"Located at 253 Columbus Avenue just above the historic Vesuvio Cafe, I learned that the newly opened Officina — backed by Michael and Lindsay Tusk — was renovated over three months to feel like a private apartment centered on an open kitchen; by day it will function as Michael Tusk’s test kitchen and by night flip into a private event space.
