Michael is amazing! He was able to quickly dispatch about a dozen miscellaneous projects that had been bugging us at our property and were beyond our ability to fix ourselves, including several problems with doors, a table that was the wrong height, a clanging exterior gate, replacing the wheels on a cart, and several maintenance issues in our bathrooms. He was incredibly professional, organized, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with: I always knew the status and plan for each project, and it just felt fun to brainstorm options with him about how to fix something in an economic and functional way. He uses his time well and thus everything he worked on felt like great value; I'll be using him for all of our future small repairs, and only wish I'd found him a couple years ago, as some of our accumulated issues that he took care of were about that old.
