I really don’t understand why the security guard wouldn’t let us dine at the Japanese restaurant—just because we first walked to the 1st floor by mistake?
The restaurant is in the basement, while the 1st floor is a Thai restaurant. We didn’t realise this at first, so we went to the 1st floor. When we found out it was the wrong place, we immediately went down to the basement.
However, the security guard used a very rude and unprofessional attitude, telling the waiter to say there were no tables for us. We could clearly see more than five empty tables, and it was almost 9:00 pm. When I asked the waiter again in Vietnamese, he was checking the bookings, yet the security guard was still shouting and yelling at us the entire time.
It’s hard to believe such behaviour exists in a restaurant of this level—completely ruining the dining experience before it even started. Truly unacceptable attitude.
