Great entertainment and attentive service with mouth watering food. If you get the combination platter with 3 proteins you might have to open your pants before you leave lol.

This place is awesome and our hibachi chef was hilarious!! Very friendly, engaging, and fun! The chef played with my partner the most which was so much fun! And we were sat in the right spot because we got all the leftovers! The food is DELICIOUS! I will absolutely be back!!!

I have been a loyal customer at this establishment, visiting at least once every two weeks, and have always enjoyed my experience. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. When I walked in, I simply asked about the wait time. The person at the front desk ignored my question, so I politely asked again. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with an unprofessional outburst—he loudly snapped, “I don’t know.” At no point was I rude; I was just looking for basic information. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, as customer service seems to have declined. I expect a higher level of professionalism, especially from a place I have supported for so long. I’ll have to think twice before returning.

We've always had good experiences with Ohjah when we ordered dine in. The staff are always nice and the food is pretty good. However, when we ordered takeout about a month and a half ago, the service was terrible. I had a 10 minute argument over the phone about how the meals (pictures attached) were not comparable to dine portions. We got a refund, but come one guys. Y'all are better than this

We had a combo hibachi, and it came with steak (we picked the ribeye) chicken and shrimp . All was to our preference and not dry. Very clean, and the staff was super sweet. I only gave 4 stars because we waited a while before anyone was around the door to talk to us about seating and took a while to get sauces and other requests.

We made a reservation prior to going since we wanted the whole show. The place was nice and clean and the staff was wonderful and friendly! Our chef was super nice and fun, we also enjoyed the show with his cooking skills! The food was delicious!! We ordered from the Hibachi part of the menu and tried chicken and shrimp the fried rice and veggies which was all amazing! The soup and salad at the beginning so good! Prices were good and the menu has sooo much options to choose from in general. Great place to go in a group to enjoy a great meal and some fun!

It's one of our favorite places to stop. We love to order several appetizers instead of main dish. Sometimes wait long time at the door, I bet they are also short handed in staff and not pay attention for the new customers. But overall, we like this place. Not true Japanese cuisine, but Asian fusion. Good.

My family's favorite habachi spot ! The service is great and the staff is friendly ! Kevin makes sure to answer all your questions about the menu and make recommendations based on what you like! Chefs are always hilarious! And the food is 10/10 we love the Kani Nachos and edamame for appetizers! And the steak and shrimp are always cooked perfectly! Definitely recommend visiting here the next time you're in the area!

I recently visited this hibachi restaurant after enjoying a meal at their Henderson branch. Arriving around 9 PM on a weekend, we were surprised to find we were the only customers there. Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us, which was a nice touch. The food was just as fresh and delicious as I remembered from the other location. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the server's demeanor. They seemed less than enthusiastic about our presence, which I suspect was due to our timing, as it was still an hour before closing. Overall, while the food met my expectations, the service could use some improvement, especially considering the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. It's worth a visit for the food, but I hope for a warmer welcome next time.

Johanna is the bomb.com baebey! She always make sure we have hot sake while we wait for our order. Me and my girl are always treated well when we come. And she even hooks us up when we DoorDash lol. For some reason she just knows it's us cause we order the green tea ice cream. Always a great laugh and good time when we are here.

Terrible server that ruined it for us. The food was ok and the ambiance was decent I would have given 4-5 stars if our waitress wasn't in a rush and didn't attend to us at all. Terrible representation on the business but could have been just that server

My family's favorite go-to hibachi place! We have been here several times for special occasions with family and always enjoy ourselves. We came here again tonight for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! We usually recommend making a reservation, especially for a larger party. So we're always usually seated right away when doing so, and all of their hibachi rooms are always full!! They do have a front seating room and bar seating as well though if you are not coming for hibachi. But I love ordering the hibachi here and everything we've had has been pretty good! The chicken, steak, and seafood were all cooked very well and as we asked. The garlic fried rice and noodles are always so yummy too! Our teppanyaki chef listened to our needs and cooked accordingly. And he was also super personable, kind, and funny! This is always so important when going for hibachi I feel. Someone who genuinely enjoys and is good at their job! The rest of the service was spectacular tonight as well. Our server made sure to go above and beyond, take pictures, and even help us pack up all our cake at the end! I always leave here feeling happy and full and will continue to come back.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and usually the service is great but last night the cook was ignoring us . When he gave me my rice he kind of just threw it at me and made everyone at the table like wooo , that was aggressive, he didn't say sorry or anything .... he gave everyone else extras , even when they didn't want them . Our portions was extra small to the rest of the tables . It just gave us a weird feeling and it was unappreciated. I usually tip my cook cause the show and the interaction is great .. this time was the complete opposite!

Very slow service w/ this one waitress that we always get. Just for water 15 mins. To get our food took around 30 mins. On top of that our food came out cold so the manager Leo told us they would make a new one. Leo lies & they brought the same dish because I had bitten a piece & it was still there. He says oh no we made new dish. I told him he was a liar & that our family & friends that we have brought in the past will never come to this restaurant again! No sorry from him & he did not try to accommodate us. Bad business ethics!

If you're just coming here for the ambiance, great! I can see why it can be fun for a celebration. But the food is just mediocre for the price. Left feeling unsatisfied, could get more food and better somewhere else. If it's you're 1st time sure experience it why not!

Decided to try this reaturant for dinner and had a great experience overall. Food was great and service attentive and friendly. I was surprised at how reasonably out dinner was for 2 dinner and drink and was expecting to pay twice what we did. Definately, will return again.

The service is always great, and the food is delicious. We love the salmon Kama! And for such a great price point.

The atmosphere was nice. The waiter was nice and really hustled. We got the pork katsu curry plate and husband got the teriyaki steak. Both came with a salad. Heavy on the dressing, but they was ok with me. I hadn't had katsu in a while because most places make it too dried out. This katsu was perfectly cooked and the curry was wonderful. Husband got the teriyaki steak. Wow! His was perfectly cooked to medium doneness. Middle was closer to medium rare. Very tender steak. We were impressed by this place and would like to return.

I came here solo while on a business trip in Las Vegas, craving hibachi style steak. I ordered the steak plate, it was a big portion and good considering the price, the waiter was also super attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I did get some type of allergic reaction to the meat. Felt like a chemical issue. Not sure where they source their meat from. The waiter offered me extra miso soup to substitute the side dishes I was unable to eat due to dietary restrictions.

Every time we visit family in Las Vegas we go to Ohjah and have a great time, we have been here on numerous occasions. We sit at the teppanyaki griddle with a large party of 15-20. We always had great chef's cook for us, and they are all animated and humorous, not to mention great at what they do!! The kids love the miso soup and always ask for more. Everyone orders a mix of items off the menu so it's difficult for me to pinpoint specific items, everything is always on point and delicious. The staff and service are quick and efficient. Ambiance is nice, Japanese style decor, but it needs to be organized better. There are menus on the side tables and other odds and ends that look out of place, that's my only complaint and the decor. Overall, Ohjah is just plain fun!! we all leave with smiles on our face and full of food for a decent price. I look forward to visit Ohjah when we are in Las Vegas!!

Our first time at this location was a great experience and good vibes! We came for my birthday and ordered the steak and shrimp. We also ordered drinks which tasted great! The cook was amazing and super friendly. The waitress was attentive as well. The workers always make it a great experience when we come to Ohjah.

This place is okay. I've been twice, both times I made reservations just because I didn't want to chance having to wait. Both times they automatically brought me to the hibachi area. (If you sit in the hibachi area you can only eat off of the hibachi menu). The first time my son was okay with hibachi so we ended up eating that. There was a group of 4-5 people who were also seated at our hibachi table and after reviewing the menu decided not to eat the hibachi. This was a little irritating as we (and another party of 3) had already been waiting to order and start eating! The chef was nice, and put on a fair performance. The food was okay nothing really spectacular. The second time i came into the restaurant I knew I wanted to eat in the first part of the restaurant where they serve Japanese dishes. The miso soup was a little salty but was probably the best thing I had besides the side salad. There were four of us eating this night, the waitress brought one person's food first, a bit later brought another person's food, and the remaining two dishes didn't come out until well after the first two dishes were served. Leaving it a bit awkward and frustrating that only two of four people ate most of the time. If you're looking for authentic Japanese food this is not the place to go. I will not be returning.

Ordered takeout in person, combination fried rice is perfection! Cooked exactly like I wanted, extra fried. I think this one was better than all the other ones I ordered from them before. Good job this time!

We went for a family dinner and were not dissatisfied. The food was AMAZING. We dis hibachi and everything was wonderful. The service was great as well as the ambiance. We were a table of 9 and our servers kept our orders organized.

Sit at the bar, Hardy is amazing and will take great care of you. Food is good, vibe is good, staff is great.

What can I say about Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse that would get you to run over there now and try it? This place has some of the most mouthwatering entrees I've had in a long time. I feel that time is placed in preparing the food, the attention to detail on the presentation, and the taste all make this experience epic. The service is good and they will take care of you. I tried the lobster roll and I was in a montage scene as I took the first bite because it was so delicious. The combination fried rice looked small, till you started eating it, and it had to be taken home. Each bite better than the last. The restaurant was very clean and had a beautiful feng shui about it. Ultimate I highly recommend taking a date, friends, large parties, or even alone to this place.

I went to a different location last time and wasn't really feeling the hibachi, so this time I just got a couple sushi rolls. I forgot the name of this roll but it was good! The service was great too!

The food is here is really delicious I love treating my family and self here a few time a month The service is always quick and we almost never wait for seating. Along with great lighting to chill after a long day with a great drink always comes perfect!

Great sushi and teppanyaki experience! . We like doing one or the other but both are great. We like the sushi side seating - private and great ambiance! The sushi rolls are large and so many combos! Love it!

Just ordered from uber eats. The chicken teriyaki was dry and skinless, the crab croquette didn't even have imitation crab inside, it's just all cream cheese, and the miso soup tasted so bland, and they forgot my diet pepsi. Waste of money!

I celebrated my 19th birthday here and it was the best experienc. I have to shout out Q. he was the best, constantly cracking jokes and making us laugh. He was amazing and the food was delicious!!!!

I think we just had a bad cook and server. My food was overly salty and the chef was not entertaining. He just kind of cooked and did the shrimp toss at the end and that was really it. I also don't feel like my portion size was like I normally get at other hibachi type places. I ordered the simple filet with fried rice and I really couldn't eat it because it was so salty. Others at the table had the same opinion. Also the server was nice but really didn't come to check on us. We had to ask for condiments and refills consistently.

We have dined there numerous times and the food is delicious and the service on point. We love to have our birthday celebrations there as there is always something to please everyone. Their plum wine is delicious as is their saki. Definitely a place to try, you won't be disappointed.

Well...after my last experience I FINALLY decided to eat here again. I don't see the guy much and as usual the waitresses that know me sat me down quick and my order came quick. To me the service is back to normal and as long as that guy doesn't help me I'm enjoying my service here again.

I love it here! The service was amazing and so personable. Our server was Naomi, and she was absolutely on the ball with our orders and checking that we had everything we needed. I ordered the filet mignon with a side of scallops and it was EXCELLENT. The sauces were unique and tasty for hibachi too!

Ohjah steakhouse is definitely probably one of the best sushi places I have been to in Vegas. They do offer a lot of options to choose from but if you do sit down at the hibachi area, you have to order hibachi from what was said to me and my friends, the last time we went. they do offer so many options of sushi they have. I will leave two or three pages of sushi. I did try the salmon roll, and it was very delicious. The staff this last time I went was a little different but towards the end, they definitely made up for it, we were having some issues with trying to put in an order because we were one person from our group was a few minutes late and we were trying to place the order. It was just some confusion but they did at the end. Give great customer service and I did try the sangria sake, which was really delicious. And the crowd that night was very loud. We did have an amazing chef that did take his time and made our experience well worth coming in. I will definitely be returning. I usually go to the one in the Northwest and the last time I went to the one on rainbow and Lake Mead. I have been also two other ones in the valley and always keep returning because the food is delicious.

We go to this Ojah for every special occasion because they never disappoint! The service is quick and attentive, especially Buddy! Definitely a shining star who needs recognition, attentive without being overbearing and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Ojah has the most consistently good food I've ever had, the fish tastes fresh and all the rolls are beautifully presented. The booths and the tables have great privacy screens so you can chow down without judgment, music is just loud enough and the lighting is chefs kiss. I LOVE YOU OJAH

Don't waste your money! We were incredibly disappointed by the food and service last night. Soup tasted like dishwater . Steak was literally cut in half thin with little flavor. I received only five shrimp for an entire entrée. They do vegetables last which was odd. When we were still eating, our meals, we were pushed for dessert repeatedly-- it was clear they wanted our group to clear the table.
