Shady experience. We picked up three items here yesterday in a rush before leaving Paris. Everything was packaged neatly, and since they were gifts, we intended on keeping the original bag sealed. The staff even took a photo of all the contents, which made us feel confident everything was included. I confirmed this with them before leaving.
However, once we got home, we realized a personalized brush was missing. When we called the store, they brushed us off and just gave us customer service email.
After waiting an hour and a half in the store and spending a significant amount of money, this was deeply disappointing.
