All the Best Things to Drink at Disneyland | Eater LA

"For those who find the premixed galactic cocktails at this Batuu watering hole a bit too sweet, sticking to beer is the way to go. Four beers from breweries such as New Belgium and San Clemente’s Delahunt Brewing Co. are on tap. For something light, order Ballast Point’s 4.5 percent ABV White Wampa Ale, or fuel up on Sierra Nevada’s Bad Motivator IPA. Want a souvenir from the bar? Order the Rancor beer flight board, whose tasting vessels are “teeth.”" - Caroline Pardilla

The best adult bar and snack spot at Disney with a short wait. I had one of their tequila based drinks with some citrus cream and it was delicious. The interior was amazing and it felt I was in the set of the movie/show. A great spot to snap some IG photos with some descent drinks and snacks. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

⸻ I visited Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, on August 4th with my four young children (all under three years old, including an eight-month-old), hoping to enjoy a quick break at Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge. I was excited to experience the themed environment and enjoy an adult drink—especially on my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, the visit was incredibly disappointing due to terrible service and miscommunication from the 3 o’clock staff. We waited in the walk-up line for 35 minutes and asked multiple cast members about stroller policy. One staff member said we could bring our stroller inside; another told us it wasn’t allowed just as we were entering. That kind of last-minute contradiction with no apology or helpful direction was frustrating, especially with tired kids and a baby in tow. Had we been informed correctly from the start, parking the stroller around the corner would have been fine. But the inconsistency and lack of empathy from the staff ruined the experience. We weren’t asking for special treatment—just clear and respectful communication. It felt like no one cared. We ended up leaving the Cantina and spending our money elsewhere. I’ve always viewed Disneyland as a place of magic and excellent service, but this was the opposite. I didn’t feel welcomed or supported as a guest, let alone as a parent trying to manage a group of toddlers. On what should have been a special day, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and emotionally. Oga’s Cantina may be cool in theme, but with service like this, I won’t be back. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Oga’s Cantina at Disneyland Resort – A Must-Visit for Star Wars Fans and Cocktail Lovers If you’re 21+ and enjoy a good drink—whether you’re a Star Wars fan or not—Oga’s Cantina is a spot you need to experience at least once when visiting Disneyland. We did a walk-up reservation for two in the evening and only waited about 10 minutes (though wait times can vary). Once inside, you’re limited to 45 minutes or two drinks per person, whichever comes first. The menu features a variety of creative mixed drinks and beers, along with a few food options. We were lucky to grab seats at the bar, but there are also themed booths available for larger groups. We tried four different mixed drinks, all of which were fantastic. The bartenders were not only friendly but also shared fun Star Wars trivia, adding to the immersive experience. Like most things at Disneyland, Oga’s isn’t cheap—our drinks totaled around $80—but for the unique atmosphere and experience, it was absolutely worth it. While we may not visit every trip, I’d highly recommend going at least once. You won’t regret it!

Google
A must-visit—truly feels like stepping into Star Wars! We ended up at Oga’s Cantina by coincidence and it turned out to be one of the best experiences at Disneyland! The atmosphere was incredible—just like the cantina bar from the movies, with amazing set design, details, and characters. The drinks and food had fun Star Wars names, and everything we tried was delicious—especially the pretzel, which was sooo good! The staff played their roles perfectly, making you feel like you were in a galaxy far, far away. Highly recommended for Star Wars fans and anyone looking for a unique Disney dining experience!

Google
Not much options for food. What they do have is amazing. Souvenir mugs are great but pricey. The drinks are great, I love the Gamorrean Ale! There's a lot of "standing room only" tables, which sucks majorly if you've been walking all day. Considering how popular the place is, it's too small so it's always too crowded. It was also too loud so we couldn't hear the Droid DJ ): The bar itself is perfectly themed and feels like a Catina you'd see in Star Wars.

Google
Very fun atmosphere. Get reservations to avoid standing tables. The non-alcoholic drinks we tried were all fairly sugary for my tastes, but the pretzel bites and a chili cucumber dish we tried were both super yummy. The blue milk comes with a little cookie, too, that we enjoyed. Must see for big fans of Star Wars!

Google
drinks were quite pricey and has some rules but they did a great job decorating the place. Warmed up chubby pretzels were delicious 😋. Not sure those bartenders were not allowed to smile and be friendly 😅😬(for the concept sake)

Google
A must go if you a visiting Disneyland. It is designed like an outpost from the Star Wars movies. The drinks are unique, but way overpriced even for Disney. There is a limit of max 2 drinks per person and 45 minutes total. The place is spacious but they cram you into tiny stand up tables with 6 other people. There is a variety of beer, cocktails, mock tails and wine. The line to get in is long so be prepared to wait.

Yelp
This was my first time here and didn't really know what to expect. I thought there would be more food options but mostly drinks on the menu. They have snack options but don't come here expecting to eat a meal. The drinks were really good, I ordered the outer rim. The presentation is nice and I enjoyed my drink. The decor and atmosphere is amazing. Really cool vibe inside and puts you in Star Wars land for sure :) another aspect again, not knowing what to expect is that you do get seated at a table with other guests. It was okay, but would have preferred a private table or just understand this ahead of time. The service was great and overall I think a fun experience :)

Yelp
It's very cool. It's like being in the movie. Service was ok, they just want to get people in and out. There is a 45 min time limit. Drinks were also ok, 3/5, very expensive and most of the drinks taste like juice.

Yelp
Drinks here are delicious and pricey. It's disneyland, even water is at a premium. I came here unexpectedly and landed a walk-in. I got the Outer Rim and it was wonderful. Totally would order 17 of them if my budget allowed it. You can secure a spot on the waitlist during busier times in the app, if you're even more of a planner you can make a reservation. Staff was friendly and entertaining, they're cast members they know what they're doing. They have non-alcoholic drinks too for kids. Apparently there's a food menu as well but I only came for the buzz. If it's a hot day and you're at Disneyland, make sure to stop here. I think it's worth it.

Yelp
On the day we visited the AC in this location was magical. We stopped in to grab a beer and cool off. We tried the uba ipa and the regular ipa. The ube was nice but a little sweet for our liking. We choose beers over the cocktails since they are pre-made but we really came for the theming and the AC.

Yelp
One of the most popular scenes in Star Wars is the Mos Eisley cantina scene on Tatooine in the original movie. Oga's Cantina at Galaxy's Edge is your opportunity to experience what it is like to hang out in a cantina similar to Mos Eisley in a live setting. In the Star Wars universe, Oga's Cantina is located on the Outer Rim planet of Batuu. Disney has come up with a menu of exotic concoctions with fun names influenced by Star Wars. You can order drinks like the Jedi Mind Trick, T-16 Skyhopper or a Bloody Rancor. They also have a nonalcoholic drink menu if you have kids with you or don't drink alcohol. On tap is beer, wine and cider. They do have a couple of snacks on hand, but this place is mostly drinks. Reservations are strongly encouraged if you don't want to wait in line to get in. They have standing room spots at the bar or there are booths for larger parties. This was actually my first visit here. I was able to book a morning slot and ordered a Fuzzy Tauntaun drink when I was here. Oga's Cantina is a fun experience, especially if you are a fan of the movies and want to immerse yourself into the Star Wars world. Music and entertainment are provided by a droid DJ named R-3X. Drinks are pricey, but expected when you are at Disneyland.

Yelp
Ambiance is the winner here. It's so carefully designed and you can tell attention to every little detail is given. Service was good, they are very strict with reservation and no changes are allowed. We had finger snacks and they were good. Drinks (cocktails) were fun, beer was good too. Like everything in the amusement part, it was pricey. One time visit is a must. Get your reservations right at midnight the day betore visiting.

Yelp
Hidden bar on the Star Wars side of Disneyland. We got pretty lucky and didn't need a reservation while standing in line. Got called to go inside within a couple of minutes. Once we got in, the door slid open revealing a pretty cool Star Wars theme bar. It was packed!!! Lots of adults and kids, it's a stand up bar with very few booths for quick bites/drinking. FYI the drinks come as is, no substitutions; no shots etc. there are non alcoholic drinks as well. We had Josh as our server, he was awesome, attentive and quick! We told him we wanted a few drinks back to back and get out of there. Two drinks maximum per person. We had the Jedi Mind Trick $15.00 Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit and Rose Vodka, John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum, Bols Blue Curaçao, White Grape Juice, Lime Juice, and Grapefruit Bitters The Outer Rim $17.00 Patrón Silver Tequila, Cedilla Açaí Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Pure Cane Sugar topped with Black Salt and Exotic Fruit Purée Both were sweet for me and I didn't taste much of the alcohol. I think I will stick to the DCA (Disney CA) side for alcoholic drinks but it was a very nice experience. It was a hot day and their AC felt very nice despite being overcrowded.

Yelp
Alright so here's my take on the Oga's. This experience is simply not worth the effort to get in. Generally, you have to book months in advance to get in, or get lucky and catch someones cancellation, and when you get in you're greeted with all the cool Star Wars atmosphere things you'd expect. That's pretty much where the experience ends. You're ushered in to a shared table. Not something I personally was expecting but ok. Table with strangers fine I get it, space is tight. Who you sit next too though can drastically change your experience as a heads up. Screaming kid at your table? Sucks to be you. The worst though wasn't even the shared table experience but the lack of cleanliness. The table isn't wiped from the guests prior and we were seated with other people's left overs and trash at the table. It's gross. The food is ok. We didn't have very many plant based options and it was truly just a snack food option. If you're expecting lunch, you won't get it here. Drinks were ok. Some were really unique and delicious but the drinks in California adventure are significantly better. There is also some unique interactions that happen while you eat (you only get 45 minutes and two drinks maximum btw). That was entertaining and was a fun addition. Service was ok. It was hard to tell if our server was cosplaying crusty hostess or was generally having a bad shift. Was the experience unique? Yes. Was it worth the process and money? No. I'd rather have spent the 200 on a lightsaber, droid, or a gallon of blue milk. Save yourself the experience, spend your money elsewhere.

Yelp
My buddy signed us up for the waitlist on this and it turns out there's not even a standby line. The long line we saw on a Thursday afternoon were the ppl who had reservations. I'm a very casual Star Wars fan so I was just tagging along. We got ushered in and were asked to cramp in at one of the standing tables. There was a booth that probably could seat 8 where 2 girls were just taking their sweet old time so it was a little annoying to be told to just huddle up at a standing bar esp after a long day walking. I didn't order drinks but my friends got quite a few. I thought I would like the Bantha milk with the coconut cookie the most but the Guava Coconut Milk was by and far the winner! The blurrgfire was pretty good too. Drinks I would give 5 stars but ambiance and service was a 2 given how long it also took for drinks and we didn't get napkins until we asked. Wouldn't wait in line for this on my own. And they didn't even play the cantina music like in the movies! Lame.
google avatar

Traci L.

Yelp
We got lucky and were able to get inside by waiting in the standby line! Ambiance inside was lively but pretty crowded and extremely loud. We had a party of 10 so we got our own standing table but many smaller parties had to share tables. Drinks were refreshing on a hot day but definitely on the sweeter side.

Yelp
**Review:** **Rating:** I visited during Star Wars Night, excited for my first experience at this hyped spot, but left disappointed. When I asked the server for suggestions, she unhelpfully said everything was good. I pressed for drink recommendations, and got the same vague response. It felt like she didn't want to assist at all. The drinks themselves were nothing special compared to Trader Sam's. The only positive was Captain Rex being the DJ, which added a fun touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it felt overhyped and disappointing. Captain Rex 5 Stars

Yelp
Not sure what happened to Oga's over the last few years but the customer service has gone downhill. Came today for my birthday and it wasn't the best experience. The staff tried sitting us at a table with some family when there was room at the bar. We were a party of two and I made the reservation a month prior. The staff was able to move us to the bar but the bartender just seemed like he didn't want to be there. Waited almost 10mins to be greeted. I got the Fuzzy Tauntaun and it was fine. Not amazing or anything. I think Oga's is a good place to experience just once. I can't say I'd go back with how the service was though.

Yelp
Personally, one of the most disappointing experiences at Disneyland was this cantina. My dad and I were fortunate enough to secure a reservation, but upon arrival, despite checking in with a staff member on her iPad, we were told our name wasn't on the list and were rudely asked to leave. It took several explanations from my dad before we were acknowledged, and after reloading their system a few times, we were finally allowed entry. Without an apology, another staff member showed us to our spot. Inside, the room was crowded and brightly lit. We were informed that all tables were shared and that we had to stand. Our table was already packed with about 6-8 people, most of whom seemed bored and were staring at their phones. The menu was on a QR code coaster, and we were told a server would come to us. Despite a 45-minute limit, we didn't get a server until about 15 minutes in. By the time we ordered, received our drinks, and appetizer, we had only about 20 minutes left. Most of the time was spent feeling uncomfortable with the crowd. For drinks, we ordered the blue milk with rum, Takodana Quencher, and Jedi Mind Trick. The blue milk and the quencher were sweeter, which I preferred. There was a two-drink limit, so we decided not to order more. For snacks, we got the Garlic-Cheese Five Blossom Bread with Spicy Cheese Sauce, which was tasty with nicely spicy cheese and well-toasted bread. We quickly finished everything and left as soon as we could because, honestly, the experience felt like a waste of time.

James S.

Yelp
2 Stars because the drinks were pretty good and the setting is kinda cool. Only 2 Stars because the setting is not THAT cool, the food options are minimal, and the seating arrangements are atrocious. We were a party of 4. We were initially seated at a booth with a party of 5 who were just leaving. As soon as they left, another party of 5 was seated with us. Close quarters, and a little weird sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers particularly on a hot day, but OK. What drove it over the top was when the staff appeared with 3 more adults and instructed us all to scoot in so that 3 more people could be seated in the booth - for a total of 12. When I balked, the hostess informed me that they were allowed to seat up to 15 people per booth! I chugged the remainder of my overpriced beer and we left. I'll also point out, as other reviewers have, that the ambience is not amazing. No iconic cantina song, or band. No aliens walking around. Just 1 sad "droid DJ". It was worth seeing once to satisfy my curiosity, and perhaps a party of 2 at the bar might have fun. But we won't be returning.

Yelp
Oga's cantina is located in star wars galaxy edge in the Disney land park. Reservations are more difficult to come by, however, we were able to grab a last min one on the app and you can also wait for walk up dining. We arrived about 5 mins early, however waited 20 mins past our reservation time to actually get seated. We were seated at a large table crammed in with three other parties... I'm fine with sitting with others but it was too many people at one table. Once we sat down we waited an additional 15 mins to see our server. The drinks were good. I appreciate the mocktail options as I don't often drink alcohol. I do wish they had more snacks to order. The cheese was VERY spicy with the five blossom bread and overall the bread was not very flavorful.

Yelp
Honestly this is one of those places that you go to try once to say that you've tried it and there's no real need to go back again honestly. I'm not really a Star Wars fan so I can't comment on the excitement and hype that goes with, but I do have to admit that I am a fan of the immersive experience at Galaxy's Edge. My boyfriend and I were able to secure a walk in slot for Oga's Cantina as it's one of the dining locations in Disney that require a reservation. I've had other times where I've seen walk-ins available for Oga's Cantina so it's not super rare like say...Blue Bayou (have NEVER managed a walk in here sadly). Just keep in mind that if you're going the walk in route, you're more likely going to share one of those standing tables with a group of other strangers. Space is really tight for those tables and it DOES get quite crowded and cramped if you're not seated at one of those reservation tables or standing at the bar. We were at a table with 6 other people and each person had a drink and shared a food dish, but I can't imagine what it'd be like if someone else ordered the entire menu or something lol. Either way, once you get on the walk in list, they'll text you when to check in with the Cast Member there and you just stand to the side for a bit and wait and then you'll be escorted to your table with your group. As I mentioned above it gets PACKED and it's really bumping in there. The actual bar area is the coolest as there's strange space/mechanical themed knobs, vials, glasses, smoke, and colored liquids to see. There is that robot DJ cracking jokes, MC-ing, and playing tunes in the back too. If you're in view of that, then it's pretty cool. If you're seated or standing elsewhere, it might not be as fun... I guess the draw of this place is that it's one of the rare locations that you can get alcoholic drinks at in Disneyland Park, but I'm not a drinker so that fact is just whatever to me. I got to give it to the delicacies at Galaxy's Edge that they're unique looking and sounding to say the least, but overall, just mostly alright. We got the: 1) Moogan Tea: -Non-alcoholic drink. -This is unsweetened tea with chocolate milk, vanilla, and cinnamon with vanilla whipped cream and some cinnamon cereal on top (I think they were Honey Smacks to be honest or a similar variant). -It's a tasty chocolate cinnamon milk tea. It's not bad, but it's not something super fancy either. Taste about as sweet as a horchata. 2) Fuzzy Tauntaun: -This is an alcoholic drink. -It's Peach vodka and Schnapps with orange juice and sugar. There's "Buzz Button Tingling" foam on top. -The tingling is extremely minimal, NOTHING like peppercorn or something mala like we were expecting (of course they would never have something like that at Disney). If anything it's like a pineapple foam so the tingling mostly comes from the acidity I'm sure. -My boyfriend said it tasted like a mimosa or some other kind of orange juice with very weak alcohol to it. 3) Batuu Wild Bounty: -This dish was the most "worth it" and unique of everything that we ordered. -It's a focaccia bread with pastrami infused whipped cheese, mustard seed spheres, pastrami, chervil, pickle ribbons and salt. -It's a neater looking bread and charcuterie type meat dish. -The bread is nicely warm and herby and there's a good amount of meat and dip. Surprisingly not salty at ALL and an enjoyable snack dish. Each diner gets a neat Star Wars paper coaster (different designs on each) and the Cast Members, as with every location, are attentive and great (albeit quite busy). We did hear people at our table complain how some of their drinks and food were too salty though which was unfortunate. There's better dining experiences in Disney for sure, but if you truly are Star Wars pilled this may be worth it.

Yelp
Hidden in the Star Wars village of Disneyland is a great place to grab a drink between rides and other attractions. It has a Mos Eisley Cantina vibe to it, without the signature band and music. You have to stay in the location where they put you, which does take away from the ambiance a bit -- it is family-friendly, but strange to have multiple kids crowded around a small spot by the bar. The cocktails were good. The bartender service was a little brisk and not friendly, but maybe they were just super busy. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Yelp
It is our first time to try this place. Reservation is absolutely needed. It was still a wait . They won't entertain you if the group is not present. The place was sooooo sci fi ambiance even the attendant. We just ordered drinks to get experience. Overall it is crowded , loud and a bar place.

Yelp
SPEND MONEY, YOU WILL. this place does feel like a cantina from Star Wars! The atmosphere is fun and creative. The staff has been very nice. It's a lot easier to get in to this bar and than when it first opened. Walk in apps can be accessed on the Disney app. I will say it's very expensive and I barely felt the alcohol, but this is probably better than the rides. The fuzzy tauntaun drink has foam that numbs your lips. And it tastes like sweet peach. The Jedi mind trick, eh it was whatever's. Don't even have anything to say about it. The outer rim was very tart. Imagine a margarita with a dollop of passion fruit guava yogurt. Probably my favorite. The dessert was pretty cool. I ordered Oga's obsession. It's a Petri dish with jello, popping boba, pop rocks and some freeze dried fruit. It sure looks like something from Star Wars. It was also very good and relatively cheap at $8. I think there's a 2 drink cap and 90 minute time limit. It's also mostly standing with other park visitors. I dont like when Disney takes my money, but at least at this cantina it's kinda worth it.

Yelp
Totally disappointed with my visit. Made the reservation, carved-out the time for my day of enjoyment, but didn't get it! Expensive drinks, totally unruly, and dirty inside, and the seating arrangement was a far cry from comfortable. Once inside the waitress barked out "45 minute stay, and 2 drink maximum!" Ten people were forced to sit in one booth and everyone was on a different clock. My wife and I were forced to get up on two occasions during OUR 45 minutes to let others out of the booth. Not very relaxing after walking around the park for hours! No ambience, and no one looked happy inside the bar. If that was a Galactic Bar, I would rather remain on my spaceship and drink. For me, Olga's didn't bring the force!

Yelp
As someone who isn't even a Star Wars fan, this was impressive and a super cool spot to get a drink. The decor looks just like the movie and all the drinks are on point with the theme. We came early at 9:30am, so there was no wait and we were guided to a standing table. I ordered the Fuzzy Tauntaun ($18) while the boyfriend got the Black Squadron Lager ($15.25). I enjoyed my cocktail with a foamy top that looked like a cartoon beer. Since this was the first thing we had in the morning, we also ordered the Garlic-Cheese Five Blossom Bread with Spicy Cheese Sauce ($11) for a snack. It comes with two good-sized loaves of garlic bread, which was good. Overall, great experience with such awesome details. Also, one of the few spots you can get alcohol at Disneyland, so be sure to make a stop here.

Yelp
We came as a Party of 8 and had a reservation for a booth a month ahead of our visit. Getting a reservation is like a lottery, and two people in our group woke up in the wee hours of the morning to snag our reservation. It was definitely a very unique experience here in the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge section of Disneyland, and a nice chance to unwind and relax from the hullabaloo of the rest of the park. Some stand-outs to me included: Black Spire Brew: Cold Brew Joffrey's Coffee®, Honey, Falernum, Passion Fruit, and Citrus Jedi Mind trick: Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose Vodka, John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, White Grape Juice, Lime Juice, and Grapefruit Bitters Purple Glandis Juice: Hendrick's Gin, Crème de Violette Liqueur, White Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice Five-Blossom Bread: Warm pretzel knot with Hawaiian black sea salt, served with Calabrian cheese sauce One complaint is that while we were enjoying our time together, about 20 minutes into our time here, the waitstaff unceremoniously lumped a family of 5 into our booth. We were like "wuuuhht." That was so awkward, especially since there were plenty of other empty booths and tables within Oga's Cantina. The family themself also looked really awkward and uncomfortable to be placed in our booth, especially since our group was just minding our business and having our own conversations and inside jokes, many of which were adult-oriented and not family-friendly.

Yelp
Service was awesome. We had a great time. If you like Star Wars, your Disney trip definitely needs to include this. There's so many things to see here. You need to make reservations. Due to the high demand, you may be seated with other parties. We were, everyone was pleasant enough, so nothing to detract from our experience there. I had the Bluurgfire, it was a spicy lemonade based drink for about $7, it was super good. However, if you cannot handle any spice, skip the drink. I love spicy food, so I found the spice level mild, but it was very refreshing. The server was like, are you sure? It's spicy. I wonder how many couldn't handle it. I really enjoyed it. Kiddo had the Cliff Dweller, not in the souvenir mug, bc sometimes we're basic and I didn't want to carry it around all day since we were there before noon. They have beers too, I don't drink beer so I have no feedback on that, but I was told they are good. Snacks: we had Reythan crackers and Moss Mousse. Yummm. I liked the crackers, they were different than I anticipated but it was tasty. They were wheat chips. The avocado mousse was very smooth, the salsa was a little spicy but not overpowering, and the lime air was a nice accompaniment. Overall, we liked it. The people sitting around us that were not in our party had ordered theirs and both groups liked it as well. Garlic Cheese 5 blossom bread with spicy cheese- it was a warm garlic Parmesan pretzel with a chile de Arbol cheese sauce. Omg. So so so good. I loved it. I could have eaten the entire thing myself but unfortunately I had to share. It was like I dreamed about how I wanted it to taste and it was exactly that. **do not skip this item** It made me wish we ordered more items to try it, but each group is only allotted 45 minutes per reservation and if I ordered everything I wanted to try, I would not be able to eat/drink fast enough. Make your reservation if you love Star Wars, if you even like Star Wars, or even if you just want a really great snack. It's an experience you don't want to miss.

Yelp
If you're a Star Wars fan, Oga's Cantina is a must try at least once when visiting Disneyland. Located in Galaxy's Edge, you can get in by making a reservation ahead of time or joining the walk-up list (using the Disney app). Getting in during morning hours was actually very easy! As soon as I added my name, I got a text that I had 10 minutes to show up. Easy. I literally showed my text and was taken inside. I felt like I had just stepped into a Star Wars set and was a bit overwhelmed at first. There was a lot to see. Along the side are booths for groups. There are a few standing tables for smaller groups and a long counter that basically wraps around the bar. The music was not too loud and they even had a brief (staged) "power outage." After placing my order of Black Spire Brew (3/5) and Garlic Cheese 5 Blossom Bread with Spicy Cheese Sauce (4/5), I was able to take it all in. While there is a lot to look at (a droid DJ, interesting drinks being served, wildlife from Batuu), there really isn't a lot going on other than people eating and drinking. I kind of wish that some characters in costume would mingle around once in awhile or storm troopers would search for rebels. The non-alcoholic drink options don't look like much really. My black spire drink looked like and tasted like juice, nothing special. And the 5 blossom bread was a warm pretzel with warm spicy cheese sauce. Both were ok but nothing special. Service was friendly and I liked that my server offered to swap out my drink if it wasn't to my liking. I think the servers must get a lot of complaints from guests that are expecting to sit rather than stand. For me, it wasn't an issue but I can see why sitting would be preferred. While there is a 2 drink max and 45 minute limit, I never felt rushed. In fact it was very relaxed and casual. Not even very crowded despite the very large crowds outside. Overall, I'm glad I visited Oga's Cantina. I might return but then again it's not that high on my list since I feel like I've "been there, done that." Frankly I'm really surprised that Disney hasn't done more to make the experience more immersive and entertaining. LOCATION: 4/5 FOOD: 3.5/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 3/5 AMBIANCE: 3/5 CLEANLINESS: 4/5

Yelp
If you're not much of a drinker like me, the mocktails are not bad! They tend to be on the sweeter side. We had reservations at 7:10pm and had to wait another 15-20 mins because they were backed up. With reservations, you're able to be seated in shared booth space vs waitlist is probably standing at the bar or one of the floating tables. The bread is the star here! It was soooo good and the cheese was spicy.

Yelp
I got the takodana quencher(green)- pretty good! Sweet, a little strong. I'd get smt else next time just to try different My bf got the outer rim (pink)- he thought it was good, thought the salt was too much. Won't get again cuz he'd try smt new This place is pretty pricey but that's just Disney for you. It's good to try once and then maybe try again after with friends.

Yelp
Come for the atmosphere, not for the over-priced drinks! It is nice that have something for kiddos (lots of non-alcoholic drinks) but man, to spend $70 on JUST DRINKS is so hard to swallow. Also because they want you in and out, you really don't feel like you can relax. We were lucky to be seated at an actual table and had a very sleepy baby with us that would have been very difficult to manage at a high top or the bar. But it is pretty crazy that you can make a reservation months in advance and be standing for the entire time you're inside. That being said, for a Star Wars fan, it's very fun to see the theming and to feel the immersion experience. And the drinks were tasty, although definitely on the sweet side. Overall, if you're a big Star Wars fan, have money to burn, and are lucky enough to get a reservation, give it a whirl!

Yelp
Coolest place everrr!!! Check the app throughout the day to get on the waitlist. Ordered the fuzzy tauntaun and ogas obsession and both were fireeee! Would highly recommend both.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to spontaneously go to Oga's on our Disney trip, and it was super fun! We joined the walk-up list and it was only a 15 minute wait. Only con about not having a reservation is that you don't get a table. It's standing only and we were placed with other parties, sharing the same bar counter. If you want a more intimate experience, or if your feet are sore from walking around Disney then it's probably not the best choice, but if you're willing to stand then it is worth it! Both of us got the Blue Bantha, which is their blue milk, served with a vanilla-butter sugar cookie. (This was non-alcoholic). The cookie is sprinkled with coconut, which was super tasty! The blue milk is exactly the same as the one served outside the restaurant in the parks, but the cookie adds a lot. It was pretty refreshing! There's a fun little DJ there too while you sip your drinks.

Yelp
We're not big on drinking (alcohol), but I wanted to check out the vibes at Oga's Cantina, so we joined the walk-up list. On a busy day, we didn't have to wait long at all, but I would guess it gets pretty busy in the evening. We just got one non-alcoholic drink each. I got the hyperdrive which was pretty good, and it looked cool when it came out and changed colors once you stirred the syrup into the drink. The Cliff Dweller that my husband got wasn't as "pretty," but it was super good! It's a unique-tasting beverage and you can taste all the flavors included in the description. I think they could do something thematic to make the Cliff Dweller look cooler, though. It's normal Disney prices for the non-alcoholic drinks (~$7 each) and taste wise I'd say they're like a 4/5. Oga's is decorated nicely and feels immersive enough, I just don't like that it's mostly standing room only, and we got a bad table tucked in way in a corner, far from the bar. You aren't allowed to walk around with your drinks, so we were crammed in a corner and I felt so claustrophobic with a family so close to my personal bubble with their bag touching me. I couldn't see past the crowd of people and behind me was just a wall. We also got pretty terrible service. The CM was not friendly at all, and he tossed the coasters/drinks on the table and looked annoyed from the very first interaction.

Yelp
I've never been able to get a reservation at Oga's - especially not in Disney World. When I found a 1pm spot open, I immediately jumped on it. It was a little early to be day drinking, but what the heck. I would say the seating is very awkward. We were smushed together into a long table with 1 other couple and a family of 6. When the family of 6 left, we thought we could have a little more space for a few minutes, but then they shoved 3 new couples to the space. Super awkward. Drinks were good, I honestly can't remember what I had anymore, but we enjoyed all four of our drinks. The best thing honestly was the Bantha cookie that came with X's Blue Milk. That cookie was BOMB.

Yelp
Although the prices are fairly expensive, per the Disneyland normal, the drinks and snacks are pretty good. We ordered the garlic pretzels with spicy cheese sauce and my 5 year old devoured them. The drink cups are cute and fun, but I will say the standing room only is quite problematic with someone who can't see the top of the table because they are 5. It is mostly like a typical bar but Star Wars style. Again, the prices are quite expensive, but you aren't paying for the food but rather the "experience"

Yelp
Oga's Cantina nails the vibe of Star Wars in terms of the interior design. Entering the space felt like walking into a different world with the ambient lighting, circular design & light up tables. I also loved the droid DJ. The non-alcoholic drinks were good but a bit on the sweeter side and the prices are pretty high. The snacks didn't look super appealing to me at the time so I did not order any. Mainly I wanted to check out the inside. I was satisfied with my visit but I don't think I would return again unless it's to accompany someone else's first time. Also as a note to non-Disney experts like myself -- the app will show the walk up list as "full" unless you are physically near Oga's Cantina. Only then can you add your name to the list. When the table is ready they send a text message to notify you. The walk up list only allows you to be at a standing only table which is shared with other guests. We had a total of 8 people at our table. On a Saturday around 4pm for a table of 2, we waited 28 minutes.

Yelp
Oga's Cantina at Disneyland Resort is located in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Park. Special note : Dining reservations does not guarantee admission to Disneyland park, must have a park reservation and valid admission for in park dining . Clearly the selling point here is the ambience it's the local cantina where bounty hunters, smugglers and weary travelers come together to refuel and enjoy music from droid Dj R-3x. There is limited seating and the cantina is mainly all standing room , with a few seated tables . There is a time limit of 45 minutes per party. If I can help some one make a great snack choice and drink combo : get the Reythan Crackers and Moss Mousse-$10.00 & Yub nub -18.00 . Great combo. Please save your taste buds and do not get the black spire " cold brew" not good . I hope this helps you make a better decision!

Yelp
It's an experience! We were able to get a reservation for our Disney trip and we just had to experience this! The atmosphere was lively. We were "seated" (standing only) at the bar, so we were served quickly and got a birds eye view of all the goings on. We each got a different drink option and passed them all around. The drinks packed a good punch - I don't remember what they were, but they all fit in the theme of the bar! We got a little carried away, ordered another round even though they were super pricey but hey, when are we gonna be here again? I'm glad we came! Not sure it would be a must-see next time, but we enjoyed it this trip!

Yelp
We were too late to make reservations prior to our trip.On the day of our visit, we tried to make Walk Up reservations but were met with various obstacles.  1, We needed to be physically close by, like after entering Frontier Land.  2, Walk Up is for within an hour so cannot reserve in the morning for that evening.  3,  Received many messages of no avail openings.  But we kept trying and eventually got on the Walk Up list.    The role playing experience was the attraction.  The vibe is a sketchy black market joint where scoundrels go to make under the table deals. While we were enjoying our drinks at the stand up bar, some power generator thingy broke down with smoke streaming out.  Then the bartender hits it with a hammer mallet to fix it (Sounds like what we do at work). The fix got the crowd cheering. DJ is droid R3X who bounces its head around.  Overall a pretty cool place to visit.  Alcoholic drinks run similar prices as any downtown bars, quality was just OK, mostly fruity drinks. Snacks were actually decent, I would recommend the Garlic Pretzel Bread with Cheese Sauce.

Yelp
Got receipt first before anything. Took forever to get the "snack" which was just cheese and bread. Took even longer to get the 4 drinks. The blue milk was horrible. The kids couldn't even finish it. This time it was a huge miss. Horrible wait time. Felt like we were in a HUGE rush by the staff but things weren't even received in a timely manner. Immediately after arriving we were told "here's the menu. Take a picture of the menu. Make sure you know what you want" but nothing shows up in a timely manner. The receipt did arrive immediately.

Yelp
Cool spot to check out @ Star Wars land! To sit at the booth, you must have a reservation. Unless you have a large group, I'm not sure I'd recommend a reservation though. We saw 2-3 groups of people with reservations being crammed into booths. They looked visibly uncomfortable and unhappy about having so share a table with strangers. Without a reservation, you can join the waitlist as a walk-in. You'll get standing space only, but I didn't think it was bad! In fact, I preferred standing because you get to see more of the decor and interior! Also, the tables you stand at light up & change colors, adding to the experience. Our favorite drink hands down was the Fuzzy Tauntaun. It's a refreshing fruity drink with a unexpected "numbing" foam on top. The foam actually does numb your mouth - such an interesting experience!

Yelp
It was a miss for me. The entire experience was okay at best? We booked a reservation exactly 60 days in advance to assure our party of 8 could get in. I'll give grace because it was during the holiday excitement and I know Ogas is a hit spot, but wow are those some miserable cast members. I definitely had a misconception about what the experience would be as well, specifically that the reservations are not for your own space in the place, they crammed 8 of us in a booth with 4 others, who were less than happy about it. Awkward? Last dislike, the tables were a filthy sticky mess, as well as the floors. Definitely left a paying above normal rates for a lackluster environment sting. The food was good and different which was fun, the drinks were okay. If you want to geek out about Star Wars and can get over the rest of it, give it a try. Otherwise I'd pass, there are plenty of food and drink fun to be had elsewhere.

Yelp
Disneyland time is precious. Absolutely do not waste it here. Your time is better spent waiting in line for another ride. They dont honor the reservations so I have no idea why they even bother implementing it. They split up my party telling me that my bigger party would at least have our own space. Absolutely not the case and a bunch of other reservations went ahead of us. They were at least 40 mins behind giving us our table. No apology either, it seems they forgot we were even there and I had to go back and forth with their staff a bit. Expect to share a table, not once, twice but three times even. They sat us and kept shifting us left and right to accommodate to more tables. They took forever to take the order of our drink yet when it finally came, they gave us the check immediately too. The drinks weren't even good - one of the drinks was really sour, the other tasted like legit dirt. & Even tho they were late on everything they'll emphasize to you multiple times that there's a time limit for your seat. Disneyland, obviously your employees hate working here. Tear it down and put something else up.

Yelp
Oga's Cantina is a must do for Star Wars fans. Getting in is easy if you use the Disney App to join the wait list. You have to be in the area of Galaxy's Edge to do so. They will text you while you wait, our wait was thirty minutes which gives you time to shop and enjoy the atmosphere of Galaxy's Edge. We ended up missing it because we decided to build a droid. We went to the hostess and asked what we had to do to get back on the list and she said they could still accept our waitlist so after waiting about five minutes we got in. Due to the large amount of people who want in you have a 40 minute and two drink limit and it's mostly standing room that you share with other people. The menu can be looked at before hand or scanned with QR code. The waitresses are quick but still very fun and enjoyable. I got the coruscant cooler and fuzzy tauntaun. The coruscant cooler is whiskey and cranberry which I really enjoyed. The fuzzy tauntaun is probably one of the most popular drinks, it features a foam that kind of numbs your mouth and the drink itself is peach flavored. I love peach so it was delicious. The jet juice has a chile liquor and pomegranate flavors and was really unique. Overall it's a fun experience even if it's a bit fast and crowded depending on the time of your visit. The atmosphere is so cool and detailed, we sat next to DJ Rex which was really cool, he moves and take between songs. And yes the iconic Star Wars cantina song is played if you're there long enough.

Yelp
We made a reservation for 9am at Oga's. It's strange to offer breakfast reservations that early seeing as they don't have breakfast food, but we went anyway because it can be hard to get a table there. We had a party of 5 so ended up with our own large table, but it wasn't long before they put another family with us. We ordered three different plates, the Blossom Bread with cheese sauce which was good, a plate that was basically flat, crispy crepes, and The Bounty, which came with bread, pastrami and a pickle hummus. We all agreed The Bounty was the best of the three dishes. We also enjoyed Oga's version of a Bloody Mary...it was morning after all! Our server was friendly, he did forget one dish, but brought it quickly after we reminded him. The main reason for visiting Oga's is the atmosphere. If you are a Star Wars fan, you'll love it.

Yelp
The original bar from the Star Wars replicated at Disneyland! Lots of authentic details. It is also fairly popular as it is one of only two places at Disneyland that serves alcohol, but limit is two drinks per person. Food choices are snacks, and unless your party is 6+ people you will not get a seated booth. Drink choices are great, ambiance is fantastic, service is so so, and wait is loooooongggg....

Yelp
We came here yesterday on our third visit to disneyland in a year, and this place is always a must for any start wars fan. Despite not finding reservations ahead of time, we heard that you can often find an opening a couple of hours before instead of trying to book days ahead, and it worked! The atmosphere is just as good as you'd expect from galaxy's edge, immaculate! The service is great and the drinks can either be amazing or just okay. Two out of the three visits to the cantina, we've only been lucky to have seated dining once which is really sad when we are waking over 20,000 steps every time we visit, I really wish they had more seating in this place instead of only a few booths and the rest all standing at bar tops. This visit our group shared the Moogan Tea(tea, choco milk, cream cereal), Grinning Loth Cat(guava, lime, basil drink), and Baatu Wilds Bounty (salami and pickle plate with warm bread). Everything was delicious, but especially the Loth Cat Guava drink! The plate we shared was a perfect snack with a hummus like pickely sauce and meats. Overall, we LOVE this cantina every time we come. We just wish we could sit down to enjoy our drinks.

Yelp
Such a cute experience!! You should make reservations if possible. We had a reservation for two and there is a time limit of 45 minutes but no one came to rush us. We r had a bigger group of 8 people and they added themselves onto the waitlist and got in. We did go on a rainy day but if you want to try your luck, put yourself in the wait list forsure!! The snacks are all worth a try, especially the garlic cheese bread. The interior is very well built out and there's a lot of cool references to the franchise. The people and bartenders were all super friendly too. I'd say highly recommend!

Yelp
Not a great experience for my friend and I...when we entered the cantina yesterday we were lead to a table with 2 parties already there. One party was a group of 4; the other, a family of three with a young child. When we arrived at the table, the parents of the young child rolled their eyes and were clearly unhappy that we were added to their table. I get it. It was awkward for us, annoying for them, and quite frankly, ridiculous that Disney is placing so many people at a small table with no personal space and barely any room to place your drinks/food. After about 10 minutes of sheer awkwardness, the party of four left as did the disgruntled family. Immediately, a party of 7 was ushered in and placed at our table. We had our appetizers and drinks at that time, and one of the members of that party brusquely asked me to scoot down to make more room for their party. It was aggravating because if we scooted even an inch further, we would have knocked our plates and drinks off the table, which were literally at the very edge of said table. This is not a happy place for most people. It's very awkward to have 3 different sets of strangers at one's table within a span of 20 minutes, even more so when everyone is literally breathing on top of each other. The experience was tainted from the get go by the couple who rolled their eyes. It didn't get any better after that. Our server was pleasant and the mocktails (tartine tea, blurrgfire) and snacks (pretzel rolls, edamame) were decent; hence the two stars. But the experience itself is so awkward and uncomfortable that I say pass on this unless you really want to experience a Star Wars themed bar and can overlook the above issues. We went to Lamplight Lounge later and it was galaxies apart from Oga's Cantina in terms of comfort and pleasure.

Yelp
Fun bar located close to the Smuggler's Run ride. Came here via waitlist by using the app and since we went at 10am (it's 5pm somewhere!) we were able to get in with a minimal wait time. We ordered the pretzel bread with cheese dip and pastrami cream cheese dip with bread for the four of us alongside drinks. I had the blue mylk with the coconut chocolate chip cookie - it's made with rice milk so it's fine if you're dairy free. The pretzel bread was the better of the two dishes we ordered but both were solid snack options. Two drink maximum per person and they do have a flight. They did have some seats but the majority of the waitlist people went to the standing tables. Note that you'll need to share them with other parties.
