. Whether you’re grabbing a drink or sitting down for a full meal, you feel right at home. But what really sets Oddfellows apart are the extras…. 🎳 Yes, there’s bowling inside (so fun!) 🌿 A beautiful outdoor seating area that’s perfect for relaxing with friends. 🎉 And the vibe? Welcoming, energetic, and full of life. Easily one of the best spots in southern Ohio. Can’t recommend it enough..whether you’re a local or just passing through, Oddfellows is a must visit!

Such a unique establishment with a vintage Arcade, duck pin bowling . The menu is just as unique, wood fire pizza with only the freshest ingredients , wings , I recommend the hot honey. The potato soup was amazing. The staff was top notch, attentive to needs. I look forward to going back to try the pizza.

A bar/restaurant that is wonderful for the whole family. My family makes Oddfellows our destination for the whole evening. Not only is the food excellent, there is entertainment for children (bowling & an arcade) they also serve adult beverages. What more could you want? The atmosphere is inviting, fun, and comfortable. This also serves as an excellent place to hang out with friends in the evening when you don’t wanna go to the bar scene. Some of our favorite foods are the wings, mushroom pizza, potato skins, and stuffed mushrooms. We love the Pac-Man drink. My kids love to come to oddfellows, as my 5 year old son thinks he can beat us all bowling.

Our first time here, and it was a really good experience. The menu has a great variety of pizzas, and I believe they have 12 beers on tap. We visited St. Patrick's Day weekend, so they had a couple Irish dishes that were very good. The atmosphere is fun. Lots of TVs, 2 duckpin bowling lanes, and an arcade with some fun throwback games. Our server was Andy, and he was fantastic. This is a spot I will visit again.

If you haven't been to Oddfellows yet, make plans because it was awesome! We ordered pizzas, Cheese bread, wings, and dessert. It was all super fresh, good and hot. The wings are smoky and crispy. The pizzas were amazing. Good amounts of toppings, the sauce is light and refreshing and not harsh like marinara. Probably the best pizza I've ever eaten! We didn't have time to play any games, but we did get a sneak peak before they opened. Their arcade room has some great games!

This is a really neat place. They have a bar and also tables and kiids arre allowed. They have a large wood fired oven for their pizza and many other things. It smells great in there. Wow! Oddfellows is incredible. We're Shawnee State University Aluminum from 2019 back in town for a visit for the first time in 5 years. We're excited to see new and creative establishments adding further to Portsmouth's unique home town vibe. Oddfellows is no exception, with great food and even greater hospitality, we can tell this place will become a new staple in the community. They have arcade machines, mini bowling games, a great beer selection, fantastic desserts and pizza. We'd be here every Friday night if we were still students here. Out with friends or a hot date? anything in between -- Oddfellows is the spot.

Our server, Jacob, was amazing tonight! Very kind, enthusiastic, and his personality perfectly matched the vibe. Made our night 100x better than it already was ♥️ Note: Keylime pie was great! A little heavy on the lime but overall tasty and a favorite 🤩

One of my families favorite spots! They've got everything we all love from wings, pizza, and oysters! We haven't had any issues with service, everyone has been very polite. The kids enjoy the mini-bowling while the adults watch and laugh. Great atmosphere, great people, and great food!

After a great experience 2 years ago, the wife and I decided to go again last Saturday. We regret that decision. For starters, at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon they were short on help, while OctoberFest was happening a block away. The bartender was chosen by whomever to be our server. He seemed to be the last to know as we kept having to go to him. He helped us order apps twice since somehow our ticket got lost?? One of them were dry rub wings. Once we got and tasted the wings we asked why they had buffalo sauce on them. Only then did he tell us dry rub wings were seasonal?? If we would have been told that when ordering we would have got to at least pick our sauce which would not have been buffalo. The smoke flavor in the wings was much stronger than anticipated as well. We also had to go back to him at the bar and ask for ranch. I thought wings always came with either ranch or blue cheese. Apparently not on the river. We also got a pretzel which was fantastic as was the beer cheese that came with it. We may go back eventually but not anytime soon.

One of my top pics in the Portsmouth area! Amazing food, fun, quirky atmosphere, in a great place just to cut loose and enjoy company. First, I have to say that you must try the brussels sprouts appetizer! I am not usually a fan of brussels sprouts... however, when you mix giant chunks of bacon and a pizza oven together, it just works! The pizza was delicious and you can tell they used fresh ingredients. I think even more than delicious food and excellent service, is the story behind Oddfellows. As much as I want to tell that story here, I recommend you going to the restaurant find out yourself. It's heartwarming and centers around family and honoring loss.

The service here was fantastic! Our server was attentive, funny and got orders (12 people) exactly right. The food was fantastic and varied.

I was there around lunch time. And it was a nice big open space with plenty of room for many people. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was really good also. The location is in a great spot where there are several antique Comoros in the area and other places to walk. The floodwall murals are very close as well.

Great food. Services is a bit slow. We didn't get our second round of drinks. Waited 45 minutes for our pizza.

Excellent taco pizza! Very cool place with a fun laid back atmosphere. The starter popcorn was a fantastic touch. Service was great all around.

Stopped over in Portsmouth on my way west to Indianapolis. Great place. Refreshing menu to see in this area. Great draft beer list. Staff are friendly and attentive and seem to take notice of their regulars. Great ambiance, on the loud side for my preference, but consider that you are visiting a place that offers bowling as it's featured entertainment and it's not so bad. Bar staff look like they know their thing and the beer I got hit the spot. I would like to see the beer styles on the draft list in the future instead of just the names so I don't need to ask or look each beer up. Food was VERY solid. Shaved brussels salad was on the smaller side, but brussel sprouts as a base are fairly filling and the proportions of toppingsand dressing were spot on. The bacon vinaigrette is a very complimentary pairing for this. Cauliflower bites were well charred and flavorful and the honey sriracha sauce was exactly what I expected. If I could pick at one thing it would be that the cauliflower flower could have made it to me a couple minutes earlier as it was already losing some crisp. Really very minor. I could eat this meal every night!! Utensils and plates were bamboo and compostable. A nice touch, though the utensils by their nature were a little flimsy. Don't get me wrong, I'm the type that doesn't mind some minor (or sometimes major) inconveniences in the name of saving the planet, but I had a bit of struggle cutting the cauliflower. Maybe this is a late-evening practice? I did not dabble in the games as I was tired from my drive, but they seem to have a full arcade in addition to bowling. Overall a fantastic experience. If I have reason to pass through this neck of the woods again I will go out of my way to come here and stop in -- it seems heads and tales above much of the rest of the region

I reeeeaally want to like this place more! The service is good and the pizzas are different and refreshing for that reason. But we ordered the potato skins and it tainted our experience. We set a 'baseline' for restaurants by trying their potato skins. It's the one constant in bar/restaurants of this kind. While they were good, although they had black olives as a topping, a single order was $10 for 2 potato skins. That's $10 for 1 potato. They really need to rethink that or rip it off the menu. Other than that, bar was good. They carry good wines and have a decent affordable bourbon selection. Might go back and ask more questions about the menu items before ordering because it has a decent metropolitan meets southern Ohio vibe.

The drinks were amazing l, definitely recommend the pac man lemonade, which will spark your inner child, the food is amazing, from the blend of tastes to the company and the friendliness, Reagan, our server made the time spent here amazing. The vibe in the area around me felt like a home a family of crew that knows what there doing.

In town for work and found this place, I got a pizza for carry out but the place looks cool had I known I would have stayed to eat, pizza was good and hats off to the front desk at the hotel for the recommendation. Would come and eat hear again if I'm in town.

Food took an incredibly long time to come out, wings tasted like old hard beef jerky. Ordered them with buffalo and they were dry no sauce on em at all. Serving sizes are tiny so I ordered dessert and waited at least 35 mins for that. Keep in mind they weren't busy at all. Bathrooms were nasty trash over flowing looked like they've never been cleaned before. See picture below.

Pizza was awesome, the service was awesome! The vibes were pretty cool! The mellow yellow tasted really good! I ate all of the pizza too! I saw the Guinness World Record and it was cool! Finally, the popcorn was tasting pretty good!

slowest service I've ever had . ordered my salad at 5 got it at 6:07. it was so average i would have rather eaten my finger nails for dinner. Also so loud and not laughing and fun conversation loud , banging from the bowling. it was so unnecessary

We've been here many times and each time it gets better and better. The staff have always been extremely friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere always vibrant. The St Patty's Day Irish beer was amazing and the Guinness beer cheese was even better. We'll be back for sure!!!! We love having this place in our town, but definitely worth the drive if it isn't local.

Summer spinach dip is fantastic. Love the service, food and quality is top notch. It is nice yo not have yo go out of town to get good food.

This is a great place to take a date, or go with a group of friends. It's so beautifully set up, good food, and great service (we had Kaylee and she's such a rockstar with an upbeat personality, we absolutely loved her) I'm hoping for more vegan friendly options in the future, but what they have now is good as well this place is just what Portsmouth needed

Perfect ambiance for family and friends. Menu is perfection, and my elementary-aged son was content for hours of food, duckpin bowling, and the arcade.

Fresh, new place in town. Very nice inside, bright, colorful and clean. The restrooms were incredibly nice as well. Fast, friendly service. Just a tad pricey for the food. Pretty cool arcade too. It was like a time machine. No burger of any type on the menu? This is a go to item and they don't have one. I got wings, they were smoked for color, then saturated with liquid smoke. You get three choices of sauce. They are on the side but need a spun in option. The liquid smoke overpowers the sauces as well. There are also 6 televisions with sports on every singe one. Not everyone like sports. The wooden utensils were so weak. You can't really use those on wings or pizza. I hope they change can make some small changes. It would make this place 10 times better.

This is the best meal I have ever had in Portsmouth! The food, entertainment and atmosphere is amazing. The wings were wood fire smoked, the pizza was perfect, the salad was delicious. It is great for a date night or for taking the whole family! We will definitely be back many times!

Pizzas burnt, replacement pizza burnt, Togo pizza burnt next one ok but wait horrible. Staff and atmosphere were great but acted like all wood fired pizzas were supposed to come out burnt. Tap selection only had 1 API that tasted like a grapefruit's ass. Won't be back.

A older citizen was getting her car washed. And she told us about this resturant, how the pizza and salad was excellent. Well she told us the truth! It was the best pizza and salad, I ever ate. Andy was our server, he was a excellent, attentive waiter. We will be back, it was a very interesting place with history too boot. A 5 star rating for sure.

The food was amazing!!! The smoked tenderloin was absolutely delicious!! Our waitress was attentive and very patient with me as I tried to decide on my order! With delicious food, bowling, arcade games, and big screen TV's, Oddfellows has something for the whole family. Also, their take out containers and plates are not Styrofoam and the flatware was bamboo and metal. They are a business in Portsmouth, Ohio that shows they have a responsibility to not only the customers, but the environment as well!!! I definitely recommend eating/hanging here.

Plenty of empty tables to choose from for our party of 4. Our server was friendly, and took our drink and dinner order promptly. However, time passed and all we had received was water. After about 30 min, we inquired about our drink order. She said she kept checking the bar, but they weren't ready yet. There were 2 bartenders working, and only a handful of folks sitting at the bar. We noticed that several tables were waiting for food, drinks. One table left without receiving food. The table next to us only had sodas (for their children). After 40-45 min, we decided to leave as well. The owner came to our table to tell us that "we got slammed". No apologies or desire to make things right. She didn't care to lose a table that was probably going to drop $100 that evening. There was a table that was very much catered to, (perhaps their friends???) that came in after us and had drinks and everything. We will NOT come back. We walked over to Patties and Pints and had a great meal and delicious drinks. *There was not a wait list when we got our table. The restaurant was not full at that time, nor was it full when we placed our order. *Tables were not receiving drinks or food in an orderly fashion. *45 min wait for 4 drinks with a bar that has 2 bartenders is unacceptable.

I absolutely love this place. It's a fun environment for the family with arcade games and duckpin bowling, but the brick oven pizzas and beer/cocktail selection keeps me coming back.

I've been (impatiently) waiting for this place to open and it did not disappoint! We ordered two specialty pizzas for lunch and they were amazing. We got the wild mushroom (locally grown!!) and the artichoke pesto. Our server was courteous and friendly and the atmosphere is really great too. This place is definitely among the top 3 best restaurants in Scioto county!

My wife and I stopped by last night and after an hour and a half wait for a table of 4 we were finally seated. It wasn't until after we finished our appetizers that we were told they were out of pizza dough. This was roughly 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening. I was disappointed for sure but mostly upset that no one in the front of the house let anyone know that they only make 300 dough balls per day and once they are gone that's it. I'm okay with this but they should have said when we were told the wait is an hour that we are about out of pizza dough. The pizza's coming out of the kitchen looked really good. Unfortunately we didn't get to try any and as we were leaving the wait still looked to be an hour. I'm guessing those customers also weren't told they were out of pizza dough. All they have to do is let people know before being told there is an hour wait. Oddfellows do better.

Good pizza and beer! The service was good. I would prefer less noise but understand the bowling theme, fun for the family and friends.

Atmosphere started out pretty good however halfway through dinner music came on so loud you couldn't have a conversation unless you knew how to read lips. Menu options were not the best if you are looking for a variety. Pizza was good, not amazing but good. Wings were a different story. They were left on the smoker way too long leaving them incredibly dry and tasting like charred wood. Oddfellows did not meet the expectations I had going in. Service was good but I not enough to get me back.
