Unfortunately, I tried to go here considering the reputation they have for doing natural hair. I should have known based on their horrible and old looking website, that something wasn't right.
I made an appointment.
Took off from work to enjoy the day.
Showed up 10 mins early because I value people's time and businesses.
No one was there.
I called.
The woman who answered had a HUGE attitude. ENORMOUS!
She didn't care that I was a new customer.
She didn't care that I was on time, early.
She told me she was running 10-15 mins late, and "if it was a problem, you can just leave.".
Wow!
Needless to say...it doesn't matter how good you are at doing hair if you don't understand good business and customer service practices.
Fail.
