Oil & Vinegar

The staff greeted us immediately, but let us browse, then surprised us and brought over samples of not only the things we pointed at but palette cleansers and sips of drinks inbetween! Was honestly a fun way to pass some time in the mall! The selection was wild, too - tons of stuff to easily elevate your flavor profile(truffle sauce, date vinegar, you name it)! Highly recommend for the home chef in your life. & Can't forget to mention how sweet the two workers were to us today as well. 🥰

Great place if you are looking to pick oil and vinegar. They have a variety of oils from different regions local and international. Each of which can be tasted. The sales personnel are very helpful in explaining. The store also stocks sauces and spices.

Went in today with my mother to find some specialty olive oils for our pasta. Rebbeka was amazing and very friendly. She sold us a number of oils and even a blackberry vinegar for salmon dinners (highly recommend). Rebbeka’s client service was top notch and she deserves to be recognized. Great people! Had a good conversation on the health aspects of their products. Really appreciated the interest the staff took in hearing my goals and sharing how their products’ ingredients could help.

We had an amazing experience here. They helped us try the different flavors of vinegar and oils via a quick tasting. And, the customer service was exceptional. We got home and immediately opened our vinegars and oils. We picked; date bacon vinegar, red onion balsamic, Tuscan herbs evoo, and Novello evoo. We love each one but I think date bacon is my favorite!

If you enter the mall from the 2nd floor garage by 100th Ave/Pandora store, hang right and you'll find this gem. If you like your oil and vinegar with a little pizaz, you'll love this little shop. Brandon is knowledgeable & makes good blend recommendations, and patiently let us sample different ones before making our selection. There's some pretty cool tools like an herb stripper & pizza or pasta kits. There were also some herb and oil body products that looked like great gifts. A medium size bottle or oil or vinegar is $24 (worth it), so expect to drop some serious coin if you're stocking up. We'll return!

Watermelon vinegar tastes like watermelon. Customer service was great. Learned a lot about truffles. Ate a lot of samples. Got basil olive oil.
