OH MY GOSH! Brigadeiros - J&H (Downtown Miami)

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, you can really feel the love that goes into everything. The brigadeiros are not only delicious, but also so beautifully made that they almost look too pretty to eat. I ordered them as holiday gifts for my coworkers and building staff, and they were a huge hit. Highly recommend for treats and gifting! I’ll definitely be back!

For $40 I am very disappointed that I had to take this cake in this conditions to a holiday party. They also shrank the portion? Who knows at this point, each individual brigadeiros is now over $$$$ dollars each

Not worth it. $3+ for a tiny Brigadeiro…. Didn’t even have a bag and only offered the box if I purchased 6…. It’s unacceptable to make me walk out with the 4 Brigadeiros in my hand. Bags are a must.

Oh My Gosh Brigadeiros was started by "two brothers willing to start from scratch, with the idea of bringing and making Brigadeiro well known in the US." Luciano and Pedro Brilho were determined to bring their love of Brazilian brigadeiros to their adopted country of the United States. Opened in May of 2015, they were the first chocolate Brigadeiro shop in Florida. What are brigadeiros you might wonder? For the uninitiated they are a Brazilian bonbon, created in the 1940s and named after Brigadier Eduardo Gomes (apparently a good looking single fellow with an legion of admiring female fans). You usually find brigadeiros at birthday parties in Brazil. Although they are typically chocolate, you can find them in a variety of flavors here. Ingredients include sweet condensed milk, flavoring (cocoa powder) and butter. The candy is hand rolled and can be stored at room temperature for up to three days. The brigadeiros here are tiny and depending on how many you buy, run around $2 apiece. Brigadeiro offers 15 flavors including churro, Nutella, dulce de leche, Romeo and Juliet (guava), pistachio, rainbow, white chocolate, and their top seller Oh My Gosh which received it's name from what customers said the first time they tried it. "OH MY GOSH" They also sell cakes by the slice and in jars. They even have coffee cups covered in candy for the most amazing looking cappuccinos. Their Nutella cappuccino reached 16 million views on the internet and became viral in Miami. I had previously visited their store in the MiMo district. This Oh My Gosh is located on the first floor of Julia and Henry food hall in downtown Miami. I bought a sprinkle and original OMG to go for $5. They are packaged beautifully like jewels in a tiny box. The creamy brigadeiro's are very addicting and they make the perfect little sweet pick me up.

I have been following this business for a while on Instagram but never made it to their Coral Gables location. I ended up on date night at Julia & Henry's and knew I wanted dessert before we headed home. I was soo excited to see Oh My Gosh on the way out. I got a 6 pack 2 Dulce de leche, 2 OMG 1 original 1 churro. They were all soo delicious, light and fluffy not overly sweet. These are little balls of heaven! Lol. The cake looked delicious and I think I will try it next time.

Ooo. What a tasty treat! Beautiful packaging. Incredibly sweet with a touch of salt and really nice textures to sink your teeth into. Each bite was an out of body experience. Totally recommend! Great for yourself or to gift!

Their name is my exact reaction when I see them I just love their desserts. It's located in a food hall called Julia and Henry's. It's so nice, the building is beautiful & the staff is all very nice.

Went to OMG Brigadeiros at Julia & Henrys to buy my wife an anniversary chocolate cake. The person behind the counter was confused when I asked for a chocolate cake. Her English wasn't good and I had to point to her what I wanted, another lady who was behind the counter was helping her, After she microware the cake which cost $48.00, and then pour Nutella all over the cake, she then put the cake in a box and was about to hand it to me. I asked for a bag, and she said we do not have a bag. I told the lady I needed a bag since I'm going to be walking a few blocks, she then offered me a Walgreens plastic bag she took for the trash and offer me that. Once she did that, I told them I didn't want the cake and just asked for my money back, I had to tell both of them many times please just give me a back my money, you really going to sell a microware cake for $48.00 and give me a plastic Walgreen bag from the TRASH, please, we aren't in a third world country. The Miami Dade health department needs to investigate this. My advice is STAY AWAY from " OMG Brigadeiros " aka Oh my GOSH.
