Oi has delicious rice bowls, mainly serving Filipino based cuisine and a bit of Japanese options. We got the Pork Adobo and the Tapsilog , both very saucy. The pork adobo bowl is amazing as their braised pork is fried crispy so you get a great mix of textures in the dish. The Tapsilog was also yummy but a bit dry. The space is clean and the workers are nice. What you get is great for the price.

The Service: Clark was taking my order. He is very welcoming, friendly & efficient! It's nice to walk in the restaurant greeted with a smile. Great customer service! The Food: It's Pork Belly Day~ I ordered the Adobo Pork Bowl and Pork Bun. OMG! They are totally my kind of comfort food. I like the sweet sauce they put in the pork bowl (sweet & savory) with the perfect soft-boiled egg! The pork belly in the bun is crispy on the skin & the braised pork is so tender. I love deep fried food, of course I got to try their Karaage fried chicken. It is crunchy outside & super juicy and tender inside. Love my dark meat! The Parking: Plaza parking lot (FREE!)

Their portion size, taste, & presentation are always on point. Pork Belly and Umami Gravy Bowl ($13.99): Super interesting bowl. My tastebuds were so confused with this bowl. The pork belly looks and somehow tastes a bit like unagi due to the texture. The gravy is good on its own but it does make the rice too mushy. I'm also not sure if I'm a fan of the pork belly and gravy combo. On the other hand, my husband loved this bowl. He's a huge fan of pork belly, unagi, & seaweed so I'm not surprised. Chicken Longanisa Bowl ($13.99): This was super good! The chicken Longanisa tastes like Vietnamese Nem Nuong. I liked this more than the pork belly & umami gravy bowl. The hot sauce they gave was a nice addition to the bowl, especially for the rice and sunny side up egg. _______________ Overall: 4.3/5 (Ubereats delivery) Oi Asian Fusion prepared the food quickly which was delivered earlier than expected. The food was well packaged and well portioned for the price. It was still warm after sitting on the table for 20 minutes as well. Pork Adobo Bowl ($12.99): The braised pork belly wasn't as umami or soft as I liked it to be but it was still good. The meat was pretty lean too so that's a plus. I love the sauce they used which was really good on the rice and pork belly. The soft boiled egg was still runny and tasted good with the hot sauce they provided. Dynamite Crawfish Bowl ($16.99): They give a generous portions of crawfish so it was 100% worth it. The dynamite sauce is akin to Sriracha mayo sauce so the bowl tasted like sushi bake/lion king roll except with crawfish instead of salmon. If you're a fan of seafood, you're going to love this bowl. This was definitely different and something I actually recommend trying over the pork adobo bowl. Apparently we got garlic rice but I didn't taste it under all the sauce but my husband did for both bowls.

This review is based off an Uber eats review and I’m pretty sure it would of tasted better in person. I ordered the Chicken Longanisa Bowl, Ribeye Bistek Bowl, pork bun and garlic sauce. The chicken longanisa was a solid entree especially with the fried egg. The bistek bowl was also very delicious and it was a solid entree with garlic sauce. The pork bun was good overall. I’d definitely get this for delivery again and I’d love to check them out in person.

Ube upside down pie These rice bowls were so delicious and I loveddd the side of spicy vinegar that came with them since they balanced out the sweet marinade. I love trying new meals and this one is a great comfort food esp when you want a solid meal that won’t disappoint. My favorite was the adobo bowl since it was so crispy on the outside & crispy on the inside. The Ube pie was such a stand out because of how rich and creamy the Ube filling was ✨👌🏻 do yourself a favor and get that as a sweet treat to finish the meal 😌

I've tried the Chicken Longanisa and the Dynamite Crawfish. The chicken isn't really what I expected but it tasted okay. The Crawfish is pretty delicious. This place is quite cheap for LA, definitely a nice place to grab lunch after visiting the Griffith Observatory.

This place is definitely a gem!!! Hidden behind rite aid on Hollywood Blvd I would have never known this place even existed. The service was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was extraordinary. The Dynamite Crawfish was delicious the flavor was amazing and the presentation was great. The Tapsilog was another really amazing dish I tried the beef was good quality and juicy.

The food here is bussin bussin!!! Ordered the pork belly tacos WoW were they good. The pork belly and umami gravy my wife loved it. I had the ado bowl which was packed with flavor. These guys have it really going on. Dinner Drives & Dives should come here!!

My first time having Filipino food in la and it was very delicious and they were all very nice, 100% will come back again!

I REALLY wanted to like this place based on the reviews and the fact that I like Filipino food. I ordered the Topsilog and the beef was super fatty, tough to chew and had ZERO seasoning or sauce to give it any flavor. It was meat to grill and nothing in between. The garlic rice had a handful of dried garlic on one corner of the rice and that was it. The lumpia was ok, not much flavor in the meat but thank goodness for the sweet chili sauce. 2 stars for the service because the guy taking my order was very nice! Hopefully this was just an off day for the cooks but I won't be driving out of my to come back unfortunately. I'm happy I got to support a small business though!

A twist on traditional adobo flavors...Angus beef in a bun...Pork in a bun...Vegan goo... in a meal...you can get yourself one. Something feels different. .. Vegetarian Uses: Mushroom food You choose your carbs or no carbs. Parking: Easy to park.

I was craving lumpia and I had no idea there was a quick serve Filipino restaurant chain besides Jollibee (which does not have lumpia)! I ordered via Postmates, I got two lumpia sides and the chicken longhanisa. It is all so good! I will be stopping by at the location soon to try other dishes!

I don't eat meat and there's only one vegetarian rice bowl on the menu, so you know that if I'm taking the time to write them a 5-star review anyway, it means it's *really* good. Their mushroom rice bowl is so consistently delicious that I keep coming back here for more, and I've tried to recreate it at home. Oi is mainly a takeout spot and they don't have much seating, but there are a couple of outdoor tables in the front. I would sit on the sidewalk to eat their food if I had to!

Sooo tasty! I happened to stumble upon this place while running some errands and I was not disappointed! We were greeted by a gentleman taking orders and he was really kind and explained the menu in detail to us to make sure we chose the right option. I chose the friend chicken adobo bowl and it was so yummy, full of flavor. I can't wait to try something else on the menu next time i stop by. The environment inside is more to-go than sit down but you are more than welcome to do either or.

Oh the yum at this one. For years this was our go to for flavor city. Love the karaage, the pork belly jicama tacos and the firecracker bowl. In fact, we ordered the same thing over and over. Then I tried the burger. WTH. Shockingly good. We may to revisit our choices moving forward. We don't typically eat there, but there's a counter and outside tables. Pickup to go and eat next door atop Barnsdall Park to watch the sunset.

So glad I popped in here! . Exquisitely delicious. While I only had the loco bowl it's safe to presume everything here is straight bomb as hell. LOWKEY chill vibes inside and the staff was very friendly. Worth a revisit!

The good news: today's order ended my crippling Oi Doordash addiction! The bad news: today I got a Kaarage bowl and after taking a few bites, I realized that about half the chicken was WAY undercooked and raw in places. I love Oi and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I just contacted Doordash; their staff reviewed photos of the meal and agreed that this wasn't safe to consume They refunded me. No big! The kicker: I called Oi just to flag it - like "hey, just an FYI, I just got uncooked chicken - maybe you can tell the kitchen to watch out so it doesn't happen to anyone else today." I expected a "oh, sorry, we'll keep an eye on the frying process, thanks for the info." Instead, they hung up on me and when I called back, the person yelled at me for calling again. OK, well, spell broken. (And a win for my wallet, I guess.) They're rude AND they don't care about food safety? Hard pass. Find a different lunch spot - this one just isn't worth it. I feel like a narc or a tattle tale, but I've also been hospitalized from food poisoning (insane - but it can happen to you, too!!!) so I would NOT recommend any joint that plays this fast and loose with food prep. DON'T RISK IT!

Update: Sunday September 17.2023 Just wanted to add a picture and brief shoutout for the dish Oi Asian Fusion is most known for, Pork Adobo. This dish is terrific. The pork somehow manages to be soft right up to the skin or bark edge that, cooked on the flattop, has taken on a great crunchy sear. Ladled over with a brown sauce that looks teriyaki in nature but tastes different, mixed together with the rice and perfectly cooked soft-poached egg? It's a steal at $12 and the perfect size for me. The vinegary hot sauce they provide upon request is nice change-up for bites too... 10/10.

After moving back to LA about 7 years ago, I definitely missed going to the OI in Canoga Park but I have been satisfied with them opening this location in 2018! The main dish for anyone and everyone to try is the Pork Belly Adobo! For those who are not familiar with Adobo, It is sorta like a sweet soy sauce Vinegar sauce with your choice of meat. The pork belly has the right amount crunchy but still juicy! Of course if pork belly is not your cup of tea, they have a fried chicken option for you! No matter what, I recommend that you get a side of adobo sauce with any of the rice bowls and upgrade to the garlic rice! The buns are also a hit if you are not into the rice bowls. Both the Karaage and Augus Burger Bun are nicely portioned and packed with flavor - Don't forget to the add the fries! To top off your meal, they have custards from Creme Caramel LA! You can't go wrong with the Uber Upside down pie!

Late lunch on a Monday. Quiet and service is fast. Ordered the adobo bowl and ube upside down pie. Everything was delicious. Restaurant is small with bar seating and a couple tables in front outside. Didn't see any restrooms.

OMG this place was way better than I expected. We just ordered for pick up but it was a pretty small shop with some seating outside as well. The staff was very friendly and the bags were well packed. Now for the food, the karaage chicken was some of the best I have ever had. They were huge and still crispy even though we drove home to eat. We got a tapsilog bowl that was so flavorful and a great portion of meat. The pork adobo bowl was also very good. I woulda 100% come here again to try other bowls.

Me and my husband finally made it out here and it was super worth it. I thought to myself after leaving why didn't I get more for my balon tomorrow. Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait til I'm in town again. We ordered 2 bowls, 1 pork bun and the 3 mini jicama tacos. Everything was super delicious. I wish I knew what I was getting myself into before trying it because now I'm going to miss this place and it's 2hrs away. For being that damn good, the prices are very affordable. I was actually surprised how cheap everything was. Not only is this place serving super delicious Asian fusion, but people can literally eat here more than once a week without killing the bank account. The drive from Bakersfield to get here is worth it! Bakersfield needs a Filipino fusion spot just like this! *hint *hint... fingers crossed haha. Ohhh PS there's a large Filipino community in Bakersfield and surrounding areas ;-) wink. To make a long story short... when you're in the area, don't forget about this spot. They have simple food, affordable and very delicious. I would definitely come back no doubt. Very happy to have tried the deliciousness from this place! The outside doesn't look very inviting, but once you step inside it's a little different. They don't have a huge dining area, but they play nice music overhead.

Take-out Heaven for a Asian and Filipino food foodie. Their rice bowls are comforting and reasonably priced. Order online or at the counter - didn't have to wait long for our two rice bowls. Only negative was the over-priced third-party(?) Upside-Down Ube Pie which was small for the price. We had: - Adobo Bowl, composed of pork belly, adobo sauce, rice, soft boiled egg, and scallions. Really good with the adobo sauce and vinegar condiment. - Tapsilog, thinly sliced beef, garlic rice, fried egg, pickled radish and scallions. Why does everything taste so good with the vinegar condiment?!? Worth it for a hearty, inexpensive, quick, meal.

What a find! A hole in the wall place but don't that mislead you because it'll surprise you with a short but well thought out menu. I didn't get to take a picture of the angus beef burger, which they used the steamed Chinese bun! It's a small place setup for grab and go orders but there are some bar seating inside and a couple small tables outside. Lots of parking Enjoy!

cute little spot with ample parking and delicious food. protein packed bowls, perfect for those looking for meaty bowls with a homemade flavors. came here for the yelp aapi passport, checked in and got a free coconut water and san pellegrino! we got two bowls, the pork adobo bowl and ribeye bistek bowl. both were phenomenal! the meat was cooked perfectly with the right amount of fat to give it flavor. the fried shallots on the ribeye bowl were a lovely compliment to the juicy steak and both bowls had eggs, a fried egg on the ribeye and soft boiled egg on the adobo. rice was fresh and chewy. i would surely come here again to try other bowls. also, we got the sweet potato dynamite fries and those were so delicious with the "dynamite sauce" which is think is like spicy mayo? yummm. there's a cute little patio outside to sit and it's right next to barnsdale art park, if you wanna take it for a picnic!

One the best food stops we've ever made! We're from out of town and we decided to stop by for a quick dinner before heading home and I'm SO glad we did! The location was easy to find with a lots of parking available. The staff was very friendly and the service was great! We ordered the pork belly with umami gravy, pork bun, as well as the Ube upside down pie. Everything was SO good! The food was affordable, delicious, and so flavorful! I had never tried the Ube pie and it was to die for!! I wish I bought more to bring home! The food was reasonably affordable for the quality. We will definitely be back to try other things on their menu!

First time I went thru food was great. This last time there was two Mexican kids who didn't speak English at all and had no culinary knowledge. The food was horrible. They definitely disappointed the second time around won't be going back

Chicken longinisa is my favorite here. The Hollywood location really doesn't have any tables inside to eat in-- definitely more hole in the wall than the one in the valley but the four is the same! There's a bar area to eat inside and 2 small tables outside.

Always fast, hot and tender meat!! I love this place and it's good to have a different flavor profile on Asian food! My favorite dish I get everytime is the pork belly with umami gravy!

Fast and efficient service. There is indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking that's free! The rice to meat ratio is perfect for all the bowls. Great spot for a quick lunch. I recommend getting the ube dessert as a treat after your meal!

I first saw Oi Asian Fusion at the Cravings food hall in Chino, but didn't try it. When I saw this location, I decided it was time to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! The bowls here are yummy! I picked up an Adobo Bowl, Tapsilog, and Chicken Longanisa bowl for the family. Although the tapsilog wasn't a hit, the other two were BOMB! The Chicken Longanisa was so flavorful and my husband loved the Adobo and the sauce it came with. I also picked up the Ube Upside Down Pie and that was so good too! They seem to make your dish when you order it, so you know it's fresh. They also offer burgers and fries if you're in the mood for that, and the Karaage Fried Chicken Bun is calling my name. Definitely trying that on my next visit! Give it it a try, you'll be happy you did!

The location is perfect. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. The restaurant only has 2 four seat tables and the interior is only a row of countertop seating. I ordered the Tapsilog Bowl and a side of Pork Lumpia. Both dishes were really good. It was a bit salty for me, but nothing a bit of water couldn't solve. I'll definitely come back for a pork or chicken dish next visit.

Oi Asian Fusion is one of my favorite filipino fusion spots in LA. I recommend going for lunch and trying one of the specialty bowls. The adobo bowl is crispy and includes pork belly adobo, signature adobo sauce, soft boiled egg, scallions, rice. The other bowl I highly recommend is the RIBEYE BISTEK BOWL with fried shallots, fried egg, ponzu, rice. I also order the side dipping sauces such as the garlic sauce and dynamite sauce. The jicama pork belly tacos are bomb! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is ample.

Any cuisine that prioritizes pork belly has a place in my heart. Great place for a casual, affordable lunch. Even if you aren't experienced with Filipino food, this is very approachable. Oi Asian Fusion offers a delicious take on classic Filipino food- rich, hearty, bursting with flavor. Definitely give it a shot! You won't be disappointed.

This is a solid, affordable place to grab a quick bite or order to-go. I got the pork adobo bowl and was really impressed by how tender and crispy the pork was. The sauce they used was *chefs kiss* and the rice was cooked perfectly. Parking is easy because they share a huge lot in the plaza. I'll be back to try other things when I'm in the area!

Great comfort Filipino food. I stumbled upon this and loved it from the first time I tried the items. Great service, and the portions are generous. Lots of seating but not great for big groups.

I really like this place. I have ordered delivery quite a few times when visiting a friend in the area and while there's a LOT of different places to try around here, this one has been tried and true for me. What do I always order here? 1) Ube Upsidedown Pie and 2) Dynamite Crawfish Bowl. What do my meat eating friends order? 3) Adobo Bowl, 4) Tapsilog Bowl and 5) Pork Belly Bowl. If Garlic Rice is an option, you just have to pay a bit more and get it...trust me. Every item is SO tasty and definitely feels like comfort food. We've also ordered the Dynamite Fries, which are also very delicious! It's got the dynamite crawfish bowl sauce minus the crawfish. Yes, true to the comfort food feel, it is extremely heavy. And yes, it is ALWAYS worth it. I've never eaten in the restaurant before, so I can only imagine the food tasting EVEN BETTER just out of the kitchen (but cannot vouch for parking situations.) Give this place a try if you're nearby for delicious fusion and comfort worthy bowls!

The adobo bowl is just too good to pass on anytime I order from here or come here. 12.99 for a big bowl of braised pork and adobo rice like come on. In this economy? This cheap???? Raise the prices They deserve more money for this. Also the staff were so friendly and always willing to let us try sauces we dont want to pay for until we know we want it. Thats what I call customer service. We also got a chicken karrage 5 piece side thinking itd be small but my god. 11.99 for a side this big should be ILLEGAL. Oi never disappoints. I've ordered from the valley location and ordering for the first time in this location. Food is always prepared well. My go-to is the adobo bowl and tapsilog bowl. I'm also a fan of the jicama tacos. If you haven't tried Oi, do yourself and favor and try it!

Ordered through DoorDash since I was craving filipino food and this hit the spottt!!! First of all, I love the variety in menu items! I ordered the tapsilog with garlic rice and it was soooo savory. It's a little bit on the saltier side but I'm not complaining. The Angus burger bun is also a delicious option to get for appetizer. Very much packed with meat and heavy on the sauces. You can't have a meal without dessert too! The ube upside pie was so delicious.. it's very gooey in texture. My first thought was that it was pudding so it was completely unexpected since I thought I was getting a pie. It was delicious in its own way but not what I expected. I'll definitely order here next time I'm in the area

Yummy Filipino comfort food with a twist. I thoroughly enjoyed my "Tapsilog" bowl! In the Philippines - tapsilog is typical breakfast food comprised of "tapa" (dried beef), "sinangag" (garlic fried rice) and "iklog" (egg) - and Oi's version is well presented and tastes just as good. The whole bowl is more than enough for a meal - their portion are perfect in size. Because it was my first time here, I wanted to try one other thing - so I chose their "pork belly bun" which was, in my opinion even better! I think if I had taken our order "to go" instead of eating in one of their 4 outside tables, I would have given them 5 stars. Because of its location, it can be a bit dodgy when sitting outside. Their small space is located in the far end (Hollywood Blvd side) of a huge strip mall that is in the corner of Hollywood a Blvd and Vermont. Lots of parking and shops with 2 or 3 restaurants. There is supposed to be another branch in Santa Monica Blvd near Sepulveda - I wanted to see if that was a better location but when I called, no one picked up and mailbox wasn't set up - so who knows if that's even open.

The place is definite must!!! Place is small and sitting is a bit tight. However, that shouldn't stop you from enjoying an explosion of Asian fusion flavors. I freakin love their chicken adobo, rice is perfectly cooked, chicken is charred just right, and the adobo sauce is outrageous ( I always order an extra sauce). Pork belly is also a must when eating here. The char and juices from the pork belly are enough to make you drool with just a thought. We either order a bowl with pork belly or the jicama taco (which has pork belly). Plenty of parking out front. Food comes out fairly quick. Also the service is great, they smile, explain each bowl, and honestly genuinely nice individuals.

This is definitely my new go-to! We used to get our Flip fix from Spoon & Pork but I prefer the food and variety here. - Adobo Bowl: BOMB.COM! Super flavourful and I appreciate that they didn't dry out the pork belly but still managed to keep it crisp - Karaage Fried Chicken: dude I'm not sure what batter this is but it was suuuper light and fluffy. Didn't even feel fried and definitely didn't make you feel gross or guilty. I got it with the garlic sauce and it was soooo good - Pork Bun: Sooo good!! I can't wait to try their other buns! - Ube Upside Down Pie: why did I only order one? This was soooo yum! - Buko Pandan: Really good and tasty! - Pork Egg Rolls: They were ok - Tapsilog: tasty but dry and my fried egg was rubbery - Manila Mango: Did not like this at all. I have been a loyal customer of Oi since day one. I don't know if they've changed ownership/management or they just aren't able to sustain what they once did so very consistently over the past few years. Something has changed dramatically. I have probably ordered from the Chatsworth location over 100 times. We ordered a few weeks ago and the food was so bad that we hesitated ordering again. But I really thought that one bad meal had to be just a one-off experience. I was wrong. We ordered again tonight and here are my observations: The house hot sauce is so watered down that's it's unrecognizable. The fried chicken adobo tasted terrible. No depth of flavor. The sauce tastes like some generic teryaki sauce they bought at Costco. The chicken is not fresh and actually tasted like spoiled chicken. It feels like they are all about cutting costs now. Even the rice tasted funky. In the past I could tell that someone in the back really knew and cared about creating good food. That person(s) must no longer be there. There are a lot of choices for good food in out area. I will never order from Oi again. It's clear to me that they have lost their way. What a shame. They had a good thing going. Got the Oi Burger and fries. Fries were pretty decent but the burger was way over cooked. So dry and tasteless guess you can't expect much from takeout

Decided to stop by for some dinner on a Saturday night, and it was so worth it. The food was so good! Good pricing. The staff were so kind and quick. Cute food joint. Pay them a visit!
