A nonprofit, community-run market every Thursday afternoon with a strong mission around food access; it accepts SNAP, WIC, and Market Match. Distinct from Sunday’s certified market, it’s verified via the market’s official site and regional listings.

What a wonderful market. Friendly, easy, family environment....laid out in a very pretty square....lots going on, but not crowded. Wonderful variety of vendors, ages, activities.

My favorite market! Every vendor is amazing. I get almost all of my groceries for the week here.

So much more than a farmer's market. Music, and activities for kids and adults too. Fresh, local meat and produce, as well as prepared hot food including pizza and the best sandwiches. Very pleasant venue too; no pavement, so a pleasant place to sit and listen to music while eating your snack or dinner, alone, with your family, or with friends.

What a sweet market. It has a little bit of everything. I love that I can go with my family for dinner and live music, but also pick up lovely fruits, veggies, breads and other local products. It’s a gem!

A very special market, so thoughtfully put together to keep it as local as possible! Picked up everything for dinner -- delicious ground beef, honey nut squash that I can't stop talking about, best dates of my life, lemon cake, the most amazing dried beans and lentils. Everything a person could need, plus so many programs for the community too!

We are thrilled that this market has been created. We come every thursday with our kids. We bring a picnic blanket, we eat dinner, listen to music, shop the local vendors. It is the only farmers maket I know, too, where you can local dairy and beef. It is more than just a market, it is an event.

We love this market! Wonderful produce, bread and flowers (and people). We also pick up dinner here which makes Thursday evenings super easy and fun.

I love being involved with this market... it's so much more than a farmers' market... we have classes, tours, recipes, kid's activities, live music, and so much more. If you haven't been before, come check it out!!!

Yelp
Oh boy, stopped at this farmers market on a visit from Los Angeles and was shocked at the small selection, high prices, and tons of wealthy hippie types cosplaying the age of Aquarius. $5 for a small bunch of kale while I watch wealthy women in big hats praise each other for their neutral tone peasant skirts? Naw.

Yelp
I stopped by here for the first time last week. I was on the hunt for heirloom cauliflower and was a little disappointed by the percentage of vendors who were selling farm produce (few). I did appreciate that the other vendors appeared to be local artists and stuff. Lots of children running around being naughty, throwing fresh delicious strawberries at each other and letting them get squashed on the ground, dogs peeing on the same grass the kids are playing on, people picnicking in the center grassy area (the one the dogs use for potty). I bought some local pork and a loaf of bread. I was able to park conveniently in the park n ride. There were a couple of produce vendors, they just didn't have what I was looking for. For more stands with produce & fruit try the Sunday market.

Yelp
Best farmers market! Great food:) Best and freshest produce ever! The prices are reasonable and I like how I can buy fresh OJ there. Also the fresh nut butters are absolute must to buy. Great olive oil too. I am an olive oil connoisseur so go to this farmers market and ask for the olive oil ppl. Your taste buds will be amazed!!

Yelp
A beautiful farmers market with high-quality local produce from select farms. Beautiful setting with plenty of shade and misters available near the picnic benches. The grass area had a fun band playing while everyone shopped. There also was a hula hoop area for the kids I like that they were a couple booths From the nature preserves around the area, I was a little bit disappointed not to see any fresh kombucha, but there was plenty of other tasty, probiotic, fresh juices and drinks. One of my favorite booths was the fresh varieties of peaches and pluots and melons with samples of all the different fruits. The fresh squeezed juices were absolutely incredible and I would recommend any of the 10 varieties. All of the booths had very friendly owners or employees, and it was just nice to be around such friendly folk. The produce was all amazing looking and fresh and extremely high-quality. I was very impressed by this farmers market. Every booth was exceptional.

Yelp
This market recently opened and it's a great complement to the Sunday market. Located in the courtyard of The Chaparral School, right across from The Dutchess and Ojai Rotie, it's open from 3-7 pm Thursday. You'll recognize some of the same vendors from the Sunday market, but there are others, too. When we were there in April 2022, these included a pizza maker; a sandwich stand; gelato; and excellent blueberries grown by the Occhipinti family. There are also activities for kids and some stands selling fiber arts and other crafts.
