Odin Apartments

My partner and I recently moved into Odin, and it has been a phenomenal experience thus far. Excellent location, everyone has been extremely nice, and the Odin team did an excellent job with communicating, rolling through the different options we had and being flexible. Casey was great! Will edit with my experience as time goes. Updating: After 5 months living here, it has been excellent. The service team is outstanding, and spaces are kept clean. The units are a bit older but are well-maintained for the most part. Phenomenal location.

The Odin Apartments are some of the best in Seattle. They have every amenity you could want, are walking distance to everything in Ballard, and have a great and understatedly stylish design. Special shoutout to Ashley P. who has been very pleasant and accommodating with going the extra mile to help throughout my move! :)

Been here at Odin for a year now, and I absolutely love it. It’s quiet, close to all good restaurants / coffee shops. Pet friendly, my dog maverick loves it and has met many friends. The amenities are super nice, especially the rooftop with couches and grills. Lounge is spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends or to work from home. Leasing team is great. Tara, Lexi and Yvette are super nice and helpful. The entire process (tour, initial application, renewal process (yes I renewed my lease)), was smooth. They’re all very responsive to any questions / concerns I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Stephanie and her staff are wonderful. Jacki, Mischa, and the rest who I haven't yet met do their best to make every aspect of getting you moved in with smooth efficiency. Their presence helped make a potentially difficult day as easy as possible. I love my new place, the beautiful common areas, the workout room, the lounge. My apartment is well appointed, secure, and quiet when I need it to be, and yet close to all the things I want in a vibrant community. Ballard has completely changed since I used to visit my mom's place a few blocks off of Market St., it's a whole new world. I'm thrilled to get reacquainted with the nearby shops and frequent the Ballard Farmer's Market. I've been there a week unpacking boxes bit by bit, and there's much to explore. The neighborhood people I've ran into so far seem happy, and there's a great mix of all ages. Plus I love that I still get to see the dogs in the hallway but the units are so well insulated I can't hear any barking (or other noises) once I'm inside. Thanks again Odin staff for your part in providing me a wonderful new home.

I lived in this place for 2 years. I have only great things to say about this building complex. 1) the apartments are of great quality and the prices are very competitive 2) every time there was an issue with the apartment or appliances (like is normal) I would get support within two hours of it happening 3) the staff are very helpful. Laquala was great when I moved in and in the later part of my stay Casey and Mahala were great. For example they started to create new activities (like a pinpong tournament) to create a better community in which I made new friends 4) the amenities are great and are well maintained. The gym is amazing, the lounge in the roof with a great view. If it wasn't for the fact that I had to move due to work I would have stayed here even longer.

The staff that works at Odin is awesome! The leasing team is attentive, responsive and super nice to work with. They keep us very well informed through monthly bulletins, they're open to feedback and have implemented solutions requested by their tenants (specially with dropping Fetch and now setting a package delivery room). The maintenance team is super responsive, they pay attention to the requests sent their way and I have not seen a time they don't address my requests. Living here has been a great choice for me! It's close to supermarkets, bus stations, nice restaurants and bars.

Went on several apartment tours in one day and my husband and I loved Odin. It ended up being a close second to the apartment community we ended up choosing instead (which is also an Equity residential property and very well-managed) but I had to leave a review for front desk staff LaQuala who was so friendly, energetic, professional, and helpful in getting us started on our self-guided tour and answering the questions we had that came up along the way! We loved out tour, the building was really nice and clearly well-kept, and the view from the rooftop was the best we saw that day. Our current home won out based on a couple of amenities for our personal needs, but Odin came quite close and the staff was awesome.

Moving into Odin Apartments has been a seamless, amazing experience. The team was so helpful and responsive in the application process, and welcoming since I've moved in. I have been here two weeks now. Great location in Ballard and the apartments are so clean and updated. No complaints here!
