Memo & Jody, thank you for always making my day. On this day, my sister was visiting from out of town and I introduced her to my favorite things. Espresso at Bar Pisellino while waiting for a table at Via Carota and the perfect finish to the meal— a stop by this jewel box of a shop filled with treasures. On this visit, I purchased a set of folding pocket gardening knives, and a roasted chestnut peeler. And, scented wax tablets to hang in the kitchen from the oldest pharmacy & purveyor of scents (founded in 1221 by Dominican Friars)! Whatever you imagine after a fine meal that transports you to a distant place can be found here— yes, you can bring it home with you. ❤️J
