Worst quality, worst customer service ive had in Vietnam. For people who are after good quality stuff, you better walk away straight away.
Bought a tote bag for 486,000 vnd on march 15, the bottom opened up in two weeks time. Contacted the store and the answer is sorry too bad we can only fix it within three days after purchase. So no, sorry not sorry, the quality is not our problem after three days💁🏻♀️ and you call it local design brand, with quality, shame on you.

Stop the BS.
My point being:
1. I understand the three day purchase agreement, most of brands have that so you dont have to explain that.
2. What concerns me is youre selling high price which is supposed to be worth its quality, in this case, tears two weeks after purchase says a lot.
3. Most companies (decent ones ofc) offer after purchase service, which means they'll help their customers solving the problem. In my case, your staff agreed me going to store to show the tear, when i got there, he told me bluntly too bad, NOT our problem.so whos problem this is? Your customer's? For buying your shitty quality stuff?
