"Area15, the 200,000-square-foot entertainment venue with interactive artwork, and while everything inside could be considered pretty cool, the bar Oddwood features cocktails in open area that surrounds a 25-foot-tall digital maple tree. The 2,500-square-foot bar sits in the Spine, the main corridor of the complex filled with giant pieces of art. The digital tree created by Color + Light uses more than 5,000 individually programmed LED lights that line the branches. The lights twinkle to the beat of the music." - Janna Karel

"Oddwood, highlighted by a 23-foot Japanese maple tree replete with twinkling LED lights, plans to open in 2020 with a menu of cocktails and coffee. The bar complements the look of Spine, a public corridor that runs through the center of the complex. Aside from beers and cocktails, Oddwood will serve coffee from Vesta Coffee Roasters. Oddwood does not plan to use straws and napkins. Drink tables and mini-lanterns by Hybycozo feature laser-cut designs that cast unusual geometric shadows throughout the space. A community table with room for 10 and a large center bar made from different woods and framed the digital tree round out the space." - Susan Stapleton

We had a lot of fun here after visiting Omega Mart. Really great drinks, awesome music, and really cool atmosphere. It was fun sitting in the middle of the complex and being able to see everything going on.

I'm very particular and was impressed with their spirit selection and the fact that they even have Saint George absinthe. Bartender was knowledgeable as we talked about different drinks. I did not eat food here just a drink before dinner.

Google
I’m giving it 2 stars because what bar does not give you water. I spent 60 dollars and I had to buy a bottle of water. The weirdest thing ever. I have never experienced a bar not giving you TAP water. It costs you guys nothing as we are spending lots of money at your bar. However, the dragon margarita was tasty.

Google
Funky bar inside Area 15 and outside Omega Mart. Very cool vibe and all the staff was friendly and able to help.accomodatey dietary restrictions. Ask about the secret menu of drinks.

Google
Crystal was a fantastic server at this really unique bar! The drinks were delicious and the LED tree is mesmerizing to watch. Highly recommend! (Be sure to keep an eye out for the secret menu QR codes there, it's definitely worth your time and $$)

We visited Vegas last month and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how delicious the Mexican candy margarita was. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a cocktail as delicious. I’ve tried to re-create it at home and have failed miserably would love it if the owner could share the recipe.

Google
You really can’t beat the people watching and energy of this open-concept cocktail bar. It would be a fantastic low-pressure date spot, because the conversation topics are abundant. I loved my Night Seeker, and even at $19 it felt like a deal.

Google
Excellent little bar inside Area15! A great place for drinks right in front of Omega Mart. They have a wonderful smoked lavender old fashioned, and their Mexican candy margarita was also excellent. Their gyoza was also a delicious snack before our adventure into The Source. The pork was juicy, the dumplings were fried light and crispy, and they were drowned in a delicious ponzu sauce.

Yelp
Girls weekend in Vegas! Heard fun things about "Area 15" so we took a short Uber from Bellagio. Started out at the Oddwood Tree Bar and got a fun education on spirits and tried Yoshi's Paradise Cocktail! Got us off in the right mood. Thanks Spencer! Off to the Omega Mart and realized this place has a lot to see...... we need to come back!

Yelp
Decided to enjoy some pre-concert drinks here, especially since we got a discount with our concert tix at The Portal in Area 15. All I have to say is, wow, what a mess this bar is. It was mildly busy while we were here (on a Tuesday night), but nothing crazy. There were several seats at the bar, so we snagged 2 of them. There were 4 bartenders on deck, yet it took 9 minutes for us to get anyone's attention. Once we placed our drink order, it took a full 10 minutes to receive them. When we finished those, we then waited another 17 minutes before we were able to order 2 beers to go into The Portal music venue and closed out our tab. The ridiculously slow service was unreal, especially with 4 bartenders and a bar that was only about 1/2 full. The girl serving us was at least friendly, where the 2 male bartenders were just rude. For fun, we timed other patrons wait times for service lol seemed everyone waited about 10 mins for service and another 8-14 mins to receive their drinks. Insane. The drinks themselves were okay. I had the watermelon mule which was nice & refreshing, but I honestly couldn't taste any alcohol and the cup was so jam-packed with ice, I only had about 9 sips of drink. My husband had the Autumn Old Fashion, which although had a nice overall flavor and presentation, was pretty weak in comparison with other off and on-strip bars. For $20 a piece, these small weak drinks were rather disappointing. As for atmosphere, the light tree that you sit under is pretty cool... at first. Then you realize how annoying it is. The constantly moving and color changing lights made it so difficult to read the drink menu. The lights also bounce off the reflective bar top which was honestly headache inducing. Bar stools were also quite uncomfortable. We noticed a lot of patrons standing instead, now I know why. Bummer that service sucked so much and the pricey drinks were so weak. As locals, we've been hitting up a lot of concerts in Area 15; now we know to avoid Oddwood before doors open. Discounted drinks aren't worth the hassle.

Yelp
Oddwood is visually stunning! You'll find this amazing bar located in the middle of AREA15, next to a gigantic illuminating tree. The attractive centerpiece is a 23-foot-tall Japanese maple tree that has 5,000 leaves lined with LED lights which change color and syncs with music. The bar offers a wide array of crafted cocktails including margarita, mule, old fashioned, and martini as well as seasonal cocktails. Also they have wine by the glass, draft beer, bottled beers, seltzers, michelada, mocktails, juice shots, and a nice selection of small bites. Service is friendly and welcoming! Cocktails are priced at $20, it's beautifully crafted and looks so pretty. Atmosphere is like a night club, bartenders are nice, and the place is amazing! There's a live DJ playing awesome EDM songs and fantastic remixes. It's a really cool vibe!

Yelp
If you want to catch a drink before you are doing your adventures inside Area 15, come on by to Oddwood to enjoy some alcohol. This is a pretty large bar with a huge magical tree in the middle. I sat at the bar with a few friends and just had some drinks. Tried a lot of unique ones and sometimes just the normal black-label shots. Overall it is expensive but it is nice. Service was quick and the drinks were usually coming or someone would ask if we needed another! Have no qualms with the place and their drink names are unique!

Jessica S.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this establishment following our visit to Omega Mart. The drinks were exceptional, the music was lively, and the ambiance was truly unique. It was delightful to sit in the center of the complex and take in all the sights and sounds.

Jessica S.

Yelp
The atmosphere was amazing and the specialty drinks were interesting, but they were weak and all show. The service was good, but all these "up charges" are unnecessary and a turn-off.

Leslie B.

Yelp
Oddwood is the bar in the center of the main indoor area in Area 15, right after you walking past the huge skull in the doorway. Area 15 can be a bit crowded and hectic, but so far I have been to Oddwood twice, and it is a nice reprieve from the craziness. The noticeable feature is the big fantastical tree with all lights that decorates the entire bar area. The first time we were there was almost a year ago. It was a crowded afternoon at Area 15 and we felt a bit overwhelmed. We had also wanted to spend sometimes inside, as it was over 100 degrees outside, and we had been taking part in some of the outdoor exhibits. Anyway, we were able to grab a seat at a small table. The atmosphere was great between some electronic music playing and the lights of the tree, as well as the great service. I had two dragonfruit margaritas with black sea salt, and my husband enjoyed a couple of watermelon mules. The drinks were excellent. This recent time, we were waiting for a table at The Beast, which is the restaurant next door. It wasn't crowded, at all at Oddwood. We took a seat at the bar and ordered the same drinks directly from the bartender. They were just as good as I remembered. He put them in Area 15 cups for us so that we could bring them with us to the restaurant. If I am ever at Area 15 in the future, I will definitely stop at Oddwood. Perhaps I'll try a different drink to see what else they offer... or perhaps I will have to have that delicious dragonfruit margarita.

Yelp
Absolutely love this bar! It was my second time here and definitely one of my favorite places to have some cute drinks. My second experience was even better than the first time. What makes it better is that the bartenders are super friendly and sweet. Dylan was so helpful in helping choose some new drinks to my taste and I absolutely loved it all! I'm recommending this bar to everyone for a nice hang out with friends or even for date nights. :-)

Lisa N.

Yelp
Vibe check. I'm in awe with the pretty LED lights from the trees. I grabbed a drink and waited at the bar until it was time for me to go to Omega Mart. The staff were all super friendly. Music playlist was on point. I even Shazam some of the songs. Lively spot to be at. I ordered the watermelon mule and it did not disappoint. I loved it. They have a good variety of drinks!

Yelp
Alright, buckle up for the wild ride that is Oddwood in Area 15, Vegas! Picture this: I walk into a bar that looks like the lovechild of a neon dreamscape and a fever dream. Center stage? A massive, glowing tree straight out of Avatar. I'm half-expecting fairies to start serving drinks. Enter Chelsea, the bartender extraordinaire. This woman isn't just slinging drinks; she's performing cocktail alchemy. I ask for something special, and she hands me a lavender Old Fashioned that's basically liquid gold. This drink is so smooth and fragrant, I'm pretty sure I heard a choir of angels every time I took a sip. Now, the real kicker: Chelsea not only makes the best drinks, but she also knows how to keep the party going. She let us play games with ice at the bar--think Olympic curling but with a lot more drunken enthusiasm and way less coordination. My friends and I were sliding ice cubes down the bar, aiming for cocktail napkins like they were Olympic gold medals. Steve, bless his heart, thought he was an ice-curling champion by the end of the night. We were cheering, laughing, and at one point, I'm pretty sure he proposed to his ice cube. Chelsea just kept those drinks coming and joined in the laughs, making the whole experience legendary. Oddwood is more than a bar; it's an adventure. From the epic drinks to the hilariously creative games, this place redefines a night out in Vegas. Chelsea, you're a mixology maestro and the queen of fun. Five stars for Oddwood--where reality bends, drinks dazzle, and every night is an epic tale waiting to be told.

Yelp
This was our first stop on our Area15 adventures. Drinks and small bites are available and our bartenders were super attentive. The best part about this bar is the tree that puts on a light show while you sit. Very fun to watch.

Rey L.

Yelp
2nd time to Area 15, loved the tree and came back to have a few drinks before flying home. Awesome spot, good vibes, and Chelsea was an awesome bartender keeping us entertained while we passed time. Lots to explore around, great place to hang out when you are over gambling.

Travis W.

Yelp
Don't forget to bring extra cash because with the prices on these alien drinks you're gonna need it. But it's totally worth the experience of this truly out of this world-psychedelic trip you'll have under the glowing tree. Great service. Even greater ambiance.

Apple S.

Yelp
Amazing bar and they always have cool djs playing. The staff was so friendly! Drinks are delicious however not cheap! $20 for a cocktail

Morgan A.

Yelp
Jack was such an amazing bartender! He took care of us, took particular care in our drinks, he was so Friendly and outgoing, making good recommendations along The way. He was so welcoming, we felt like we were at home. This experience was so pleasant and the drinks he made us were awesome! This place should never let go of jack! - titanic

Thuy A.

Yelp
I came here on Friday night with my fiancé and another couple. We had the experience package which comes with free drink coupons. Shout out to Mila the hostess for being friendly and nice. And thank you to Chelsea for picking up the slack from the two other unfriendly bartenders. It took us forever to get service! No one checked in with us. We had to wave down a bartender. One of them has long black hair and she just kept looking at us and giving side eye but never coming over to help. The other bartender and Chelsea looked like they were actually busy and helping other customers. We finally ordered our drinks and when they came out, I gave them the 4 drink coupons. It was then that Chelsea told us the drinks we ordered were not valid with the coupon. I said, well that would have been nice to know.. We ended up paying for the drinks even though we have drink coupons?? Kinda defeats the whole purpose of the coupons? The rude lazy bartender with the long black hair said, "you didn't ask" Ok but you see the 4 tickets on the counter?? Chelsea was nice enough to make us the 4 coupon drinks to-go Would not come back Would not recommend

Yelp
Had a great time at this bar and ordering off the secret menu. Once we got the QR code scanned (hard with the lighting) we ordered based off of the excursion we wanted. We decided to get the tokens for the arcade so ordered the Waka Waka. If you don't know about the secret menu, there is a leaf that you scan on the menu. If drink on that menu comes with some sort of Area 15 activity such as museum discounts, ice cream or tokens. Drinks are creative and the service is fast and friendly. It does come with a crowd so be prepared to wait a bit.

Josh R.

Yelp
Ive been to Oddwood a few times now and was lucky enough to have Chelsea as my bartender both times. She was very friendly and quick to answer the few questions I had, also her drinks were fantastic! Oddwood is a great bar to hangout at - the aesthetics are very pleasing and there is a natural energy that goes with everything. Cant help but love the giant tree with the ever changing leaves - such a cool concept. Beyond the great location, and the amazing staff, their food is pretty tasty too. I was surprised by how flavorful the Ahi Tuna Tacos were. The Truffle fires were also pretty good

Catherine B.

Yelp
Chelsea was incredibly friendly and really made our experience wonderful! I had the pear flavored cocktail and it was delightful.

Dennis R.

Yelp
Our Bartender was Xavier, he was awesome! Gave us a few recommendations and info on discounts for locals. We had the smoked lavender Old Fashion and the mojito mocktail both were amazing! The Ambiance of the bar was real cool being in the center of Area 15. I light up tree in the middle looks really cool but the pictures on the website made it look way better.

Ann K.

Yelp
Definitely the trippiest drinks I've ever had. We sat under the tree and enjoyed some of the seasonal cocktails. The Desert Flamingo and the Hot Girl Summer were amazing and fun. Try to scan the little QR code on the menu to unlock even more specialty drinks! The mixologists will make recommendations, put on a bit of a show and share some secrets if you ask nicely! Very cool!

Yelp
Listen, dear seekers of mystical marvels, for I have stumbled upon a hidden sanctuary amidst the bustling realm of AREA15 in Las Vegas. The bar called Oddwood, a haven of ancient enchantments, beckons those who yearn for the touch of ethereal wonders. Once I arrived, I stood in awe before a tree that resonated with the essence of a bygone era, for in the heart of this enchanted abode, this magnificent structure loomed, as if plucked from the depths of timeless tales. It stood tall and proud, a relic of primordial magic. But what truly bewitched my senses were its leaves--each one a radiant light show, illuminating the air with hues that shifted and danced, as if the very essence of enchantment flowed through their veins. The mesmerizing display of colors, dear patrons, captivated my gaze and filled my spirit with a sense of awe. With every breath, the tree's leaves transformed, painting the surroundings with a symphony of ever-changing shades. It was as if the spirits of nature were casting a spell upon the very fabric of reality, inviting us to embrace the mysteries of its world. Amidst this mystical ambiance, I found solace in the presence of the female bartenders, whose warmth and attentiveness were akin to the nurturing touch of a gentle breeze. Clad with skills that honored the ancient traditions, they embodied the grace and wisdom of those who understand the harmony between the natural, the supernatural, and beer. With their guidance, I embarked on a journey of libations that tantalized my senses and forged a deep connection to the mystical forces that course through our world. Ah, my brew served to me at the Oddwood, my friends, was not merely a light beer, but an elixir imbued with cold and magical properties. With each sip, the essence of otherworldly craftsmanship kissed my lips, rejuvenating both body and spirit. Its flavors danced upon my tongue, igniting a sense of wonder and kinship with the spirits that dwell in the realms beyond. Throughout my time within the mystical embrace of Oddwood, I was ensconced in an aura of enchantment that transcended the mundane. The tree's mesmerizing display, the kindness of the lady barkeeps, and the cold, magical beer all converged to create an experience that wove threads of wonder into the tapestry of my soul. I beseech you, fellow travelers on the path of discovery, to embark upon a pilgrimage to this extraordinary sanctuary. Let the ancient relic of the tree cast its spell upon you, while the nurturing souls behind the bar guide you through a symphony of flavors and emotions. Within the embrace of the Oddwood, the boundaries between realms blur, allowing us to glimpse the true magic that lies within. May each leaf's luminous dance captivate your senses, and may the bartenders envelop you in their gracious care. As you savor the cold, magical elixirs, let the essence of the Otherworld infuse your being, awakening the dormant magic that resides within. Embrace the allure of the Oddwood bar, dear kindred spirits, and embark on a journey that shall echo through the ages, for it is here that the ancient and the modern coalesce, granting us a glimpse into the realms of timeless wonder.

Yelp
Located at the center, inside Area15. You cannot miss it as the bar sits under a big lighted tree. Let me get to the drinks though... lol! I got the Pineapple Mojito, which was delicious and gave me a nice light buzz! Overflow got the Bonnie and Clyde- Single Malt Scotch, D"uses VSOP Cognac, Blood Orange, Lemon, Cherry Bitters served inside a vault with smoke aromas AND an edible $100 bill y'all!

Kelly S.

Yelp
So... I love this bar's vibe. The tree is awesome and changes color throughout the evening. The bartenders are tentative (but I haven't really tried this place during the super busy hours). They have creative drinks... but it is a tourist trap so you will pay for them. They only have bottles of water which are also expensive but do come in an aluminum branded reusable bottle. Anytime I'm at Area 15, I definitely have a cocktail here and enjoy watching the tree change and the crowds walking around.

Caroline N.

Yelp
Stopped in after our visit to Omega Mart, loved the vibes! We ordered the smoked lavender old fashioned and the Smoke & Berries and both drinks were so complex and delightful. Our bartender was DAISY, and we loved chatting with her. She gave us some GREAT recommendations for other bars and lounges to hit on our whirlwind Vegas Vacation. We will definitely be back!

Justin K.

Yelp
Such a cool bar in the center of Area 15! There's a gorgeous mechanical tree whose leaves changes colors constantly and is quite the captivating spectacle. Perfect place to hang out while my group was waiting for our Omega Mart slot. The specialty cocktail selection was perfect for my tastes. Staff was friendly and service was efficient. Such a unique bar! I would recommend getting a drink here while taking in the experience of Area 15.

Shar S.

Yelp
Honestly, not my favorite bar in Las Vegas, lol. A lot is left to be desired when it comes to friendliness and customer service. As a local, there are TONS more friendlier places to drink. We eventually exercised that freedom. I don't mind paying a bit for a well-made drink; it's the vibe that's the drag here. My friend and I came here last weekend after exploring at Omega Mart and playing in the arcade for a while. We sat at the bar, but were never greeted or served. 10 minutes later, we left Area15 all together and just went to another bar to drink. And this isn't a one-off incident; it has happened to me at least once before, if not twice. But third time's a charm, you won't ever catch me gracing this bar again, lol. Best of luck to them, though!

Charlie T.

Yelp
Cool bar that you can't miss when inside of Area 15. They have a pleasant environment and decor set up. We had a couple of drinks while figuring out what we wanted to do.

Annabelle R.

Yelp
This is a pretty typical bar inside Area15, with some cool specialty cocktails on the menu, that unfortunately are overpriced for what you get. But I guess that's expected here in Vegas. The setting is lovely with great decor and lighting creating a magical environment, the tree at the center of the bar creating an umbrella of beautiful leaves with changing lights. I got the Seductress, and it was pretty good, not too sweet, great flavor, but didn't really feel $20 good, so the value isn't quite there IMO. Overall, this is a cool bar, with creative cocktails and the DJ playing tunes right next to you. So it's a good option to have at Area15 if looking for some good drinks and efficient service.

Sarah S.

Yelp
Incredibly cool bar experience! Located inside of Area 15, you'll get all the neon lights you could hope for inside this spot. The changing lights tree is the centerpiece of the bar and truly the main draw here. We checked in with the front staff who was very friendly, as was our server. My only gripe is the chairs are terrible, it was very uncomfortable. They have a very good selection of beer and cocktails, and I was happy to see two mocktails on the menu. My friend and I each had one ($13 each) and did not feel judged for not getting liquor. I wish they had more mocktail options and a bit more bougie & pretty options. That being said, the Ginger Cooler was delish! I think going to Oddwood is very unique experience and would definitely go by again with friends!

Kiana D.

Yelp
I find Area 15 slightly overstimulating, but this has got to be the best bar to sit at and relax. I had asked an employee which one of their bars he recommended most and he told me this one, so I had to check it out. Located under the giant tree in the middle of Area 15, this bar's specialty cocktail menu has some great twists on all your favorites. I ordered one of their seasonal drinks, but I think I'm going to have to come back to try the Mexican Candy Margarita. Their drinks are a little pricy at $20 each, but totally worth it for a treat. Rumor has it there's a secret menu hidden in a QR code in the bar - see if you can find it! We sat at the bar and staff was super friendly and attentive. This is a perfect spot to people watch and the tree changes colors with the music that's playing which is absolutely mesmerizing. Beware that they don't serve food, but there are other food options close by within Area 15!

Rick K.

Yelp
Stopped here after a visit to the Mega Mart (that was cool) Went into the bar, was a big to do with ID check (I'm 60) and stamping my wrist - Oddwood really has no where to sit - a few tables all with reserve signs. The Bartenders are super friendly (Rebecca was Great) drinks are strong but expensive. The girls checking ID when you enter were not at all friendly or nice and in fact quite rude. Was trying to sit for a few minutes at a reserved table - I mentioned i would get up once the party arrives and was basically told I would be unable to do that. To top it off, no one showed up at the table while I had two drinks. Great Customer Service. -

Sofia S.

Yelp
This is a super cute bar in the middle of the Meow Wolf AREA 15 complex. The tree is illuminated and makes for the most beautiful pictures. Oddwood does not have a cover charge. Most of the tables are high up and wouldn't be great for a wheelchair user. The stools are round wood tops with thin metal legs; sitting in them if you are a person of size could be precarious and uncomfortable. The bar is a square that surrounds the light-up tree in the middle and it is possible to drink there as well (same stools)

Kayla R.

Yelp
A craft cocktail in the coolest setting?! Sign me upppp! I've been missing the you know what out of this for the past year! This bar is located inside Area 15. Right now with covid, you do have to have a "general admission" ticket to get into Area 15. The GM tickets are free, but do have a certain time for you to be able to enter. I think ours was 4pm to 10pm which was definitely more than enough time. We came kinda late on a Friday night but still had to wait in line to get into the bar area. It goes pretty quickly though as people were definitely coming and going. They also had a QR code you could scan while you were waiting in line to check out their menu. The LED tree is literally one of the most incredible things I have ever seen. It's the center of the bar. I really wanted to sit around the bar, but we ended up getting seated at a table. It was still so cool to watch. The tree lit up like magic to the music, which basically made you feel like you were at EDM or inside a cool Vegas nightclub. Doesn't make for pretty photos but the experience and ambiance is legit. Our server was great and came around quite a bit. She was super attentive. I ended up ordering the margarita and my husband got the Old Fashioned. Both cocktails were so delicious we ended up ordering another round for each of us. The glass the margarita was served in was straight up #goalz. The prices of the cocktails definitely are Vegas Strip prices, so heads up to the locals here, you'll definitely pay a little more. But again, I love a good craft cocktail, so it doesn't bother me in the slightest. Seriously, can't wait to come back here again. I hear that margarita calling my name...

Lexii G.

Yelp
Jeremy, Leah and Ivan made this place so awesome The vibes are absolutely ridiculous. They really are attentive and they're just absolutely gorgeous. All three of them male and Female it's a vibe P.S. Ivan is managing the fuck out of area 15

Amber G.

Yelp
Really busy, because it's so awesome so that was to be expected. Very cool atmosphere which is exactly why we went. Got drinks, which tasted very good and wasn't too weak like some bars which I appreciated. Wish I could have stayed longer to explore some more beverage options. Presentation was 10/10.

Alizen R.

Yelp
Oddwood is a neat little bar inside Area 15 and nestled right in the middle of the action. They feature a small menu of various cocktails and appetizers and you can sit either at the bar top or in a small table. The boyfriend and I came on a very slow November evening, which made it perfect because we wanted to enjoy the night while still social distancing. Masks are required when you are not drinking or eating at all times like most establishments are at this time. I can't recall the name of the drinks that we got but I do remember mine had elderflower in it and was absolutely delicious so I recommend it. The boyfriend got an old fashioned which was a bit too strong for his liking but if you're into that cocktail, I'm sure it would have been a good one. Drinks were only about $15 which is still fairly low in comparison to the strip. I plan to return here in the future to see what other concoctions they come up with and to try some of their eats as well. (64/100--2020)

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Mike is best in class! We will be back just for him! His service was exceptional and made our experience special.

Sara R.

Yelp
This bar was so cool! Went here before checking out one of the other exhibits at Area15 and the vibe was perfect! All of the bartenders were so nice and attentive, great to chat with as well. The drinks were delicious, too! My friends and I had bought the Fiasco Cluster Cocktail Experience (paired with Museum Fiasco) so we got the Fiasco Cocktail. This drink came in a sick light up cup; drinking it under the Oddwood bar tree was a fun experience especially with people flying above us on the zipline/hanger thing they had going on. Was a very different way to experience a bar for sure, and I'll definitely be going back.

Yelp
Located inside of Area 15 in Las Vegas, Oddwood is named for an object from The Burning Man Festival and apparently, is a replica of a tree used there with the leaves being LED lights which respond to the music as a centerpiece of this roped off bar area. A centerpiece in a few ways, the owner also owns downtown bar commonwealth and its speakeasy The Laundry (named for its location as the laundry rooms for the first hotel in downtown Las Vegas whose laundry facility was across the road). This is a long-winded way of saying the cocktail program is excellent and being updated in coming weeks. Whilst it might seem a little out of the way for a cocktail, it is perhaps closer to the strip than commonwealth in downtown (roadworks were underway linked to the new Hilton Resorts World project making it a 20 min transfer from the strip). We tried a few cocktails and must say their interpretation of the Old Fashioned using Chocolate bitters from New Orleans was quite original and one of the best drinks I have had on this trip. The Marguerita was also very well executed.

Yelp
My girlfriend brought me to Area 15 for my birthday. We explored for awhile and had cocktails here before heading into Meow Wolf. The design of the bar is awesome with this huge LED/Fiberoptic tree. The service was polite and friendly and the cocktails were beautifully presented and tasted great. The only con, this would have been a 5 star review, was out of the 3 bartenders only 1 was properly wearing a mask (now I'm not big on masks, but it's the governor's mandate). The pretty young woman who served us our drinks was the only one. 1 male bartender had his mask around his neck for the entire hour that we sat at the bar and the other male bartender's mask was not covering his nose the entire time.

Yelp
We came here today to see the famous omega mart. We stopped in to get a drink and enjoyed a few of the specialty cocktails. Absolutely delicious. We decided that the drinks were so good we had to go back and try some other cocktails. Our bartender, Brittagna, was super sweet and honestly made the best drink I've had in years. I felt bad for her cuz some lady was giving her a hard time cuz the bar was busy and the woman didn't feel like she was serviced quickly enough... patience is a virtue lady! There just isn't a good enough excuse to be rude to people in the service industry. Period. Brittagna took the insults and threats w Grace and helped the lady in a kind manner. Definitely try the watermelon mule, the pineapple cocktail, and the ghost in the wood one. Love the ambiance.

Yelp
Absolutely not. Never again. The staff were friendly enough, which is why it's two stars instead of one. The tree is super cute, but no. There's literally not a thing special about their drinks. No presentation, no flavor. The $17 margarita glass was so small, which ended up being a blessing in disguise because it was so gross. Absolutely no fault of the bartender's, though. I honestly think the recipe just didn't hit for me. We each had literally one drink, and our bill came out to close to $80. I know it's Vegas, but dang, it's early afternoon on a Monday! LOL yeah, you can skip this place. You aren't getting anything special.

Yelp
Jack and his Smokey Ol'Fashion was the best we have had and that says a lot since we purposely tour around Vegas bars to find great ones! He's fun! He's talented behind a bar! Recommend 11/10 5+ STARS christi

Yelp
I absolutely love this bar. As a Vegas local, it's easy to come here and enjoy the whole atmosphere of Area 15, and I'm always drawn the unique LED tree that is the vision of Oddwood. Greeted by a friendly face, you have the option of bar top seating or a cozy table top. The signature cocktails (the Yerba Santa is my fav) and the service, combined with the experience of the live DJ, is unmatched. Their food menu is from The Beast by Todd English, which never disappoints. In fact, the chicken sliders are my guilty pleasure. *Alternatively, they have the Sanctuary, which is a lounge-type seating area where they serve all ages* There's a reason I continue to come back to Oddwood. You don't come across a place like this anywhere else.
