the place was beautiful!! the staff was so kind and amazing. i got 3 combs and a brush with engravings and it was very fast process and they did it with so much care. there was perfume and lipstick and combs and brushes, a girls dream!! only thing is the line was a little long, i went on a wednesday at 1pm and waited an hour outside, and spent about 30 min inside. be prepared for a line it got very long, but SO worth it!!

This is a little gem in the heart of Paris. Officine Universelle Buly transports you to the past with beautifully crafted products. The attention to detail is endearing and its the perfect place to pick up a customised item that will remind you of Paris every time you use it. Don't miss out on visiting at least one of their stores. I would suggest going early as they can get quite busy.

If you’re looking for a great item to remember your visit to Paris or gift for a loved one, these combs or brushes would make the most beautiful gift. We waited approx 35mins in line before entering the store. The lady that helped us was so lovely and had great input for each of the options. Quite a few of the brushes were sold out, however there was still a great selection!

A cute little store and attentive service. It gets crowded but the quality of products was worth the wait. We came for lip balm with personal engravings and we got one! They were sold out of lip balms and combs during Christmas holidays so if you’re after those, worth giving them a call to check.

If you like lining up and fancy toiletries like me, this place is the best. But be warned, this place has a line outside and inside the store. Go first in the morning to skip crowds and also avoid the customisation cut off time which is 6:30pm.

A really charming shop you have to experience once. We fortunately showed up when there wasn't a wait and everything I wanted was in stock, but when I went back a few days later they were out of lip balm.

My experience shopping here was perfect. I bought some things for myself and a gift for someone housesitting for me. The staff were very attentive and very professional. I can’t wait to come back.

Nice shop, and the kindness of the staff, especially the saleswoman who speaks Cantonese, very helpful, also highly recommend the service; my comb was made so quickly. I recommend it!
