A cute little store and attentive service. It gets crowded but the quality of products was worth the wait. We came for lip balm with personal engravings and we got one! They were sold out of lip balms and combs during Christmas holidays so if you’re after those, worth giving them a call to check.

If you like lining up and fancy toiletries like me, this place is the best. But be warned, this place has a line outside and inside the store. Go first in the morning to skip crowds and also avoid the customisation cut off time which is 6:30pm.

I recently visited Officine Universelle Buly 1803, and while the overall experience had its ups and downs, I must commend Cedric for his outstanding service. Despite being extremely busy, Cedric was remarkably helpful and managed to maintain a high level of customer service throughout my visit. His kindness and genuine attitude made a significant difference in my shopping experience.
Unfortunately, my experience with another sales associate, a lady with short hair, was far from pleasant. She seemed annoyed and was not helpful at all. When I inquired about a specific item, she informed me that it was sold out, even though I could clearly see it on the shelf. This was quite frustrating and disappointing.
Thankfully, Cedric came to the rescue. When I asked him, "Cedric, do you have this? Because the lady said it was sold out," he immediately checked and quickly grabbed the item for me. Thanks to Cedric’s attentiveness and dedication, I was able to purchase what I needed.
I’m puzzled as to why the other sales associate would say an item was sold out when it was clearly available. It’s a relief that Cedric was there to provide the excellent service that saved the day. Cedric’s professionalism and helpfulness are truly commendable, and he’s the reason I left the store satisfied.

Finally got to purchase a perfume here. Really beautiful inside, great selection of products for skin and hair. Different combs and brushes. Service was excellent. Staff very helpful and apologetic about the waiting time. But overall worth the experience.

We went to a couple locations during our trip to Paris, excited to customize a comb and a lip balm. We were told they were sold out of the lip balms across Paris and they were also sold out of the majority of the combs and wouldn’t customize any of the ones they did have in stock because it was too busy. Recommend calling before you go to ask if they have the items you’re looking for.

I would like to report an unpleasant experience we had during our visit to your boutique.
First, we waited in a long queue, and then an employee – a young man with glasses and longer hair – came out and asked us to move to the other side of the road. We did as he asked. Then, with a smirk, he told us to move again – we complied. However, he kept saying it wasn’t enough and insisted we move further. After repeated dismissive and mocking behavior, we decided to leave.
At 7:00 PM, we returned, and there was a small queue. This same employee approached each customer and asked what they planned to buy. When we said “a comb,” he replied, “Okay, but there will be no personalization, so you don’t waste time in line.” We still decided to wait.
And guess what? Once inside the boutique, we were politely offered personalization, even though this employee had claimed it was impossible because the person responsible for it had already gone home. Unfortunately, some customers behind us believed him and left.
Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable for a brand of your level. I kindly ask you to address this situation and take appropriate action regarding this employee.

Nice products but be warned. They won’t even give you separate bags if you buy presents for people. The shop girl even laughed at me when I asked for separate bag since I bought two separate candles for different people.
That’s extremely cheap of this kind of brand that everyone buys just because of the packaging. They said they didn’t have enough bags, but everyone in the store was buying presents. The girl acted like it was a favor to give me separate bags for two different presents.
Also, when I called them, the girl told me they would do delivery if I bought in the store but when I went directly there, they said they made a mistake and they don’t do this kind of service
Really really unprofessional customer service here. All you’re buying is pretty packaging, but maybe you won’t even get that.
