I’ll admit that macarons were never on my mind growing up, it wasn’t until recently that I discovered what I was missing. Ohh macarons is a cozy little shop I love to pop into whenever I get the chance. The owners are amazing, everyone’s always really friendly and the macarons themselves are incredible. I’m really impressed that they rotate their flavors so frequently (every week) and still have so much creativity. Some favorites which come to mind: churro, two of their main menu items the Vietnamese coffee and the salted caramel, mango peach oolong, POG, crème brûlée, anything banana; but honestly I’ve loved every single thing I’ve tried. Their menu also spans teas and coffee drinks, ice cream sandwiches, cupcakes… things are always changing and you’ll never get bored. They sell a variety of other little gifts as well, including treats for cats and dogs (which our little rat terrier appreciates). And if you’re inclined to making sweets at home they even host classes so you can master your own macarons. So if you’re in the area or passing through, please support this charming little business.

We came before closing, they have the best unique flavors of macarons. Party room for parties and even macaron classes. Their ube cold foam nitro cold brew was so delicious and beautiful! Definitely a place for a sweet treat and perfect coffee break.

Great macarons of course, but also low-key the best coffee and soft drink place in downtown Bothell. I don’t get coffee anywhere else. Very competitive prices, too!

Ohh Macarons is such a charming spot! Their macarons are not only delicious but also beautifully crafted—almost too pretty to eat, and the drink menu is fantastic. My favorite is the Tokyo Fog tea with less sweetness—so smooth and comforting. The owner’s kindness makes every visit even more special, always welcoming us with a warm smile. Highly recommend!”

Great location with nice interior design and friendly staff. However, the ice creams tasted overly sweet and seemed to rely on artificial flavors or colors rather than natural ingredients. Not really my taste

In a world where mass-produced treats are the norm, this quaint shop stands out as a beacon of quality and dedication. The owner Tee, takes personal interest in every aspect of this operation. If you’re looking for a place where every bite is a labor of love and every interaction is a warm welcome, then this is the perfect destination. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, make sure to stop by and experience the magic for yourself.

These macarons are on another level. They even have the Labubu macarons which are fun to see. The shop also sells merch, pet treats, and offers workshops, which makes it a great place for a date or a weekend activity. 👍🏾

Google
Store will officially open the end of June but the setup is really cute so far and the macaroons were delicious! Everyone was so friendly and the best customer experience. I recommend supporting this small business. Highly recommend the black sesame creme brulee macaroon that was my favorite

Yelp
Downtown Bothell has its sweets game on with cafes, patisserie, bakery, candy store, doughnut shop, and now macarons all within a tight radius. Ohh Macarons on Main Street is transforming its location as a multi-faceted retail site. Yes, macarons are widely recognized and available now. I made gazillons of these back in pastry school. I have enjoyed macarons from Bakery Nouveau, Lady Yum, Macadons, and totally miss Amandine. I digress. Anyways, I can vouch that the process can be labor intensive, especially when featuring a variety of flavors and customized character artwork. Ohh Macarons should be gazed upon and savored - don't gobble these in one bite! I decided to check out Ohh Macarons before heading out to another lunch/pop up site. Plus a nearby patisserie had an insane line on that dreary Saturday (5/18/24). I was able to find street parking and await the start of their business day. The retail site is still a work in progress as documented via their Instagram site. However, there were a nice assortment of merch nicely arranged on the shelves, front window, and at the main counter. Always good to see an indie site also cross pollinating with other indie businesses, very beneficial and collaborative business strategy. I ended up buying a cute Shiba doggo enjoying boba sticker for The Homie ($4), one specialty AANHPI macaron - mango sticky rice ($4) and a dozen placed in a window box tote ($35). The selected flavors included vanilla, Vietnamese coffee, cookies & cream, praline pecan, salted caramel, and black sesame brulee. The macarons in the pastry case may vary on other weekends. These fresh macarons were well received by the recipients and vanished pretty fast! I look forward to seeing the space as fully envisioned by the owner, additional prep space, innovative macaron flavors and displays, more merch, and the ability to have macaron technical classes - all great future possibilities. Also time for my PSA: this French confection is a macaRON, not Macron (that's the French President), and not macaROON (that's usually with egg whites and coconut). If you're in the downtown Bothell area, make a weekend detour and indulge in tasty goodness from Ohh Macarons.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! New macaron place in downtown and can't wait to go back. The woman who helped us was so nice. I hope everyone goes and supports this new business.
