This is without a doubt, one of the best street foods I've ever had in my life; Korean hot dogs deserve to have the popularity and spread that boba tea has because they are so unique and delicious.
Oh K-Dog is a rebrand of a Korean hot dog stall in the Doraville H Mart, serving basically corndogs with different fillings (hot dogs, cheese, hot dogs AND cheese, rice cakes), as well as Tteok-bokki and soon-to-be egg sandwiches. The difference in these corndogs is that the breading is not soft and batter-y like a traditional county fair corndog, it's crispy and crunchy, which lends to a much lighter, less greasy corndog. When served, they ask if you'd like it rolled in granulated sugar. I know this sounds incredibly odd, but I promise it's absolutely worth it. Then there are a variety of seasonings and sauces you can add, the best sauce being the cheese mustard.
I've tried most of their menu and every single thing is delicious, but none moreso than the half mozzarella, half hot dog. The top half of the stick is the cheese, with the bottom being the hot dog, and eating from the top allows the hot dog to cool enough to eat by the time you reach it, which is genius design. Plus you don't get tired of the same filling halfway through. Their tteok-bokki is also delicious but it is quite spicy, so if that's not your cup of tea, I don't recommend trying it.
I cannot say enough good things about Oh K-Dog, though probably the best is: every time I'm in Atlanta I drive out of my way just to come here, that's how good it is. Show them support!
