"Bonez Brothers BBQ, a new restaurant in Quincy, will open in two weeks. The menu will heavily feature alligator dishes such as smoky alligator sausage, alligator tail, and alligator fritters, along with other barbecue items like slow-smoked baby back ribs, beef brisket, and pulled pork. For dessert, they will offer deep-fried key lime cheesecake. Owner Todd Noon, who has experience from Michelbob’s in Naples, Florida, will also showcase a signature menu item called 'love in a cup,' which includes layers of pulled pork, barbecue sauce, collard greens, beans, and coleslaw in a 16-ounce solo cup, topped with a pickle and more barbecue sauce." - Dana Hatic

Google
This is my first ever 2 star review, and please consider it constructive criticism. So full disclosure, I ate at the bogus ghost location in Fort Myers that you can’t even review because it’s in another Restaurant called Pelican Larry’s. I found it on Apple Maps as I was driving through and was very confused when I drove up. I had to clarify I was in the right spot. Then the girl who took my order didn’t write anything down and lo and behold got my order wrong. I’ll give her credit for correcting it with no issue. I ordered brisket and pork with beans, Mac n cheese, and Cole slaw for sides. I subbed garlic toast for the corn bread. She was hesitant to sub them at first, but when I pointed out they were the same price, she agreed. The mistake was they sent ribs instead of the pork, but as noted she brought the pork. The beans were 5 star, the best part of the meal. The brisket was 3 stars, everything else was 2 stars outside of the mac n cheese that was barely 1 star. The meats presented well, but tasted dry and old to me. Looking back at the pictures, they do look dry and iridescent. The pork was greasy and in some kind of sloppy sauce. The Cole slaw had some flavor and the Mac n cheese had no flavor. Yes, I said that correct in there was no flavor. Oh, and the bread was very greasy. I burped up the greasy meat taste for the whole hour drive to my hotel. Still burping. It’s sad to think this is what some people know as proper BBQ. I’m sure you have good intentions, but for the sake of your name and reputation, you might need to reconsider that location. Your normal location might be much better, but just be glad I gave you 2 stars.

Google
Only one server covering the shift. She did phenomenal juggling all the tables by herself. The ribs were a bit dry, but still very tasty. Lots of BBQ options but tasted the best without any sauce on it. Baked beans were a runny and had a too much liquid. But taste wise, was very good. The fries were good, and fresh out of the fryer (fries not in the picture because they came out separate). I liked the atmosphere and decor inside. Outdoor seating was available.

Google
My experience at Off the Bone BBQ was generally positive, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The restaurant delivered on many fronts, offering a pleasant atmosphere and overall good food. We opted for the ribs, and while the flavor was commendable, there was a slight hiccup with the texture. The ribs were a tad dry, and the deep outside charring, although providing a smoky flavor, contributed to the dryness. Despite this minor setback, the meal was decent. The sides, including the coleslaw and baked beans, were flavorful and complemented the main course well. The variety on the menu showcased a commitment to traditional BBQ fare, and the generous portions ensured we left with satisfied appetites. The staff at Off the Bone BBQ deserves praise for their friendly and efficient service. They were attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall positive dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, creating a relaxed setting that enhanced our meal. Off the Bone BBQ, with its strengths in flavor and atmosphere, is a solid choice for those craving classic barbecue dishes. While the dryness of the ribs was a minor drawback, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, making it a restaurant worth considering for anyone seeking a satisfying BBQ meal.

The food was old & not hot at all. I should have known how fast it had come out after the order. My pregnant wife craving BBQ. I had to hear about this horrible choice of mine the entire grocery shopping trip, and incontinence on the ride home. 🙃 The price point didn't match its quality. Don't know if I'll return to treat someone. I'll be embarrassed 😕 with anyone. The Brisket and beans were good.

Google
First time here and walked in and greeted right away. Was not too busy and the service was 5 stars. Got served right away and very large plat of food. My daughter got chicken and fries and the fries were unique and the chicken was excellent with a large amount to eat. We got the brisket with bbq beans and Mac n cheese. The whole meal was top notch and the service outstanding. I have another favorite place to go.

I am always sharing new places to help small businesses and try to still a nice shot for you guys. I am giving 5 stars to this business: the food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is very cute. I am impressed with the quality of food (corn bread and real mash potatoes) please try it!The whole place smells pleasant (smokie) The portions are very generous side. I am very happy and no regrets whatsoever.

Google
I hate to give reviews like this but was not impressed. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the buns were cold like if they had just been pulled out of the plastic bag. My husband ordered a full rack of ribs and it was more like a half a rack and sadly the ribs were over cooked and barely had any meat on them, meat was hard. Wish I would have taken a picture of the ribs but I was so disappointed that I didn’t even think about it. Even though the food was not good the service was actually very good. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The reason I give 4 stars was for the service.

Google
The food was decent. The brisket had too much fat. The Brussel sprouts were awesome. And the bread pudding is fantastic! Service was slow and unattentive.

Darrin B.

Yelp
My brisket sandwich was so tasty and piled high. Loved the other different sauces that you can try. The staff was friendly and very on top of everything.

Terri G.

Yelp
We stopped by for lunch, because hubs is always on the lookout for the next good BBQ place. The service was good and I tried their version of a sloppy Joe. The sandwich was barely warm, although the fries were good, thin sliced potatoes with a crispy crust. Hubs liked his pulled pork sandwich and slaw, and he also had good things to say about the fries. Disappointing as the lukewarm sandwich was, they offer a variety of sandwiches and BBQ platters. You can customize these to your liking by the variety of sauces they have at each table. They have good sweet tea, which is always a plus for a BBQ restaurant. We will stop by again.

Yelp
Been eating here for years, great food! We get the 5$ meal. Everything was good until my mother called the other day asked for the deal thing and said we would pick it up. The lady said no. My brother was already on the way and went in and asked for 4 of those deals. The lady said no again because she probably knew that he must be the child. My brother said "well what if I eat it in here then if I don't finish it I will bring it home." The lady said whatever but then called him broke! The lady asked if he wanted a side, because it would cost more money, she said, "what u need to call ur mommy and ask for 8$ cause ur to broke!" Never again coming back, the customer service is horrible. Only one person there. Plus he was the only one there!

Lorraine S.

Yelp
Great place gorgeous great barbecue. Dine in or delivery on line through door dash. Best ribs around. Nice sides. Highly recommended

Mark R.

Yelp
Pulled pork was very dry. Side salad was boring and lacked much besides lettuce and a few tomatoes. Beans were supposed to be beans and brisket, however tasted canned. Chef came out to the bar and made himself a cocktail and walked back to the kitchen. There was only one waitress and a bartender. Overall, this place could use an overhaul, especially to keep up with restaurants in Naples.

Carlos R.

Yelp
My wife and I truly enjoyed this place. We both had the ribs and sides. Service was excellent and friendly. We found out the kitchen was under new management. If you had been here before and became disappointed, I think it's worth another look. 8/18/24. Great location within the area and looked like a true BBQ atmosphere. Going back soon.

Matt P.

Yelp
The brisket was delicious. It has a great smoke flavor and was so juicy. The fries had a great flavor with a crunch outside and soft inside. Cheese gritz were very cheesy just how I like them. Texas toast was super buttery and had a nice crunch. I tried my wife's pulled pork and it was a little dry. Slathered some of their Jack Daniels sauce on it to fix that. Only real complaint is the flies. I had to constantly sweat them while I was eating. There were about four constantly coming by. Maybe hang some fly strips out at night to catch them.

Marci N.

Yelp
Super cute inside , staff was really nice. Greeted and sat immediately . They have St Louis ribs no baby backs. Mashed potatoes are there specialty and you can get the loaded with bacon and cheese. Great place for families .Lots of TVs with sports so it's like a sports bar without all the noise. Country music is softly playing while you dine. Tables have barbecue sauces you can try on your meal. Lots of paper towels for messy eaters because ribs are never neat. My ribs were great, loved the baked beans with brisket, the Texas toast was delicious. The mashed potatoes were a little dry. Our server Brendan was very attentive. Got to say this was a win for me. I would also have to say Brendan was probably the most polite server I have ever had . Definitely will go back when in Naples based on my first experience here.

Adam A.

Yelp
Cool place with great outside seating but the food wasn't all that great and was frankly rather pricey. $5 for a tiny side of garlic mashed potatoes? Very disappointing.

Michelle L.

Yelp
Ordered the Jesse sandwich and got Microwaved chewy chicken breast, no smoke or charbroil flavor, no onion straws, i teaspoon of slaw and sauce I asked for on the side. But the fries were good? One waitress, super sweet, but in the weeds with carry out and 2 tables. I dunno ... was here last year and it was good. This time was just really off. A bit pricy too.

Yelp
Food was meh at best. Flavorless and unexciting. If you run a BBQ place, you should have something special to your flavor not some generic chili's style run of the mill stuff. Even the max n cheese was mushy and without flavor. The highlight though is the staff. Extremely friendly and attentive. They constantly check on you and keep your a glasses full. Sad the food doesn't match how good the people are. The atmosphere is well presented and has an industrial flair. Good place to ride up on a motorcycle or classic car for some lunch... probably won't go back though unless I start hearing something positive about the food.

Yelp
We went on quiet Monday night. The staff was very friendly and we were helped right away. We started with drinks. I ordered a not your mom's sweet tea. I found it very refreshing and I liked that it had a hint of peach. For food I order the 1/2 chicken and gravy. The chicken had a nice smokiness to it and I really enjoyed their jack Daniel's sauce and the Carolina sauce. The gravy I found to be very lacking. It was suppose to be a gravy infused with bbq sauce and it just tasted like gravy from a mix. I think next time I would have just gotten the pulled chicken and skipped the gravy. The sides we went were the seasoned dippers and cheesy grits. My southern boyfriend approved of the grits which I'd say was a pretty good compliment. The dippers had great potential but they just didn't taste fresh. I felt that way about a couple of the items. They were good but just didn't seem hot and fresh. I almost wonder if it was because it was a slow night? I would definitely give them a try again.

Tiffany D.

Yelp
Stopped here for father's day because my husband loves barbecue!!! I ordered the sampler because I love to try everything. It had brisket, chicken, pulled pork and ribs. I also got brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese. The meat came out lukewarm so I took away a star. Everything was good. We ordered the bread pudding which was buttery, decadent, and warm. The other issue that it was full of flies. Both issues can be easily fixed and this could be five stars!

John K.

Yelp
Tried it a few times because it close. Can't see going back, food is maybe average. It has a fast food feel to it. Not a lot of options for BBQ so wish it was better.

Susan M.

Yelp
Place was decent. Great lunch special pricing. Service was good. Not a huge barbecue person. Fries were excellent - fried slices of potato with salt and pepper. I had the taco special for $6. One pulled pork, one brisket, and one pulled chicken. It was ok. Not the best I've ever had. It was ok. Others in my party loved it. You decide.

Amy H.

Yelp
We did NOT have a good experience here. We first went inside where there was a sign that said to seat yourself and the girl told us they would bring us menus. Well after sitting outside for 5 minutes no one came. I went inside again and asked for menus and a guy said it was a full service restaurant and he was sorry he didn't see us sitting outside. We ordered and when our food arrived it looked very skimpy. The sandwich was supposed to come with coleslaw and onion strings, both on top of the sandwich. It had less than a tablespoon of coleslaw on it and 3 little onion straws. I had ordered the fries as a side and they were forgotten. Another order was the quesadilla and it was supposed to come with sour cream, which it did not. We asked for a second empty plate so we could share items and they brought us a dirty plate!!! I mean, do you not even look at the only thing in your hand when walking out?! We searched outside at one of the 12 outdoor tables for some bbq sauce bottles that had any sauce in it and weren't dirty. But of all the bottles on the tabletops outside, they were all practically empty and all were dirty with flies all over them (see photo). While people stood around inside you would think they would be cleaning and refilling those sauce bottles. We never were offered drink refills either. We will not be returned to this restaurant.

Yelp
Off the Bone is somewhat new to the Naples area. They serve all the usual items for a BBQ place. The place was not busy when we came in (during a heavy rain storm). We were seated promptly and the server gave us menus and took our drink order. I knew what I wanted but Mrs. K. was just not so sure. She went with pulled pork. I went with the St. Louis style ribs. Mrs. K. enjoyed the sandwich and had to take a lot of it home it was so filling. I am from St. Louis, does this make me a St. Louis Style rib expert. Well yes it does. It was the only rib I ever ate until the current baby back rib craze started. I like my ribs served with the sauce cooked in. I am in a minority on this point. I tried all the sauces that were available. I did not enjoy nor like any sauce that was served. The dry rub they use was not heavy on the cumin which really was a very positive thing. Cumin can dominate a dry rub and a lot of places put too much. I ordered as a side the potato salad and since you get two sides I ordered a second potato salad. I really had no room for either as the ribs filled me up. I would be happy to come back again.

Brad V.

Yelp
This place is great. Ribs - 4.5 Chicken - 4.5 Brisket - 5.0 Service is good but they need more help

Rob G.

Yelp
Food quality has taken a big dive, bought a full rack planning for leftovers, ate 2 bones and had the server take it away, he did, picked them up without a word, like he throws full racks away every day, absolutely the worst ribs ever.

Linda K.

Yelp
Food was really tasty. We both had the 3 taco special(lunch) $6.00/person plus slaw side. Great service. Not many people. Quick service and friendly. Will go back

Marcy M.

Yelp
This place has The best pulled pork on Texas toast!!!! It was so good !! Service was fast Too

Ana B.

Yelp
Do yourselves a favor, save your money and time and avoid this place. I decided to play a game of Russian Roulette and try this place out without reading the reviews, and I lost $40 down the drain doing it. The reason I'm giving it two stars, is because the two girls that waited on us today July 28, 2021 at 2pm we're actually nice and tried to be accommodating. Whom ever is cooking in the back however, is doing a horrific job. The dry rub they're using is more like a VERY DRY char burned charcoal rub. I ordered a full rack with the pulled pork. I promise you I'm not exaggerating, our waitress even noticed it...the Meat on the ribs were so dry I couldn't even chew or swallow it. (Please look at the pictures attached) The mac & cheese was also super dry and mushy. What I did eat, got my stomach sick. It's no wonder they were only two other tables with people when we got there. The strip mall it's located at was super busy but this restaurant was empty. Now I know why. The name of the restaurant should be changed to Super Dry Char Burnt Ribs instead. They were definitely not fall off the bone at all!!! As a matter of fact my throat is still irritated from trying to swallow it. That's how dry it was! If this restaurant continues in this way, I don't foresee it staying in business that much longer. We most definitely will not ever go back. Hope that $40 they took from us goes a long way for them.

Yvonne M.

Yelp
Food is ok. Unless you can get a booth chairs just too uncomfortable to sit in. Not a place I would rush to. Ribs dried out.

Sparks P.

Yelp
Just came from this place ! I tell ya this was a waste of time and money. Staff was friendly and prompt service was quick but thats where it ended for us . First off i will not be going back ever . We ordered the meat sampler, ribs were horrible not smokey very dry with no flavor. It actually tasted like gas/propane pulled chicken/pork weren't edible in my opinion, I couldn't even swallow it thats how bad i found it to be , very bland , dry, and definitely wasn't pulled but shredded. The Brisket was ok moist a bit of flavor but no smoke ring to it . The sides i mean how can you mess up mashed potatoes and mac&cheese like how ? Mashed potatoes came dry chalky bland without any gravy to go with it. I asked for gravy and got this tiny plastic shot glass type container with a minute amount of gravy mind you we all had ordered mashed potatoes for our sides . The mac and cheese you would think the cheese alone would hive it enough flavor but no ! Ive never had such bad mac $ cheese in my life especially not from a restaurant where you are paying top dollars! I just don't understand how can someone think they are serving such great food ! Owner came over after we denied any to go boxes with a lost look on his face .l was like are you serious how do you mess up mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. And not to mention your meats are horrible dry bland not fresh i was sooo disappointed i am still disappointed that we had to pay a penny for the food ! If we didn't have to pay anything I would still be disappointed cause it's not the money ill pay anything for good food but this was Trash Basura . The owner of this place needs to rethink his flavors and quality control for freshness for sure ughh ! Very disappointed in you BROTHER ... The 2 stars are for the servers and lemonade ‍. You did it to us

Neal B.

Yelp
We were looking for BBQ after a day at the range. By chance stopped at Off The Bone. Our beer tender Colby was awesome. Great service and great BBQ

Sam G.

Yelp
Went there sat down and waited 25 minutes and no came to our table to attend. So we left. Service is awful. Would not return there again.

Dennis O.

Yelp
It is very hard for me to give this review to this place because I am such a fan of their BBQ. I had ordered online through door dash pick up for my girlfriend and I. It was her first time having this food and I really wanted to share this food experience with her. We both walk in at the time our order is ready to be picked up and the manager on duty immediately tells us that they are on a 15-20 minute wait. After some time, I was able to get her attention that we were here for pick up. She asked for the order name and stated that the order was not rang in and will start it immediately. After some time passing a To Go order come out of the kitchen and she asks again for my order name, looks at the bag and tells me that the wrong order was rang in and our order has yet to be started. We wait a second time around for our food. I think she believed that my girlfriend and I are both delivering this food because when we finally get our order, the manager fills a container with multiple sauces and tells us, "the person who ordered this food is getting all of the sauces". I tell her, "mam, this is our food.." We left the restaurant paying full price, leaving a 20% tip and enjoyed the rest of our evening with some delicious BBQ that my girlfriend now loves. I understand the chaotic nature of operating a restaurant, cause I manage a restaurant myself and I couldn't help to notice the missed opportunities in this interaction that could have changed the end result of this. I hope that the Information from this interaction gets to the right people so it can be used as an example to learn from. I really do love the quality of food, the food is a strong 4 star, because of it being pricey. I had to go with 2 stars just because of the interaction with the staff and how poorly this situation was handled. "The food in your restaurant may attract your guests, but it's the people that work in your restaurant that keeps the guests coming back. "

Barb R.

Yelp
We are picky barbecue people from Kansas City. This place us spot on! We had a nice chat at the end if our meal with the chef manager. He was receptive to just a few simple tweaks and is passionate about his products and service. He also got to all or most of the tables and engaged in conversation wanting genuine feedback. We ordered in rableside service and all was fine there. Everything was excellent. The ribs I'm still dreaming about a few days later. The BEST rub ever! Smokevwas just right and that rub! Who needs sauce? I'm a sauce girl and needed none really. But did try 3 of the 4. Don't bother with Jack Daniel's it was like BBQ syrup. But Texas and Honey bbq were excellent. The Texas a bit spicy but I'd say mild. The honey BBQ sauce a perfect blend of sweet and smoke. Brisket was excellent. My hubs loved it. There was a spice in the rub I didn't care for but smoked to perfection. Maybe thyme... we neither one like much thyme if any on anything. Sides were plentiful and good portions. Fries were blah. We like fresh cut think Pinchers, Texas Tony's or Five Guys). The only disappointment. The bread was too soaked w garlic butter but that's am easy fix. Just tell them light on garlic butter. The Brussel sprouts were excellent cooked just the way I like it. Crispy edges just right texture inside not mush but not raw. Baked beans are the best in the area. Not to thick or thin not to bbq saucy. But smoked meat chunks and just sweet enough. Mac and cheese my hubs said was a bit smokey and all the creamy cheese you'd expect from a great dining venue. Corn muffins are really nice as well. We liked drink selections although we r coke ppl (they offer Pepsi products). We usually drink iced tea which was excellent. Not crap from a soda fountain or mix! Did I say how good the ribs were? PS only needed half rack they were very meaty! Dessert looked awesome but didn't indulge. All we can say is this is THE BEST BBQ in SWFL! HANDS UP doing a happy dance!

Devin B.

Yelp
Our server Stephen was fantastic !! He was the only one on the floor on 4th of July & you wouldn't know it based off of his service , he was attentive , gave great recommendations & was memorable. The food was really good but would return for the dining experience overall.

Julie H.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD!! I ordered the pulled pork, brisket baked beans and loaded garlic mashed potatoes that came with a hot cheesy sauce and bacon!!! They have a variety of bbq sauces, they were all delicious!! The wait staff worked as a team to provide great service!!

Erik K.

Yelp
Stumbled across this place in Jan 2021 while waiting for a reservation at a nearby restaurant and decided that this was far better. The ribs are simply astounding. Texture, flavor, size, quality ... all top notch. Returned with family a few weeks later and brother-in-law couldn't stop raving about the ribs. Also loved the cornbread, the grits, and the brussel sprouts, which are fantastic as well. The wait staff were extremely accommodating, helping us move to a table in front of a heat lamp and checking in on us regularly with a very friendly attitude. The owner also came out to check on our satisfaction and we shared how happy we were with him.

Nicholas G.

Yelp
Food is not good. Ambience is okay. Service okay. Will not go back again when can go down the street for much better barbecue at a better price.

William B.

Yelp
Just ordered takeout. The wedge was just that, no tomato no bacon, no dressing. But wait there's more, Mac and cheese was tired and dry. Never got the cornbread and the briscit was more tired than the Mac and cheese. This was very different than in the past and I won't be going back for a long time, if at all. You could say they had an off night but it will be a long night before I ever try again. We so enjoyed the many times but the last few were not what it used to be. Takes a long time to win a customer and a very short time to loose this one. If you order and it falls short of expectations, you should remember this review.

Sierra T.

Yelp
Short Version: overpriced mediocre to subpar meat and fixings with exception to the beans. I think those are the best baked beans I have ever eaten We ordered with bite squad. Timing was great it was very well packaged. Food was hot when it got here Brisket: fat is not well integrated, chewy and bouncy at the pull, nice peppery taste Mac n cheese: not savory, almost sweet? bring your own cheese to this mac Ribs: better than the brisket by a long shot, not juicy but the flavor is nice, the meat on the bones is sufficient but not a glorious amount. It's very modest and not at all decadent. Slightly gamey venison taste? Sauce: they only gave us one lol Beans: GOOD, perfect beans. An absolute good. Loved these! Bread: it would have been better if they just used the Texas toast you can buy in stores. They did nothing to help this low energy bun Corn bread: bad oily taste. Like fish oil. Spat it out (*Sighs audibly*Our quest for good BBQ in naples continues ..) I'm gonna be honest, if the total of this all wasn't over $100 (including the tip for delivery and we always tip generously) or there had been twice as much mediocre food I probably would have given this 4 stars for the shear quantity. But the quality was def not more than 2-3 stars or worth the price . I would have felt okay if the flat bill came up to $50

Joe H.

Yelp
Meat was pretty dry Lots of choice s we tried though most including ribs were average. Not bad but not great.

Robert C.

Yelp
If you like spicy food and eating off of small paper containers this is your place. Every one of the sauces on the table was too spicy for my wife's and my taste. My wife had a half rack of Saint Louis Ribs ( the only kind they have) and the meat did not fall off the bone, not even close. I had brisket and the meat was dry and none of the sauces were mild enough for me to use. The meal was served on a tray which was covered with paper. To slice your food you had to put your food on the paper because the food container was too small. Some might enjoy eating this way but I don't. It reminded me of eating at a mess while in the Army. No thanks!

Randie F.

Yelp
Way too smoky. Brisket was cut the wrong way and was very tough to eat. Great potato salad.

Josephine P.

Yelp
Always good and love their Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce. They also have great lunch specials.

Donald B.

Yelp
Everything on the menu is the real deal. Brisket, pulled pork, baked beans. All top notch. A "must try!"

Andy P.

Yelp
I tried the cedar salmon. It was a tiny portion that was rather dry. The coleslaw and Brussel sprouts didn't make up for it. Service could have been a bit more attentive. Nice looking place. But not good value for money. There are better BBQ places in Naples.

Andy K.

Yelp
A new and different BBQ spot here in Collier County. I was excited to try it and compare it to the others. It's got indoor & outdoor seating and a bar. It's got a order at the counter and then seat yourself. Slightly awkward. I'd still say it's the best bbq food in Collier County/Naples. Service..... ehh it could be friendlier and more inviting. Needs work or it won't survive. Not up to Naples standard. And I WANT these guys to survive. 4.5 Start food 2 star service, not mean just needs improvement. Now for the food. It's good, I had Brisket, Wings, fries, Mac and cornbread. Fries are great, hand cut fresh. I've not found fries like this in Naples. ***** Corn bread very good.***** Mac was a little thin but good taste.*** Brisket is moist, peppered, I liked it.**** Wings, 5 or 10. I had them smoked, they came naked with a variety of sauces. They are good size, good meat.***** SAUCES, the important part. They have 4! You can tell these guys make their own and they know BBQ! Carolina Mustard based, good & sweet. No after taste or mustard grittiness. *** Honey based. Traditional honey. I enjoyed this the best. Kinda wish the wings came tossed in them and the sauce had a chance to cook and become caramelized.***** Texas style, vinegar. Lots of pepper and was very thin.Paired well with the brisket *** Jack Daniel sauce. Okay so this one has got some kick to it. There is no doubt that you getting whiskey flavor here. It's their hottest option. Probably be best on a burger. It's thinner and way more to it than TGI Friday's if your comparing it to that. ****

Yelp
Went here as Oak and Stone had a 30 minute wait for an outdoor table. Asked for a suggestion of the most frequently ordered item from server. Ordered this with allotted sides. The meal came out with no sides. No one came to check on our order the entire meal. When I finally flagged someone down, at the end of the meal to request the sides, they were brought. After finishing, no one came back (the restaurant was not at all busy). The hostess finally returned, WELL after we had finished eating, to say that another waitress was now taking over the tables and she was very sorry for the poor service. We simply requested the check. The picture is of the stack of dirty dishes that no one took away after the meal, when the hostess stopped by, when the check was delivered or picked up. I mentioned to the hostess, before she brought the check, that the food was really not very good at all. Having worked in restaurants, I did not want to be negative but constructive, and although the flavors were good (Carolina sauce is very good!) the food was really awful. The ribs, although cooked through, were extremely tough and chewy, and the brisket was the same, tough as leather. Both needed a much longer cooking time at a low temp to be tender and, at minimal, edible. Pulled chicken was wet and watery as if it came out of soup, the pulled pork was good. Having such limited and very poor service that the staff apologized for, and mentioning that the food was sub par, I thought maybe a manager would come out and talk to us. No, the check was handed over, we paid in full and left. Not expecting anything for free in life, but if I were the manager, not only would I have visited the table, but I would at least have removed the drinks. But I agree, that is not required, but acknowledgment of dissatisfaction is. Picture of the check is only to verify visit. Live around the corner and next time will wait the 30 minutes for Oak and Stone.

Yelp
Went there about 8pm on a Saturday night. It was pretty quiet. The waitress was very polite and helpful. We got a sampler type dish but the brisket and ribs were somewhat dry so we were disappointed.

Yelp
I've been to this place twice before deciding to post a review. The good: baked beans. The not so good: the service and the bbq...had pulled chicken and pulled Porto. If you tip the container it is delivered in, grease pours out of the bottom of the container. Twice I had to drain out the grease. The meat has a good smoked taste, but the amount of grease is unacceptable. We had the same server Chris. He was not overly busy, but was not wry attentive. I had to go inside and ask for a refill. The last refill we received, we had to ask someone else because Chris had forgot again. Overall, not a great BBQ place. If they drain the grease from their bbq and had better service, they would be on par with the better bbq places around.

Yelp
This is a big fat NO. The place looks dirty and fun down. The menu items are very scarce and there is not a lot of options. Do yourself a favor and take Your business elsewhere. I walked in and right back out.

Yelp
Overall I would not go back. The meat was good. Very smokey and tender but not nearly enough meat in a sandwich for a true portion. Small. Everything was small. Literally the pork sandwich says high on the hog with 6 oz of meat. No way Jose. Two Bites and I was eating all bread and slaw. The Mac and cheese was straight garbage. Someone should have thrown out that batch and started the fresh one. It was old and mushy. My first bite of beans had a bone in it the size of a dime. The chicken sandwich was good but no way it was worth $15. Also when I came to pick up my order the bartender was rude and said door dash down there and pointed to the other side of the bar. I said I'm not door dash and he ignored me. $40 for a pork sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Sorry fam, this place is a rip off.
