I took my son, his son, and BIL for his bachelor party. We had a great time! The drinks were delicious! The food was good! I loved the salsa that came with the chips! There was a language barrier for us bc we don’t speak Spanish! But it was all good bc she had us write down what she couldn’t understand. I am sure our Virginia accents didn’t help. We are definitely coming back! Oh, the girls were beautiful and the security was moving to the beat and very friendly. The place was clean, the DJs were bumping and the atmosphere was lively. Loved it!

Koko was the best bartender and server to me. She was so beautiful and sweet and kept me entertained the whole time! I was constantly laughing and satisfied and never ran empty on my drinks or food. I highly recommend coming and requesting her service at the bar!

How do I describe my time here…. First of Day of my sunshine life-Anna (Dayanna)is the best waitress west of the Grand Canyon and she killssss you with that devilish smile…. Not to mention she moves like the flash with the drinks…. Overall such a little cutie with Rubik’s cube of charm… I’ve been coming here since I was a little Nino and will continue to be my local cantina…

Mari was the best waitress and hostess being here my first time. She was really attentive and very patient. We really enjoyed her knowledge of the menu and upselling. I would definitely recommend her for anyone wants to enjoy good music and great time

Cocktail waitresses are not that nice at the bar in the back by the bathrooms.. Evidently they are not the same owners that run the restaurant which is really good and I know all the Cocktail waitresses there. Very sweet ladies. The back bar looks at what your playing even if you put a $20 in that say you have to spend that to get your first drink lol whatever that's not how it works. They are rude don't speak English well but acting like that in this neighborhood which Ilived for years. If you don't know I CAN'T help you on that lol. You just know. So THE Food is good the back bar I won't give another penny and even over heard another patron say the same thing out loud to their face. They need to know where they are and respect the clientele!! Enough said!

We used to come to this place quite often and always had a great time. Last night completely ruined this establishment for us. 11/20/2025. We came in, got seated, and forgotten. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come by and take our orders, we decided to get up and leave. The table next to us saw their server three times in those 15 minutes. They also turned the music up to an egregious volume to where you have to yell at someone sitting right next to you. While walking out, we saw three servers just chit chatting and having a grand time on their phones.

Great experience all around but most importantly wanted to put a review for our wonderful server Azzy! She was so amazing! She always made sure we had what we needed and was very helpful with the menu. If you plan on visiting please ask for Azzy She will not disappoint!

Just passed by to see tha swap meet but noticed my team was playin.. (Redskins/Commanders/whatever.. Mizz Azzy was flippin awesome n beautiful.. She made tha environment alot tolerable..lol.. If anything n you have a choice.. Ask for Azzy.. 💯 You will not be disappointed.. Thank you Azzy n take care.. ❤️💯

It's been years since I've been here. Used to be called Lucky Club Casino, now Ohio's Locos on Cheyenne and Civic Center in North Las Vegas. The casino area has been totally remodeled. It's way better than it used to be, now smelling better and apoeared cleaner. It has a good south-of-the-border feel to it. Nice. When you enter the lobby, you see the bar with tables around and more tables towards the back area. Tables are a little high and chairs have no padding or back rest. It's intended more for having drinks and a bite to eat. Can be a little uncomfortable if you sit for a long time. The servers are friendly, and in 2-piece swimsuits. Clientele mostly men, even for lunch on a weekday, it had quite a few people. Menu is quite limited. I had the pork tacos and ceviche. The ceviche was good, mixed shrimp and fish, with choppped onions, cilantro, avocado, and chips. I liked it. The pork tacos came with beans and rice. It was okay too, but both orders were too much for one. The casino area had a mixture of older machines and newer slots. Not too bad. I liked the place as it is unique in its own right being the first of its kind in my book. I had a good time and will definitely return.

Been to the casino before however, this was my first time dining here. Pretty good size restaurant and I am impressed with all the TV screens at the booths and the huge screen. 5 Stars for that. We were sat quickly and chose to sit at a booth. We waited for maybe 15-20 minutes and no one came to our table. Another group of guys sat in the high tops next to us about 5 minutes after us and they were served before us. We kept looking around and everyone just kept passing us. Eventually, an older man who seems to be a manager, asked a server to come and help us. She was absolutely awesome despite the english/Spanish challenge between us. I speak no Spanish and she barely spoke English. We used translation on our phone. Food: 6 Piece Lemon Pepper Bone In Chicken Wings 6 Piece Mango Habanero Chips with Queso Cheese and Salsa The lemon pepper wings were horrible. I don't like looking at wings that seemed that it was stuck together while being cooked. (See Photo) The Mango Habanero was devine. So good that next time I visit I'd order that again. The chips were thick and the salsa was good. To me the cheese was ok. Overall, great spot to watch a sports game. I will definitely return again.

Came on a Wednesday night Only ordered a drink and some nachos. Drinks were good. The nachos were better! It was not what I was expecting at all! But boyyyy was it delicious They were crunchy tortillas and basically had the perfect bite on each piece So technically it was like a crunchy taco because I had to fold it once and devour them Good for 2. Definitely order these if you go!

Someone mentioned this place was amazing so we came to check it out. The waiters are girls wearing tiny shirts and booty shorts. The place was so loud. Like too loud for comfort. I was overwhelmed by the music and it was blasting like it was a super loud night club. Lots of screens for people to watch the game. Looks like a sports bar. I had chicken wings and they looked so strange. They honestly looked kind of raw that I was scared I was going to get sick. They did however have a really good taste and flavor. I got the lemon pepper wings. Crazy loud spot music blasting that you need ear protection

Great food. Went for a football game. The staff was very friendly and nice. They changed the TVs to the games we requested.

Came on a Saturday night and it wasn't that busy, maybe because F1 is in town. We were promptly seated at a table, but it took a little while before we received service. Ordered wings, fries, and some tacos. To be honest, the food wasn't that great, but the atmosphere of music and tv screens made up for it. There are plenty of tv screens to catch your next favorite sporting event.

We had a large group come in at about 4:30 pm after a tournament. We were seated and (slowly) our drink orders were taken. Shortly after 5 pm, our food order was taken. At 5:20, a manager came by with VIP wristbands telling us that anyone in the cantina that was there at 5:00 pm were going to be charged a $10 per person cover charge. We had just ordered our food. And said we would not be paying the cover charge and would be leaving as soon as we were done eating. There was no mention of a cover charge when we came in and it was a good 30 minutes that we were sitting down before they came to tell us about the cover charge. Ridiculous. Ultimately we ate and left. Service was fine as was the food.

This review is mostly for how HOT it is. The AC is broke and found out from the bartender that it's been out for over a month. How can you work like this or have patrons in a casino/bar with it being over 100 degrees. We also ordered our favorite drink La Toxica and ended up not getting the correct vodka or the energy drink that normally is made with it. Got a double not knowing they changed the ingredients but does not state anything on the menu. Little disappointed cause the bartenders are amazing and the ladies are beautiful. We ended up getting one drink and dipped out. Let us know when the AC is fixed and please bring back the La Toxica.

A disclaimer has to go before anything; if you're not trying to see girls in bikinis do not come here. I gave it a 4 star for a few reasons. The service was decent, I think people come here for the ambiance more than anything so the service could Improve. There's Spanish music playing the entire time (which we loved) with gambling machines next to you. Food: as far as Vegas go the wings were good, my husband and I have been trying to find the best wings in Vegas and nothing has stood out so we give them a 8/10 for the wings. The fries were a big no no for us 4/10 they were not good and greasy. Drinks: we came during HH which was $1 off draft. I had a Michelada and I give it a solid 8/10 wish it had more beer in it. Overall this is definitely a specific experience. However, the food and drinks were good.

Awesome place to get a drink, delicious wings and watch sports. The service at OjoS Locos sports cantina casino is great, the waitress are super nice and Hot. The draft beer comes out super frosty, the wings I highly recommend getting the mango habanero and the pineapple habanero. Each table has a great view of the TV. If you feel like gambling, then you can hit the slot machines on the other side. I definitely want to come back to Ojos Locos whenever I am in town in Las Vegas.

I did not know it was ladies night but I did watch my Dodgers beat the Mets 10-2. My lady felt for chicken wings tonight which had two orders of chicken wings honey bbq, black pepper lemon, mild sauce & mango habanero with beef nachos and fully loaded French fries. Amazing Emily, was great, sweet she connected with my lady and kept checking on us. Most definitely com I'm ng back again. Lady said it was like she was at a friend's party! Thank you Emily for VIBING with us!

Ojos Locos advertises that "GRINGOS ARE WELCOME". Many customers have remarked that stating that on their signage is racist. I've been going there for 20 years long before they changed the name. Most of the employees are wonderful and respectful, but not all of them. Recently I was cheated and disrespected for no reason by three of the young women who work there. Although I'm in the category of being a "GRINGO" I don't feel very welcome there any longer. Even contacting the management did not rectify the situation. It's a convenient casino near where I live. I will still go in there because I have made many acquaintances but I will resist having contact with any of those employees as I've been discriminated against either because I'm not Hispanic or because I am a senior. There are certainly good and bad people in all walks of life.

Don't let people steer you away from coming here because of the area - it is perfectly safe. This place was super packed on a Friday around 10pm and lots of security. We were immediately seated and the hostess was very friendly throughout. We sat in a booth right across from their DJ - yes they have a life DJ and the vibes were flowing. They played a mix of Mexican music and reggaeton which kept us entertained for a while. It is family friendly but I still find it off that little kids are allowed in the restaurant, in my opinion it should be 18 and over. The ladies were very beautiful, nice physiques and all appear to be friendly and smiling throughout. Yes, beautiful latinas! Ours was Angie, she is beautiful and seemed timid but was very friendly and continued to check on us throughout the night. Now on to the food... We ordered the fajitas, 3 taco combo with carnitas and fajita beef, margarita, Mexican mule, and chips and queso. The food is perfectly seasoned, and probably one of the best seasoned rice I've had. The tacos are really good and the meat has flavor. The fajita beef tastes like some good carne asada but the tortilla breaks off. I think they heat up the tortilla without oil so when you grab it bends and cracks. The frijoles were tasty but the ones we got looked a little old, but overall the meal was good. My boyfriend says the fajitas were "alright" and seasoned well enough not to complain lol I would have preferred to see them coming out in a sizzling plan though. The drinks were tasty and seem reasonably priced. In my opinion the food here can be described as a Mexican chilis. Staff is great, the ladies are sexy and friendly, the music is popping but it gets really loud in there and you're unable to hear each other talk. I personally like it but something everyone should know. There are also TVs laid out everywhere as well so if you're wanting to watch sports you're guaranteed to see it there.

I am here either my team and we decided to have a Spanish dinner and beer. We'll we were caught off guard of the ambiance and then the disappointment that everyone here speaks Spanish. So the struggle of asking for service lost its appeal real quick. Food I give it 5 stars language barrier 1 star. Lots of slots to gamble. Ambiance 5 stars :) does smell smoky

Our server was sweet and attentive. The wait wasn't too long for us to get our food. I am not sure why they have bad reviews, or maybe the quality of service just got better. My friend and I went on Thursday, which is ladies night from 7-11pm. However, we were like the only females there and felt awkward about that lol. We just felt the men were staring at us as we were the only females eating there. The girls seem to wear less clothing compared to Hooters and the Mexican hooters seems more fun. Margaritas were $2 that evening. The food was good and I would come back if I'm in the area. I don't mind the cheap cocktails, and food and drinks are fairly reasonably priced.

If you've heard about this place online/social media then you already know it's a Latin/Hispanic theme style sports bar much like hooters that's also a "casino". I put casino in quotes because they only have those lame slots machines that end up being $2-5 a spin depending on how many lines you play. I'll sum my review up with some pros and cons. Pros: Big parking lot Large sports bar (lots of seating) Lots of TV Good variety of drinks The theme of the sports bar lives up to the hype Cons: Services is pretty slow. Food and drinks are a little overpriced for what it is. Casino is all slots machines (no table games). Most of the serves here (so far since it recently opened) are probably working in the service industry for the first time and don't know much yet. When we came in there were two host at the front. They stood there talking to each other without greeting us so we just assumed we had to seat ourselves. Walked around then came back to ask if we needed to be seated since none of the tables had menus like self seating place would. The waitress that came to seat us did a great job, only downside was our table was way in the back on a not so busy Saturday afternoon so it took forever for her to come back and place our order, then to bring us our drinks. If anything I'd say this place is worth checking out for the novelty of it. Come when there's enough sports on the tv to keep you entertained while you wait 23 minutes for your pitcher or beer tower to come to your table.

Been coming here for a few months after I heard that they are all ages in the restaurant area. I was able to bring my son to watch football in a fun environment. Katia has been our server since day one, and ever visit since. The other girls seem nice but we wouldn't want anyone else to take care of us. We will continue to come back just for her.

Crazy eyes make for crazy stories...bwaaaaaaa. Recently visited a few weeks ago, had someone from our group see a tiktok and said this was a must visit..I didn't see the tik tok nor did I read the reviews or look up anything until we were already on the way here. So my first guess is we weren't there for the food. There were a lot of reviews about the area---I really didn't see anything super sketch and being from Chicago actually thought the area was fine--nothing overly good or bad to write home about. This location is near the highway and has a large parking lot. We arrived around happy hour time, so took advantage of some drink specials, and a local radio station was there broadcasting and doing fun giveaways. Someone in our group actually won a prize! There are lots of TV's with different sports playing. It was around Halloween so all staff were dressed up. All staff were super cute and super nice and service was fine---we were a larger group and came around a shift change so our server changed mid way. Most of ordered cocktails and margaritas..they have a huge beer dispenser situation that we also got and that filled many a many mugs! We had a few hiccups in getting our orders but I'm thinking that was partially our fault for having a large group and not knowing exactly what we all ordered or what things were supposed to look like...the dilemmas of day drinking and continuing to drink into the evening LOL. We were also celebrating a birthday in our group and as far as birthday dances by staff go---the birthday man child was happy---he had just turned 21----right in time for this Vegas trip! On to the food...get the queso, wings, and don't sleep on the roasted chicken! These were all pretty tasty! Also the fries were VERY well seasoned! Check them out if you're in the area!

After spending a few hours watching the world series the business has an event and can't invite a customer that has spent a few 100 dollars as a free entrance, instead ask too still charge another fee too watch a music groupo, these corporations forget that without the customers they don't continue striving forward, I will not be coming back and want others too see what these companies think of customers.

If you are going to host a copa América gane .... You need to fix your air conditioning.. it's humid and 109 in there !!!

Had a co-worker determined to bring me here during my stay in Vegas. Food isn't great, but I imagine most people aren't coming for the food, as it is also a casino.

Was finally glad to make it to this little casino in North Las Vegas. II had heard the restaurant was like Hooters so I took my brother who i figured would enjoy that! I was not wrong! We both ordered burgers and they were both really good. I also ordered corn which was absolutely delicious as well. The prices are a bit on the higher end but which restaurant hasn't had to raise prices to meet these crazy grocery store costs?! It was still worth it. The atmosphere was pretty open which was cool because you could see all the tv's in the place. It was allll sports which was great! My only complaint was how long it took to get our food. The kitchen seemed to be further away so maybe they were short staffed, not sure. The servers weren't too talkative but maybe it was due to them having to wear bikinis all day. Either way, we'll be back to support this NLV establishment!

The hotel right when you walked into the lobby smelled horrible. I'm not much of a stricter for rooms, you get what you payed for, but it was dingy in the early morning, and looked so dirty, nothing like the pictures. It reeked of weed and cigarettes... worse of all they had a toddler behind the counter... and his bottle next to the computer they use to check you in. I been trying to get a refund, and they refuse because of their polices. I would have never booked if I knew what I was getting into. Having that toddler breathing in that second hand smoke is shameful. Staff was also beyond rude. After I saw the kid, I tried to be reasonable with myself and ask to see the room I will be staying in before fully checking in, the staff member took her sweet time to show me. She was too busy talking it up with the security guard who was too busy leaning over the front desk counter instead of idk... doing his job? When she opened our room the trash bag from the cleaning crew was still there and she just laughed it off, the room was decent since I requested a non smoking room it smelled slightly better, but I worked in motels before... I can tell when they just wash the sheets and not actually replace them if they have tough stains. The drawers also didn't seem to close all the way. When I got to the front desk counter again, I immediately wanted to be refunded but they couldn't because I had to go through my booking site. And now my booking site is saying they can't because of Hotel Jefe refund polices! Been debating if u should report the child to Las Vegas health department because I been trying to be understanding in the whole situation (maybe they needed childcare), but I had it!

Food good drinks good - first visit great and fresh and great service and food on evening shift. Next day on day shift unfriendly staff dirty counters at the bar and poor food cold and bad drinks and terrible service so I guess it's a 50/50 gamble large parking lot. Waitresses cute and some just hired to wear the outfit. I can see why men truckers etc come here. The woman cater to the men guests not the woman. Sadly. Woman tip too it's a gamble on service and food. Large parking lot private. Ambiance sports, loud and super loud again. Just because food Looks amazing doesn't mean it's hot. Or brown areas on my tilapia in the ceviche and mango purée Diablo drink too much puree almost smoothie thick pretty sure pour amounts where not accurate

Emily was our server!! She was amazing!!!!! This place is a hidden gem!!! We were here on ladies night. The drinks were 3 or 4 dollars and they didn't disappoint. And ofcourse if you're drinking you need food. We got the chicken wings and the nachos which were amazing. My boyfriend loved the nachos while I fell in love with the wings!!! The atmosphere was great and the bathroom was clean!! This place got all my stars!!!! Oh and the price was reasonable!!!

Happy hour prices/offers on their website are not honored at this location. They act very "unaware." After asking they discounted one drink off the bill. It's appreciated, but....

I have come here for happy hour twice and once to just have some drinks and hang out with friends. The drinks are pretty good but the staff can be a bit inattentive at times. It seems like if they do not know you, you are going to have to try to catch their attention to place orders in and you will receive sub par service. On my recent visit, I finally just had to go to a manager to order a drink. I will have to try some more of their food, but I was not impressed by their nachos so hopefully that is not their standard... they were kind of bland and did not arrive hot enough. Of course, I couldn't give that feedback because the server hardly ever made it back to my table smh. The few positives are the drinks are pretty good and the staff is beautiful. Also, I've never seen a place with loteria so that was cool and there are plenty of slot machines. The energy of the patrons is really good especially on a game night. So basically you come to enjoy the sights, but that's about it.

First time trying out this location after it was recommended by a friend and let me tell you they weren't lying when they said it was a fun spot with good food. We had the most amazing server Amanda aka Renee and she was friendly and patient along with resourceful when asked a question about a menu item or regarding the casino. The food was delicious the appetizers were also good and the drinks so good! They have televisions playing different sports they have "Spanish Music" thank you baby Jesus everything from Carin to Bad Bunny as long as it has a beat they play it. The casino has a lot of fun games and a players card to add up your points. The casino is super clean along with bathrooms and everyone is friendly including security. It's a must try location we are definitely going back again!

Been here before and it was good, but this time was so so. We came in and sat at the bar. We asked for a table because we were completely ignored by the girls at the bar. We ordered the Mexico City tacos which were good, but they were pretty small compared to the picture. The service was good and our server was very nice. We had a good time watching the sports on the big TVs and would definitely come back again. Place has a nice chill vibe.

The only really good thing in here, with all due respect is the eye candy. The service was decent. Came for the wings. They were okay. Not crispy at all. The sauce was more like salsa. LoL. It's a Hispanic hooters. That's about the only way I can describe it. Lots of colorful lights and slot machine noises. It's a nice hangout. The ambiance was good. Don't come here for the food. :)

Ojos Locos Cantina offers a lively atmosphere with lots of friendly staff, creating a welcoming environment. It's a great spot for single guys or those with open-minded partners who enjoy the lively scene. The drinks and food are recommended, but be aware that the service might be a bit slow. Overall, it provides a cool and unique experience.

In my last review I knocked off a star due to the bathroom cleanliness. I was there around 4:30pm on 5/30/23 and the bathroom was immaculate. Couldn't ask for better. My friend and I had a couple of yummy drinks after work. It was bathing suit day, so the girls had on very small suits. The service was great and the waitresses are friendly.

Service was awful took 20min to even get a waitress to come and get our drink order. Food was pretty good but the wait for it is not worth it . If you just want to come look at booty all day I can say is ok but would like some good service as well. It's in the hood so don't expect a 5 star ambiance only folk la that go there are from the area or guys trying to flirt with someone they can't get. Don't recommend

Where do I start?! First off OMG it's so hot, you can't even enjoy one minute of being here because they refuse to fix the air conditioning because of how cheap they want to be! It's terrible and I feel bad for the girls who are forced to work in this work environment! It should be illegal to force them to work in this heat but as a customer I never want to come back here because this isn't just a short term issue, it's been ongoing for months and happens every summer! If they would stop being so cheap they would have more loyal customers wanting to come back and new customers would consider coming back! Second, the Ojo Locos side waitresses don't give a $hit about you! They are so busy playing around and screwing off you can't get them to help you with anything at our table! I thought it was a one time thing but each time we've been here it's the same result! We have to go to the casino side all the time if we want a drink because these girls have the worst customer service! I've been to the one in Texas and they could learn a lot from those girls on what real customer service is!!! There are like 2 or 3 girls on the casino side on the night shift (around 8pm on the weekend) that are great with amazing customer service and they go above and beyond to help when we don't get any service at Ojo Locos side but they shouldn't have to pick up the slack of the girls at the bar but after waiting 20 min to get a drink we had no choice! It makes no sense anyone has to wait that long but these girls don't care and when you complain they give a huge attitude and if you say something back they try to get you kicked out! I have several friends tell me that's what they experienced and I've seen it first hand. What are the managers even doing??? I think corporate should take a very hard look at this location before they screw up a good thing here and get it shut down cause they don't care about the customers and are to busy playing around or trying to earn extra money on the side! (I won't even talk about those stories I've heard from people who have done things you would expect from a strip club worker) I miss the old Lucky Club, even though it was ghetto at least they cared about the customers and you could get a drink in less than 30 min!!! I would also like ask, no BEG whoever the manager is to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE turn the damn music down because you can't hear yourself think let alone talk to the people you come here with or the waitress to order your drink or food. We love the fact they have great music playing but if I lose my voice just trying to have a normal conversation with my family or the waitress there is a HUGE problem!!! Yes, make it fun but holy $hit don't make it unbearable to enjoy yourself because the music makes you deaf and the whole experience unenjoyable!!! Someone please fix this place before it's to late!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service, it seems they specifically hired staff with the worst possible attitudes. Went there on 10/25 because they're advertised live music in the patio area. Once we arrived, turns out there's a cover to go sit outside, which btw it's not mentioned in any of their advertising. Decided to go sit at the regular bar instead, turns out they didn't have Modelo or Pacifico because they took it all the the empty patio outside. The bitchy bartenders didn't help the situation at all, nothing like the ojos in other states.

Nice local casino and sports bar. Wings were good and very flavorful. Several beers on tap for your pleasing. Seating is open with plenty of great views to watch TV's which, are placed throughout the venue. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. The servers are personable and understand the importance of good customer service. The dining area is clean and the tables are cleared frequently. This is a good spot to watch sporting events and other similar type activities. If I had one negative is that I was charged for a side of ranch. Unlike other places I've been where a side of ranch normally comes with the wings and is free of charge. With that, I would recommend you visiting should you be in the area.

My mom and i waited for drinks/service...(30 min into gambling) ... nothing. My mom's BOYFRIEND got 3 drinks before we even got asked. (We were all gambling together) my mom and i ordered (finally) and nothing came. But his did. At the bar.... good luck. The girls cater to men and nothing else. Wasnt even acknowledged for almost 15 min and then was told "un momento".. ok cool... they never came back. So i stood up and again was told "un momento" until finally i was giving the death stare and one bartender comes over "did you order yet??" I said no i'd like to order food though (nice calm voice WITH a smile) she said "TOGO RIGHT???" Why assume? But whatever. I was going to eat at the bar..but i said "yeah togo is fine". Ordered 3 tacos and a tortilla soup.... (Tortilla soup didn't come as explained on menu, my carnitas tacos were SO skimpy, all 3 made ONE taco. $37 and i tipped $10.) Waited almost 35 min before i got up to talk to the manager looking guy at the host stand and then BOOM. Food is there. (Wish i cancelled) Called front desk from my personal phone because there's no way from the room phone. Just to ask about a vending machine but because the "lady" Hope, was so rude, i had to leave a review. Honestly top 2 worst experiences at a hotel/casino. DON'T GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Even the managers, couldn't care less. I didn't ask for anything but the fact they didn't offer a single thing of assistance, other than "I'll add that into my report tonight" is despicable. (Because i know they wont, just a way to get me off the phone) (wish i got the PM managers name for the casino side) As a restaurant manager myself, i know this is not how you handle situations. Which is why they get this lengthy review. Im sure nothing will change though. But worth trying. Would never give my business to this place again.

This review is for the restaurant only, but this place just isn't it. Pure chaos from the moment you try to get seated, no one is quite sure what seats are available and people moving all over the place. Once you are seated you realize that the servers seem to chaotically go wherever they want - you can wait forever just to give your drink order then wait forever for the same server to eventually stop hanging out and chatting with other tables and bring you totally wrong drinks. Then you panic and realize you better order since you don't know how long till she comes back again. Guess what - it's a loooooong time for your food. And by the time you get it you realize it's flavorless, dry and cold. Want to pay the bill? Good luck with that also - all the servers seemed only interested in hanging out and chatting at tables with people they already knew. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

The service was really slow and we got a beer well after the burgers from a couple that arrived 5 minutes after us. How does that happen I don't know. The chicken wings were ok, but nothing more. Their salsa and queso were actually pretty good, so their apatizers might be where it is at. The waitresses were wearing some minni skirts and some were showing half of their ass, so I don't know how family friendly or date friendly might this place be. They did have a lot of screens, so if you want to watch a game it would not be a bad idea to come here. But I am sure there are plenty of other places that would be better service, drinks and food.

Like the place . Reminds me with the concept of Hooters but on the Spanish version. I hear the one in Texas is the best experience

Brought my hubby for our wedding anniversary. Let's just say our Server Jacqueline was super sweet and attentive. I couldn't make up my mind what to drink or eat and she did all the decision making for us. And let's just say we didn't leave disappointed. The drinks are strong and the food was good! Ordered the Nachos and ceviche; kinda surprised how flavorful the two were! One of our highlights was the sweet note Jacqueline left us on our bill and the willingness to pose for a photo with my hubby. This is a friendly place for both men and woman - promise

Disgusting dry garbage. Dog kibble would have been a tastier meal. Very disappointing

Do not recommend super awkward and no one is inside the casino. Granted there are beautiful women you will lose your money. Out of safety I don't recommend anyone too who is visiting.

Great little spot, good food, service is great and lots of TV monitors for sports. Try the wings they are amazingly flavorful, and the booze on tap is always cold with frosty mugs !

Waste of time I saw this place on TikTok. I wanted to try it out and it was a extreme disappointment. the waitress was talking to the table behind us for like 15 minutes didn't look at us at all or ask us if we needed anything. And the food wasn't anything special do not go here.
