This review is LONG overdue! Our family loves and ABSOLUTELY misses Jenn!!! Was it 6yrs(?) ago she joined our family's get-er-done team. Over the years, Jenn helped our family move houses three times in the bay area and our most recent move to Los Angeles. While we lived in the bay area, Jenn planned and executed several family birthday parties - even one big shindig out-of-state. She set up and took down all our holiday decorations; our little guy ALWAYS looked forward to her coming so he could be her little assistant. Jenn is so super awesome that she graciously agreed to fly down to our L.A. home to help oversee the unpacking and help get us settled in to our new house while she was nearing the end of her pregnancy. Jenn played a HUGE part of making our family's happy memories wonderful; I highly encourage you to add her to your family's awesome memory-making team too!

Off Your Plate is amazing. My house has been transformed. Everything from my office space looking tidy to actually enjoying walking into my garage. The owner is amazing. She is down to earth, finds cost saving ways to doing things and has a large depth of talent in what she can offer you. Off Your Plate has not only got me organized but also helped me as a personal assistant when my work load was too much or I would rather be with my baby at the park than taking things to goodwill. Just try it. You will not be sorry.

The only way to describe Jenn is amazing. My mom first found her when I fell severely ill, was quarantined in my apartment, and needed someone to run errands for me. She showed up on time, was kind, professional in appearance, and got everything done for me while I slept. I am physically handicapped and have needed more assistance recently due to an injury. Jenn has made herself available to do everything I need and has worked around my schedule to find a convenient time slot. She is extremely trustworthy; I have no problem handing her my credit card and ATM card and asking her to go various places and even to the bank for me. I would recommend Jenn to anyone, especially to people who may be sick or handicapped and need someone to do errands regularly. Her professionalism is above many people I have met, and her reliability is amazing. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!!!!

I've moved twice in San Francisco and wouldn't have survived either transition without the help of Jenn and her dream team. From beautifying my first apartment to helping with every last detail as I get settled in my second, Jenn takes care of everything with charm and efficiency. I can't imagine getting everything done without her and know I couldn't.

Jenn is amazing at anything and everything! She is so friendly, fun and helps you with anything you need. I am working with her on getting my apartment organized after a year of living here! She is making my apartment a home :) Also, she's very reasonable and has a great network of professionals who can help with cleaning etc.

Jenn of Off Your Plate is amazing. She was my day of coordinator for my wedding. I did the planning with her and all of the other vendors. I made an elaborate list/timeline for her for set up, during the wedding and take down. I think one of the caterers took the list very early on in the set up process, but she still delivered beautifully. How did she stick to my anal time line without the list? One of her wonderful qualities is that she is very calm- almost seems laid back. But she will do anything and works to get every detail finished. She dropped off the favors, bowls, decor, etc. to my house the day after the wedding and offered to take the disposable cameras in to be developed while we where on our honeymoon. I refused because that just seems like too much. But she really wouldn't have minded. She gets things done. (Once when coming to look at my apartment for a project to install a washer/dryer she offered to take my recycling and trash down!). Regarding her price- she was the best value of all of my wedding vendors. And she gave me such peace of mind that all would be perfect without me having to lift a finger. I will continue to use Jenn Shull's services when ever possible and hope you do as well.

Was so lucky to work with Jay and Jenn... We are in the business of selling things, as we are retailiers, and it isnt often that we get to applaud our customers... The reason we are is that they were professional, courteous, and straight to the point.. They were working on behalf of a client, and it was wonderful to see OFF YOUR PLATE in action. They only bought a few items from us, yet the care they put into their purchases was evident.. The whole time it definitely came through that they were collaborating with their client to make good decisions. So impressed with them, that there are projects of our own, and projects of clients that we are going to pair them up...

I was so lucky that Jenn was who I found when i went down this path. I could trust her immediately!! We talked for a while and she gave suggestions as to how she could help me put more time in my day for me by letting her help. It's now been a number of months and it was something I had to get used to at first but now that she's a part of my life, it is an incredible gift. They are very diligent. Always on time and reliable. She's also been extremely flexible with my last minute fire drills. To be honest, my concern over writing a glowing review is that I'm so afraid that Jenn will get so booked up that I'll have to be more organized to get her on my schedule. I love that she's also very creative and helps with the planning.

Jenn Shull is an amazing woman! She does professional lifestyle management/concierge services & I LOVE her and the service that she & her team provides. You can give her a list of errands, your grocery list, your Xmas shopping list, etc. & she can knock EVERYTHING out for you at a very reasonable hourly rate. She can also help you get organized, buy furniture/do interior design, plan/execute a dinner party or holiday party in your home, put together gift baskets for friends/clients, etc. Whatever it is you need. As a Bay Area native, she is well connected in the city & the bay area; and she has a huge Rolodex of people that she can refer you to as well for all sorts of services that are outside of her scope. The business she is running is wonderful! She is helping so many people. I have retained her for projects and it has really been such a relief having her in my life. She also has worked with several colleagues of mine as well & is helping my professional business group put together our Christmas party for this year. Jenn is really good at what she does & she cares deeply about her clients. I highly recommend her to all of my friends & I hope you will pick up the phone & call her to see how she can help you!

I found out that I to move out of my apartment while stuck on the east coast during quarantine. Jamie and Jenn were absolute lifesavers!!! With just a few days notice, Jamie went to my apartment and packed all my things for the movers quickly and efficiently. So easy to work with & communicate with, and kept me updated on all progress. Saved me a world of stress - thank you so much!

Off Your Plate has been a terrific addition to our hectic lives. Jenn is amazing and I agree with all things positive written here about her (and Jay). We contacted this company as we needed help moving books that were stored with family and needed them shipped to Canada. Jenn was EXTREMELY helpful and coordinated absolutely everything! She took control, bought all the packing material (boxes, tape, etc), packaged up 7 boxes of heavy books and arranged FED EX. Everything was absolutely seamless and I would highly recommend her and her company. Now if we could just fly her to Canada and get her to help organize our home here!!

I hired Jenn to move our office of 15 people. I was able to give her minimal instructions and she executed the move flawlessly. Add to that she had to trouble shoot keys/locks not working at both offices and she handled it all over a single Sunday. If you're in a pinch and need someone to help project manage, Off Your Plate is where it's at.

I hired off your plate for professional help. I needed help sifting through resumes on craigslist to find the right employee to fit my needs. They are efficient, smart, keep to the projected time/budget, and deliver great results. I was really nervous about passing off a job like this that I normally do myself, and it was a fantastic feeling to have it done so well and with ease. I love the concept of the business. Take a load off your life and give it a try.

Jenn has done a fine job, helping our family clear and clean my eldest sister's house. It was a daunting task in terms of sheer quantity of projects that needed to be done. But Jenn came through like a pro and finished all jobs on schedule, including the organization and management of hiring a team to recycle, dispose, or donate items as indicated. She also got the car cleaned and fixed and sold as well. She had an estate sale for remaining items in addition to hiring a team to deep clean the house. Jenn is wholly trustworthy, and I recommend her without reservation.

Where to start with this wonderful team. First off, communication was top notch! I was looking for a bed to purchase, finally upgrading from that futon and looked around on Craigslist trying to decide if I could find something better than Ikea. Fortunately Off Your Plate wrote a wonderful ad for a person who had a "like-new" bed located just a few blocks from my work in SOMA. Jay offered to meet me during lunch, but 5:00PM worked out best. He made sure to keep the bed assembled so that I could see it in one piece before deciding if I wanted it. I was sold! Jay & Jenn even helped disassemble it and carry out to my vehicle! This service is only to grow in San Francisco and we are fortunate to have such wonderful people when life does prove to be just a little too busy! Highly recommend if your looking for a wonderful, no hassle experience. Can't wait to find a reason to use them again.

I trust this group to take care of my personal affairs both while I am in the country and more often when I living elsewhere. They are honest, efficient and smart. They have that elusive quality of not letting hurdles stop them from accomplishing the task you have asked them to take care of. They are friendly and economically handle household matters including paying bills and more complicated projects. They have my full confidence. ------- I have entirely changed my opinion of this lady. A small dispute arouse over service and she was inflexible and hostile. Sorry that it took a slight glitch to bring out the worst.

Jenn is fabulous! She helped me to organize a party...she is really fun to work with and, more importantly, she is so professional. She took care of everything for me for a very reasonable fee. I can highly recommend her and will for sure work with her again

Off Your Plate is incredible for families who are busy and just cannot seem to get everything done around the house. Jenn can help organize your playroom or hire a handyman to do all of those chores you have been putting off (ie: light bulbs, gardening and more.) She can also work magic for special tasks like refinishing floors, removing stains from carpets and moving trees. I highly recommend Off Your Plate!

Jenn and Jay were "servers" (but actually much more) at a sit-down dinner party at our home. I'm a bear when it comes to expecting excellence, and they met my v. high standards. What I most appreciated was their initiative and their not interrupting to ask what to do or how. I also loved how quick they were and how unexcitable. We have a small Victorian and a very old-fashioned kitchen; they managed just fine. Our guests also commented on how efficient and friendly the two helpers were. Highest recommendation.

I found Jenn/Off Your Plate through Yelp earlier this year when I was looking for a personal assistant. I could not be more satisfied with her quality and professionalism, and that is key because an assistant in an extension of you. We now work together 2-3 hours week. Before using Off Your Plate, my mail would pile up for months and many tasks just did not get done. Jenn helped me get through the back log, and we have since set up a weekly system to make sure I am on top of all of my personal responsibilities including bill paying, managing appointments and prescriptions. i always thought it would be great to have a personal assistant, but I knew that full time would be overkill for me, and that I would not be able to justify the expense. The fact that I can have a regular weekly meeting with Jenn, and that I know I can call on her and her team if I need extra help (like the party I had two weeks ago, or the things that need to be dealt with when I am out of town) is perfect for me.

I witnessed the work that Jenn did for a family who needed to clear out a residence when one of the family members moved to an assisted living facility. Jenn's energy was amazing but was very nearly eclipsed by her patience with each modification to the scope of her assignment. I highly recommend Jenn and Off Your Plate!

Jenn and her team are fantastic. They get my projects finished with attention to detail, on time and on budget. Jenn has helped me with Excel spreadsheets, mailing lists, Mail chimp newsletters, holiday cards and more. Jenn from Off Your Plate is AMAZING! She is very professional, efficient, and friendly. My home office was so unorganized and cluttered. Jenn helped me organize and get rid of 10 + boxes / bags of things to donate and recycle. Jenn also arranged for someone to pick up the bags/boxes. Jenn made it so much easier to do my paper work now that it's organized My office looks great. I've walked into the office just to see how nice it looks On another day Jenn and her assistant came over to help me declutter my garage. In less than two hours my garage looks great. They made 2 large piles outside. One for junk to be thrown out and the other for donation. I also had over 25 + boxes of paper that needed to be shredded. Jenn arranged for someone to remove the junk & donations. She also arranged for the shredders to shred the papers. In one afternoon thanks to Jenn garage is clean & empty. It has been a great experience having Jenn help me. After getting the office and garage organized I've organize other areas on my own. I would definitely recommend Jenn and her company to everyone who needs organizational help.
