"Bonez Brothers BBQ, a new restaurant in Quincy, will open in two weeks. The menu will heavily feature alligator dishes such as smoky alligator sausage, alligator tail, and alligator fritters, along with other barbecue items like slow-smoked baby back ribs, beef brisket, and pulled pork. For dessert, they will offer deep-fried key lime cheesecake. Owner Todd Noon, who has experience from Michelbob’s in Naples, Florida, will also showcase a signature menu item called 'love in a cup,' which includes layers of pulled pork, barbecue sauce, collard greens, beans, and coleslaw in a 16-ounce solo cup, topped with a pickle and more barbecue sauce." - Dana Hatic
